| 1 | Structural evolution of non dendritic AlSi7Mg alloy during reheating显示文摘The structural evolution of non dendritic AlSi7Mg alloy during reheating in resistance furnace was studied. The alloy ingots were produced by electromagnetic stirring during solidification. It was found that, the Si phase in eutectic dissolves in a way of diffusion toward α phase, its appearance changes from flake to dot like, and tends to be fine and spheroidal with increasing reheating temperature. The thinner the flake, the lower the temperature for the occurrence of this process, and the higher the transforming speed. The eutectic melts partially when Si phase dissolves to some extent, and the morphology and size of primary α phase begin to change. The dendrite and rosette α phases tends to sphericize. The size of the former becomes larger, while the size of the latter reduces to be 1/2~1/4 of the original size. | 2 | Double-layered osmotic pump controlled release tablets of actarit: In vitro and in vivo evaluation显示文摘The aim of the study was to develop actarit double-layered osmotic pump tablets to overcome the weak points of actarit common tablets, such as short half-life and large plasma concentration fluctuations. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were applied to optimize the formulation;the pharmacokinetic study was performed in beagle dogs adopting actarit common tablets as reference tablets. The optimal formulation was as follows: drug layer: 150 mg actarit, 240 mg PEO-N80, 50 mg NaCl;push layer: 140 mg PEO-WSR303, 20 mg NaCl;coating solution: 30 g cellulose acetate and 6 g PEG 4000 in 1000 ml 94% acetone solution, 60 mg coating weight gain. The pharmacokinetic study showed that T max was prolonged by the contrast of commercial common tablets with constant drug release rate, but the bioavailability was equivalent. And a good in vivo –in vitro correlation of the actarit osmotic pump tablets was also established. | 4 | Efficacy and complications of transarterial chemoembolization alone or in combination with different protocols for hepatocellular carcinoma: A Bayesian network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘Background and aims:Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)is the standard treatment for most intermediate-toadvanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma.With the ongoing development of interventional therapies,TACE in combination with different protocols is being explored.A network meta-analysis to collect recent evidence in this field is required.Methods:We searched PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,Embase,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database,Cochrane Library,and Wanfang database from their inception to May 2022 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that reported TACE in combination with different protocols for hepatocellular carcinoma.Results:In total,67 RCTs assessing eight combination treatments were included.The quality of primary outcomes was from moderate to low.The Bayesian network meta-analysis confirmed that TACE combined with iodine-125 seed implantation had the highest probability of 1-year survival rate and TACE combined with sorafenib had the highest probability of 2-year survival rate.TACE alone had the highest probability of incidence of fever,TACE combined with sorafenib had the highest probability of incidence of pain and TACE combined with percutaneous ethanol injection had the highest probability of incidence of nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:This Bayesian network meta-analysis found that TACE combined with iodine-125 seed and TACE combined with sorafenib may benefit patients in terms of 1-year survival and 2-year survival,respectively.To confirm this conclusion,high-quality and well-designed RCTs with a larger sample size are needed. | Jingxin Yan Manjun Deng Ting Li Changhao Dong Minglan Wang Shunyu Kong Yingxing Guo Haining Fan | 2023 | iLIVER2023,2,2: | 1 |

| 6 | High-entropy(Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Dy_(0.2)Er_(0.2))_(2)Hf_(2)O_(7) ceramic with superb resistance to radiation-induced amorphization显示文摘Nuclear engineering materials are required to possess outstanding extreme environmental tolerance and irradiation resistance.A promising novel pyrochlore-type of(Sm_(0.2)Eu_(0.2)Gd_(0.2)Dy_(0.2)Er_(0.2))2 Hf_(2)O_(7)high-entropy ceramic(HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7))for control rod was prepared by solid-state reaction method.The ion irradiation of HE-RE_(2) Hf_(2)O_(7)with 400 keV Kr+at 400℃was investigated using a 400 kV ion implanter and compared with single-component pyrochlore Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)to evaluate the irradiation resistance.For HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7),the phase transition from pyrochlore to defective fluorite is revealed after irradiation at 60 dpa.After irradiation at 120 dpa,it maintained crystalline,which is comparable to Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)but superior to the titanate pyrochlores previously studied.Moreover,the lattice expansion of HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7)(_(0.2)2%)is much lower than that of Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)(0.62%),indicating excellent irradiation damage resistance.Nanoindentation tests displayed an irradiation-induced increase in hardness and a decrease in elastic modulus by about 2.6%.Irradiation-induced segregation of elements is observed on the surface of irradiated samples.In addition,HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7)demonstrates a more sluggish grain growth rate than Gd2 Hf_(2)O_(7)at 1200℃,suggesting better high-temperature stability.The linear thermal expansion coefficient of HE-RE2 Hf_(2)O_(7)is 10.7×10-6 K-1 at 298–1273 K.In general,it provides a new strategy for the design of the next advanced nuclear engineering materials. | Jingxin Wu Meng Zhang Zhanqiang Li Minzhong Huang Huiming Xiang Liyan Xue Zhengming Jiang Zhigang Zhao Lianfeng Wei Yong Zheng Fan Yang Guang Ran Yanchun Zhou Heng Chen | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,24: | 1 |

The DNA of common livestock and poultry meat( including mutton,beef,pork,rabbit meat,pigeon meat,quail meat,chicken,duck and goose) was used as template. Though PCR amplification and specific detection,a quick determination method was established to identify the avian-derived ingredients. The results showed that the selected primers could identify the ingredients of animal origin effectively and quickly. | 13 | CTCF organizes inter-A compartment interactions through RYBP-dependent phase separation显示文摘Chromatin is spatially organized into three-dimensional structures at different levels including A/B compartments, topologically associating domains and loops. The canonical CTCF-mediated loop extrusion model can explain the formation of loops. However, the organization mechanisms underlying long-range chromatin interactions such as interactions between A–A compartments are still poorly understood. Here we show that different from the canonical loop extrusion model, RYBP-mediated phase separation of CTCF organizes inter-A compartment interactions. Based on this model, we designed and verified an induced CTCF phase separation system in embryonic stem cells (ESCs), which facilitated inter-A compartment interactions, improved self-renewal of ESCs and inhibited their differentiation toward neural progenitor cells.
