| 1 | Network coding resources optimization with transmission delay constraint in multicast networks显示文摘Minimizing network coding resources of multicast networks,such as the number of coding nodes or links,has been proved to be NP-hard,and taking propagation delay into account makes the problem more complicated. To resolve this optimal problem,an integer encoding routing-based genetic algorithm( REGA) is presented to map the optimization problem into a genetic algorithm( GA)framework. Moreover,to speed up the search process of the algorithm,an efficient local search procedure which can reduce the searching space size is designed for searching the feasible solution.Compared with the binary link state encoding representation genetic algorithm( BLSGA),the chromosome length of REGA is shorter and just depends on the number of sinks. | 2 | Rho-Associated Kinase Inhibitors Promote Microglial Uptake Via the ERK Signaling Pathway显示文摘Microglia are immunocompetent cells in the central nervous system that take up tissue debris and pathogens.Rho-associated kinase(ROCK) has been identified as an important regulator of uptake, proliferation, secretion, and differentiation in a number of cell types. Although ROCK plays critical roles in the microglial secretion of inflammatory factors,migration, and morphology, its effects on microglial uptake activity have not been well characterized. In the present study,we found that treatment of BV2 microglia and primary microglia with the ROCK inhibitors Y27632 and fasudil increased uptake activity and was associated with morphological changes. | 6 | Growth and Distribution of Amphioctopus fangsiao(d'Orbigny, 1839–1841) in Haizhou Bay, Yellow Sea显示文摘Octopus fisheries have prospered in many areas of the world ocean over the last six decades. Despite degradation and overexploitation of Chinese coastal ecosystems, octopus has become a stable Chinese domestic fishery species. Among the octopus species in the Bohai and Yellow, East and South China Seas, Amphioctopus fangsiao(d'Orbigny [in Férussac & d'Orbigny], 1839–1841) plays an increasingly important role both economically and ecologically. However, no systematic research has been conducted on its biology and population dynamics in the China Seas. In this study, we characterized the growth and distribution of A. fangsiao in Haizhou Bay, Yellow Sea based on four years of trawl survey data. As the results, A. fangsiao is characterized by allometric growth and an overall sex ratio of 0.97 with a slight male bias. Small octopus can be observed through a whole year, suggesting that A. fangsiao may have an extended or continuous spawning season. A. fangsiao may migrate short distances along with seasonal changes and coastal currents, considering they overwinter in the offshore water and spawn in the inshore water. In addition to fishing pressure, annual variations in the population structure and biomass appeared to be influenced by ambient water temperature. | 9 | Efficient anion immobilization enabled by structurally controllable halloysite for dendrite-free sodium metal anode显示文摘Sodium metal has shown great potential as an inexpensive anode for rechargeable batteries. However, the growth of sodium dendrites continues to hinder the commercialization of Na metal batteries. Herein, an effective strategy using anion-anchoring halloysite nanotube(HNT) coating was proven to prevent the diffusion of anions and trigger uniform Na deposition. Through theoretical calculation, a model of active site of fixed anions exposed from HNTs after acid activation was established for the first time, revealing that Si–Al sites are effective active site of acid-activated HNTs. Furthermore, HNTs with strong and effective adsorption capacity for anions were obtained by controlling the structure of HNTs to regulate the exposure of Si–Al sites. The strong interaction between sites of acid-activated HNTs and the SO_(3)CF_(3)^(-) anion effectively promotes the dissociation of sodium salts, the release of Na^(+) and subsequent migration. As a result, HNTs acid activation for 4 h shows a steady sodium deposition process and displays high Coulombic efficiency in half cell, long cycle life in symmetric cell and full cell.
