1Methane coupling in microwave plasma under atmospheric pressure显示文摘Methane coupling in microwave plasma under atmospheric pressure has been investigated.The effects of molar ratio n(CH4)/n(H2),flow rate and microwave power on the reaction have been studied.(1)With the decrease of n(CH4)/n(H2)ratio,methane conversion,C2 hydrocarbon yield,energy yield and space-time yield of acetylene increased,but the yield of carbon deposit decreased.(2)With the increase of microwave power,energy yield of acetylene decreased,but space-time yield of acetylene increased.(3)With the increase of flow rate,energy yield and space-time yield of acetylene increased first and then decreased.Finally,under the reaction conditions of CH4 flow rate of 700 mL/min,n(CH4)/n(H2)ratio of 1/4 and microwave power of 400 W,the energy yield and space-time yield of acetylene could reach 0.337 mmol/kJ and 12.3 mol/(s m3),respectively.The reaction mechanism of methane coupling in microwave plasma has been investigated based on the thermodynamics of chemical reaction.Interestingly,the acetylene yield of methane coupling in microwave plasma was much higher than the maximum thermodynamic yield of acetylene.This phenomenon was tentatively explained from non-expansion work in the microwave plasma system.Changsheng Shen Dekun Sun Hongsheng Yang 2011Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2011,20,4:2

3Polar-Coded Modulation Based on the Amplitude Phase Shift Keying Constellations显示文摘In this paper, we investigate the polarization effect of the amplitude phase shift keying(APSK) constellations. We find that the polarization effect of the APSK constellations is affected by the bit mapping and the bit loading. Traditionally, the Gray mapping is usually adopted in APSK constellations. Based on the given Gray mapping, we firstly propose the bit interleaved coded modulation polar-APSK(BICM-PA) scheme, which neglects the correlations between the bit levels by using the bit interleaver. In the BICM-PA scheme, a new metric called cumulative Bhattacharyya parameter is introduced to optimize the bit loading of the APSK constellations under the Gray mapping. Second, the multilevel coded modulation polar-APSK(MLCM-PA) is proposed to further improve the performance. A twostage optimization approach is adopted to select the bit mapping and the bit loading in the MLCM-PA scheme. The semi-set partitioning mapping is introduced to achieve a better system performance in the MLCM-PA scheme. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of all the proposed metrics. 6Nondestructive monitoring of annealing and chemical-mechanical planarization behavior using ellipsometry and deep learning显示文摘The Cu-flling process in through-silicon via(TSV-Cu)is a key technology for chip stacking and three-dimensional vertical packaging.During this process,defects resulting from chemical-mechanical planarization(CMP)and annealing severely affect the reliability of the chips.Traditional methods of defect characterization are destructive and cumbersome.In this study,a new defect inspection method was developed using Mueller matrix spectroscopic ellipsometry.TSV-Cu with a 3-μm-diameter and 8-μm-deep Cu filling showed three typical types of characteristics:overdishing(defect-OD),protrusion(defect-P),and defect-free.The process dimension for each defect was 13 nm.First,the three typical defects caused by CMP and annealing were investigated.With single-channel deep learning and a Mueller matrix element(MME),the TSV-Cu defect types could be distinguished with an accuracy rate of 99.94%.Next,seven effective MMEs were used as independent channels in the artificial neural network to quantify the height variation in the Cu flling in the z-direction.The accuracy rate was 98.92%after training,and the recognition accuracy reached 1 nm.The proposed approach rapidly and nondestructively evaluates the annealing bonding performance of CMP processes,which can improve the reliability of high-density integration.Qimeng Sun Dekun Yang Tianjian Liu Jianhong Liu Shizhao Wang Sizhou Hu Sheng Liu Yi Song 2023Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,2:0
7Construction of highly active WO_(3)/TpPa-1-COF S-scheme heterojunction toward photocatalytic H_(2)generation显示文摘The rapid charge recombination and low surface reaction kinetics are the two major constraints to the photocatalytic performance of covalent organic frameworks(COFs).To accelerate the charge separation behavior,TpPa-1-COF is decorated with WO_(3)Bvia an in-situ growth approach,and the resultant WO_(3)/TpPa-1-COF composites show significantly improved photocatalytic performance.Especially,when the WO_(3)loading arrives at 3 wt%,3%WO_(3)/TpPa-1-COF exhibits the maximum photocatalytic H_(2)evolution rate of 19.89 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1),which is approximately 4.8 times higher than that of pure TpPa-1-COF.The apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of 3%WO_(3)/TpPa-1-COF at 420 nm is detected to be 12.4%.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterization confirms the formation of internal electric field between WO_(3)and TpPa-1-CF,which can drive the photogenerated charge carrier diffusion in S-scheme mode.As a result,WO_(3)/TpPa-1-COF composite possesses high charge separation efficiency and strong redox ability,which is further supported by the photoelectrochemical results,thus benefiting the photocatalysis process.This work provides a rational strategy to modify COFs in photocatalytic water splitting.Long Sun Lingling Li Jiajie Fan Quanlong Xu Dekun Ma 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,28:0

9Ultrahigh hardness of carbon steel surface realized by novel solid carburizing with rapid diffusion of carbon nanostructures显示文摘In this study, a novel rapid solid carburizing process with a large diffusion depth using nano-diamonds(NDs) was conducted for low carbon steel. Changes of annealed NDs were obtained by Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and the results suggested that the NDs experience a stripping process before a special solid-reaction with surface iron atoms from steel substrate. Onionlike carbon(OLC) derived from the annealed NDs provided broken graphitic ribbons as carbon sources that accelerated the rate of adsorption and diffusion. Examination of the surface layer at equilibrium using TEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) also revealed the special state of carbon, and an ultrafine mixed phase microstructure was obtained by rapid solid-phase transformation. As a result, a surface hardened layer with ultrahigh hardness and a smooth transition region were realized.
