| 1 | Advances in BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)and satellite navigation augmentation technologies显示文摘Several noteworthy breakthroughs have been made with the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)and other global navigation satellite systems as well as the associated augmentation systems,such as the commissioning of the BDS-3 preliminary system and the successful launch of the first BDS-3 GEO satellite which carries the satellite-based augmentation payload.Presently,BDS can provide basic services globally,and its augmentation system is also being tested.This paper gives an overview of BDS and satellite navigation augmentation technologies.This overview is divided into four parts,which include the system segment technologies,satellite segment technologies,propagation segment technologies,and user segment technologies.In each part,these technologies are described from the perspectives of preliminary information,research progress,and summary.Moreover,the significance and progress of the BeiDou Satellite-based Augmentation System(BDSBAS),low earth orbit augmentation,and the national BeiDou ground-based augmentation system are presented,along with the airborne-based augmentation system.Furthermore,the conclusions and discussions covering popular topics for research,frontiers in research and development,achievements,and suggestions are listed for future research. | Rui Li Shuaiyong Zheng Ershen Wang Jinping Chen Shaojun Feng Dun Wang Liwen Dai | 2020 | Satellite Navigation2020,1,1: | 9 |
| 2 | Significance of ultrasound evaluation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque for diagnosing ischemic cerebrovascular disease显示文摘BACKGROUND: Carotid artery is the main source for craniocerebral blood supply. Its intimal plaque formation and arterial stenosis degree both are the risk factors for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Therefore, the close relationship of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and ultrasound evaluation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque have become the hot spot in studying ischemic cerebrovascular disease. OBJECTIVE: This study was to detect the degree of carotid atherosclerosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients by ultrasonography, and to analyze the situation of carotid atherosclerosis and its relationship with clinic. DESIGN: Clinical randomized concurrent control experiment. SETTING: Lintong Convalescent Hospital of Lanzhou Military Area Command of Chinese PLA. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 60 outpatients and inpatients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, 42 males and 18 females, admitted to Lintong Convalescent Hospital of Lanzhou Military Area Command of Chinese PLA between January 2006 and December 2006 were involved in the patient group. They met the diagnosis criteria of ischemic cerebrovascular disease constituted by the 4th Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1996, and were confirmed to suffer from ischemic cerebrovascular disease by skull CT and MRI. Another 20 subjects who received healthy examination concurrently in the same hospital, 12 males and 8 females, were involved in the control group. Informed consents of detected items were obtained from involved subjects. METHODS: The plaque thickness of mid portion, distal end and crotch of common carotid artery (CCA), internal carotid artery (ICA), external carotid artery (ECA) and vertebral artery (VA) of involved subjects, who received health examination was separately detected with color Doppler ultrasonograph (HDI-5000). Then, total integral of plaque was calculated. The intima-media thickness (IMT) was measured with two-dimensional ultrasonography. The inner diameter stenosis degree of subjects who had plaque was measured. Blood flow parameters were recorded, and stenosis degree and plaque area were calculated. Blood flow volume of bilateral carotid artery and VA was separately measured with ultrasound equipment software, and brain blood flow volume was calculated. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Atherosclerotic degree and blood flow volume of patients of two groups. RESULTS: Sixty patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and twenty subjects who received health examination participated in the final analysis. ①The IMT thickness, total plaque score, and total plaque area of patient group was significantly superior to that of control group, respectively(t=5.216–10.158,P < 0.05). ② There were significant differences in the stenosis degree of CCA, ICA and VA between patient group and control group (t=6.720–12.816,P < 0.05). ③ The blood flow volume of CCA, ICA, VA and brain of patient group was significantly lower than that of control group, respectively (t=2.872–10.860, P < 0.05). | 18 | New class of high-entropy pseudobrookite titanate with excellent thermal stability,low thermal expansion coefficient,and low thermal conductivity显示文摘As a type of titanate,the pseudobrookite(MTi_(2)O_(5)/M_(2)TiO_(5))exhibits a low thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity,as well as excellent dielectric and solar spectrum absorption properties.However,the pseudobrookite is unstable and prone to decomposing below 1200℃,which limits the practical application of the pseudobrookite.In this paper,the high-entropy pseudobrookite ceramic is synthesized for the first time.The pure high-entropy(Mg,Co,Ni,Zn)Ti_(2)O_(5) with the pseudobrookite structure and the biphasic high-entropy ceramic composed of the highentropy pseudobrookite(Cr,Mn,Fe,Al,Ga)_(2)TiO_(5) and the high-entropy spinel(Cr,Mn,Fe,Al,Ga,Ti)_(3)O_(4) are successfully prepared by the in-situ solid-phase reaction method.The comparison between the theoretical crystal structure of the pseudobrookite and the aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy(AC-STEM)images of high-entropy(Mg,Co,Ni,Zn)Ti_(2)O_(5) shows that the metal ions(M and Ti ions)are disorderly distributed at the A site and the B site in high-entropy(Mg,Co,Ni,Zn)Ti_(2)O_(5),leading to an unprecedentedly high configurational entropy of high-entropy(Mg,Co,Ni,Zn)Ti_(2)O_(5).The bulk high-entropy(Mg,Co,Ni,Zn)Ti_(2)O_(5) ceramics exhibit a low thermal expansion coefficient of 6.35×10^(−6) K^(−1) in the temperature range of 25-1400℃ and thermal conductivity of 1.840 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) at room temperature,as well as the excellent thermal stability at 200,600,and 1400℃.Owing to these outstanding properties,high-entropy(Mg,Co,Ni,Zn)Ti_(2)O_(5) is expected to be the promising candidate for high-temperature thermal insulation.This work has further extended the family of different crystal structures of high-entropy ceramics reported to date. | Jinyu WU Xiaohui MA Xiaoxia HU Liwen YAN Feng HOU Jiachen LIU Anran GUO | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,10: | 0 |
| 19 | The thylakoid membrane protein NTA1 is an assembly factor of the cytochrome b6f complex essential for chloroplast development in Arabidopsis显示文摘The cytochrome b_(6f)(Cyt b_(6f))complex is a multisubunit protein complex in chloroplast thylakoid membranes required for photosynthetic electron transport.Here we report the isolation and characterization of the new tiny albino 1(nta1)mutant in Arabidopsis,which has severe defects in Cyt b_(6f) accumulation and chloroplast development.Gene cloning revealed that the nta1 phenotype was caused by disruption of a single nuclear gene,NTA1,which encodes an integral thylakoid membrane protein conserved across green algae and plants.Overexpression of NTA1 completely rescued the nta1 phenotype,and knockout of NTA1 in wild-type plants recapitulated the mutant phenotype.Loss of NTA1 function severely impaired the accumulation of multiprotein complexes related to photosynthesis in thylakoid membranes,particularly the components of Cyt b_(6f).NTA1 was shown to directly interact with four subunits(Cyt b6/PetB,PetD,PetG,and PetN)of Cyt b_(6f) through the DUF1279 domain and C-terminal sequence to mediate their assembly.Taken together,our results identify NTA1 as a new and key regulator of chloroplast development that plays essential roles in assembly of the Cyt b_(6f) complex by interacting with multiple Cyt b_(6f) subunits. | Na Li Wing Shing Wong Lei Feng Chunming Wang King Shing Wong Nianhui Zhang Wei Yang Yueming Jiang Liwen Jiang Jun-Xian He | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,1: | 0 |
