1A Robust Collaborative Recommendation Algorithm Based on k-distance and Tukey M-estimator显示文摘The existing collaborative recommendation algorithms have lower robustness against shilling attacks.With this problem in mind,in this paper we propose a robust collaborative recommendation algorithm based on k-distance and Tukey M-estimator.Firstly,we propose a k-distancebased method to compute user suspicion degree(USD).The reliable neighbor model can be constructed through incorporating the user suspicion degree into user neighbor model.The influence of attack profiles on the recommendation results is reduced through adjusting similarities among users.Then,Tukey M-estimator is introduced to construct robust matrix factorization model,which can realize the robust estimation of user feature matrix and item feature matrix and reduce the influence of attack profiles on item feature matrix.Finally,a robust collaborative recommendation algorithm is devised by combining the reliable neighbor model and robust matrix factorization model.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing methods in terms of both recommendation accuracy and robustness.YI Huawei ZHANG Fuzhi LAN Jie 2014China Communications2014,11,9:6
2Efficient and stable planar all-inorganic perovskite solar cells based on high-quality CsPbBr3 films with controllable morphology显示文摘All-inorganic cesium lead bromide(CsPbBr3)perovskite is attracting growing interest as functional materials in photovoltaics and other optoelectronic devices due to its superb stability.However,the fabrication of high-quality CsPbBr3 films still remains a big challenge by solution-process because of the low solubility of the cesium precursor in common solvents.Herein,we report a facile solution-processed approach to prepare high-quality CsPbBr3 perovskite films via a two-step spin-coating method,in which the Cs Br methanol/H2 O mixed solvent solution is spin-coated onto the lead bromide films,followed by an isopropanol-assisted post-treatment to regulate the crystallization process and to control the film morphology.In this fashion,dense and uniform CsPbBr3 films are obtained consisting of large crystalline domains with sizes up to microns and low defect density.The effectiveness of the resulting CsPbBr3 films is further examined in perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simplified planar architecture of fluorine–doped tin oxide/compact Ti O2/CsPbBr3/carbon,which deliver a maximum power conversion efficiency of 8.11%together with excellent thermal and humidity stability.The present work offers a simple and effective strategy in fabrication of high-quality CsPbBr3 films for efficient and stable PSCs as well as other optoelectronic devices.Xiaojing Wan Ze Yu Wenming Tian Fuzhi Huang Shengye Jin Xichuan Yang Yi-Bing Cheng Anders Hagfeldt Licheng Sun 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7:6
3Significantly enhanced oxygen reduction activity of Cu/CuN_xC_y co-decorated ketjenblack catalyst for Al–air batteries显示文摘Highly efficient and non-precious catalysts are imperative for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) to replace Pt/C. Anchoring efficient active species to carbon supports is a promising and scalable strategy. Here we synthesize Cu nanoparticles and noncrystalline CuN_xC_y species co-decorated ketjenblack(KB) carbon catalyst(denoted as Cu-N-KB-acid) by a facile and scalable method using copper sulfate, melamine, and KB as raw materials. An initial one-pot hydrothermal treatment is designed before pyrolysis process to achieve the good distribution of Cu and melamine on KB via a possible chelation effect. Owing to the synergistic effect of Cu and CuN_xC_y on KB, this composite catalyst displays excellent ORR catalytic activity in alkaline solution, which is comparable to the commercial 20% Pt/C. 7Upgrade of three municipal wastewater treatment lagoons using a high surface area media显示文摘Abstract Lagoon-based municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are facing difficulties meeting the needs of rapid population growth as well as the more stringent requirements of discharge permits. Three municipal WWTPs were modified using a high surface area media with upgraded fine-bubble aeration systems. Performance data collected showed very promising results in terms of five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), ammonia (NH3) and total suspended solids (TSS) removal. Two-year average ammonia effluents were 4.1 mg. L-1 for Columbia WWTP, 4 mg. L-1 for Larchmont WWTP and 2.1 mg. L-1 for Laurelville WWTE respectively. 8An Ensemble Detection Method for Shilling Attacks Based on Features of Automatic Extraction显示文摘Faced with the evolving attacks in recommender systems, many detection features have been proposed by human engineering and used in supervised or unsupervised detection methods. However, the detection features extracted by human engineering are usually aimed at some specific types of attacks. To further detect other new types of attacks, the traditional methods have to re-extract detection features with high knowledge cost. To address these limitations, the method for automatic extraction of robust features is proposed and then an Adaboost-based detection method is presented. Firstly, to obtain robust representation with prior knowledge, unlike uniform corruption rate in traditional mLDA(marginalized Linear Denoising Autoencoder), different corruption rates for items are calculated according to the ratings’ distribution. Secondly, the ratings sparsity is used to weight the mapping matrix to extract low-dimensional representation. Moreover, the uniform corruption rate is also set to the next layer in mSLDA(marginalized Stacked Linear Denoising Autoencoder) to extract the stable and robust user features. Finally, under the robust feature space, an Adaboost-based detection method is proposed to alleviate the imbalanced classification problem. 9High strength and high porosity YB2C2 ceramics prepared by a new high temperature reaction/partial sintering process显示文摘Porous ultrahigh temperature ceramics(UHTCs) are potential candidates as reusable thermal protection materials of transpiration cooling system in scramjet engine. However, low strength and low porosity are the main limitations of porous UHTCs. To overcome these problems, herein, a new and simple in-situ reaction/partial sintering process has been developed for preparing high strength and high porosity porous YB2C2. In this process, a simple gas-releasing in-situ reaction has been designed, and the formation and escape of gases can block the shrinkage during sintering process, which is favorable to increase the porosity of porous YB2C2. In order to demonstrate the advantages of the new method, porous YB2C2 ceramics have been fabricated from Y2O3, BN and graphite powders for the first time. The as-prepared porous YB2C2 ceramics possess high porosity of 57.17%–75.26% and high compressive strength of 9.32–34.78 MPa.The porosity, sintered density, radical shrinkage and compressive strength of porous YB2C2 ceramics can be controlled simply by changing the green density. Due to utilization of graphite as the carbon source, the porous YB2C2 ceramics show anisotropy in microstructure and mechanical behavior. 11Shear anisotropy: Tuning high temperature metal hexaborides from soft to extremely hard显示文摘Easy machining into sharp lending edge, nose tip and complex shape components plays a pivotal role in the application of ultrahigh temperature ceramics in hypersonic vehicles, wherein low and controllable hardness is a necessary parameter to ensure the easy machinability. However, the mechanism that driving the hardness of metal hexaborides is not clear. Here, using a combination of the empirical hardness model for polycrystalline materials and density functional theory investigation, the hardness dependence on shear anisotropic factors of high temperature metal hexaborides has been established. 13Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Nb-B bearing Low Carbon Steel Plate: Ultrafast Cooling versus Accelerated Cooling显示文摘The microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon bainite high strength steel plate were studied via different cooling paths at the pilot scale. There was a significant increase in mechanical properties, and notably, the yield strength, tensile strength, and toughness at-40 ℃ for the tested steel processed by ultra-fast cooling were 126 MPa, 98 MPa and 69 J, respectively, in relation to steel processed by accelerated cooling. The ultra-fast cooling rate not only refined the microstructure, precipitates, and martensiteaustenite(M/A) islands, but also contributed to the refinement of microstructure in thick plates. The large size M/A constituents formed at lower cooling rate experienced stress concentration and were potential sites for crack initiation, which led to deterioration of low-temperature impact toughness.
