| 2 | Reliability Simulation and Design Optimization for Mechanical Maintenance显示文摘Reliability model of a mechanical product system will be newly reconstructed and maintenance cost will increase because failed parts can be replaced with new components during service,which should be accounted for in system design. In this paper,a reliability model and reliability-based design optimization methodology for maintenance are presented. First,based on the time-to-failure density function of the part of the system,the age distributions of all parts of the system during service are investigated,a reliability model of the mechanical system for maintenance is developed. Then,reliability simulations of the systems with Weibull probability density functions are performed,the system minimum reliability and steady reliability for maintenance are defined based on reliability simulation during the life cycle of the system. Thirdly,a maintenance cost model is developed based on replacement rates of the parts,a reliability-based design optimization model for maintenance is presented,in which total life cycle cost is considered as design objective and system reliability as design constrain. | 6 | Expression Pattern and Target Gene of bbu-miR-103-1 in Buffalo(Bubalus bubalis) at Lactation and Non-lactation Periods显示文摘[Objective] The paper aimed to investigate the expression pattern of bbu-miR-103-1 in buffalo( Bubalus bubalis) at lactation and non-lactation periods,and to predict its target gene and function. [Method]Expression pattern of bbu-miR-103-1 at lactation and non-lactation periods were detected by qRT-PCR.The precursor expression plasmid of bbu-miR-103-1 was constructed and named LpEZX-pre-miR-103-1. It was packaged and propagated to produce high-titer lentivirus in 293 T cell lines,which could be used to infect buffalo mammary epithelial cells( BMECs) and over express bbu-miR-103-1. The inhibitor of bbu-miR-103-1 was chemically synthesized and transfected into BMECs to suppress bbu-miR-103-1 at the same time. The relative expression of pantothenate kinase 3( PANK3) and milk fat metabolism related genes were detected by qRT-PCR. [Result]The relative expression of bbu-miR-103-1 at lactation period was 5. 29 times higher than that at non-lactation period in buffalo( P < 0. 01). The LpEZX-pre-miR-103-1 had been successfully constructed and packaged with the infection titer of 3. 47 × 10~6 PFU/m L. Overexpress or suppress of bbu-miR-103-1 extremely down-regulated or up-regulated the expression level of PANK3 in BMECs( P < 0. 01).Over expression of bbu-miR-103-1 extremely enhanced the expression of Acetyl-CoA carboxylase alpha( ACACA),Glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase 1 mitochondrial( GPAM),Diacylglycerol Oacyltransferase 1( DGAT1) and Pyruvate dehydrogenase lipoamide kinase isozyme 4( PDK4)( P < 0. 01),and also significantly up-regulated the expression of sterol regulatory element binding protein-1c( SREBP1c),Adipose differentiation-related protein( ADFP),Cluster of differentiation36( CD36),Acetyl-Co A synthetase short-chain subfamily member 1( ACSS1)( P < 0. 05). | 9 | Formation mechanism of carbonates in the lacustrine muddy shale and it implication for shale oil and gas: A case study of source rocks in Member 4 and Member 3 of Shahejie Formation, Dongying sag显示文摘Through analysis of microscopic characteristics,mineral components,elements and isotopes,the genetic mechanism of carbonates in the deep lacustrine source rocks in the upper submember of Member 4 and lower submember of Member 3 of Shahejie Formation in Dongying sag,is well investigated.The results show that four types of carbonates in the deep lake,i.e.,lenticular coarse crystalline carbonate,lamellar micro-fine crystalline carbonate,lamellar cryptocrystalline carbonate and massive cryptocrystalline carbonate.Of which,the lenticular coarse crystalline carbonate is formed by diagenetic recrystallization.For the lamellar micro-fine crystalline carbonate and the lamellar cryptocrystalline carbonate,through the alga photosynthesis,the carbon dioxide(CO_(2))is constantly extracted from water,thus the concentration of CO_(3)^(-2) ion in water increases,and then the CO_(3)^(-2) ion reacts with Ca2+ ion in lake water surface to form the carbonates;the saline water environment is favorable for preservation of carbonate particles which mostly occur in lamellar micro-fine crystalline;in the brackish water environment,the water is deep,and the carbonate crystalline beneath the carbonate compensation depth surface is usually is dissolved,and most of lamellar cryptocrystalline are preserved.The massive cryptocrystalline carbonate is formed by the sedimentary carbonate which transport from shallow water to deep water by gravity flow.To some extent,the carbonates control reservoir property and compressibility of muddy shale in the upper submember of Member 4 and lower submember of Member 3 of Shahejie Formation in Dongying sag,and provide important information for reconstruction of sedimentary environment of the ancient lake. | Yong Wang Huiming Liu Guoqi Song Xuefeng Hao Deshun Zhu Deyan Zhu | 2018 | Petroleum Research2018,3,3: | 1 |

The max eigenvalue is multiplied by the weight coefficient to establish the quality evaluation model in multi-station assembly processes. | 18 | Stratigraphy and Zircon Provenance of a Late Paleoproterozoic Terrestrial Sequence underlying the Xiong'er Volcanics in the Southern North China Craton显示文摘The late Paleoproterozoic Dagushi Formation comprises a fluvial-lacustrine succession and represents the initial fill of the Xiong'er Basin in the southern North China Craton.Employing integrated outcrop surveys and detrital zircon UPb-Hf dating,this study examines the provenance and depositional setting of the Dagushi Formation.Five major depositional facies,including braided channel,distributary channel,subaqueous stream/mouth bar,pro-delta and shallow lake,were identified,based on lithofacies and associations.They were interpreted as representing a braided river deltalacustrine system.The ages of the last metamorphic event of the basement,covering volcanics and the youngest zircon together constrain a depositional age of ca.1.79 Ga for the Dagushi Formation.Zircon age distributions reveal a provenance change from ca.2.7–2.5 Ga rocks in the lower part,to ca.2.3–1.9 Ga sources in the middle-upper part of the Dagushi Formation.Considering the vertical sedimentology,this provenance change could be induced by the rising water-level caused by a tectonic subsidence.The ca.2.7–2.5 Ga zircons are suggested to be locally sourced from the late Neoarchean–Paleoproterozoic metamorphic basement.The northeast Zhongtiao Mts area(current co-ordinates)is supposed to have appeared as a paleo-uplift and served as a source area for the Paleoproterozoic grains.The Dagushi Formation records an early‘underfilled'stage of the Xiong'er Rift. | SUN Fengbo ZHENG Deshun ZUO Pengfei LIU Weiqing | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5: | 0 |
