1Investigation of the characteristics and deactivation of catalytic active center of Cr-Al_2O_3 catalysts for isobutane dehydrogenation显示文摘Deactivation mechanism of Cr-Al2O3 catalyst and the interaction of Cr-Al in the dehydrogenation of isobutane, as well as the nature of the catalytic active center, were studied using XRD, SEM, XPS, H2-TPR, isobutane-TPR and TPO techniques. The results revealed that the deactivation of Cr-Al2O3 catalyst was mainly caused by carbon deposition on its surface. The Cr3+ion could not be reduced by hydrogen but could be reduced to Cr2+by hydrocarbons and monoxide carbon. The active center for isobutane dehydrogenation could be Cr2+/Cr3+produced from Cr6+by the on line reduction of hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide. 2Multimetallic AuPd@Pd@Pt core-interlayer-shell icosahedral electrocatalysts for highly efficient oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Incorporating Pt with core metals into Pt-based core-shell catalysts is regarded as a promising strategy to substantially enhance the catalytic properties towards oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) in fuel cells due to the synergetic effect between distinct metals. In this wok, ultrathin Pt skins with two atomic layers were epitaxially coated on as-prepared icosahedral Au_50Pd_50, Au_60Pd_40 and Au_66Pd_34 nanocrystal seeds,which are constructed with alloyed cores and Pd shells with different thickness. Through electron microscopic characterizations, Pd interlayers with tunable thickness of 3, 6, and 12 atomic layers can be found in the Au_66Pd_34@Pt, Au_60 Pd_40@Pt and Au_50Pd_50@Pt icosahedra, respectively. These icosahedral Au Pd@Pd@Pt nanocrystals show substantially enhanced activities and durabilities in electrocatalytic measurements towards ORR compared to Au_75Pd_25@Pt icosahedra without Pd interlayer and commercial Pt/C catalysts. 3Atomistic Surface Passivation of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) Perovskite Single Crystals for Highly Sensitive Coplanar-Structure X-Ray Detectors显示文摘Organic-inorganic halide perovskites(OIHPs)are recognized as the promising next-generation X-ray detection materials.However,the device performance is largely limited by the ion migration issue of OIHPs.Here,we reported a simple atomistic surface passivation strategy with methylammonium iodide(MAI)to remarkably increase the ion migration activation energy of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)single crystals.The amount of MAI deposited on the crystal surface is finely regulated by a self-assemble process to effectively suppress the metallic lead defects,while not introducing extra mobile ions,which results in significantly improved dark current stability of the coplanar-structure devices under a large electric field of 100Vmm^(-1).The X-ray detectors hence exhibit a record-high sensitivity above 700,000μC Gy^(-1)_(air) cm^(-2)under continuum X-ray irradiation with energy up to 50 keV,which enables an ultralow X-ray detection limit down to 1.5 nGy_(air)s^(-1).Our findings will allow for the dramatically reduced X-ray exposure of human bodies in medical imaging applications.Yilong Song Liqi Li Weihui Bi Mingwei Hao Yifei Kang Anran Wang Zisheng Wang Hanming Li Xiaohui Li Yanjun Fang Deren Yang Qingfeng Dong 2020Research2020,,1:5
4Acupuncture for neurological disorders in the Cochrane reviews Characteristics of included reviews and studies显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To summarize Cochrane reviews of acupuncture for neurological disorders,and characteristics of included reviews and studies.DATA SOURCES:A computer-based online search of the Cochrane Library (Issue 7 of 12,July 2010) was performed with the key word 'acupuncture' and systematic evaluations for acupuncture for neurological disorders were screened.STUDY SELECTION:Systematic reviews on acupuncture in the treatment of neurological disorders were included,and the characteristics of these reviews were analyzed based on methods recommended by the Cochrane collaboration.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Basic characteristics,methodological quality,main reasons for excluding trials,results and conclusions of Cochrane reviews were assessed.RESULTS:A total of 18 Cochrane systematic reviews were included,including 13 completed reviews and five research protocols.The 13 completed reviews involved 111 randomized controlled trials,including 43 trials (38.7%) conducted in China,47 trials (42.3%) using sham-acupuncture or placebo as control,15 trials (13.5%) with relatively high quality,91 trials (81.9%) reporting data on follow-up.Primary outcomes used in the Cochrane reviews were reported by 65 trials (58.6%),and adverse events were reported in 11 trials (9.9%).Two hundred and eighty three trials were excluded.Two reviews on headache suggested that acupuncture is a valuable non-drug treatment for patients with chronic or recurrent headache,and has better curative effects on migraine compared with preventative drug treatment.CONCLUSION:Of the Cochrane reviews on acupuncture in the treatment of neurological disorders,two reviews evaluating the efficacy of acupuncture in treating headaches drew positive conculsions,while other reviews did not obtain positive conclusions due to a small sample size or low methodological quality.The methodological quality of acupuncture trials needs further improvement.Deren Wang Weimin Yang Ming Liu 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,6:2

7Identification of subsurface damage of 4H-SiC wafers by combining photo-chemical etching and molten-alkali etching显示文摘In this work,we propose to reveal the subsurface damage(SSD)of 4H-SiC wafers by photo-chemical etching and identify the nature of SSD by molten-alkali etching.Under UV illumination,SSD acts as a photoluminescence-black defect.The selective photo-chemical etching reveals SSD as the ridge-like defect.It is found that the ridge-like SSD is still crystalline 4H-SiC with lattice distortion.The molten-KOH etching of the 4H-SiC wafer with ridge-like SSD transforms the ridge-like SSD into groove lines,which are typical features of scratches.This means that the underlying scratches under mechanical stress give rise to the formation of SSD in 4H-SiC wafers.SSD is incorporated into 4H-SiC wafers during the lapping,rather than the chemical mechanical polishing(CMP).Wenhao Geng Guang Yang Xuqing Zhang Xi Zhang Yazhe Wang Lihui Song Penglei Chen Yiqiang Zhang Xiaodong Pi Deren Yang Rong Wang 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,10:2
8Discrimination of dislocations in 4H-SiC by inclination angles of molten-alkali etched pits显示文摘Discrimination of dislocations is critical to the statistics of dislocation densities in 4H silicon carbide(4H-SiC),which are routinely used to evaluate the quality of 4H-SiC single crystals and homoepitaxial layers.In this work,we show that the inclination angles of the etch pits of molten-alkali etched 4H-SiC can be adopted to discriminate threading screw dislocations(TSDs),threading edge dislocations(TEDs)and basal plane dislocations(BPDs)in 4H-SiC.In n-type 4H-SiC,the inclination angles of the etch pits of TSDs,TEDs and BPDs in molten-alkali etched 4H-SiC are in the ranges of 27°−35°,8°−15°and 2°−4°,respectively.In semi-insulating 4H-SiC,the inclination angles of the etch pits of TSDs and TEDs are in the ranges of 31°−34°and 21°−24°,respectively.The inclination angles of dislocation-related etch pits are independent of the etching duration,which facilitates the discrimination and statistic of dislocations in 4H-SiC.More significantly,the inclination angle of a threading mixed dislocations(TMDs)is found to consist of characteristic angles of both TEDs and TSDs.This enables to distinguish TMDs from TSDs in 4H-SiC.Guang Yang Hao Luo Jiajun Li Qinqin Shao Yazhe Wang Ruzhong Zhu Xi Zhang Lihui Song Yiqiang Zhang Lingbo Xu Can Cui Xiaodong Pi Deren Yang Rong Wang 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,12:2

10Doping Silicon Wafers with Boron by Use of Silicon Paste显示文摘In this work we introduce recently developed silicon-paste-enabled p-type doping for silicon.Boron-doped silicon nanoparticles are synthesized by a plasma approach.They are then dispersed in solvents to form silicon paste. 112Dπ‐conjugated metal-organic frameworks for CO_(2) electroreduction显示文摘Electrochemically converting CO_(2) molecules into valuable chemicals and fuels opens up a promising route to utilize CO_(2) source.To overcome the low efficiency and durability that hinder its practical applications,tremendous research efforts have been devoted to nano‐level or atomic‐level catalyst design.The advent of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)provides novel opportunities for CO_(2) reduction catalysts,which may integrate the respective advantages of traditional catalysts and single‐atom catalysts.In this review,we summarize the recent advances in two‐dimensional(2D)π‐conjugated MOF catalysts and discuss their practical applications in CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).First,we systematically introduce the development of electrocatalysts for CO_(2)RR applications.Meanwhile,various types of 2D porphyrin/phthalocyanine‐based MOFs and corresponding electrocatalytic performances arising from activesite engineering,surface reconstruction,and thickness control are briefly overviewed.Finally,we highlight their major challenges and opportunities facing CO_(2)RR,and hope that this review can offer new insight into MOF catalyst design.Deren Yang Xun Wang 2022SmartMat2022,3,1:2
12Partial amination of cationic exchange resins and its application in the hydration of butene显示文摘In this work,the amination of sulfonated polystyrene resin with alkyl secondary amine is investigated.The catalytic activities of the modified resins are determined through the hydration of 1-butene.The optimum chain length and the best range of amination rate are determined.It is found that the single-pass conversion of 1-butene was raised 2% on average,and the relative activity was increased over 30% after modification.A hypothesis about the enhancement of catalytic activities by the inclusion of alkyl chain to wrap up the butene molecule is proposed.Deren Fang Wanzhong Ren] Hongying Lu Hongtao Yang 2012Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,3:2
13Silicon-based inorganic-organic hybrid optoelectronic synaptic devices simulating cross-modal learning显示文摘With advances in Si-based technology infrastructures and the rapid integration of Si-based optoelectronics, Si-based optoelectronic synaptic devices have the potential to greatly facilitate the large-scale deployment of neuromorphic computing. The incorporation of solution-processable polymer semiconductors into Si-based optoelectronics may enable the cost-effective fabrication of optoelectronic synaptic devices.Poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) is a semiconducting polymer used to manufacture optoelectronic synaptic transistors with P3HT channels and Si gates. The gate dielectric between them consists of a SiO2 layer.Hybrid inorganic-organic Si/P3HT optoelectronic synaptic transistors can mimic synapses when exposed to optical and electrical stimuli. 14Light-emitting diodes based on colloidal silicon quantum dots显示文摘Colloidal silicon quantum dots(Si QDs) hold great promise for the development of printed Si electronics. Given their novel electronic and optical properties, colloidal Si QDs have been intensively investigated for optoelectronic applications. Among all kinds of optoelectronic devices based on colloidal Si QDs, QD light-emitting diodes(LEDs) play an important role. It is encouraging that the performance of LEDs based on colloidal Si QDs has been significantly increasing in the past decade. In this review, we discuss the effects of the QD size, QD surface and device structure on the performance of colloidal Si-QD LEDs.
