1Chinese consensus guidelines for diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal stromal tumor显示文摘In order to further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) in China, the members of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) Expert Committee on GIST thoroughly discussed the key contents of the consensus guidelines, and voted on the controversial issue. In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST(2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. 3Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 8The Medium Energy X-ray telescope (ME) onboard the Insight-HXMT astronomy satellite显示文摘The Medium Energy X-ray telescope(ME) is one of the three main telescopes on board the Insight hard X-ray modulation telescope(Insight-HXMT) astronomy satellite. ME contains 1728 pixels of Si-PIN detectors sensitive in 5-30 ke V with a total geometrical area of 952 cm^2. The application specific integrated circuit(ASIC) chip, VA32TA6, is used to achieve low power consumption and low readout noise. The collimators define three kinds of field of views(FOVs) for the telescope, 1°×4°, 4°×4°,and blocked ones. Combination of such FOVs can be used to estimate the in-orbit X-ray and particle background components.The energy resolution of ME is ~3 ke V at 17.8 ke V(FWHM) and the time resolution is 255 μs. 9External use of Ruyanneixiao cream efficiently blocks precancerous mammary lesions by interfering with glycolysis induced by inhibition of hypoxia inducible factor-1α, hexokinase 2, phosphofructokinase, and pyruvate kinase M2 expression显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of Ruyanneixiao cream(RYNX) on the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), hexokinase 2(HK2),phosphofructokinase(PFK), and pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2) mRNA and protein in MCF-10 AT cells and in an animal model of precancerous mammary lesions.METHODS:Following treatment of MCF-10 AT cells with RYNX, tamoxifen(TAM) and YC-1 for 48 h,HIF-1α, HK2, PFK, PKM2 mRNA and protein expression was analyzed.Fifty female SD rats were randomly divided into control, model, TAM, and highand low-dose RYNX groups, with 10 rats in each group.A precancerous mammary lesion model was established for all groups except the control group.High-and low-dose RYNX cream containing TAM was coated on the breasts of animals in the corresponding groups.The rat mammary tissue was removed in the 10 th week and HIF-1α, HK2, PFK,PKM2 mRNA and protein was analyzed.RESULTS:In vitro analyses demonstrated that, compared with the matrix group, HIF-1α, HK2, PFK,PKM2 mRNA and protein expression was significantly decreased in the RYNX group(P < 0.05).Compared with the YC-1 + RYNX group, HK2, PFK,and PKM2 protein expression was significantly reduced in the RYNX group.HIF-1α, HK2, PFK, and PKM2 protein expression was increased significantly in the model group(P < 0.05) compared with the control group, while HIF-1α, HK2, PFK, and PKM2 mRNA and protein expression was significantly decreased in both the high-and low-dose RYNX groups(P < 0.05), with the effect being greater in the high-dose group.CONCLUSION:RYNX can block precancerous breast lesions by decreasing the expression of HK2,PFK, and PKM2 mRNA and protein via inhibition of HIF-1α mRNA and protein overexpression in a dose-dependent manner.Li Xiaobo Ma Min Zhang Guijuan Ma Yi Liao Rui Chen Ruixue Yan Xianxin Bie Fengjie Huang Maojie Liang Shijie 2017Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,2:5
10The correlation between nitrogen species in coke and NO_x formation during regeneration显示文摘Nitrogen oxides(NO x)emission during the regeneration of coked fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalysts is an environmental issue.In order to identify the correlations between nitrogen species in coke and different nitrogencontaining products in tail gas,three coked catalysts with multilayer structural coke molecules were prepared in a fixed bed with model compounds(o-xylene and quinoline)at first.A series of characterization methods were used to analyze coke,including elemental analysis,FT-IR,XPS,and TG–MS.XPS characterization indicates all coked catalysts present two types of nitrogen species and the type with a higher binding energy is related with the inner part nitrogen atoms interacting with acid sites.Due to the stronger adsorption ability on acid sites for basic nitrogen compounds,the multilayer structural coke has unbalanced distribution of carbon and nitrogen atoms between the inner part and the outer edge,which strongly affects gas product formation.At the early stage of regeneration,oxidation starts from the outer edge and the product NO can be reduced to N_2 in high CO concentration.At the later stage,the inner part rich in nitrogen begins to be exposed to O_2.At this period,the formation of CO decreases due to lack of carbon atoms,which is not bene ficial to the reduction of NO.Therefore,nitrogen species in the inner part of multilayer structural coke contributes more to NO X formation.Based on the multilayer structure model of coke molecule and its oxidation behavior,a possible strategy to control NO X emission was discussed merely from concept.Teng Li Chaohe Yang Xiaobo Chen Libo Yao Wei Liang Xuemei Ding 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,5:5
11Wavy properties and analytical modeling of free-surface flows in the development of the multi-domain method显示文摘The wavy(oscillatory both in space and in time) properties of free-surface flows due to presence of floating bodies are analyzed within the framework of the potential-flow theory by assuming that the fluid is perfect and flow irrotational. A so-called new multi-domain method has been developed based on the fluid domain division by an analytical control surface surrounding bodies and the application of different methods adapted in the external and internal domains. In the analytical domain external to the control surface, the fundamental solution satisfying the linear boundary condition on the free surface associated with a point singularity(often called Green function and referred here as point solution) is applied to capture all wavy features of free-surface flows extending horizontally to infinity. Unlike classical studies in which the control surface is discretized, the unknown velocity potential and its normal derivatives are expressed by expansions of orthogonal elementary functions. The velocity potential associated with each elementary distribution(elementary solutions) on the control surface can be obtained by performing multi-fold integrals in an analytical way. 12Theoretical and numerical investigations of wave resonance between two floating bodies in close proximity显示文摘A simple theoretical dynamic model with a linearized damping coefficient is proposed for the gap resonance problem, as often referred to as the piston mode wave motion in a narrow gap formed by floating bodies. The relationship among the resonant response amplitude and frequency, the reflection and transmission coefficients, the gap width, and the damping coefficient is obtained. A quantitative link between the damping coefficient of the theoretical dynamic model(ε) and that devised for the modified potential flow model(μ_p) is established, namely, μ_p=3πεω_n/8 (where ω_n is the natural frequency). This link clarifies the physical meaning of the damping term introduced into the modified potential flow model. A new explicit approach to determine the damping coefficient for the modified potential model is proposed, without resorting to numerically tuning the damping coefficient by trial and error tests. The effects of the body breadth ratio on the characteristics of the gap resonance are numerically investigated by using both the modified potential flow model and the viscous RNG turbulent model. It is found that the body breadth ratio has a significant nonlinear influence on the resonant wave amplitude and the resonant frequency. 14The enhanced photocatalytic sterilization of MOF-Based nanohybrid for rapid and portable therapy of bacteria-infected open wounds显示文摘Open wounds are prone to infection and difficult to heal,which even threatens the life of patients because bacterial infections can induce other lethal complications without prompt treatment.The commonly used antibiotics treatment for bacterial infections has been reported to cause globally bacterial resistance and even the occurrence of superbacteria.The highly effective and antibiotic-independent therapeutic strategies are urgently needed for treating various kinds of bacteria-infected diseases.In this work,we synthesized an eco-friendly nanohybrid material(ZnDMZ)consisting of a kind of biodegradable metal organic framework(MOF,ZIF-8)combined with Zn-doped MoS_(2)(Zn-MoS_(2))nanosheets,which exhibited great ability to kill bacteria and promote the healing of bacteria-infected wounds under 660 nm light irradiation.The underlying mechanism is that besides the local hyperthermia,the nanohybrid material exhibits enhanced photocatalytic performance than single component in it,i.e.,it can also be excited by 660 nm light to produce more oxygen radical species(ROS)due to the following factors.On one hand,the Zn doping can reduce the work function and the band gap of MoS_(2),which promotes the movement of photoexcited electrons to the surface of the material.On the other hand,the combination between Zn-MoS_(2) and MOF induces the formation of a built-in electric field due to their work function difference,thus accelerating the separation of photoexcited electron-hole pairs.Because of the synergy of photocatalytic effect,photothermal effect and the released Zn ions,the synthesized ZnDMZ possessed a highly effective antibacterial efficacy of 99.9%against Staphylococcus aureus under 660 nm light irradiation for 20 min without cytotoxicity.In vivo tests showed that this nanohybrid material promoted the wound healing due to the released Zn ions.This nanohybrid will be promising for rapid and portable treatment of bacteria-infected open wounds in pathogenic bacteria contaminated environments.Chaofeng Wang Yue Luo Xiangmei Liu Zhenduo Cui Yufeng Zheng Yanqin Liang Zhaoyang Li Shengli Zhu Jie Lei Xiaobo Feng Shuilin Wu 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,7:3
15Rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of strong aroma base liquor based on SPME-MS combined with chemometrics显示文摘To objectively classify and evaluate the strong aroma base liquors(SABLs)of different grades,solid-phase microextraction-mass spectrometry(SPME-MS)combined with chemometrics were used.Results showed that SPME-MS combined with a back-propagation artificial neural network(BPANN)method yielded almost the same recognition performance compared to linear discriminant analysis(LDA)in distinguishing different grades of SABL,with 84%recognition rate for the test set.Partial least squares(PLS),successive projection algorithm partial least squares(SPA-PLS)model,and competitive adaptive reweighed samplingpartial least squares(CARS-PLS)were established for the prediction of the four esters in the SABL.CARS-PLS model showed a greater advantage in the quantitative analysis of ethyl acetate,ethyl butyrate,ethyl caproate,and ethyl lactate.These results corroborated the hypothesis that SPME-MS combined with chemometrics can effectively achieve an accurate determination of different grades of SABL and prediction performance of esters.Zongbao Sun Junkui Li Jianfeng Wu Xiaobo Zou Chi-Tang Ho Liming Liang Xiaojing Yan Xuan Zhou 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3:3
16Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 17High-quality instant black tea manufactured using fresh tea leaves by two-stage submerged enzymatic processing显示文摘Repeated thermal treatment could impair the flavor of instant black tea(IBT)as the volatile compounds and characteristic constituents dramatically vary during the manufacturing process.Utilization of fresh leaves as raw material in IBT manufacture at low temperature may become an alternative to conventional extraction methods.This study aimed to improve the quality of IBT using fresh tea leaves by a two-stage enzymatic processing.The influence of combined enzymatic oxidation and extraction conditions for maximal extractable flavour(taste and aroma)characteristics from fresh tea leaves were investigated.The changes of aroma profiles and chemical constituents including theaflavins(TFs),thearubigins(TRs),theabrownines(TBs)and TRs/TFs ratio in converted tea brews under two-stage enzyme catalyzed fermentation and extraction conditions were further compared between different treatments,based on which the optimised conditions were determined.During the two-stage enzymatic processing,75 kinds of volatile compounds were identified in all processed samples,and the contents of TFs,TRs,TBs and TRs/TFs ratio could be optimized by adjusting different procedures and parameters.The overall properties of final product were compared with two types of commercial IBT.High quality IBT with desired properties and antioxidant activity can be manufactured using fresh tea leaves by two-stage enzymatic processing approach.Junhao Kong Xiufang Yang Xiaobo Zuo Xiaoqin Su Bing Hu Xinle Liang 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,3:2

19Corilagin inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication by targeting viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2) has become one major threat to human population health.The RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp) presents an ideal target of antivirals,whereas nucleoside analogs inhibitor is hindered by the proofreading activity of coronavirus.Herein,we report that corilagin(RAI-S-37) as a non-nucleoside inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 RdRp,binds directly to RdRp,effectively inhibits the polymerase activity in both cell-free and cell-based assays,fully resists the proofreading activity and potently inhibits SARS-CoV-2 infection with a low 50% effective concentration(EC50) value of 0.13 μmol/L.Computation modeling predicts that RAI-S-37 lands at the palm domain of RdRp and prevents conformational changes required for nucleotide incorporation by RdRp.In addition,combination of RAI-S-37 with remdesivir exhibits additive activity against antiSARS-CoV-2 RdRp.Together with the current data available on the safety and pharmacokinetics of corilagin as a medicinal herbal agent,these results demonstrate the potential of being developed into one of the much-needed SARS-CoV-2 therapeutics.Quanjie Li Dongrong Yi Xiaobo Lei Jianyuan Zhao Yongxin Zhang Xiangling Cui Xia Xiao Tao Jiao Xiaojing Dong Xuesen Zhao Hui Zeng Chen Liang Lili Ren Fei Guo Xiaoyu Li Jianwei Wang Shan Cen 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,6:2
