1High electrocaloric effect in barium titanate-sodium niobate ceramics with core-shell grain assembly显示文摘Electrocaloric effect(ECE)is promising in realizing solid-state cooling as an alternative to the conventional refrigeration with environmentally harmful coolant and low efficiency.High ECE in lead-free ferroelectric ceramics is highly desirable for the EC cooling.In this work,different from the researches that tune the ECE by conventional compositional design or external stress engineering,we fabricated the(1-x)BaTiO_(3)-xNaNbO_(3)(BTO-xNN)lead-free ceramics with a core-shell grain structure arising from the inhomogeneous stoichiometry of element distribution,leading to the internal compressing stress in the grains.It is interesting that the phase transition behavior,including the phase transition temperature and the diffusion property,is regulated by the core-shell grain structure induced internal stress,which can be capitalized on for the favorable ECE.Cooperated with 0.02 NN,a high ECE,e.g.adiabatic temperature change(ΔT)of 3.6 K and isothermal entropy change(ΔS)of 4.5 J kg^(-1) K^(-1),is attained in the BTO ceramic.As the internal stress further increases with more NN,the BTO-0.06NN exhibits an extremely stable ECE with a variety rate below ±4% in a wide temperature range from 300 K to 360 K.This work provides a novel approach to explore pronounced ECE in lead-free ferroelectrics for eco-friendly refrigeration.Chao Zhang Quanpei Du Wenru Li Dong Su Meng Shen Xiaoshi Qian Bing Li Haibo Zhang Shenglin Jiang Guangzu Zhang 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,3:4

5Monocular 3D object detection with Pseudo-LiDAR confidence sampling and hierarchical geometric feature extraction in 6G network显示文摘The high bandwidth and low latency of 6G network technology enable the successful application of monocular 3D object detection on vehicle platforms.Monocular 3D-object-detection-based Pseudo-LiDAR is a low-cost,lowpower solution compared to LiDAR solutions in the field of autonomous driving.However,this technique has some problems,i.e.,(1)the poor quality of generated Pseudo-LiDAR point clouds resulting from the nonlinear error distribution of monocular depth estimation and(2)the weak representation capability of point cloud features due to the neglected global geometric structure features of point clouds existing in LiDAR-based 3D detection networks.Therefore,we proposed a Pseudo-LiDAR confidence sampling strategy and a hierarchical geometric feature extraction module for monocular 3D object detection.We first designed a point cloud confidence sampling strategy based on a 3D Gaussian distribution to assign small confidence to the points with great error in depth estimation and filter them out according to the confidence.Then,we present a hierarchical geometric feature extraction module by aggregating the local neighborhood features and a dual transformer to capture the global geometric features in the point cloud.Finally,our detection framework is based on Point-Voxel-RCNN(PV-RCNN)with high-quality Pseudo-LiDAR and enriched geometric features as input.From the experimental results,our method achieves satisfactory results in monocular 3D object detection.Jianlong Zhang Guangzu Fang Bin Wang Xiaobo Zhou Qingqi Pei Chen Chen 2023Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,4:0
6Regulating local electric field to optimize the energy storage performance of antiferroelectric ceramics via a composite strategy显示文摘Electrostatic energy storage technology based on dielectrics is the basis of advanced electronics and high-power electrical systems.High polarization(P)and high electric breakdown strength(Eb)are the key parameters for dielectric materials to achieve superior energy storage performance.In this work,a composite strategy based on antiferroelectric dielectrics(AFEs)has been proposed to improve the energy storage performance.Here,AlN is selected as the second phase for the(Pb_(0.915)Ba_(0.04)La_(0.03))(Zr_(0.65)Sn_(0.3)Ti_(0.05))O_(3)(PBLZST)AFEs,which is embedded in the grain boundaries to construct insulating networks and regulate the local electric field,improving the Eb.Meanwhile,it is emphasized that AFEs have the AFE–FE and FE–AFE phase transitions,and the increase of the phase transition electric fields can further improve the recoverable energy density(Wrec).As a result,the Eb increases from 180 to 290 kV·cm−1 with a simultaneous increase of the phase transition electric fields,magnifying the Wrec to~144%of the pristine PBLZST.The mechanism for enhanced Eb and the phase transition electric fields is revealed by the finite element simulation method.Moreover,the PBLZST:1.0 wt%AlN composite ceramics exhibit favorable temperature stability,frequency stability,and charge–discharge ability,making the composite ceramics a promising candidate for energy storage applications.Ying Yang Zhanming Dou Kailun Zou Kanghua Li Wei Luo Wen Dong Guangzu Zhang Qiuyun Fu Shenglin Jiang 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,3:0
7Intelligent decision-making method of TBM operating parameters based on multiple constraints and objective optimization显示文摘The decision-making method of tunnel boring machine(TBM)operating parameters has a significant guiding significance for TBM safe and efficient construction,and it has been one of the TBM tunneling research hotspots.For this purpose,this paper introduces an intelligent decision-making method of TBM operating parameters based on multiple constraints and objective optimization.First,linear cutting tests and numerical simulations are used to investigate the physical rules between different cutting parameters(penetration,cutter spacing,etc.)and rock compressive strength.Second,a dual-driven mapping of rock parameters and TBM operating parameters based on data mining and physical rules of rock breaking is established with high accuracy by combining rock-breaking rules and deep neural networks(DNNs).The decision-making method is established by dual-driven mapping,using the effective rock-breaking capacity and the rated value of mechanical parameters as constraints and the total excavation cost as the optimization objective.The best operational parameters can be obtained by searching for the revolutions per minute and penetration that correspond to the extremum of the constrained objective function.The practicability and effectiveness of the developed decision-making model is verified in the SecondWater Source Channel of Hangzhou,China,resulting in the average penetration rate increasing by 11.3%and the total cost decreasing by 10%.Bin Liu Jiwen Wang Ruirui Wang Yaxu Wang Guangzu Zhao 2023Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,11:0
8Frame Detection Based on Cyclic Autocorrelation and Constant False Alarm Rate in Burst Communication Systems显示文摘Frame detection is important in burst communication systems for its contributions in frame synchronization.It locates the information bits in the received data stream at receivers.To realize frame detection in the presence of additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) and frequency offset,a constant false alarm rate(CFAR) detector is proposed through exploitation of cyclic autocorrelation feature implied in the preamble.The frame detection can be achieved prior to bit timing recovery.The threshold setting is independent of the signal level and noise level by utilizing CFAR method.Mathematical expressions is derived in AWGN channel by considering the probability of false alarm and probability of detection,separately.Given the probability of false alarm,the mathematical relationship between the frame detection performance and E_b/N_0 of received signals is established.Experimental results are also presented in accordance with analysis.LIU Guangzu WANG Jianxin BAN Tian 2015China Communications2015,12,5:0
9Uncertainty quantification of mechanism motion based on coupled mechanism—motor dynamic model for ammunition delivery system显示文摘In this paper,a dynamic modeling method of motor driven electromechanical system is presented,and the uncertainty quantification of mechanism motion is investigated based on this method.The main contribution is to propose a novel mechanism-motor coupling dynamic modeling method,in which the relationship between mechanism motion and motor rotation is established according to the geometric coordination of the system.The advantages of this include establishing intuitive coupling between the mechanism and motor,facilitating the discussion for the influence of both mechanical and electrical parameters on the mechanism,and enabling dynamic simulation with controller to take the randomness of the electric load into account.Dynamic simulation considering feedback control of ammunition delivery system is carried out,and the feasibility of the model is verified experimentally.Based on probability density evolution theory,we comprehensively discuss the effects of system parameters on mechanism motion from the perspective of uncertainty quantization.Our work can not only provide guidance for engineering design of ammunition delivery mechanism,but also provide theoretical support for modeling and uncertainty quantification research of mechatronics system.Jinsong Tang Linfang Qian Longmiao Chen Guangsong Chen Mingming Wang Guangzu Zhou 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,33,3:0
10Integrated sensor based on acoustics-electricity-mechanics coupling effect for wireless passive gas detection显示文摘Integrated sensor combines multiple sensor functions into a single unit,which has the advantages of miniaturization and better application potential.However,limited by the sensing platforms of the sensor and the selectivity of the sensitive film,there are still challenges to realize multi-component gas detection in one unit.Herein,a principle integration method is proposed to achieve the multi-component gas detection based on the acoustics-electricity-mechanics coupling effect.The electrical and mechanical properties of the Bi_(2)S_(3)nanobelts materials in different atmospheres indicate the possibility of realizing the principle integration.At the same time,the surface acoustic wave(SAW)sensor as a multivariable physical transducer can sense both electrical and mechanical properties.Upon exposure to 10 ppm NO_(2),NH_(3),and their mixtures,the integrated SAW gas sensor shows a 4.5 kHz positive frequency shift(acoustoelectric effect),an 11 kHz negative frequency shift(mechanics effects),and a reduced 4 kHz negative frequency shift(acoustics-electricity-mechanics coupling effect),respectively.Moreover,we realize wireless passive detection of NO_(2)and NH_(3)based on the SAW sensor.Our work provides valuable insights that can serve as a guide to the design and fabrication of single sensors offering multi-component gas detection via different gas sensing mechanisms.Licheng Zhou Bohui Zhai Zhixiang Hu Mingqi Zhang Long Li Xiangxin Wang Guangzu Zhang Jingting Luo Honglang Li Bingbing Chen Shenglin Jiang Hua-Yao Li Huan Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
11Point-defect-driven flattened polar phonon bands in fluorite ferroelectrics显示文摘The scale-free ferroelectric polarization of fluorite MO_(2)(M=Hf,Zr)due to flat polar phonon bands are promising for nonvolatile memories.Defects are also widely introduced to improve the emergent ferroelectricity.However,their roles are still not fully understood at the atomic-level.Here,we report a significant effect of point-defect-driven flattening of polar phonon bands with more polar modes and polarization contribution in doped MO_(2).The polar phonon bands in La-doped MO_(2)(M=Hf,Zr)can be significantly flattened,compared with pure ones.However,the lower energy barrier with larger polarization of VO-only doped MO_(2) compared with La-doped cases suggest that VO and local lattice distortion should be balanced for high-performance fluorite ferroelectricity.The work is believed to bridge the relation between point defects and the generally enhanced induced ferroelectricity in fluorite ferroelectrics at the atomic-level and inspire their further property optimization via defect-engineering.Pu Ai Fengjun Yan Wen Dong Shi Liu Junlei Zhao Kan-Hao Xue Syed Ul Hasnain Bakhtiar Yilong Liu Qi Ma Ling Miao Mengyuan Hua Guangzu Zhang Shenglin Jiang Wei Luo Qiuyun Fu 2023npj Computational Materials2023,,1:0

14Field-driven merging of polarizations and enhanced electrocaloric effect in BaTiO_(3)-based lead-free ceramics显示文摘Solid-state cooling technology based on electrocaloric effect(ECE)has been advanced as an alternative to replace the vapour-compression approach to overcome the releasing of the global warming gases.However,the development in high ECE materials is still a challenge.In this work,polarization merging strategy was proposed to achieve a large ECE in xBa(Sn_(0.07)Ti_(0.93))O_(3)–(1−x)Ba(Hf_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3) ferroelectric ceramics,where x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,and 1.Ba(Sn_(0.07)Ti_(0.93))O_(3) with an orthorhombic phase and Ba(Hf_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3) with a rhombohedral phase at room temperature were prepared beforehand as precursors,and phase-coexisted xBSnT–(1−x)BHfT ceramics were formed via a solid-state reaction approach.Phase coexisting structures were confirmed using the X-ray diffraction.The merged polarization was confirmed by the dielectric and ferroelectric properties.Optimal ECEs were obtained for 0.2BSnT–0.8BHfT ceramics,i.e.,adiabatic temperature change DT=2.16±0.08 K at 80℃and 5 MV/m,and DT=3.35±0.09 K at 80℃and 7 MV/m.Xiang NIU Xiaodong JIAN Weiping GONG Wei LIANG Xuetian GONG Guangzu ZHANG Shenglin JIANG Kun YU Xiaobo ZHAO Yingbang YAO Tao TAO Bo LIANG Sheng-Guo LU 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,11:0
15Corrosion Behavior of Oxide Dispersion Strengthened Ferritic Alloys in Liquid Sodium显示文摘Corrosion behavior of four oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) ferritic alloys exposed in thermal convective liquid sodium loop for 4 000 h was examined.Surface observation results reveal that coral-like surfaces with deposit initially formed on surfaces of all exposed specimens.In tested alloy S2,χ-phase precipitated in specimen center,and a depleted χ- phase zone formed near the specimen surface.There is a transition area between the surface and center.In the other tested alloys,no notable change on microstructure was observed.Grain boundary attack was not found in any of the tested specimens.Tensile test results indicate that sodium corrosion of the four ODS ferritic alloys for 3 000 h had no notable effect on their tensile properties.Pan Qingchun Shan Bingquan Tian Yun Liu Guangzu 1998Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)1998,5,1:0
