1Batch proxy quantum blind signature scheme显示文摘Motivated by proxy signature and blind signature for the secure communications,the batch signature is proposed to create a novel quantum cryptosystem.It is based on three-dimensional two-particle-entangled quantum system which is used to distribute the quantum keys and create strings of quantum-trits(qutrits) for messages.All of the messages,which are expected to be signed,are encrypted by the private key of the message owner during communications.Different from the classical blind signature,an authenticity verification of signatures and an arbitrator's efficient batch proxy signature are simultaneously applied in the present scheme.Analysis of security and efficiency shows that it enables us to achieve a large number of quantum blind signatures for quantities of messages with a high efficiency with the arbitrator's secure batch proxy blind signature.SHI JinJing SHI RongHua GUO Ying PENG XiaoQi TANG Ying 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,5:7
2Rho-Associated Kinase Inhibitors Promote Microglial Uptake Via the ERK Signaling Pathway显示文摘Microglia are immunocompetent cells in the central nervous system that take up tissue debris and pathogens.Rho-associated kinase(ROCK) has been identified as an important regulator of uptake, proliferation, secretion, and differentiation in a number of cell types. Although ROCK plays critical roles in the microglial secretion of inflammatory factors,migration, and morphology, its effects on microglial uptake activity have not been well characterized. In the present study,we found that treatment of BV2 microglia and primary microglia with the ROCK inhibitors Y27632 and fasudil increased uptake activity and was associated with morphological changes. 3Hyaluronic acid-based dual-responsive nanomicelles mediated mutually synergistic photothermal and molecular targeting therapies显示文摘Precise clinical treatment of triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is an obstacle in clinic.Nanotechnology-assisted photothermal therapy(PTT)is a superior treatment modality for TNBC in terms of precision.However,thermoresistance arising from PTT and insufficient drug release from nanocarriers decrease the efficacy of PTT.AT13387 is a novel HSP90 inhibitor that can weaken thermoresistance and undergoing clinic II phase study,showing satisfactory antitumour activity through molecularly targeted therapy(MTT).Whereas,it has poor solubility.Hence hyaluronic acid and stearic acid were connected by hydrazone bonds and disulfide bonds,forming an amphipathic copolymer that could self-assembled into nanomicelles,followed by encapsulating Cypate and AT13387.These nanomicelles exhibited great features,including achieving mutually synergistic PTT/MTT for overcoming thermoresistance and promoting translocation of drugs,increasing the solubility of Cypate and AT13387,showing a pH/redox dual response that contributes to drug release,and having the ability of active targeting.Thus,the nanomicelles developed in this study may be a promising strategy for the precise treatment of TNBC.Liangliang Cai Ronghua Ni Xiaofei Ma Rongrong Huang Zhiyuan Tang Jinqiu Xu Yong Han Yuehua Guo Zhifeng Gu 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1

5An Adaptive Transmission Scheme in Cooperative Relay Networks with Energy Accumulation显示文摘We investigate a wireless-powered cooperative relay network, where an energy constrained relay node accumulates the energy harvested from radio frequency signals, and then assists source signal transmission. An adaptive cooperative transmission scheme for cooperative relay network is developed. The relay helps to transmit the source signal only if it has harvested enough energy and the channels between source and relay do not suffer from an outage. Before each transmission block, one out of two transmission modes, i.e., Half-duplex(HD) or Full-duplex(FD), is dynamically adopted based on the maximal instantaneous capacity of the system. A closed-form expression for the exact outage probability of the system with the proposed scheme is derived. 12Ultrafast growth of wafer-scale fold-free bilayer graphene显示文摘Bilayer graphene provides a versatile platform for exploring a variety of intriguing phenomena and shows much promise for applications in electronics,optoelectronics,etc.Controlled growth of large-area bilayer graphene is therefore highly desired yet still suffers from a slow growth rate and poor layer uniformity.Meanwhile,graphene wrinkles,including folds and ripples,form during cooling due to the thermal contraction mismatch between graphene and the metal substrates,and have been far from suppressed or eliminated,especially in bilayer graphene,which would greatly degrade the extraordinary properties of graphene.Here we report the ultrafast growth of wafer-scale fold-free bilayer graphene by chemical vapor deposition.Through well-tuning the alloy thickness and strain regulation of the single-crystal CuNi(111)/sapphire,the full coverage of a 2-inch fold-free bilayer graphene wafer via mainly isothermal segregation has been achieved as fast as 30 s.The tensile-strained CuNi(111)film reduces the thermal contraction mismatch and suppresses the formation of graphene folds during cooling,which is directly observed through in situ optical microscopy.The ultraflat bilayer graphene exhibits wafer-scale uniformity in electrical performance and enhanced mechanical property comparable to the exfoliated ones.Our results offer a promising route for largescale production of bilayer graphene and enable its various applications.Jilin Tang Yuechen Wang Yuwei Ma Xiaoyin Gao Xin Gao Ning Li Yani Wang Shishu Zhang Liming Zheng Bing Deng Rui Yan Yisen Cao Ronghua Zhang Lianming Tong Jin Zhang Peng Gao Zhongfan Liu Xiaoding Wei Hongtao Liu Hailin Peng 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
13Wilson's Disease and Hepatic Transplantation显示文摘Summary: To investigate the changes in neurological symptoms and signs, as well as serum copper, serum ceruloplasmin after hepatic transplantation in patients with Wilson’s disease, neurological symptoms and signs, serum copper, serum ceruloplasmin before and after hepatic transplantation in 18 patients with Wilson’s disease were observed, and those changes were followed up in 20 non-operative controls treated with penicillamine. Our results showed that the neurological symptoms and signs, serum copper and serum ceruloplasmin were improved in the operative group but deteriorated in the non-operative control group. 14Localization and Dynamic Expression of a 27.8kDa Receptor Protein for Lymphocystis Disease Virus Infection in Sea Bass(Lateolabrax japonicus) Tissues显示文摘Lymphocystis disease virus(LCDV) infects target cells by attaching to a 27.8 k Da receptor(27.8R) protein in flounder Paralichthys olivaceus, and anti-27.8R monoclonal antibodies(MAbs) have been developed. However, the 27.8R existence in tissues of sea bass(Lateolabrax japonicus) and its role in LCDV infection have remained unclear. In this study, the results of western blotting demonstrated that the same 27.8R was shared by flounder and sea bass. LCDV-free sea bass individuals were intramuscularly injected with LCDV, and viral copies were detected in tissues from 3 h post infection and showed a time-dependent increase during 9 days infection. Distribution and synthesis of 27.8R in sea bass tissues were investigated by using anti-27.8R MAbs as probes. It was found that 27.8R was distributed in all the tested tissues. The levels of 27.8R protein were highest in gill and skin, then a bit lowly in stomach, head kidney and heart, followed by spleen, intestine, blood cells, gonad and liver, and least in kidney and brain in healthy sea bass. Upon LCDV infection, 27.8R synthesis was up-regulated in each tissue, and higher in the tissues with higher LCDV copies. The 27.8R and LCDV were detected in some peripheral blood leukocytes but not in red blood cells. These results suggested that 27.8R was widely distributed in sea bass tissues, and it served as a receptor and correlated with tissue tropism of LCDV infection. 15Biocompatibility of a collagen-heparin sulfate scaffold implanted into porcine brain显示文摘BACKGROUND: Collagen-heparin sulfate scaffolds have been widely used to repair nerve injury and promote nerve regeneration. Previous research has evaluated scaffold biocompatibility by measuring gliocyte proliferation but not neuronal apoptosis. OBJECTIVE: To explore the biocompatibility of collagen-heparin sulfate scaffold in porcine brain by detecting peripheral neural apoptosis and protein expression. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized, controlled animal experiment was performed at the Laboratory of Neurology, Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, between March and June, 2008. MATERIALS: Rabbit anti-human Bax, Caspase-3 polyclonal antibody, rat anti-human Bcl-2 polyclonal antibody, streptavidin biotin-peroxidase complex (SABC) immunohistochemical kit, and TUNEL kit (Roche, USA) were used in this study. METHODS: Twenty adult piglets were randomly evenly divided into implantation and control groups. A collagen-heparin sulfate scaffold was implanted from the anterior fontanelle into the brain in the implantation group. The same puncture but no scaffold implantation was made in the control group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Cell apoptosis was detected using TUNEL; Bax, Bcl-2, and Caspase-3 expressions were measured using the SABC method. RESULTS: At days 1, 3, 7, and 14 after scaffold implantation, a few apoptotic cells were observed in the brain tissues near the puncture site, with more apoptotic cells in the implantation group (P < 0.05). However, both groups showed similar apoptosis levels by day 30 after implantation. Implan-tation increased Bax, Bcl-2, and Caspase-3 expressions on days 3 and 7 after implantation (P < 0.05) but decreased the ratio of Bcl-2 to Bax in the implantation group was significantly lower on days 3 and 7 (P < 0.05), with no significant difference by day 30 after implantation (P > 0.05). 17A Non-toxic and Efficient Method for Extracting DNA and RNA from Peanut显示文摘[Objectives]To establish a non-toxic and efficient method for extracting DNA and total RNA from peanuts and laying a solid foundation for the molecular biology study of peanuts.[Methods]Based on the principle and method of purifying nucleic acids by silica gel adsorption at high salt and low pH condition,a non-toxic and efficient method to extract peanut DNA and total RNA using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)extraction solution was designed.The quality and purity of nucleic acids were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis and nucleic acids protein analyzer,respectively.The quality of DNA was further verified by enzyme digestion and PCR amplification using molecular marker techniques.The quality of total RNA was further verified by reverse transcription(RT)-PCR of actin gene and cDNA-SCoT gene differential display technique.[Results]The agarose gel electrophoresis test showed that the peanut DNA extracted by a low-toxic and effective method is free of contamination and degradation.Through the detection by the nucleic acid protein analyzer,the DNA concentration,yield,A260/A280 and A260/A230 of 5 peanut varieties were 419.6-498.2 ng/μL,20.98-24.91μg/g,1.89-1.96 and 2.03-2.28,respectively.The DNA was of high quality and can be completely digested by EcoRI restriction enzymes,and also can be used for SCoT and SRAP molecular marker technology analysis.The RNA extracted from different tissues of peanuts showed no visible DNA bands by non-denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis.The separated 28S bands were brighter than 18S.The ratio of A260/A280 and A260/A230 showed that the RNA quality was good and can be used for reverse transcription,RT-PCR of actin gene and amplification of cDNA-SCoT gene differential display technique.[Conclusions]This experiment established a low-toxic and effective method for extracting DNA and total RNA from peanuts.Compared with traditional methods,this method is more time-saving and cheaper than commercial kits.The most important point is that this method does not use toxic reagents such as phenol,chloroform and isopropanol.Thus,it is expected to be widely applied in molecular biology research.Jing LIU Congcong WANG Jing JIANG Zhuqiang HAN Xiumei TANG Lihang QIU Liangqiong HE Ruichun ZHONG Zhipeng HUANG Haining WU Ronghua TANG Junxian LIU Faqian XIONG 2021Asian Agricultural Research2021,13,1:0
18A randomized controlled trial to evaluate efficacy and safety of early conversion to a low-dose calcineurin inhibitor combined with sirolimus in renal transplant patients显示文摘Background:The calcineurin inhibitor(CNI)-based immune maintenance regimen that is commonly used after renal transplantation has greatly improved early graft survival after transplantation;however,the long-term prognosis of grafts has not been significantly improved.The nephrotoxicity of CNI drugs is one of the main risk factors for the poor long-term prognosis of grafts.Sirolimus(SRL)has been employed as an immunosuppressant in clinical practice for over 20 years and has been found to have no nephrotoxic effects on grafts.Presently,the regimen and timing of SRL application after renal transplantation vary,and clinical data are scarce.Multicenter prospective randomized controlled studies are particularly rare.This study aims to investigate the effects of early conversion to a low-dose CNI combined with SRL on the long-term prognosis of renal transplantation.Methods:Patients who receive four weeks of a standard regimen with CNI+mycophenolic acid(MPA)+glucocorticoid after renal transplantation in multiple transplant centers across China will be included in this study.At week 5,after the operation,patients in the experimental group will receive an additional administration of SRL,a reduction in the CNI drug doses,withdrawal of MPA medication,and maintenance of glucocorticoids.In addition,patients in the control group will receive the maintained standard of care.The patients’vital signs,routine blood tests,routine urine tests,blood biochemistry,serum creatinine,BK virus(BKV)/cytomegalovirus(CMV),and trough concentrations of CNI drugs and SRL at the baseline and weeks 12,24,36,48,72,and 104 after conversion will be recorded.Patient survival,graft survival,and estimated glomerular filtration rate will be calculated,and concomitant medications and adverse events will also be recorded.Conclusion:The study data will be utilized to evaluate the efficacy and safety of early conversion to low-dose CNIs combined with SRL in renal transplant patients.Xiang Zheng Weijie Zhang Hua Zhou Ronghua Cao Zhangfei Shou Shuwei Zhang Ying Cheng Xuchun Chen Chenguang Ding Zuofu Tang Ning Li Shaohua Shi Qiang Zhou Qiuyuan Chen Gang Chen Zheng Chen Peijun Zhou Xiaopeng Hu Xiaodong Zhang Ning Na Wei Wang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,13:0
19Visual interactive image clustering:a target-independent approach for configuration optimization in machine vision measurement显示文摘Machine vision measurement(MVM)is an essential approach that measures the area or length of a target efficiently and non-destructively for product quality control.The result of MVM is determined by its configuration,especially the lighting scheme design in image acquisition and the algorithmic parameter optimization in image processing.In a traditional workflow,engineers constantly adjust and verify the configuration for an acceptable result,which is time-consuming and significantly depends on expertise.To address these challenges,we propose a target-independent approach,visual interactive image clustering,which facilitates configuration optimization by grouping images into different clusters to suggest lighting schemes with common parameters.Our approach has four steps:data preparation,data sampling,data processing,and visual analysis with our visualization system.During preparation,engineers design several candidate lighting schemes to acquire images and develop an algorithm to process images.Our approach samples engineer-defined parameters for each image and obtains results by executing the algorithm.The core of data processing is the explainable measurement of the relationships among images using the algorithmic parameters.Based on the image relationships,we develop VMExplorer,a visual analytics system that assists engineers in grouping images into clusters and exploring parameters.Finally,engineers can determine an appropriate lighting scheme with robust parameter combinations.To demonstrate the effiectiveness and usability of our approach,we conduct a case study with engineers and obtain feedback from expert interviews.Lvhan PAN Guodao SUN Baofeng CHANG Wang XIA Qi JIANG Jingwei TANG Ronghua LIANG 2023Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023,24,3:0
20Effect of Gibberellin,Light and Genotype on Somatic Embryogenesis and Plantlet Regeneration of Peanut显示文摘[Objective]Peanut in vitro regeneration system was optimized to provide technical support for its genetic transformation and mutagenesis.[Method]The effect of gibberellin,light and genotype on somatic embryogenesis and plantlet regeneration of peanut was studied using Guihua peanut cultivar as materials,leaflets as explants,MS+10 mg/L 2,4-D as somatic embryo induction medium,and MS+3 mg/L 6-BA+0.8 mg/L NAA+(0-15 mg/L)GA3as plantlet induction medium.[Result]The somatic embryo induction rate of five peanut varieties under light condition of light:dark=14 h:10 h was significantly higher compared with that under dark condition by 7.5-37.5 percent points.Among different peanut varieties,Guihua 26 represented the highest somatic embryo induction rate of62.8%,while Guihua 833 represented the lowest somatic embryo induction rate of 21.7%.Adding 5-15 mg/LGA3in plantlet induction medium was conducive to improving the induction rate of plantlets derived from somatic embryos.With addition of 5 mg/L GA3,Guihua 26 and Guihua 771 represented the highest plantlet induction rate of 42.8%and 35.3%,respectively;with addition of 15 mg/L GA3,Guihua 836,Guihua 1026 and Guihua 833 represented the highest plantlet induction rate of 38.7%,33.3%and 26.4%,respectively.Among different combinations of peanut variety and GA3concentration,plantlet induction rate reached the highest in the combination Guihua 26+5 mg/L GA3and reached the lowest in the combination Guihua 836+15 mg/L GA3.[Conclusion]Appropriate light conditions are conducive to peanut somatic embryogenesis in vitro.Adding GA3in plantlet induction medium is conducive to promoting plantlet regeneration.Guihua26 and Guihua 836 are the best peanut varieties among the experimental genotypes for somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration.Jing JIANG Faqian XIONG Xiumei TANG Ruichun ZHONG Liangqiong HE Zhong LI Zhuqiang HAN Ronghua TANG 2013Agricultural Biotechnology2013,2,6:0
