1120 mm Single-crystalline perovskite and wafers: towards viable applications显示文摘As the large single-crystalline silicon wafers have revolutionized many industries including electronics and solar cells, it is envisioned that the availability of large single-crystalline perovskite crystals and wafers will revolutionize its broad applications in photovoltaics, optoelectronics, lasers, photodetectors, light emitting diodes(LEDs), etc. Here we report a method to grow large single-crystalline perovskites including single-halide crystals: CH3NH3PbX3(X=I, Br, Cl), and dual-halide ones:CH3NH3Pb(ClxBr1.x)3 and CH3NH3Pb(BrxI1.x)3, with the largest crystal being 120 mm in length. Meanwhile, we have advanced a process to slice the large perovskite crystals into thin wafers. It is found that the wafers exhibit remarkable features:(1)its trap-state density is a million times smaller than that in the microcrystalline perovskite thin films(MPTF);(2) its carrier mobility is 410 times higher than its most popular organic counterpart P3HT;(3) its optical absorption is expanded to as high as910 nm comparing to 797 nm for the MPTF;(4) while MPTF decomposes at 150 °C, the wafer is stable at high temperature up to270 °C;(5) when exposed to high humidity(75% RH), MPTF decomposes in 5 h while the wafer shows no change for overnight;(6) its photocurrent response is 250 times higher than its MPTF counterpart. A few electronic devices have been fabricated using the crystalline wafers. Among them, the Hall test gives low carrier concentration with high mobility. The trap-state density is measured much lower than common semiconductors. Moreover, the large SC-wafer is found particularly useful for mass production of integrated circuits. By adjusting the halide composition, both the optical absorption and the light emission can be fine-tuned across the entire visible spectrum from 400 nm to 800 nm. It is envisioned that a range of visible lasers and LEDs may be developed using the dual-halide perovskites. 3A novel superconducting magnetic levitation method to support the laser fusion capsule by using permanent magnets显示文摘A novel magnetic levitation support method is proposed, which can relieve the perturbation caused by traditional support methods andprovide more accurate position control of the capsule. This method can keep the perfect symmetry of the octahedral spherical hohlraum and hasthe characteristics in stability, tunability and simplicity. It is also favorable that all the results, such as supporting forces acting on the super-conducting capsule, are calculated analytically, and numerical simulations are performed to verify these results. A typical realistic design isproposed and discussed in detail. 4Seroprevalence of influenza viruses in Shandong,Northern China during the COVID-19 pandemic显示文摘Nonpharmaceutical interventions(NPIs)have been commonly deployed to prevent and control the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),resulting in a worldwide decline in influenza prevalence.However,the influenza risk in China warrants cautious assessment.We conducted a cross-sectional,seroepidemiological study in Shandong Province,Northern China in mid-2021.Hemagglutination inhibition was performed to test antibodies against four influenza vaccine strains.A combination of descriptive and meta-analyses was adopted to compare the seroprevalence of influenza antibodies before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.The overall seroprevalence values against A/H1N1pdm09,A/H3N2,B/Victoria,and B/Yamagata were 17.8%(95%CI 16.2%–19.5%),23.5%(95%CI 21.7%–25.4%),7.6%(95%CI 6.6%–8.7%),and 15.0(95%CI 13.5%–16.5%),respectively,in the study period.The overall vaccination rate was extremely low(2.6%).Our results revealed that antibody titers in vaccinated participants were significantly higher than those in unvaccinated individuals(P<0.001).Notably,the meta-analysis showed that antibodies against A/H1N1pdm09 and A/H3N2 were significantly low in adults after the COVID-19 pandemic(P<0.01).Increasing vaccination rates and maintaining NPIs are recommended to prevent an elevated influenza risk in China.Chuansong Quan Zhenjie Zhang Guoyong Ding Fengwei Sun Hengxia Zhao Qinghua Liu Chuanmin Ma Jing Wang Liang Wang Wenbo Zhao Jinjie He Yu Wang Qian He Michael J.Carr Dayan Wang Qiang Xiao Weifeng Shi 2022Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,6:1

6Facile fabrication of durable superhydrophobic fabrics by silicon polyurethane membrane for oil/water separation显示文摘Nowadays, oil contamination has become a major reason for water pollution, and presents a global environmental challenge. Although many efforts have been devoted to the fabrication of oil/water separation materials, their practical applications are still hindered by their weak durability, poor chemical tolerance,environmental resistance, and potential negative impact on health and the environment. To overcome these drawbacks, this work offers a facile method to fabricate the eco-friendly and durable oil/water separation membrane fabrics by alkaline hydrolysis and silicon polyurethane coating. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy results demonstrate that silicon polyurethane membrane could be coated onto the surface of hydrolyzed polyester fabric and form a micro-/nano-scaled hierarchical structure. Based on this, the modified fabric could have a stable superhydrophobic property with a water contact angle higher than 150°, even after repeated washing and mechanical abrasion 800 times, as well as chemical corrosion. Moreover, the modified fabrics show excellent oil/water separation efficiency of up to 99% for various types of oil–water mixture. 7PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF MOXIBUSTION AT SHENQUE(RN 8)ON GASTRIC MUCOSA显示文摘Male S.D rats weighing 200g were used(as experimental animals).Moxibus-tion at Shenque(RN 8)was performed for 15 minutes each day.The course lasted for weeks.In ratsundergoing oral infusion of taurocholate,index of gastric mucosal injury were 9.0±6.1 and 4.6±2.5 in two and four week groups respectively.Compared with control group(index:16.8±7.6),Pwas less than 0.05 and 0.01.This indicated that moxibustion had protective effect on gastric mucosalinjury.Time-effect relationship also existed.In experiment of analysis about mechanism of moxibustion,we found that moxibustion.1.stim-ulated the secretion of gastric mucus(P<0.001);2.increased the PGE 2 content in gastric mucosa(P<0.05);3.increased the number of β-endorphin-like immunoactive cells in gastric mucosa(P<0.05);4.enhanced the transformation of lymphocytes(P<0.01);5.reinforced the function of an-tibody-producing cells in the spleen.The results suggested that protective effect of moxibustion might result from the increase in mu-cus,the PGE 2 and the endogenous β-endorphin.It might also be related to the reinforcing effect ofmoxibustion on transformation of lymphocytes and antibody-producing function of spleen cells.Chen Yanjiang Chen Yongchang Xiao Desheng Wang Fengwei Cao Youqing Zhenjiang Medical College,Zhenjiang,Jiangsu Province 212001,China 1993World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion1993,3,2:0
8Spatial compartmentalization of metal nanoparticles within metal-organic frameworks for tandem reaction显示文摘Fabrication of multifunctional catalysts has always been the pursuit of synthetic chemists due to their efficiency,cost-effectiveness,and environmental friendliness.However,it is difficult to control multi-step reactions in one-pot,especially the spatial compartmentalization of incompatible active sites.Herein,we constructed metal-organic framework(MOF)composites which regulate the location distribution of metal nanoparticles according to the reaction path and coupled with the diffusion of substrates to achieve tandem reaction.The designed UiO-66-Pt-Au catalyst showed good activity and selectivity in hydrosilylation-hydrogenation tandem reaction,because the uniform microporous structures can control the diffusion path of reactants and intermediates,and Pt and Au nanoparticles were arranged in core-shell spatial distribution in UiO-66.By contrast,the low selectivity of catalysts with random deposition and physical mixture demonstrated the significance of artificial control to the spatial compartmentalization of active sites in tandem catalytic reactions,which provides a powerful approach for designing high-performance and multifunctional heterogeneous catalysts.Ting Pan Islam E.Khalil Zhiling Xu Hongfeng Li Xinglong Zhang Gengwu Xiao Weina Zhang Yu Shen Fengwei Huo 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:0
