2Assessing the numbers of SNPs needed to establish molecular IDs and characterize the genetic diversityof soybean cultivars derived from Tokachi nagaha显示文摘The development of a core set of SNP molecular markers that could be widely used in soybean genetic research would greatly facilitate research into the genetic diversity of soybean.We conducted an analysis of Tokachi nagaha and 137 of its descendant soybean cultivars using 4044 SNP markers with the goal of determining the appropriate number of single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)needed to construct unambiguous molecular IDs and characterize genetic diversity based on a genetic distance matrix correlation method.When the number of SNPs was held constant,the number of accession pairs that could be distinguished increased as the polymorphism informative content(PIC)value of the SNPs increased.A core panel of 20 selected SNPs from 11 linkage groups with a mean PIC value of 0.3703 and a range of 0.3640–0.3749 was able to identify almost all of the accession pairs in our study[9445 pairs(99.92%)].The eight accession pairs that could not be identified with this core SNP set all originated from the same province and some of them had the same parental cultivars.The molecular IDs of the 138 accessions were constructed using the core 20 SNPs.It is known that both the number of SNPs and PIC values should be considered when SNPs are selected for use in the analysis of genetic diversity.In this study,when the PIC value was 0.3460,the correlation coefficient between the genetic distance matrices associated with a panel of 200 SNPs and the total population was>0.800,indicating satisfactory correlation.Our high-accuracy,high-resolution core SNP panel for germplasm fingerprinting and our findings about assessing genetic diversity will likely markedly improve the management and utilization efficiency of soybean germplasm resources.Zhangxiong Liu Jun Li Xuhong Fan Nang Myint Phyu Sin Htwe Shuming Wang Wen Huang Jiyu Yang Lili Xing Lijun Chen Yinghui Li Rongxia Guan Ruzhen Chang Dechun Wang Lijuan Qiu 2017The Crop Journal2017,5,4:10
3Regulation of the inflammatory cycle by a controllable release hydrogel for eliminating postoperative inflammation after discectomy显示文摘Surgery is the final choice for most patients with intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD).Operation-caused trauma will cause inflammation in the intervertebral disc.Serious inflammation will cause tissue defects and induce tissue degeneration,IDD recurrence and the occurrence of other diseases.Therefore,we proposed a scheme to treat recurrence after discectomy by inhibiting inflammation with an aspirin(ASP)-loaded hydrogel to restore the mechanical stability of the spine and relieve local inflammation.ASP-liposomes(ASP-Lips)were incorporated into a photocrosslinkable gelatin-methacryloyl(GelMA)via mixing.This material can effectively alleviate inflammation by inhibiting the release of high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)from the nucleus to the cytoplasm.We further assessed the expression of inflammatory cytokines,such as interleukin 6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and degeneration-related factors,such as type II collagen(COL-2),Aggrecan,matrix metallopeptidases-3(MMP-3),MMP-13,a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs-4(ADAMTS-4)and ADAMTS-5 in rat nucleus pulpous cells.The level of IDD was analyzed through H&E,safranin-O staining and immunohistochemistry in rabbit samples.In vitro,we found that ASP-Lip@GelMA treatment significantly decreased inflammatory cytokines,MMP-3 and-13,and ADAMTS-4 and-5 and up-regulated COL-2 and Aggrecan via the inhibited release of HMGB-1 from the nucleus.In vivo,ASP-Lip@GelMA can effectively inhibit inflammation of local tissue after disc surgery and fill local tissue defects.This composite hydrogel system is a promising way to treat the recurrence of IDD after surgery without persistent complications.Yu Liu Jiacheng Du Peng Peng Ruoyu Cheng Jiayi Lin Congxin Xu Huilin Yang Wenguo Cui Haiqing Mao Yuling Li Dechun Geng 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,1:6
4Changes in compressed neurons from dogs with acute and severe cauda equina constrictions following intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor-conjugated polymer nanoparticles显示文摘This study established a dog model of acute multiple cauda equina constriction by experimental constriction injury (48 hours) of the lumbosacral central processes in dorsal root ganglia neurons. The repair effect of intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor with 15 mg encapsulated biodegradable poly(lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticles on this injury was then analyzed. Dorsal root ganglion cells (L7) of all experimental dogs were analyzed using hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemistry at 1, 2 and 4 weeks following model induction. Intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor can relieve degeneration and inflammation, and elevate the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in sensory neurons of compressed dorsal root ganglion. Simultaneously, intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor obviously improved neurological function in the dog model of acute multiple cauda equina constriction. 5Lateral epitaxial growth of two-dimensional heterostructure linked by gold adatoms显示文摘Lateral two-dimensional(2D)heterostructures have great potential for device engineering at the atomistic scale.Their production is hindered by difficulties in obtaining atomically sharp interface free from intermixture.Here we report the continuous construction of a lateral heterostructure using blue phosphorene and tetrafluoro-tetracyanoquinodimethane(F_(4)TCNQ)as the building blocks.The lateral heterostructure is achieved by linking the semiconducting F_(4)TCNQ-Au metal organic framework and the metallic blue phosphorene-Au network via Au adatoms.The structural and electronic properties of the heterostructure have been investigated by means of scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy(STM/S),complemented by density functional theory(DFT)calculations,demonstrating a structurally and electrically abrupt interface.Our approach offers the possibility of high flexibility and control that can be extended to other metal-organic species and 2D materials,establishing a foundation for the development of atomically thin in-plane superlattice and devices.Nan Si Tao Shen Xinyi Liu Dechun Zhou Qingmin Ji Wei Liu Shuang Li Tianchao Niu 2021Nano Research2021,14,3:2

7Targeting strategies for bone diseases:signaling pathways and clinical studies显示文摘Since the proposal of Paul Ehrlich’s magic bullet concept over 100 years ago,tremendous advances have occurred in targeted therapy.From the initial selective antibody,antitoxin to targeted drug delivery that emerged in the past decades,more precise therapeutic efficacy is realized in specific pathological sites of clinical diseases.As a highly pyknotic mineralized tissue with lessened blood flow,bone is characterized by a complex remodeling and homeostatic regulation mechanism,which makes drug therapy for skeletal diseases more challenging than other tissues.Bone-targeted therapy has been considered a promising therapeutic approach for handling such drawbacks.With the deepening understanding of bone biology,improvements in some established bone-targeted drugs and novel therapeutic targets for drugs and deliveries have emerged on the horizon.In this review,we provide a panoramic summary of recent advances in therapeutic strategies based on bone targeting.We highlight targeting strategies based on bone structure and remodeling biology.For bone-targeted therapeutic agents,in addition to improvements of the classic denosumab,romosozumab,and PTH1R ligands,potential regulation of the remodeling process targeting other key membrane expressions,cellular crosstalk,and gene expression,of all bone cells has been exploited.For bone-targeted drug delivery,different delivery strategies targeting bone matrix,bone marrow,and specific bone cells are summarized with a comparison between different targeting ligands.Ultimately,this review will summarize recent advances in the clinical translation of bone-targeted therapies and provide a perspective on the challenges for the application of bone-targeted therapy in the clinic and future trends in this area.Hao Xu Wentao Wang Xin Liu Wei Huang Chen Zhu Yaozeng Xu Huilin Yang Jiaxiang Bai Dechun Geng 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,6:2
8The appliances and prospects of aurum nanomaterials in biodiagnostics, imaging, drug delivery and combination therapy显示文摘Aurum nanomaterials(ANM), combining the features of nanotechnology and metal elements, have demonstrated enormous potential and aroused great attention on biomedical applications over the past few decades. Particularly, their advantages, such as controllable particle size, flexible surface modification, higher drug loading, good stability and biocompatibility, especially unique optical properties, promote the development of ANM in biomedical field. In this review, we will discuss the advanced preparation process of ANM and summarize their recent applications as well as their prospects in diagnosis and therapy. 10High-quality 2-μm Q-switched pulsed solid-state lasers using spin-coating-coreduction approach synthesized Bi_2Te_3 topological insulators显示文摘In this paper, the fabrication process and characterization of Bi_2Te_3 topological insulators(TIs) synthesized by the spin-coating-coreduction approach(SCCA) is reported. With this approach, high-uniformity nano-crystalline TI saturable absorbers(TISAs) with large-area uniformity and controllable thickness are prepared. By employing these prepared TIs with different thicknesses as SAs in 2-μm solid-state Q-switched lasers, thickness-dependent output powers and pulse durations of the laser pulses are obtained, and the result also exhibits stability and reliability. The shortest pulse duration is as short as 233 ns, and the corresponding clock amplitude jitter is around 2.1%, which is the shortest pulse duration in Tl SA-based Q-switched 2-μm lasers to the best of our knowledge.Moreover, in comparison with the TISA synthesized by the ultrasound-assisted liquid phase exfoliation(UALPE)method, the experimental results show that lasers with SCCA synthesized TISAs have higher output powers, shorter pulse durations, and higher pulse peak powers. 15Surface Energy and Work of Adhesion of Titanium Oxide Related Materials显示文摘Surface energy and work of adhesion of titanium oxide related materials were investigated.Titanium oxide(TiOx) films were deposited by electron-beam evaporation system using TiO2 as a source material.The films deposited by various thickness and growth rate were etched subsequently by different plasma using various gases like Ar and O2.TiOx films were further modified by self-assembled monolayer(SAM)of silanes and ultraviolet(UV)irradiation.The surface modified TiOx films showed a wide range of water contact angles from 6.9°to 75.2°.The surface energies of Titania-related films and their work of adhesion with human blood were varied with different surface modification process.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)revealed that hydroxyl group present on the surface explains the hydrophilicity of the surface modified TiOx films.We also suggest that some surface modified samples can provide an excellent hemocompatible surface from the estimated work of adhesion between the surface modified TiOx samples and human blood.Lin Zeng Zhao Jikui Du Guangyu Wang Qing Ba Dechun Han Jing Liu Chunming 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:1
16Taxonomic Revision of Raorchestes menglaensis(Kou,1990)(Amphibia:Anura),with Descriptions of Two New Species from Yunnan,China显示文摘Raorchestes is a group of Bush frogs mainly distributed in South and Southeast Asia that are poorly recognized by morphological criteria.We recognize the true R.menglaensis(Kou) based on 10 specimens newly collected from the type locality.An expanded description is also provided,and we delist the recently reported record,R.parvulus(Boulenger) from China.Combing with morphological and molecular data,two new species are respectively described from Menghai and Lvchun,Yunnan,China.Raorchestes hillisi sp.nov.is distinguished from all other congeners by the following combination of morphological characters:(1) small body sized(males 15.9-17.7 mm,n=7;female 17.5 mm,n=1);(2) head longer than wide;(3) snout longer than eye diameter;(4) the tip of upper jaws slightly notched;(5) internasal space slightly less than interorbital space;(6) tympanum distinct;(7)fingers lacking lateral dermal fringe;(8) outside of toe Ⅰ and both sides of toe Ⅱ lacking lateral dermal fringe,other toes having weak lateral dermal fringes;(9) rudimentary web on toes;(10) lacking a series of tubercles along the outer sides of forearm and foot;(11) discs of fingers and toes not orange.Raorchestes huanglianshan sp.nov.is distinguished from all other congeners by the following combination of morphological characters:(1) small body size(males 17.0-19.6 mm,n=12;female 21.5 mm,n=1);(2) head slightly wider than long or equal;(3) snout longer than eye diameter;(4)the tip of upper jaws slightly notched;(5) internasal space distinctly less than interorbital space(6) tympanum distinct;(7) fingers lacking lateral dermal fringe;(8) toes lacking lateral dermal fringe;(9) rudimentary web on toes;(10)lacking a series of tubercles along the outer sides of forearm and foot;(11) discs of all fingers and toes orange or parts of them orange in life.Ke JIANG Jinlong REN Jian WANG Junfeng GUO Zeng WANG Yonghong LIU Dechun JIANG Jiatang LI 2020Asian Herpetological Research2020,11,4:1

18Outage Performance of Cognitive AF Relay Networks with Imperfect CSI Based on Geometrical Analysis显示文摘This paper studies the outage performance of a cognitive Amplify-and-forward(AF) relay network subject to Rayleigh fading.Under the condition of imperfect Channel state information(CSI) estimations of the links from the secondary system to the Primary user(PU),the closed-form upper and lower bounds of the outage probability are derived through a geometrical analysis method.An asymptotic analysis of the outage probability is also derived in the high Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)regime to gain additional insights on the system.The simulation results corroborate our theoretical analysis,and the effectiveness of the geometrical analysis method is verified with the conventional approach as a benchmark.The asymptotic results are very tight with the analytical lower bound in the high SNR regime.It also can be observed from the simulation results that the impact of the number of relays as well as the imperfect CSI on the outage probability and the diversity order.LIU Shuai SUN Dechun LIU Zujun YI Kechu YANG Hong WANG Kan 2017Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,5:0
19PARTIALLY BLIND EXTRACTION OF CONTINUOUS CHAOTIC SIGNALS FROM A LINEAR MIXTURE显示文摘In this paper, we address the problem of blind extraction and separation of a continuous chaotic signal from a linear mixture consisting of some chaotic signal and/or random signals. The problem of blind extraction is firstly formulated as a problem of the synchronization-based parameter estimation. Then an efficient least square based parameter estimation method is introduced to determine the desired extracting vector. The proposed blind signal extraction scheme is applicable to blind separation of chaotic signals by formulating the separation problem as the extraction of each chaotic source. 20On the Performance of Wireless-Powered Cooperative DF Relaying Networks with Imperfect CSI显示文摘This paper studies several performance metrics of a wireless-powered decode-and-forward(DF) relay network with imperfect channel state information(CSI). In particular, based on the time switching(TS) protocol, the energy-constrained relay harvesting energy from a power beacon(PB), and uses that harvested energy to forward the source information to destination. The closedform expression of the outage probability is firstly derived over Rayleigh fading channels. Then, the asymptotic analysis, throughput as well as the symbol error probability(SEP) are derived based on the expression of the outage probability. Next, both transmission power of the source and the power beacon are optimized through the throughput optimization.
