| 1 | Design and test of tray-seedling sorting transplanter显示文摘In order to improve the automatic sorting and transplanting of tray-seedling and reduce labors strength,a new sorting transplanter was designed.According to the feature of normal seedling tray and manual grading method,the mechanical sorting procedure was defined.The key parts of sorting transplanter are as follows:an efficient transfer mechanism with aerodynamic buffer,a seedling identifying and measuring unit based on linear-structured vision,the extendible multi-grasper with wireless technology and the system controller.The experiments were conducted and showed that the transplanting success rate was 90.0% on the tray of 6×12 holes under the speed of 700 cycles per hour.The vision unit’s failed identifying rate for the superior pepper seedlings on five different trays was less than 10%,and the measurement error of seedling height was about 5 mm. | Feng Qingchun Zhao Chunjiang Jiang Kai Fan Pengfei Wang Xiu | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,2: | 12 |
| 2 | Design and test of robotic harvesting system for cherry tomato显示文摘Harvesting of fresh-eating cherry tomato was highly costly on labor and time.In order to achieve mechanical harvesting for the fresh-eating tomato,a new harvesting robot was designed,which consisted of a stereo visual unit,an end-effector,manipulator,a fruit collector,and a railed vehicle.The robot configuration and workflow design focused on the special cultivating condition.Three key parts were introduced in detail:a railroad vehicle capably moving on both ground and rail was adopted as the robot’s carrier,a visual servo unit was used to identify and locate the mature fruits bunch,and the end-effector to hold and separate the fruit bunch was designed based on the stalk’s mechanical features.The field test of the new developed robot was conducted and the results were analyzed.The successful harvest rate of the robot was 83%,however,each successful harvest averagely needed 1.4 times attempt,and a single successful harvesting cycle cost 8 s excluding the time cost on moving. | Qingchun Feng Wei Zou Pengfei Fan Chunfeng Zhang Xiu Wang | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,1: | 8 |
| 3 | Comparative transcriptome analysis during early fruit development between three seedy citrus genotypes and their seedless mutants显示文摘Identification of genes with differential transcript abundance(GDTA)in seedless mutants may enhance understanding of seedless citrus development.Transcriptome analysis was conducted at three time points during early fruit development(Phase 1)of three seedy citrus genotypes:Fallglo(Bower citrus hybrid(Citrus reticulata×C.reticulata×C.paradisi)×Temple(C.reticulata×C.sinensis)),grapefruit(C.paradisi),Pineapple sweet orange(C.sinensis),and their seedless mutants.Seed abortion in seedless mutants was observed at 26 days post anthesis(Time point 2).Affymetrix transcriptomic analysis revealed 359 to 1077 probe sets with differential transcript abundance in the comparison of seedless versus seedy fruits for each citrus genotypes and time points.The GDTA identified by 18 microarray probe sets were validated by qPCR.Hierarchical clustering analysis revealed a range of GDTA associated with development,hormone and protein metabolism,all of which may reflect genes associated with seedless fruit development.There were 14,9 and 12 genes found exhibiting similar abundance ratios in all three seedless versus seedy genotype comparisons at time point 1,2 and 3,respectively.Among those genes were genes coding for an aspartic protease and a cysteine protease,which may play important roles in seedless fruit development.New insights into seedless citrus fruit development may contribute to biotech approaches to create seedless cultivars. | Shujian Zhang Qingchun Shi Ute Albrecht Robert G Shatters Jr Ric Stange Greg McCollum Shuo Zhang Chengming Fan Ed Stover | 2017 | Horticulture Research2017,4,1: | 2 |

| 9 | Air pollutant emissions from the asphalt industry in Beijing,China显示文摘Improving our understanding of air pollutant emissions fromthe asphalt industry is critical for the development and implementation of pollution control policies.In this study,the spatial distribution of potential maximum emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the complete life cycle of asphaltmixtures,as well as the particulate matter(PM),asphalt fume,nonmethane hydrocarbons(NMHCs),VOCs,and benzoapyrene(BaP)emissions from typical processes(e.g.,asphalt and concrete mixing stations,asphalt heating boilers,and asphalt storage tanks)in asphalt mixing plants,were determined in Beijing in 2017.The results indicated that the potential maximum emissions of VOCs in the complete life cycle of asphalt mixtures were 18,001 ton,with a large contribution from the districts of Daxing,Changping,and Tongzhou.The total emissions of PM,asphalt fume,NMHC,VOCs,and BaP from asphalt mixing plants were 3.1,12.6,3.1,23.5,and 1.9×10^(−3)ton,respectively.The emissions of PMfromasphalt and concretemixing stations contributed themost to the total emissions.The asphalt storage tankwas the dominant emission source of VOCs,accounting for 96.1%of the total VOCs emissions in asphalt mixing plants,followed by asphalt heating boilers.The districts of Daxing,Changping,and Shunyi were the dominant regions for the emissions of PM,asphalt fume,NMHC,and BaP,while the districts of Shunyi,Tongzhou,and Changping contributed the most emissions of VOCs. | Song Qu Shoubin Fan Gang Wang Wanqing He Kangli Xu Lei Nie Yuncheng Zhao Qingchun Zhu Tingting Li Guohao Li | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11: | 1 |

Thereupon, cellulose was dissolved in a pre-cooled NaOH/urea solution, from which various-size microspheres were prepared. The volume-average diameters were controlled approximately at 30 μm, 8 μm and 4 μm grades when cyclohexane, liquid paraffin and pump oil were used as dispersants, respectively. The present investigations reveal that higher viscosity dispersant is suitable for the preparation of smaller-size microspheres, while larger size microspheres are prepared preferably using lower-viscosity dispersant. | 12 | Alleviating eutrophication by reducing the abundance of Cyanophyta due to dissolved inorganic carbon fertilization:Insights from Erhai Lake,China显示文摘The eutrophication of lakes is a global environmental problem.Regulating nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)on phytoplankton is considered to be the most important basis of lake eutrophication management.Therefore,the effects of dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC)on phytoplankton and its role in mitigating lake eutrophication have often been overlooked.In this study,the relationships between phytoplankton and DIC concentrations,carbon isotopic composition,nutrients(N and P),and hydrochemistry in the Erhai Lake(a karst lake)were investigated.The results showed that when the dissolved carbon dioxide(CO_(2)(aq))concentrations in the water were higher than 15μmol/L,the productivity of phytoplankton was controlled by the concentrations of TP and TN,especially by that of TP.When the N and P were sufficient and the CO_(2)(aq)concentrations were lower than 15μmol/L,the phytoplankton productivity was controlled by the concentrations of TP and DIC,especially by that of DIC.Additionally,DIC significantly affected the composition of the phytoplankton community in the lake(p<0.05).When the CO_(2)(aq)concentrations were higher than 15μmol/L,the relative abundance of Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta was much higher than those of harmful Cyanophyta.Thus,high concentrations of CO_(2)(aq)can inhibit harmful Cyanophyta blooms. | Chaowei Lai Zhen Ma Zaihua Liu Hailong Sun Qingchun Yu Fan Xia Xuejun He Qian Bao Yongqiang Han Xing Liu Haibo He | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,9: | 0 |
| 13 | Optimal power allocation for complex field network coding scheme with the K-th best relay selection显示文摘Wireless relay and network coding are two critical techniques to increase the reliability and throughput of wireless cooperative communication systems. In this paper, a complex field network coding (CFNC) scheme with the K-th best relay selection (KBS) is proposed and investigated, wherein the K-th best relay is selected to forward the multiplexed signal to the destination. First, the upper bound of the symbol error probability (SEP), the diversity order, and the coding gain are derived for the CFNC scheme with KBS. Then, the coding gain is utilized as the optimized criterion to determine the optimal power allocation.
