1Positioning error compensation of an industrial robot using neural networks and experimental study显示文摘Due to the characteristics of high efficiency,wide working range,and high flexibility,industrial robots are being increasingly used in the industries of automotive,machining,electrical and electronic,rubber and plastics,aerospace,food,etc.Whereas the low positioning accuracy,resulted from the serial configuration of industrial robots,has limited their further developments and applications in the field of high requirements for machining accuracy,e.g.,aircraft assembly.In this paper,a neural-network-based approach is proposed to improve the robots’positioning accuracy.Firstly,the neural network,optimized by a genetic particle swarm algorithm,is constructed to model and predict the positioning errors of an industrial robot.Next,the predicted errors are utilized to realize the compensation of the target points at the robot’s workspace.Finally,a series of experiments of the KUKA KR 500–3 industrial robot with no-load and drilling scenarios are implemented to validate the proposed method.The experimental results show that the positioning errors of the robot are reduced from 1.529 mm to 0.344 mm and from 1.879 mm to 0.227 mm for the no-load and drilling conditions,respectively,which means that the position accuracy of the robot is increased by 77.6%and 87.9%for the two experimental conditions,respectively.Bo LI Wei TIAN Chufan ZHANG Fangfang HUA Guangyu CUI Yufei LI 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,2:9

3Establishment of a new acute-on-chronic liver failure model显示文摘To establish an animal model of acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF) that would replicate the pathological process of ACLF in humans, rats were administered porcine serum(PS) for 11 weeks. Liver fibrosis was determined by pathological and biochemical assessments. The animals then were injected with D-galactosamine(D-gal) and lipopolysaccharide(LPS). The survival times of animals with cirrhosis and ACLF were determined over 48 h. Other animals were killed at 0, 4, 8 and 12 h after administration of D-gal/LPS. Liver injury was assessed by histopathological analysis and biochemical indices, and apoptosis was detected by Western blot and TUNEL analysis. After PS administration for 11 weeks the serum levels of hyaluronic acid and N-procollagen type III peptide increased significantly, and serious fibrosis and cirrhosis was observed at weeks 10 and 11. Cirrhotic rats were injected with D-gal/LPS to induced ACLF; the rate of mortality over 48 h was 80%. ALT and AST levels increased markedly at 4 h, but decreased significantly at8 and 12 h post-treatment. The total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, and total bile acids levels increased markedly at 8 and 12 h. Clotting times, TNF-α and IL-6 levels increased significantly, except for 12 h post-treatment.Apoptosis, inflammation and necrosis were elevated as determined by hematoxylin-eosin staining and TUNEL assays. BCL-2 levels decreased significantly, While BAX levels increased significantly.Cytochrome c expression peaked at 8 h postD-gal/LPS treatment. 4HPLC Fingerprint Chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica Produced in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives] To establish fingerprint chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica and provide basis for controlling and assessing the quality of Tetracera asiatica.[Methods] The high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was used. Phenomenex C18( 5 μm,4. 6 ×250 mm),acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid water,gradient elution,flow rate 1 m L/min,detection wavelength 214 nm,and column temperature 25 ℃. The fingerprint chromatogram of 10 batches of samples of Tetracera asiatica was determined for similarity comparison. [Results] It established HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica produced in Guangxi,determined a total of 13 common fingerprint peaks. 5Summertime CO_2 fluxes from tundra of Ny-?lesund in the High Arctic显示文摘The Arctic ecosystem, especially High Arctic tundra, plays a unique role in the global carbon cycle because of amplified warming in the region. However, relatively little research has been conducted in High Arctic tundra compared with other global ecosystems. In the present work, summertime net ecosystem exchange(NEE), ecosystem respiration(ER), and photosynthesis were investigated at six tundra sites(DM1–DM6) on Ny-?lesund in the High Arctic. NEE at the tundra sites varied between a weak sink and strong source(-3.3 to 19.0 mg CO_2·m^(-2)·h^(-1)). ER and gross photosynthesis were 42.8 to 92.9 mg CO_2·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and 54.7 to 108.7 mg CO_2·m^(-2)·h^(-1), respectively. The NEE variations showed a significant correlation with photosynthesis rates, whereas no significant correlation was found with ecosystem respiration, indicating that NEE variations across the region were controlled by differences in net uptake of CO_2 owing to photosynthesis, rather than by variations in ER. A Q_(10) value of 1.80 indicated weak temperature sensitivity of tundra ER and its response to future global warming. NEE and gross photosynthesis also showed relatively strong correlations with C/N ratio. The tundra ER, NEE, and gross photosynthesis showed variations over slightly waterlogged wetland tundra, mesic and dry tundra. 6Research on polyfluorene derivatives end-capped by N-hexyl-carbazole and benzene显示文摘Copolymers of 9,9-dioctylfluorene (DOF) and 2-thienyl-benzothiadiazole (DBT) were synthesized by Suzuki reaction and end-capped by N-hexyl-carbazole and benzene, which were abbreviated as PDOF-DBT-Cz and PDOF-DBT-B, respectively. The photophysical, electrochemical and thermal properties of the copolymers were studied. 7Transcriptomics-based identification and characterization of genes related to sugar metabolism in‘Hongshuijing’pitaya显示文摘Sugar composition not only affects fruit flavor but is also an important determinant of fruit taste and consumer preference.In this study,changes in the sugar content and sugar-metabolizing enzymes were investigated from different sections of various fruit development phases of‘Hongshuijing’pitaya(Hylocereus monacanthus).Genes related to sugar metabolism were also screened by transcriptome analyses.The results indicated that glucose was the major sugar in mature pitaya fruit,and was mainly regulated by vacuolar acid invertase(VAI)and sucrose synthase(SS)(degradative direction).Sugar accumulation varied in pulp between different sections of the pitaya fruit.VAI,neutral invertase(NI)and SS(degradative direction)are crucial enzymes for sugar accumulation in pitaya.The expression of 17 genes related to sucrose metabolism obtained from seven databases[NCBI non-redundant protein database(Nr),NCBI non-redundant nucleotide sequence database(Nt),EuKaryotic Orthologous Groups(KOG),The Protein Families(Pfam),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG),Swiss-prot,and Gene Ontology(GO)]were analyzed in different pitaya pulp sections.HpVAI1 had the highest relative expression level on the 29th day after pollination(DAP).Positive correlations were found between HpVAI1 expression and VAI activity;HpNI4 and NI activity;HpSS2,HpSS5,and SS activity(synthetic direction),indicating that HpVAI1,HpNI4,and HpSS2 and HpSS5 were involved in the regulation of VAI,NI,and SS(synthetic direction),respectively.HpVAI1 and HpNI4 regulated sucrose degradation and the accumulation of glucose and fructose,while HpSS2 and HpSS5 regulated sucrose synthesis.These results suggest that HpVAI1 plays a key role in sugar metabolism during fruit development of‘Hongshuijing’pitaya.The results of this study provide new information about sugar metabolism in pitaya fruit that could help improve fruit quality and the breeding of new cultivars.Zhike Zhang Yemiao Xing Muthusamy Ramakrishnan Canbin Chen Fangfang Xie Qingzhu Hua Jianye Chen Rong Zhang Jietang Zhao Guibing Hu Yonghua Qin 2022Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,4:1

9Content Determination of Total Flavonoids in Tetracera asiatica from 10 Different Production Areas in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives] To determine the content of total flavonoids in Tetracera asiatica from different production areas in Guangxi and provide a basis for improving the quality standards of crude drug. [Methods] Using 50% ethanol as extractor,NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH as chromogenic system and rutin as the reference substance,the content of total flavonoids from the crude drug was determined. [Results] A method for determining the content of total flavonoids was established,the content of total flavonoids was 11.35-21.35 mg·g^(-1),and the average content was 17.64 mg·g^(-1). [Methods] Comparative methods were applied to study the effects of plant growth substance on the growth and development of D. officinale Kimura et Migo. [Results] Plant growth regulators play an important role in the process of tissue culture rapid propagation of D. officinale Kimura et Migo,and the main regulatory pathways are as follows.( i) Plant growth regulators promote the growth and development of D. officinale Kimura et Migo through regulating the changes of its endogenous hormones.( ii) Plant growth regulators affect the accumulation of polysaccharide content in D. officinale Kimura et Migo through regulating the changes in chlorophyll content and enzymes involved in sucrose metabolism.( iii) Plant growth regulators can increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes of D. officinale Kimura et Migo,to increase its stress resistance. 12Ammonium and nitrate impact petal color traits and amino acid profiles differently in Petunia显示文摘Nitrogen(N)is vital for ornamental plants to fulfill fundamental cellular functions.Effects of inorganic N,including nitrate and ammonium,on ornamental traits at the biochemical level are less reported.Given that the continuously increased concentration of CO_(2) in the atmosphere has greater negative effects on nitrate reduction than ammonium utilization in C3 plants,it is vital for us to dissect various effects of different inorganic N forms on flower development,which will lead to a better understanding of the metabolic regulation of ornamental traits.In this study,Petunia×hybrida cv'Mitchell Diploid'(MD)plants at 6−8-leaf stage were treated hydroponically with the same and regular amount of inorganic N for one month but in three different forms,1 mM NH4NO3 as the control(NH_(4)NO_(3)),2 mM NH4Cl alone(NH_(4)-N)and 2 mM NaNO_(3) alone(NO_(3)-N).Results indicated that relative to the control,effects of NH_(4)-N and NO_(3)-N treatment alone on plant growth,N utilization and distribution,petal color traits and petal amino acid profiles were different by varying degrees.We have confirmed that NH_(4)-N could specifically increase ^(15)N distribution to floral tissues,change the amino acid profiles in petals which in turn bring changes to petal colors.Results with four commercially available Petunia cultivars with different flower colors also validated our findings.This study has been designed to specifically investigate effects of ammonium or nitrate as the sole source of inorganic N on the developmental and chemical features of floral tissues in Petunia.Hua Guo Guodong Wang Peng Zhang Ge Wang Zhilong Bao Fangfang Ma 2022Ornamental Plant Research2022,2,1:0
13Chromosome-scale genome assembly of marigold (Tagetes erecta L.):An ornamental plant and feedstock for industrial lutein production显示文摘Marigold(Tagetes erecta L., African marigold) is a widely grown ornamental plant and a main source of the carotenoid lutein for the industrial production of pharmaceuticals, food coloring, and feed additives. To gain a deeper understanding of the genetic mechanism of lutein in marigold, a chromosome-scale assembly of the marigold(T. erecta V-01) genome was completed based on Illumina, PacBio, and Hi-C reads. The707.21-Mb assembled genome consisted of 35 834 annotated protein-coding genes, with 97.7% genomic integrity. We anchored 87.8% of the contigs(covering 621.20 Mb) to 12 pseudochromosomes, bringing the scaffold N50 length to 54.15 Mb. Phylogenetic analysis showed that marigold was closely related to the Asteraceae species bitter vine(Mikania micrantha) and sunflower(Helianthus annuus), all three of which originated in the Americas. Marigold diverged from the sunflower clade 23.57 million years ago(MYA) and from M. micrantha 19.59 MYA.Marigold has undergone three whole-genome duplication events, as well as a recent whole-genome duplication event(WGD-2) common to H.annuus and M. micrantha. Marigold gene families were significantly less expanded than those of M. micrantha or H. annuus, and the marigold genome contained significantly fewer interspersed repeats, which might account for its smaller genome. In addition, a range of candidate genes involved in the lutein biosynthetic pathway were identified. 14ADT-OH improves intestinal barrier function and remodels the gut microbiota in DSS-induced colitis显示文摘Owing to the increasing incidence and prevalence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)worldwide,effective and safe treatments for IBD are urgently needed.Hydrogen sulfide(H2S)is an endogenous gasotransmitter and plays an important role in inflammation.To date,H2S-releasing agents are viewed as potential anti-inflammatory drugs.The slow-releasing H_(2)S donor 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3H-1,2-dithiole-3-thione(ADT-OH),known as a potent therapeutic with chemopreventive and cytoprotective properties,has received attention recently.Here,we reported its anti-inflammatory effects on dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced acute(7 days)and chronic(30 days)colitis.We found that ADT-OH effectively reduced the DSS-colitis clinical score and reversed the inflammation-induced shortening of colon length.Moreover,ADT-OH reduced intestinal inflammation by suppressing the nuclear factor kappa-B pathway.In vivo and in vitro results showed that ADT-OH decreased intestinal permeability by increasing the expression of zonula occludens-1 and occludin and blocking increases in myosin II regulatory light chain phosphorylation and epithelial myosin light chain kinase protein expression levels.In addition,ADT-OH restored intestinal microbiota dysbiosis characterized by the significantly increased abundance of Muribaculaceae and Alistipes and markedly decreased abundance of Helicobacter,Mucispirillum,Parasutterella,and Desulfovibrio.Transplanting ADT-OH-modulated microbiota can alleviate DSS-induced colitis and negatively regulate the expression of local and systemic proinflammatory cytokines.Collectively,ADT-OH is safe without any short-term(5 days)or long-term(30 days)toxicological adverse effects and can be used as an alternative therapeutic agent for IBD treatment.Zhiqian Bi Jia Chen Xiaoyao Chang Dangran Li Yingying Yao Fangfang Cai Huangru Xu Jian Cheng Zichun Hua Hongqin Zhuang 2023Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,5:0
15Extracellular signal regulated kinase 5 promotes cell migration,invasion and lung metastasis in a FAK-dependent manner显示文摘This study was designed to evaluate ERK5 expression in lung cancer and malignant melanoma progression and to ascertain the involvement of ERK5 signaling in lung cancer and melanoma.We show that ERK5 expression is abundant in human lung cancer samples,and elevated ERK5 expression in lung cancer was linked to the acquisition of increased metastatic and invasive potential.Importantly,we observed a significant correlation between ERK5 activity and FAK expression and its phosphorylation at the Ser910 site.Mechanistically,ERK5 increased the expression of the transcription factor USF1,which could transcriptionally upregulate FAK expression,resulting in FAK signaling activation to promote cell migration.We also provided evidence that the phosphorylation of FAK at Ser910 was due to ERK5 but not ERK1/2,and we then suggested a role for Ser910 in the control of cell motility.In addition,ERK5 had targets in addition to FAK that regulate epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition and cell motility in cancer cells.Taken together,our findings uncover a cancer metastasis-promoting role for ERK5 and provide the rationale for targeting ERK5 as a potential therapeutic approach.Weiwei Jiang Fangfang Cai Huangru Xu Yanyan Lu Jia Chen Jia Liu Nini Cao Xiangyu Zhang Xiao Chen Qitai Huang Hongqin Zhuang Zi-Chun Hua 2020Protein & Cell2020,11,11:0
16Ginsenoside rg3 reduces body weight by regulating fat content and browning in obese mice显示文摘Objective:To determine the effects of ginsenoside rg3 on the body weight of C57BL/6J obese mice and to investigate its underlying weight loss mechanisms with a focus on white fat browning-related factors.Methods:Eight-week-old C57BL/6J male mice were fed a high-fat diet for 12 successive weeks to construct the obese model.C57BL/6J male mice were fed a standard chow diet to construct normal control group.After 8 weeks of intervention with ginsenoside rg3,the food intake,body weight,body fat mass,blood sugar,and lipid profiles of the mice in each group were detected.Hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining was used to observe the histological morphology of the adipose tissues.Real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and Western blotting(WB)were applied to detect the gene and protein expression levels of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor gama(PPARg),Peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor-gamma coactivator-1alpha(PGC-1a),PR domain containing 16(PRDM16),and uncoupling protein 1(UCP-1).Results:Compared to normal control group mice,the body weight,food intake,body fat composition,and blood lipid levels of model group mice increased significantly.After 8 weeks of intervention with ginsenoside rg3,body weight,body fat composition,food intake,and blood lipid profiles decreased.HE staining showed that ginsenoside rg3 can improve white adipocyte hypertrophy to a certain extent.RTPCR and WB demonstrated that ginsenoside rg3 can increase the mRNA and protein expression levels of PPARg,PGC-1a,PRDM16,and UCP-1 in the adipose tissues of obese mice.Conclusion:The weight reduction effect of ginsenoside rg3 may be related to the promotion of white fat browning.Qianqian Mu Jiacheng Zuo Dandan Zhao Xiaoshan Zhou Jing Hua Ying Bai Fangfang Mo Xin Fang Min Fu Sihua Gao 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021,8,1:0
