1Design of an Automatic Autonomous Mini Prone-cone Microsatellite Docking Mechanism显示文摘The capability of docking, refueling, repairing, and updating microsatellites using automatic autonomous vehicles will be of significance critical value for design and operation of several space systems in the near feature. Automatic docking capability was successfully tested by many institutions such as National Space Development Agency in Japan, European Space Agency, National Aeronautics and Space Administration in USA, etc. However, there is still much more space for improvement of degree of automation during the process of docking with large deviations of the initial attitude. A novel automatic autonomous probe-cone docking mechanism used for microsatellite docking is proposed. This docking mechanism is designed according to the design indices such as miniaturization, degree of automation and automatic capture capability within large deviation of the initial attitude. On the basis of the virtual work principle, the dynamics modeling of the docking process is presented. The position of the contact point is then analyzed. Comprehensive system level simulation is conducted in the 13 kinds of typical operating conditions with the initial deviations. Capture performance is analyzed. The simulation results show that the docking mechanism can be smoothly captured within 2 s in all cases of large attitude deviation between the active and passive spacecrafts. A virtual prototype model of the docking mechanism is established through ADAMS for further verifying the correctness of the buffer parameter model and the autonomous docking capability. A laboratory platform is designed for on-the-ground experimental validation of the property of mini probe-cone docking mechanism. Repeated docking tests prove the proposed design of the mini probe-cone docking mechanism system for its high reliability, and automatic capture capability within large attitude range. 2Design and Analysis of a Wireless Power Transmission System with Magnetic Coupling Resonance in the Weak-coupling Region显示文摘The magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer(MCR-WPT)system for implantable medical devices has gradually become one of the research hotspots.The transmission characteristics of the system in weak-coupling regions are of research significance.The mathematical model of the system's transmission characteristics is established by equivalent circuit theory.Several key factors that affect the transmission characteristics of the system are obtained,to include the self-inductance of the coil,the mutual inductance between the coils,and the load resistance.A magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer system is designed.A method of coil design is proposed.The transmission efficiency of the system in the weak-coupling region is improved by optimizing the design of the coil.Simulation and experimental results exhibited good consistency.The results show that the transmission performance of the system in the weak-coupling area is improved.This work provides guidance and practical significance for the research of the MCR-WPT system with implantable medical equipment.Dawei Song Fengdong Shi Shuailong Dai Lai Liu 2019Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2019,5,4:2

4REVERSE ENGINEERING BASED ON COMPUTER VISION FOR FREE FORM SURFACE显示文摘The key issues such as vision sensor, sampling planning are studied for reverse engineering. For the developed sensor, the low sensitivity to the incident angle and the high linearity between the output and the input are carried out. During digitizing, the adaptive sampling planning method based on the curvature of surface and the slope of tangent line of measured point is proposed. After integrating the vision sensor, CNC milling and relevant software, the reverse engineering system based on computer vision is developed. 5Development of A High-throughput Molecular Identification Method Suitable for Fungi显示文摘Fungi play a significant role in biology-related domains,and with the molecular biology technology advancing,identification of fungi at molecular level and verification of genetic transformant has become the necessary step of test. By far,however,there is no ideal high-throughput molecular identification method.In this paper,a high-throughput device was designed,and a novel PCR-mediated molecular identification method suitable for the device was developed. 6Effect of Pennisetum purpureum Schum cv. Guiminyin on Milk Yield and Quality of Jersey Cattle at Lactation Stage显示文摘The study aimed to research the forage value of Pennisetum purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin in dairy industry and then provide scientific support for feeding jersey cattle with P.purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin.Totally 20 jersey cattle at lactation stage were selected and divided into two groups randomly,10 cattle each group.The cattle were fed with P.purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin and P.purpureum cv.Mott×(P.americanum×P.purureum)cv.Guimu No.1,respectively.The results showed that P.purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin performed well in both nutritional value and palatability,and received remarkable effects on jersey cattle.The milk yield was 5.4%higher than that of before test,and the average daily milk yield was(11.65±0.07)kg/cattle.Compared with control group,milk fat percentage,lactoprotein content and overall milk-solid content were improved somewhat.Feeding jersey cattle with P.purpureum Schum cv.Guiminyin at lactation stage could increase their milk yield and milk quality.Yao Na Teng Shaohua Lai Zhiqiang Yi Xianfeng Qiu Jinhua Deng Suyuan Lai Dawei 2016Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2016,8,3:0
7Physical origin and boundary of scalable imaging through scattering media:a deep learning-based exploration显示文摘Imaging through scattering media is valuable for many areas,such as biomedicine and communication.Recent progress enabled by deep learning(DL)has shown superiority especially in the model generalization.However,there is a lack of research to physically reveal the origin or define the boundary for such model scalability,which is important for utilizing DL approaches for scalable imaging despite scattering with high confidence.In this paper,we find the amount of the ballistic light component in the output field is the prerequisite for endowing a DL model with generalization capability by using a“one-to-all”training strategy,which offers a physical meaning invariance among the multisource data.The findings are supported by both experimental and simulated tests in which the roles of scattered and ballistic components are revealed in contributing to the origin and physical boundary of the model scalability.Experimentally,the generalization performance of the network is enhanced by increasing the portion of ballistic photons in detection.The mechanism understanding and practical guidance by our research are beneficial for developing DL methods for descattering with high adaptivity.XUYU ZHANG SHENGFU CHENG JINGJING GAO YU GAN CHUNYUAN SONG DAWEI ZHANG SONGLIN ZHUANG SHENSHENG HAN PUXIANG LAI HONGLIN LIU 2023Photonics Research2023,11,6:0
8Effects of Herba Picriae Extract on Growth Performance and Immune Organ Index of Guangxi Partridge Chickens显示文摘[Objectives]The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary supplementation of Herba Picriae extract on the growth performance and immune organ index of Guangxi partridge chickens.[Methods]A total of 500 one-day-old Guangxi partridge chickens were selected and randomly divided into five groups,five replicates for each group and 20 chickens for each replicate.Groups A,B and C were treatment groups,in which 0.70%,0.35%and 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract was added to the basal diet,respectively.Group D was a positive drug control group,in which 0.01%colistin sulfate premix was supplemented.Group E was a blank control group,in which the chickens were fed the basal diet.The experimental period was 105 d.During the experiment,five chickens were randomly selected from each group on days 21,35 and 49,respectively for the measurement of immune organ index.[Results]When the chickens were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract,their daily body weight gain increased significantly from day 22 to day 35 and from day 71 to day 105 and tended to increase from day 1 to day 21,from day 36 to day 49,and from day 50 to day 70,with a range of 7.37%-8.72%.Dietary supplementation of 0.70%and 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract significantly promoted the growth and development of Fabricius bursae in the experimental chickens.[Conclusions]Dietary supplementation of 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract improved the growth performance and feed intake,as well as 21-d-old bursal index of the experimental chickens.Cui YANG Xiaoguang LIAO Siqian WU Huofu WAN Jing SHI Huihui CAO Linling ZHAO Dawei LAI Fanquan ZENG Fulin WANG Jiahuang YANG Zhuyue WU 2020Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,4:0
9Feeding Effect of Codariocalyx gyroides on Meat Rabbits显示文摘To explore the feeding effect of Codariocalyx gyroides on meat rabbits, 30 healthy meat rabbits at the age of 50 days were randomly divided into five groups(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ), six rabbits each group. Rabbits in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed with different quantita-tive complete formula feed and unlimited fresh grass of C. gyroides, and those in group Ⅴ(control group) were fed with complete formula feed. The indicators such as feed intake and growth performance were measured after 60 d. The results showed that the gaining effects of meat rabbits in ex-perimental groups Ⅳ and Ⅲ were most obvious, and the daily gain reached(25.75 ±3.00) and(24.50±1.95) g, 20.72% and 14.86% higher than those in control group, respectively. 10Research on the detection of early caries based on hyperspectral imaging显示文摘Objective:We applied hyperspectral imaging(HSI)system to distinguish early caries from soundand pigmented areas.It will provide a theoretical basis and technical support,for research anddevelopment of an instrument that could be used for screening and detection of early dentalcaries.Methods:Eighteen extracted human teeth(molars and premolars),with varying degrees ofnatural pathology and no degree of decay involving dentin were obtained.HSI system with awavelength range from 400 to 1000nm was used to obtain images of all 18 teeth containingsound,carious and pigmented areas.We compared the spectra of the wavebands at both 500 nmand 780 nm from the different tooth states,and the reflectance diference bet ween sound versuscarious lesions and sound versus pigmented areas,respectively.Results:There was a slight diference in refectance bet ween carious areas and pigmented areas at500 nm.A substantial difference was additionally noted in refectance bet ween carious areas andpigmented areas at 780 nm.Conclusion:The results have shown that the interference of tooth surface pigment can be elim-inated in the near-infrared(NIR)waveband,and the caries can be effectively identifed from the pigmented areas.Thus,it could be used to detect carious areas of teeth in place of the traditionalvisual inspection method or white light endoscopy.Clinical significance:The NIR difused light signal enables the identification of early caries frompigment and other interference,providing a reasonable detection tool for early detection andearly treatment of teeth diseases.Cheng Wang Haoying Zhang Guangyun Lai Songzhu Hu Jun Wang Dawei Zhang 2023Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2023,16,3:0
