| 1 | Correlation of Gut Microbiome Between ASD Children and Mothers and Potential Biomarkers for Risk Assessment显示文摘Variation of maternal gut microbiota may increase the risk of autism spectrum disorders(ASDs) in offspring. Animal studies have indicated that maternal gut microbiota is related to neurodevelopmental abnormalities in mouse offspring, while it is unclear whether there is a correlation between gut microbiota of ASD children and their mothers. We examined the relationships between gut microbiome profiles of ASD children and those of their mothers, and evaluated the clinical discriminatory power of discovered bacterial biomarkers. Gut microbiome was profiled and evaluated by 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing in stool samples of 59 mother–child pairs of ASD children and 30 matched mother–child pairs of healthy children. Significant differences were observed in the gut microbiome composition between ASD and healthy children in our Chinese cohort. Several unique bacterial biomarkers, such as Alcaligenaceae and Acinetobacter, were identified. Mothers of ASD children had more Proteobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria, Moraxellaceae, and Acinetobacter than mothers of healthy children. There was a clear correlation between gut microbiome profiles of children and their mothers; however, children with ASD still had unique bacterial biomarkers, such as Alcaligenaceae, Enterobacteriaceae, and Clostridium. Candidate biomarkers discovered in this study had remarkable discriminatory power. | 2 | Reducing energy loss via tuning energy levels of polymer acceptors for efficient all-polymer solar cells显示文摘The open-circuit voltage(Voc) of all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs) is typically lower than 0.9 V even for the most efficient ones.Large energy loss is the main reason for limiting Voc and efficiency of all-PSCs. Herein, through materials design using electron deficient building blocks based on bithiophene imides, the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO) energy levels of polymer acceptors can be effectively tuned, which resulted in a reduced energy loss induced by charge generation and recombination loss due to the suppressed charge-transfer(CT) state absorption. Despite a negligible driving force, all-PSC based on the polymer donor and acceptor combination with well-aligned energy levels exhibited efficient charge transfer and achieved an external quantum efficiency over 70% while maintaining a large Voc of 1.02 V, leading to a 9.21% efficiency. | 3 | Optimal extent of fluorination enabling strong temperature-dependent aggregation, favorable blend morphology and high-efficiency polymer solar cells显示文摘Temperature-dependent aggregation is a key property for some donor polymers to realize favorable bulk-heterojunction(BHJ)morphologies and high-efficiency(>10%) polymer solar cells.Previous studies find that an important structural feature that enables such temperature-dependent aggregation property is the 2nd position branched alkyl chains sitting between two thiophene units.In this report,we demonstrate that an optimal extent of fluorination on the polymer backbone is a second essential structural feature that enables the strong temperature-dependent aggregation property.We compare the properties of three structurally similar polymers with 0,2 or 4 fluorine substitutions in each repeating unit through an in-depth morphological study.We show that the non-fluorinated polymer does not aggregate in solution(0.02 mg mL^(-1) in chlorobenzene) at room temperature,which results in poor polymer crystallinity and extremely large polymer domains.On the other hand,the polymer with four fluorine atoms in each repeating unit exhibits an excessively strong tendency to aggregate,which makes it difficult to process and causes a large domain.Only the polymer with two fluorine atoms in each repeating unit exhibits a suitable extent of temperature-dependent aggregation property.As a result,its blend film achieves a favorable morphology and high power conversion efficiency.This provides another key design rationale for developing donor polymers with suitable temperature-dependent aggregation properties and thus high performance. | Guofang Yang Zhengke Li Kui Jiang Jie Zhang Jianya Chen Guangye Zhang Fei Huang Wei Ma He Yan | 2017 | Science China Chemistry2017,60,4: | 1 |

| 10 | Advantages and disadvantages of terracing:A comprehensive review显示文摘For thousands of years,terracing has been one of the most important systems for preventing soil erosion,conserving water,and increasing agricultural production.Despite having a long history,the wide-ranging effects and mechanisms of terracing are poorly understood owing to large-scale spatial and temporal distribution patterns and the challenges related to assessing the ecosystem services of terraced landscapes.Thus,our study aims to review comprehensively the effect of terraces by describing the mechanisms behind terraced systems.Terraces provide many ecosystem services,including the reduction of runoff and sediment by over 41.9%and 52%,respectively,and the improvement of grain yields and soil moisture content by 44.8%and 12.9%,respectively.In addition,terracing can also contribute toward the conservation of plant biodiversity on a local scale.However,as terraces age,a number of disadvantages gradually emerge,including interference with water circulation and the development of serious environmental problems caused by poorly designed or mismanaged terraces,where the average runoff and soil loss can be 1—5 times that of well-managed terraces.Although understanding the complexity and multifaceted effects of terracing is vital for terrace construction and management,the negative effects of terracing are often not considered,and existing studies have several shortcomings.Within this context,this paper aims to describe both the benefits and disadvantages of terracing,investigate the gaps in current research,as well as discuss preventive and remedial measures so as to negate the possible bad impacts of terracing. | Chuxiong Deng Guangye Zhang Yaojun Liu Xiaodong Nie Zhongwu Li Junyu Liu Damei Zhu | 2021 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2021,9,3: | 1 |

| 12 | Air-Processed Efficient Organic Solar Cells from Aromatic Hydrocarbon Solvent without Solvent Additive or Post-Treatment:Insights into Solvent Effect on Morphology显示文摘Most of the recent organic solar cells(OSCs)with top-of-the-line efficiencies are processed from organic solvents with a high vapor pressure such as CF in nitrogen-filled glovebox,which is not feasible for large-area manufacturing.Herein,we cast active layers with both aromatic hydrocarbon solvents and halogenated solvents without any solvent additive or post-treatment,as well as interlayers with water and methanol in air(35%relative humidity)for efficient OSCs,except cathode electrode's evaporation is in vacuum.Compared to the PM6:Y6 system that is processed from CF,the PM6:BTP-ClBr2 system demonstrates good efficiency of 16.28%processed from CB and the device based on PM6:BTP-4Cl achieves 16.33%using TMB as its solvent for the active layer.These are among the highest efficiencies for CB-and TMB-processed binary OSCs to date.The molecular packing and phase separation length scales of each combination depend strongly on the solvent,and the overall morphology is the result of the interplay between solvent evaporation(kinetics)and materials miscibility(thermodynamics).Different solvents are required to realize the optimal morphology due to the different miscibility between the donor and acceptor.Finally,17.36%efficiency was achieved by incorporating PC71BM for TMB-processed devices.Our result provides insights into the effect of processing solvent and shows the potential of realizing high-performance OSCs in conditions relevant for industrial fabrication. | Ruijie Ma Tao Yang Yiqun Xiao Tao Liu Guangye Zhang Zhenghui Luo Gang Li Xinhui Lu He Yan Bo Tang | 2022 | Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,3: | 0 |
| 13 | Cause-related Marketing Strategy in Supply Chain Considering Quality Differentiation显示文摘Cause-related marketing(CRM),as an organic combination of marketing and corporate social responsibility(CSR),has been widely used in the supply chain.However,the existing literature rarely studies the CRM strategy the in the supply chain.This paper explores the pricing decisions and CRM strategy of supply chain members by examining a supply chain system consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer,where the manufacturer produces two quality differentiated products.By developing a Stackelberg model for three scenarios,including the No CRM strategy,CRM strategy for the high-quality product,and CRM strategy for the low-quality product,this paper finds that the CRM strategy will result in higher wholesale and sales prices for the cause-related product.In addition,consumers’pro-sociality and the degree of product quality differentiation are critical to the manufacturer’s choice of CRM strategy.When the quality difference differs significantly,the manufacturer should implement CRM for the high-quality product in a market with low consumer pro-sociality and for the low-quality product in a market with high consumer pro-sociality;when the product quality difference is slight,the manufacturer should choose to implement CRM for the low-quality product regardless of consumer’s pro-sociality.Furthermore,the model is extended to that the retailer implements the CRM strategy and a retailer-led supply chain.The results indicate that CRM strategy in the supply chain is not influenced by the implementing entity or the supply chain leader. | Guangye Xu Hui Liu Kaile Zhou Xumei Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2023,32,2: | 0 |

| 16 | BDT and Creep Behaviors of NiAl-25 at.pct Cr Alloy at Various Temperatures显示文摘Brittle-to-ductile transition (BDT) behavior and creep behavior of extruded NiAl-25Cr alloy at elevated temperatures were investigated. The results reveal that the alloy exhibits obvious BDT behavior with the increase in temperature and BDT temperature (BDTT) is sensitive to initial strain rate. When the initial strain rate increases by two orders of magnitude, BDTT has an increase of approximate 80 K. The creep data in the temperature range of 1073~1123 K reveal two distinct regions of creep behavior in this material. At lower temperature, the creep characteristics are consistent with structural controlled creep process where creep deformation is controlled by dislocation climb. At higher temperature, the creep characteristics are consistent with mobility-controlled deformation where viscous glide of dislocations controls creep. The apparent activation energy determined by creep in both regions exceeds the value for lattice self-diffusion in NiAl by a considerable amount. | 18 | Discovery and Analysis of the Fossilised Yuling-Man Skull显示文摘A fossilised paleoanthropological skull was discovered in November 1987, in the guily-head cliff on the east bank of Wenyu River near Xinza village, Yuling - town (hence the name Yuling-Man), Lingbao country, Henan Province, China. The skull, dated to an absolute U-isotope (U234 to U238 ) age of B. P. 156000 ± 13000 years, was found in the upper portion of the alluvial statum of the mid-Pleistocens Series, together with pateoliths of the Kehe Cutture System in the mid-late Paleolithic Periods. Although much research has been nomied out in this area, this is the first fossilised paleoanthropological skull in have been found.
