| 1 | High-security-level multi-dimensional optical storage medium:nanostructured glass embedded with LiGa_(5)O_(8):Mn^(2+) with photostimulated luminescence显示文摘The launch of the big data era puts forward challenges for information preservation technology,both in storage capacity and security.Herein,a brand new optical storage medium,transparent glass ceramic(TGC)embedded with photostimulated LiGa5O8:Mn2+nanocrystals,capable of achieving bit-by-bit optical data write-in and read-out in a photon trapping/detrapping mode,is developed.The highly ordered nanostructure enables light–matter interaction with high encoding/decoding resolution and low bit error rate.Importantly,going beyond traditional 2D optical storage,the high transparency of the studied bulk medium makes 3D volumetric optical data storage(ODS)possible,which brings about the merits of expanded storage capacity and improved information security.Demonstration application confirmed the erasable-rewritable 3D storage of binary data and display items in TGC with intensity/wavelength multiplexing.The present work highlights a great leap in photostimulated material for ODS application and hopefully stimulates the development of new multi-dimensional ODS media. | Shisheng Lin Hang Lin Chonggeng Ma Yao Cheng Sizhe Ye Fulin Lin Renfu Li Ju Xu Yuansheng Wang | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020，9，1： | 12 |

This paper applied the evaluation DEA(Data-embrasing Analysis) method to evaluate the effectiveness of f inancial support to agriculture from 1990 to 2005. It is found that the trend of the fi nancial support to agricultural effectiveness in China presented a downward trend in recent years. | 4 | Influence of Ni interlayer on interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V/AZ91D bimetals fabricated by a solid–liquid compound casting process显示文摘The solid–liquid compound casting of Mg-AZ91D and Ti-TC4 alloys was developed by using pure Ni electro-deposited coating.The pouring temperatures of 660℃,690℃,720℃and 750℃were chosen to investigated the effects of casting temperatures on microstructural evolution,properties,and fracture behaviors of Ni-coated TC4/AZ91D bimetals by the solid–liquid compound casting(SLCC).The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and the energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)results showed that the interfacial zone mainly composed of nickel,Mg_(2)Ni and Mg-Al-Ni in the bimetals cast at 660℃.As the pouring temperature was increased to 750℃,the width of the interface zone,which mainly composed ofδ(Mg),Mg_(2)Ni,Mg-Al-Ni,Mg_(3)TiNi_(2) and Al_(3)Ni,gradually increased.The microhardness tests showed that the micro-hardness of the interface zone was smaller than that of TC4 substrate but larger than that of the cast AZ91D matrix.At the pouring temperature of 720℃,the Ni-coated TC4/AZ91D bimetals had the most typical homogeneous interface,which had granular Mg-Al-Ni ternary phase but no ribbon-like Al3Ni binary phase,and achieved the highest shear strength of 97.35MPa.Meanwhile,further fracture behavior analysis showed that most fracture failure of Ni-coated TC4/AZ91D bimetals occurred at the Mg_(2)Ni+δ(Mg)eutectic structure and Al_(3)Ni hard intermetallic. | Fulin Wen Jianhua Zhao Miaowang Yuan Jingfeng Wang Dengzhi Zheng Jinyong Zhang Ke He Jingjing Shangguan Yu Guo | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021，9，4： | 3 |

| 6 | 3D full-loop simulation and experimental verification of gas-solid flow hydrodynamics in a dense circulating fluidized bed显示文摘Because of their advantages of high efficiency and low cost,numerical research methods for large-scale circulating fluidized bed(CFB) apparatus are gaining ever more importance.This article presents a numerical study of gas-solid flow dynamics using the Eulerian granular multiphase model with a drag coefficient correction based on the energy-minimization multi-scale(EMMS) model.A three-dimensional,full-loop,time-dependent simulation of the hydrodynamics of a dense CFB apparatus is performed.The process parameters(e.g.,operating and initial conditions) are provided in accordance with the real experiment to enhance the accuracy of the simulation.The axial profiles of the averaged solid volume fractions and the solids flux at the outlet of the cyclone are in reasonable agreement with experimental data,thereby verifying the applicability of the mathematical and physical models.As a result,the streamline in the riser and standpipe as well as the solids distribution contours at the cross sections is analyzed.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) serves as a basis for CFB modeling to help resolve certain issues long in dispute but difficult to address experimentally.The results of this study provide the basis of a general approach to describing dynamic simulations of gas-solid flows. | Xueyao Wang Xuezhi Wu Fulin Lei Jing Lei Yunhan Xiao | 2014 | Particuology2014，12，5： | 2 |

| 9 | Effect of Konjac Food on Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Diabetes显示文摘Seventy-two type II diabetic subjects were given Konjac food for 65 days. The data analyzed by multiple F test indicate that the fasting blood glucose (FBG) and the 2-h postprandial blood glucose (PBG) on the 30th and the 65th days after the food was ingested were significantly reduced (P = 0.001, P < 0.001, respectively), as was the glycosylated hemoglobin level at the end of the trial (P < 0.05). The final FBG and PBG of the subjects with initial FBG-O >200 mg% decreased on the average by 51.8 and 84.6 mg%. respectively; those with FBG-0 150-200 mg% decreased by 24.1 and 68.7 mg%; and those with FBG-O < 150 mg% decreased by 4.8 and 21.4 mg%. No significant changes in blood lipid indexes were observed, except that the triglycer-ide values of subjects with hypertriglyceridemia (>200 mg%) significantly decreased by 118.7 mg%. It was concluded that Konjac food is very useful in the prevention and treatment of hyperglycemia. (C)1990 Academic Press. | 12 | Effects of Diet with 'Lianteng' Additive of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Blood Biochemical Indexes,Immune and Antioxidant Function of Guangxi Sanhuang Chickens显示文摘[Objectives]This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of diet with'Lianteng'additive of Chinese herbal medicine on blood biochemical indexes,immune and antioxidant function of Guangxi Sanhuang chickens.[Methods]480 Guangxi Sanhuang chickens at the age of 1 d were divided into 4 groups randomly and each group was assigned to 6 replicates with 20 chicks in each replicate;groups A,B and C were treatment groups and fed basal diets with 0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%of'Lianteng'additive of Chinese herbal medicine respectively during a trial of 70 d.Group D was control group and fed only basal diet.The serum samples were taken from 6 chicks in each group at the age of 21,35 and 49 d respectively and analyzed for biochemical,immune and antioxidant parameters in serum.[Results]Results from the trial showed that no difference was found in serum content of GLU,TG,TP,TC,and UN in the measurement at the age of 21,35 and 49 d(P>0.05);however,the content of ALB from groups A and B at 35 d was significantly higher than that from group D(P<0.01),and the ALB content from group B at 49 d was also higher than that from group D(P<0.05);the IgM content at 49 d from group A was lower than that from group D(P<0.05),in addition to this,there was no differences found in the contents of IgG,IgM and IFN-y among groups A,B,C and D during the trial(P>0.05);but the content of IL-2 from groups A and B at 49 d was significantly greater than that from group D(P<0.05);T-AOC from groups A,B and C at 49 d was very significantly higher than that from group D(P<0.01),and the one of group B at 35 d was still obviously higher than that of group D(P<0.05);also at 49 d,the GSH content in groups A and B was much greater than that in group D(P<0.01);T-SOD activity of group B and C at 35 d was distinctly greater than that of group D(P<0.05).[Conclusions]It can be concluded that the addition of 0.2%of'Lianteng'additive of Chinese herbal medicine in diet can increase immune function in a certain extent and promote the antioxidant ability observably for Guangxi Sanhuang chickens. | Sicong LUO Wenjie LU Lizhi LU Fulin WANG Qian QIN Cui YANG Jiahuang YANG | 2021 | Medicinal Plant2021，12，1： | 1 |

| 16 | Ribonuclease H-like gene SMALL GRAIN2 regulates grain size in rice through brassinosteroid signaling pathway显示文摘Grain size is a key agronomic trait that determines the yield in plants.Regulation of grain size by brassinosteroids(BRs)in rice has been widely reported.However,the relationship between the BR signaling pathway and grain size still requires further study.Here,we isolated a rice mutant,named small grain2(sg2),which displayed smaller grain and a semi-dwarf phenotype.The decreased grain size was caused by repressed cell expansion in spikelet hulls of the sg2 mutant.Using map-based cloning combined with a Mut Map approach,we cloned SG2,which encodes a plant-specific protein with a ribonuclease H-like domain.SG2 is a positive regulator downstream of GLYCOGEN SYNTHASE KINASE2(GSK2)in response to BR signaling,and its mutation causes insensitivity to exogenous BR treatment.Genetical and biochemical analysis showed that GSK2 interacts with and phosphorylates SG2.We further found that BRs enhance the accumulation of SG2 in the nucleus,and subcellular distribution of SG2 is regulated by GSK2 kinase activity.In addition,Oryza sativa OVATE family protein 19(OsOFP19),a negative regulator of grain shape,interacts with SG2 and plays an antagonistic role with SG2 in controlling gene expression and grain size.Our results indicated that SG2 is a new component of GSK2-related BR signaling response and regulates grain size by interacting with Os OFP19. | Yunshuai Huang Hui Dong Changling Mou Ping Wang Qixian Hao Min Zhang Hongmin Wu Fulin Zhang Tengfei Ma Rong Miao Kai Fu Yaping Chen Ziyan Zhu Cheng Chen Qikai Tong Zhuoran Wang Shirong Zhou Xi Liu Shijia Liu Yunlu Tian Ling Jiang Jianmin Wan | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022，64，10： | 1 |
