1Flexible bioelectronics for physiological signals sensing and disease treatment显示文摘Flexible bioelectronics,including wearable and implantable electronics,have revolutionized the way of human-machine interaction due to the fact that they can provide natural and seamless interactions with humans and keep stable and durable at strained states.As sensor elements or biomimetic actuators,flexible bioelectronics can dynamically sense and monitor physiological signals,reveal real-time physical health information and provide timely precise stimulations or treatments.Thus,the flexible bioelectronics are playing increasingly important roles in human-health monitoring and disease treatment,which will significantly change the future of healthcare as well as our relationships with electronics.This review summarizes recent major progress in the development of flexible substrates or encapsulation materials,sensors,circuits and energy-autonomous powers toward digital healthcare monitoring,emphasizing its role in biomedical applications in vivo and problems in practical applications.A future perspective into the challenges and opportunities in emerging flexible bioelectronics designs for the next-generation healthcare monitoring systems is also presented.Guang Yao Chenhui Yin Qian Wang Tianyao Zhang Sihong Chen Chang Lu Kangning Zhao Weina Xu Taisong Pan Min Gao Yuan Lin 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,2:2

9Probing of coupling effect induced plasmonic charge accumulation for water oxidation显示文摘A key issue for redox reactions in plasmon-induced photocatalysis, particularly for water oxidation, is the concentration of surface-accumulating charges(electrons or holes) at a reaction site for artificial photosynthesis. However, where plasmonic charge accumulated at a catalyst’s surface, and how to improve local charge density at active sites, remains unknown because it is difficult to identify the exact spatial location and local density of the plasmon-induced charge, particularly with regard to holes. Herein, we show that at the single particle level, plasmon-coupling-induced holes can be greatly accumulated at the plasmonic Au nanoparticle dimer/TiO_(2) interface in the nanogap region, as directly evidenced by the locally enhanced surface photovoltage. Such an accumulation of plasmonic holes can significantly accelerate the water oxidation reaction(multi-holes involved) at the interfacial reaction site, with nearly one order of magnitude enhancement in photocatalytic activities compared to those of highly dispersed Au nanoparticles on TiO_(2). Combining Kelvin probe force microscopy and theoretical simulation, we further clarified that the local accumulated hole density is proportional to the square of the local near-field enhancement. 10Prioritization of candidate genes for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by computational analysis of multiple data sources显示文摘Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common,highly heritable psychiatric disorder charac-terized by hyperactivity,inattention and increased im-pulsivity.In recent years,a large number of genetic studies for ADHD have been published and related ge-netic data has been accumulated dramatically.To pro-vide researchers a comprehensive ADHD genetic re-source,we previously developed the first genetic data-base for ADHD(ADHDgene).The abundant genetic data provides novel candidates for further study.Meanwhile,it also brings new challenge for selecting promising candidate genes for replication and verification research.In this study,we surveyed the computational tools for candidate gene prioritization and selected five tools,which integrate multiple data sources for gene prioritiza-tion,to prioritize ADHD candidate genes in ADHDgene.The prioritization analysis resulted in 16 prioritized can-didate genes,which are mainly involved in several major neurotransmitter systems or in nervous system development pathways.Among these genes,nervous system development related genes,especially SNAP25,STX1A and the gene-gene interactions related with each of them deserve further investigations.Our results may provide new insight for further verification study and facilitate the exploration of pathogenesis mechanism of ADHD.Suhua Chang Weina Zhang Lei Gao Jing Wang 2012Protein & Cell2012,3,7:0
11Enhanced Photothermal Selective Conversion of CO_(2)to CH4 in Water Vapor over Rod-Like Cu and N Co-Doped TiO_(2)显示文摘Enhancing catalytic efficiency and selectivity is critical issues for CO_(2) conversion.The rod-like Cu/N co-doped TiO_(2) samples(Cu/N-TiO_(2)) were synthesized by the electrospinning-calcination method.The substitutional Cu and interstitial N doping not only enhanced visible-light absorption ability,but also formed the Ti(Ⅲ)sites.The obviously synergistic effect between the photocatalysis and thermalcatalysis appeared for CO_(2) conversion over the 8-Cu/N-TiO_(2) catalyst.After 9 h visible-light-illumination at 160℃,the CO,CH4and O_(2) yields reached 49.7,1455.1 and 2910.2μmol/gcat,respectively.In the 7thcycling,the yields of two main CH4and O_(2) products were slightly down by less than 11.5%,and the selectivity of CH_(4) product kept above 98%.Combined with the theoretical surface mode,Cu/N co-doping could promote the adsorption-ability for H_(2)O and CO_(2) molecules and reduce activation-energy for CO_(2)conversion.Hence,the co-doping construction showed a great significance of designing efficient photothermal catalysts for the CO_(2)conversion application.Ji-Chao Wang Xiu Qiao Weina Shi Huiling Gao Lingchen Guo 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,12:0

14Fabrication of doxorubicin and chlorotoxin-linked Eu-Gd2O3 nanorods with dual-model imaging and targeted therapy of brain tumor显示文摘It is urgent to find a technology accurately to better diagnose and treat to brain tumor.Eu-doped Gd2 O3 nanorods(Eu-Gd2 O3 NRs)with paramagnetic and fluorescent properties were conjugated with doxorubicin(Dox)and chlorotoxin(CTX)via PEGylation,hydrazone bond and sulfur bond(named as CTXNRs-Dox),and these NRs could release more Dox in lower pH environment.The results of cell experiments indicated that CTX-NRs-Dox had obvious targeting and toxic effects on U251 cells,as well as good fluorescence imaging behavior.The orthotopic glioma-transplanted mice models were constructed via the intracranial injection of glioma cells(U87 MG).The result of experiments after the tail-vein injection of the prepared NRs suggested that CTX-NRs-Dox could target to brain tumors via the long-time blood circulation,leading to their obvious contrast enhancement of MR imaging of the intracranial tumor and their significant inhibitory effect on the growth and metastasis of brain tumors.A mechanism of synergistic effect of CTX-NRs-Dox on targeting and inhabiting the brain tumor was proposed.Our research suggested that CTX-NRs-Dox had potential application prospect in the detection and treatment of glioma.Weina Zhang Zhongbing Huang Ximing Pua Xianchun Chen Guangfu Yin Lei Wang Fei Zhang Fabao Gao 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1:0
15Cold exposure alters proteomic profiles of the hypothalamus and pituitary in female rats显示文摘Objective:Studies have shown that both short-term and long-term cold exposures disturb the biological process.The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of intermittent cold exposure on proteomic profiles in the hypothalamus and pituitary of female Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats.Materials and methods:The rats were exposed to-10°C in a cabin for 4 h per day,and the treatment lasted for 14 days.The comparative label-free LC-MS/MS analysis was performed to investigate the changes of proteomic profiles in the hypothalamus and pituitary.ELISA analysis was used to validate the expression of differential proteins.Results:22 differential proteins in the hypothalamus and 75 differential proteins in the pituitary were identified by the label-free proteomic analysis.Gene ontology annotation and enrichment analysis indicated that cold exposure disrupted protein phosphorylation,filopodium assembly,intracellular protein transport,peripheral nervous system neuron axonogenesis,spinal cord development,Golgi organization,positive regulation of pseudopodium assembly,and cell-cell adhesion.Three proteins(Cdc42,Ptprs,and Setd7)were down-regulated in the cold exposure group.Conclusion:The results indicate that intermittent cold exposure alters the proteomic profiles of hypothalamus and pituitary in female rats.Xiangyu Bian Xi Li Tong Xu Li Zhang Yongqiang Zhang Shuai Wu Renren Yang Weiyun Dong Changjiang Guo Danfeng Yang Weina Gao 2023Frigid Zone Medicine2023,3,2:0
