3Chinese consensus guidelines for diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal stromal tumor显示文摘In order to further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) in China, the members of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) Expert Committee on GIST thoroughly discussed the key contents of the consensus guidelines, and voted on the controversial issue. In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST(2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. 4Identification of a novel coronavirus causing severe pneumonia in human:a descriptive study显示文摘Background:Human infections with zoonotic coronaviruses(CoVs),including severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)-CoV and Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS)-CoV,have raised great public health concern globally.Here,we report a novel batorigin CoV causing severe and fatal pneumonia in humans.Methods:We collected clinical data and bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)specimens from five patients with severe pneumonia from Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital,Hubei province,China.Nucleic acids of the BAL were extracted and subjected to next-generation sequencing.Virus isolation was carried out,and maximum-likelihood phylogenetic trees were constructed.Results:Five patients hospitalized from December 18 to December 29,2019 presented with fever,cough,and dyspnea accompanied by complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Chest radiography revealed diffuse opacities and consolidation.One of these patients died.Sequence results revealed the presence of a previously unknownβ-CoV strain in all five patients,with 99.8%to 99.9%nucleotide identities among the isolates.These isolates showed 79.0%nucleotide identity with the sequence of SARS-CoV(GenBank NC_004718)and 51.8%identity with the sequence of MERS-CoV(GenBank NC_019843).The virus is phylogenetically closest to a bat SARS-like CoV(SL-ZC45,GenBank MG772933)with 87.6%to 87.7%nucleotide identity,but is in a separate clade.Moreover,these viruses have a single intact open reading frame gene 8,as a further indicator of bat-origin CoVs.However,the amino acid sequence of the tentative receptor-binding domain resembles that of SARS-CoV,indicating that these viruses might use the same receptor.Conclusion:A novel bat-borne CoV was identified that is associated with severe and fatal respiratory disease in humans.Li-Li Ren Ye-Ming Wang Zhi-Qiang Wu Zi-Chun Xiang Li Guo Teng Xu Yong-Zhong Jiang Yan Xiong Yong-Jun Li Xing-Wang Li Hui Li Guo-Hui Fan Xiao-Ying Gu Yan Xiao Hong Gao Jiu-Yang Xu Fan Yang Xin-Ming Wang Chao Wu Lan Chen Yi-Wei Liu Bo Liu Jian Yang Xiao-Rui Wang Jie Dong Li Li Chao-Lin Huang Jian-Ping Zhao Yi Hu Zhen-Shun Cheng Un-Lin Liu Zhao-Hui Qian Chuan Qin Qi Jin Bin Cao Jian-Wei Wang 2020Chinese Medical Journal2020,,9:99
5Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased.NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:51
6Tectonic thermal history and its significance on the formation of oil and gas accumulation and mineral deposit in Ordos Basin显示文摘The analyzing data on stratigraphic temperature measurement , thermal conductivity of the strata and radioactive heat production rate show that the present average geothermal gradient in the Ordos Basin is 2.93℃/100 m, and the average heat flow value is 61.78 mW/m2, which belongs to the mesothermal basin, and the value of the present geothermal gradient and heat flow in the east is higher than that in the west. The sandstone radioactive heat production rate of Zhiluo Group in Dongsheng Uranium deposits of Yimeng uplift is obviously higher in the mudstone, indicating that there exists a uranium anomaly. Based on studies of the present thermal field of the basin, the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature and paleogeothermal gradient are determined by using different kinds of paleotemperature methods. According to the anomaly of the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature gradient and magmatic event age, there was a tectonic thermal event in the early Cretaceous epoch of late-Mesozoic. This article rebuilds tectonic thermal history of different tectonic units by thermal history simulation using basin simulating software. The evolution of oil-gas and coal, and accumulation (mineralization) of mineral uranium are all controlled by the tectonic thermal history in the Ordos basin, especially by the tectonic thermal event that happened in the late Mesozoic. For both the gas source rocks of upper Paleozoic group and lower paleozoic group, the gas was largely generated in the early Cretaceous epoch of the late Mesozoic. The main petroleum generation period for Yanchang Group in Triassic system is the early Cretaceous epoch too, and the highest thermal maturity of the coal of Permo-Carboniferous, Triassic, and Jurassic reaches is the early Cretaceous epoch also. 7Influence of interannual variability of Antarctic oscillation on mei-yu along the Yangtze and Huaihe River valley and its importance to prediction显示文摘Both correlation analysis and case study indi-cate that Antarctic oscillation (AAO) is closely related withsummer rainfall in eastern China. When AAO is stronger inboreal spring, especially in May, there is more mei-yu rain-fall in summer with a longer period along the Yangtze andHuaihe River valley. In contrast, there is less rainfall with ashorter period corresponding to a weaker AAO. Besides, ananomalous AAO changes the position and intensity of severalcirculation systems, which are important to summer rainfallalong the Yangtze and Huaihe River valley. Furthermore, theAntarctic sea ice is negatively correlated with the intensity ofAAO with a 6-month leading time. 8Effects of nitrogen level on yield and quality of japonica soft super rice显示文摘Although studies on the balance between yield and quality of japonica soft super rice are limited, they are crucial for super rice cultivation. In order to investigate the effects of nitrogen application rate on grain yield and rice quality, two japonica soft super rice varieties, Nanjing 9108(NJ 9108) and Nanjing 5055(NJ 5055), were used under seven N levels with the application rates of 0, 150, 187.5, 225, 262.5, 300, and 337.5 kg ha^(–1). With the increasing nitrogen application level, grain yield of both varieties first increased and then decreased. The highest yield was obtained at 300 kg ha^(–1). The milling quality and protein content increased, while the appearance quality, amylose content, gel consistency, cooking/eating quality, and rice flour viscosity decreased. Milling was significantly negatively related with the eating/cooking quality whereas the appearance was significantly positively related with cooking/eating quality. These results suggest that nitrogen level significantly affects the yield and rice quality of japonica soft super rice. 11Panax notoginseng saponins ameliorates experimental hepatic fibrosis and hepatic stellate cell proliferation by inhibiting the Jak2/Stat3 pathways显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) on liver fibrosis and explore the underlying mechanisms.METHODS: Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-treated rats and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) were used. The effect of PNS on CCl4-induced liver fibrosis was studied with histochemical and biochemical analysis.Transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1, α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA), and collagen Ι m RNA expression were determined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Meanwhile, the protein expression levels of α-SMA, collagen Ι, phosphorylation-Janus activated kinase signal transducer(p-Jak2) / Jak2, and phosphorylation-activator of transcription(p-Stat)3 / Stat3 were determined by immunohistochemistry and / or immunoblotting.RESULTS: PNS treatment significantly improved the liver function of rats as indicated by decreased serum enzymatic activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. Histopathological results indicated that PNS alleviated liver damage and reduced the formation of fibrous septa. 13Shenfu Injection(参附注射液) Inhibits Inflammation in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated by Cardiac Shock显示文摘Objectives: To investigate the effect of Shenfu Injection(参附注射液, SFI) on inflammatory factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock(CS) treated with and intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP). Methods: This study enrolled 60 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) complicated by CS. Patients underwent IABP and emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) were randomly divided into two groups by random number table with 30 cases in each group, one given SFI treatment(100 m L/24 h), one not. The two groups were then compared in a clinical setting for left ventricular function, biochemical indicators and Inflammatory factors, including C-reactive proteins(CRP), interleukin-1(IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α). Major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events(MACCE) events were compared between patients of the two groups both in-hospital and in follow-ups. Results: The IABP support treatment times of patients in the IABP+SFI group were significantly shorter than the IABP group(52.87±28.84 vs. 87.45±87.31, P=0.047). In the patients of the IABP+SFI group, the CRP peak appeared in 24 h after PCI operation. The CRP peak in the patients of the IABP+SFI group was significantly lower than that in the IABP group(31.27±3.93 vs. 34.62±3.47, P=0.001). The increases in range of TNF-α in the patients of the IABP+SFI group were significantly lower than those of the IABP group(182.29±22.79 vs. 195.54±12.02, P=0.007). The increases in range of IL-1 in the patients of the IABP+SFI group were significantly lower than those of the IABP group(214.98±29.22 vs. 228.60±7.03, P=0.019). The amplitude elevated TNF-α 72 h after admission was an independent risk factor of in-hospital MACCE events(OR 0.973, 95% CI 0.890–0.987, P=0.014) in patients with STEMI and CS. 15Distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in sediments from Yellow River Estuary and Yangtze River Estuary,China显示文摘Surface sediment samples collected from twenty-one sites of Yellow River Estuary and Yangtze River Estuary were determined for sixteen priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) by isotope dilution GC-MS method. The total PAH contents varied from 10.8 to 252 ng/g in Yellow River Estuary sediment, and from 84.6 to 620 ng/g in Yangtze River Estuary sediment. The mean total PAH content of Yangtze River Estuary was approximately twofold higher than that of Yellow River Estuary. The main reasons for the difference may be the rapid industrial development and high population along Yangtze River and high silt content of Yellow River Estuary. The evaluation of PAH sources suggested that PAHs in two estuaries sediments estuaries were derived primarily from combustion sources, but minor amounts of PAHs were derived from petroleum source in Yellow River Estuary. 17Effect of ulinastatin on paraquat-induced-oxidative stress in human type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells显示文摘BACKGROUND:Ulinastatin(UTI) is a urinary trypsin inhibitor extracted and purified from urine of males.This study aimed to explore the effects of UTI on paraquat-induced-oxidative stress in human type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells.METHODS:The human type II alveolar epithelial cells,A549 cells,were cultured in vitro.The A549 cells were treated with different concentrations of paraquat(200,400,600,800,1 000,1 200 umol/L) and ulinastatin(0,2 000,4 000,6 000,8 000 U/mL) for 24 hours,the cell viability was measured by cell counting kit-8 and the median lethal concentration was selected.In order to establish an in vitro model of paraquat intoxication and to determine the safe dose of ulinastatin,we calculated LD50 using cell counting kit-8 to determine the survival rate of the cells.A549 cells were divided into normal control group,paraquat group and paraquat+ulinastatin group.The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and myeloperoxidase(MPO) were detected by biochemistry colorimetry,while the level of reactive oxygen spies(ROS) was detected by DCFH-DA assay.RESULTS:The survival rate of A549 cells treated with different concentrations of paraquat decreased in a concentration-dependent manner.Whereas there was no decrease in the survival rate of cells treated with 0-4 000 U/mL ulinastatin.The levels of MDA,MPO,and ROS were significantly higher in the paraquat group than in the normal control group after 24-hour-exposure.And the survival rate of the paraquat+ulinastatin group was higher than that of the paraquat group,but lower than that of the normal control group.The levels of MDA,MPO,and ROS were lower than those of the paraquat group.CONCLUSION:Ulinastatin can alleviate the paraquat-induced A549 cell damage by reducing oxidative stress.Xiao-xiao Meng Rui-lan Wang Shan Gao Hui Xie Jiu-ting Tan Yong-bin Qian 2013World Journal of Emergency Medicine2013,4,2:24
18Effect of particle size on the microstructure and thermal conductivity of Al/diamond composites prepared by spark plasma sintering显示文摘Spark plasma sintering (SPS) was used to fabricate Al/diamond composites. The influence of diamond particle size on the microstructure and thermal conductivity (TC) of composites was investigated by combining experimental results with model prediction. The results show that both composites with 40 μm particles and 70 μm particles exhibit high density and good TC, and the composite with 70 μm particles indicates an excellent TC of 325 W·m-1·K-1. Their TCs lay between the theoretical estimated bounds. In contrast, the composite with 100 μm particles demonstrates low density as well as poor TC due to its high porosity and weak interfacial bonding. Its TC is even considerably less than the lower bound of the predicted value.
