142,573 cases of hepatectomy in China: a multicenter retrospective investigation显示文摘Hepatectomy is currently routinely performed in most hospitals in China. China owns the largest population of liver diseases and the biggest number of liver resection cases. A nationwide multicenter retrospective investigation involving 112 hospitals was performed, and focused on liver resection for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). 42,573 cases of hepatectomy were enrolled, and 18,275 valid cases of liver resection for HCC patients were selected for statistical analysis. The epidemiology of HCC, distribution of hepatectomy, postoperative complications and prognosis were finally analyzed. In the 18,275 HCC patients,81% had hepatitis B virus infection and 10% had hepatitis C virus infection. 38% of the HCC patients had normal Alphafetoprotein(AFP) level, and other 35% had an AFP level lower than 400 ng mL^(-1). In the study period, 97% of the hepatectomy for HCC were treated with open surgery, and 23.81% had vascular exclusion techniques. The operation time was(191.7±105.6) min,the blood loss was(546.0±562.8) m L, and blood transfusion was(543.0±1,035.2) m L. The median survival for HCC patients was 631 days, with 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival of 73.2%, 28.8% and 19.6%, respectively. 2Analysis of sensitivity and errors in Maglev vibration test system显示文摘In order to improve work performance of M aglev vibration test systems,the relationships of operating parameters between different components and system were researched. The working principle of photoelectric displacement sensor was analyzed. The relationship between displacement of transducer and the infrared light area received by sensor was given. The method of expanding the dynamic range of vibrator was proposed,which makes dynamic range of Maglev vibrator doubled. By increasing the amplification of the amplifier,the sensitive photoelectric displacement sensor can be maintained. Two modes of operation of the controller were analyzed. Bilateral work of vibration test system designed can further improve the stability of the system.An object vibration was measured by Maglev vibration test system designed when different vibration exciter frequencies were loaded. Experiments showthat the output frequency measured by Maglev vibration test system and loaded are the same. Finally,the errors of test system were analyzed. These errors of vibration test system designed can meet the requirements of application. 3Research on magnetic levitation absolute vibration measurement method in vehicles显示文摘This paper presents a design for a magnetic levitation absolute- vibration test system which can be used by vehicles to measure the road surface roughness. The relationship between the vibration test system output voltage and measured speed of the object was obtained through testing,the power spectrum of the measured signal was obtained by virtual instrument analysis,the vibration waveforms of the vehicle over gentle and steep slopes were measured respectively and the road surface roughness was obtained by waveform analysis. Data was saved where the waveforms exceeded threshold. Finally,the steep slope was located using a GPS system. Experimental results show that the magnetic levitation absolute- vibration measurement method has characteristics of high sensitivity and a wide frequency range. 5Identification of genomic regions determining flower and pod numbers development in soybean (Glycine max L.)显示文摘Flower and pod numbers per plant are important agronomic traits underlying soybean yield. So far quantitative trait loci (QTL) detected for flower and pod-related traits have mainly focused on the final stage, and might therefore have ignored genetic effects expressed during a specific developmental stage. Here, dynamic expressions of QTL for flower and pod numbers were identified using 152 recom-binant inbred lines (RILs) and a linkage map of 306 markers. Wide genetic variation was found among RILs; 17 unconditional and 18 conditional QTL were detected for the two traits at different developmental stages over two years. Some QTL were detected only at one stage and others across two or more stages, indicating that soybean flower and pod numbers development may be governed by time-dependent gene expression. Three main QTL (qfn-Chr18-2, qfn-Chr20-1, and qfn-Chr19) were detected for flower number, and two main QTL (qpn-Chr11 and qpn-Chr20) were detected for pod number. The phenotypic variation explained by them ranged from 6.1% to 34.7%. The markers linked to these QTL could be used in marker-assisted selection for increasing soybean flower and pod numbers, with the ultimate aim of increasing soybean yield. Comparison of the QTL regions for flower and pod numbers traits with the related genes reported previously showed that seven and four related genes were located in the QTL regions of qfn-Chr11 and qfn-Chr19, respectively. 7Detection and fine-mapping of SC7 resistance genes via linkage and association analysis in soybean显示文摘Soybean mosaic virus(SMV) disease is one of the most serious and broadly distributed soybean(Glycine max(L.) Merr.) diseases. Here, we combine the advantages of association and linkage analysis to identify and fine-map the soybean genes associated with resistance to SMV strain SC7.A set of 191 soybean accessions from different geographic origins and 184 recombinant inbred lines(RILs) derived from Kefeng No.1(resistant) Nannong 1138-2(susceptible) were used in this study. The SC7 resistance genes were previously mapped to a 2.65 Mb region on chromosome 2 and a 380 kb region on chromosome 13. Among 19 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) detected via association analysis in the study, the SNP BARC-021625-04157 was located in the2.65 Mb region, and the SNP BARC-041671-08065 was located near the 380 kb region; three genes harboring the SNPs were probably related to SC7 resistance. The resistance gene associated with BARC-021625-04157 was then finemapped to a region of approximately 158 kb on chromosome2 using 184 RILs. Among the 15 genes within this region, one NBS-LRR type gene, one HSP40 gene and one serine carboxypeptidase-type gene might be candidate SC7 resistance genes. 8Kinetic analysis of self-condensing vinyl polymerization with unequal reactivities显示文摘The distribution function of the hyperbranched polymers formed from the self-condensing vinyl polymerization with unequal reactivities was derived and the differential equations for the second moments are established, based on the variable of the conversion of B* groups. The various average degrees of branching can be designed by suitable values of reactivities ratio (r) and the conversion of A group (x). In order to reach the maximum degree of branching at a specified x, r needed is dependant on the value of x. The higher the x, the less the r needed is for the maximum value of degree of branching. 9Mapping QTLs for seed yield and drought susceptibility index in soybean (Glycine max L.) across different environments显示文摘Drought stress has long been a major constraint in maintaining yield stability of soybean(Glycine max(L.) Merr.) in rainfed ecosystems.The identification of consistent quantitative trait loci(QTL) involving seed yield per plant(YP) and drought susceptibility index(DSI) in a population across different environments would therefore be important in molecular marker-assisted breeding of soybean cultivars suitable for rainfed regions.The YP of a recombinant line population of 184 F2:7:11 lines from a cross of Kefeng1 and Nan-nong1138-2 was studied under water-stressed(WS) and well-watered(WW) conditions in field(F) and greenhouse(G) trials,and DSI for yield was calculated in two trials.Nineteen QTLs associated with YP-WS and YP-WW,and 10 QTLs associated with DSI,were identified.Comparison of these QTL locations with previous findings showed that the majority of these regions control one or more traits related to yield and other agronomic traits.One QTL on molecular linkage group(MLG) K for YP-F,and two QTLs on MLG C2 for YP-G,remained constant across different water regimes.The regions on MLG C2 for YP-WW-F and MLG H for YP-WS-F had a pleiotropic effect on DSI-F,and MLG A1 for YP-WS-G had a pleiotropic effect on DSIG.The identification of consistent QTLs for YP and DSI across different environments will significantly improve the efficiency of selecting for drought tolerance in soybean.Weijun Du Min Wang Sanxiong Fu Deyue Yu 2009Journal of Genetics and Genomics2009,36,12:8
10Formation and evolution of Sinian oil and gas pools in typical structures, Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘The only major breakthrough in the exploration of the Sinian of the Sichuan Basin has been the Weiyuan gas field. Taking the typical structures in the Sichuan Basin as examples, an apatite fission track simulation was applied to constrain the thermal evolutionary history of the source rocks in this study. Combined with trap formation and evolution, the formation, destruction, and accumulation history of the Sinian reservoirs were analyzed from a dynamic perspective. The Sinian reservoirs underwent several primary stages: the paleo-reservoir formation and destruction in the late Silurian, hydrocarbon recharge in the Permian-Triassic, the cracking of oil to gas and dissolved-gas in the late Triassic-Mid-Late Jurassic, and the exsolution and accumulation of dissolved-gas as a result of episodic uplift since the Late Cretaceous. The exsolution process of dissolved-gas is of great significance to the accumulation of natural gas. The formation of the Weiyuan gas field is also related to this process. 11A New Rational-based Optimal Design Strategy of Ship Structure Based on Multi-level Analysis and Super-element Modeling Method显示文摘A new multi-level analysis method of introducing the super-element modeling method, derived from the multi-level analysis method first proposed by O. F. Hughes, has been proposed in this paper to solve the problem of high time cost in adopting a rational-based optimal design method for ship structural design. Furthermore,the method was verified by its effective application in optimization of the mid-ship section of a container ship. A full 3-D FEM model of a ship,suffering static and quasi-static loads, was used as the analyzing object for evaluating the structural performance of the mid-ship module, including static strength and buckling performance. 13Wide river or narrow river:Future river training strategy for Lower Yellow River under global change显示文摘The choice of a river training strategy is extremely important for the Lower Yellow River(LYR). Currently,the wide-river training strategy applies in the training of the LYR. However, remarkable changes in the hydrological processes in the Yellow River basin, as well as immediate pressure from socio-economic development in the Yellow River basin, make it necessary to consider if there is a possibility to change the river training strategy from wide-river training to narrow-river training. This research investigates the impacts of different river training strategies on the LYR through numerical simulations. A onedimensional(1-D) model was used to simulate the fluvial processes for the future 50 years and a threedimensional(3-D) model was applied to study typical floods. The study focused on river morphology, the results show that if the present decreasing trend in both water discharge and sediment load persists, the deposition rate in the LYR will further decrease no matter what strategy is applied. Especially, narrowriver training can achieve the aim to increase the sediment transport capacity in the LYR compared with wide-river training. However, if the incoming water and sediment load recovers to the mean level of the last century, main channel shrinkage due to sedimentation inevitably occurs for both wide-river and narrow-river training. Most importantly, this study shows that narrow-river training reduces the deposition amount over the whole LYR, but it provides little help in alleviating the development of the'suspended river'. Instead, narrow-river training can cause aggradation in the transitional reach where the river pattern changes from highly wandering to meandering, further worsening the 'hump deposition' there. 15Exploration of presence/absence variation and corresponding polymorphic markers in soybean genome显示文摘This study was designed to reveal the genome‐wide distribution of presence/absence variation(PAV) and to establish a database of polymorphic PAV markers in soybean. The 33 soybean whole‐genome sequences were compared to each other with that of Williams 82 as a reference genome. A total of 33,127 PAVs were detected and 28,912 PAV markers with their primer sequences were designed as the database NJAUSoyPAV_1.0. The PAVs scattered on whole genome while only 518(1.8%) overlapped with simple sequence repeats(SSRs) in BARCSOYSSR_1.0database. In a random sample of 800 PAVs, 713(89.13%) showed polymorphism among the 12 differential genotypes. Using 126 PAVs and 108 SSRs to test a Chinese soybean germplasm collection composed of 828 Glycine soja Sieb. et Zucc. and Glycine max(L.) Merr. accessions, the per locus allele number and its variation appeared less in PAVs than in SSRs. The distinctness among alleles/bands of PCR(polymerase chain reaction) products showed better in PAVs than in SSRs, potential in accurate marker‐assisted allele selection. 16Robust Virtual Network Embedding Based on Component Connectivity in Large-Scale Network显示文摘Virtual network embedding problem which is NP-hard is a key issue for implementing software-defined network which is brought about by network virtualization. Compared with other studies which focus on designing heuristic algorithms to reduce the hardness of the NP-hard problem we propose a robust VNE algorithm based on component connectivity in large-scale network. We distinguish the different components and embed VN requests onto them respectively. And k-core is applied to identify different VN topologies so that the VN request can be embedded onto its corresponding component. On the other hand, load balancing is also considered in this paper. It could avoid blocked or bottlenecked area of substrate network. Simulation experiments show that compared with other algorithms in large-scale network, acceptance ratio, average revenue and robustness can be obviously improved by our algorithm and average cost can be reduced. 18Vibration Measurement of Pedestrian Bridge Using Double Magnetic Suspension Vibrator Based on Wavelet Analysis显示文摘Aiming at the problem of pedestrian bridge vibration measurement,a vibration measurement system of pedestrian bridge with dual magnetic suspension vibrator structure was designed according to absolute vibration measurement principle. The relationship between the magnetic repulsion force of vibrator and its displacement was obtained by the experimental method and the least square fitting method. The vibration equations of two magnetic suspension vibrators were deduced respectively,and the measurement sensitivity of the system was deduced. The amplitude-frequency characteristic of the system was studied. A simulation model of vibrator measurement system with double magnetic suspension vibrator was established. The analysis shows that the sensitivity of the vibration measurement system with double magnetic suspension vibrator is higher than that with single magnetic suspension vibrator. The four vibration waveforms were measured,that is,no one passes through a pedestrian bridge,there are cars running under the pedestrian bridge,single pedestrian passes through the pedestrian bridge and multiple pedestrians pass through the pedestrian bridge. The multi-scale one-dimensional wavelet decomposition function was used to analyze the vibration signals. The vibration characteristics were obtained using one dimension wavelet decomposition function under four different conditions. Finally,the vibration waveforms of four cases were reconstructed. The measured results show that the vibration measurement system of pedestrian bridge with double magnetic suspension vibrator structure has high measurement sensitivity. 19Pyrolytic carbon derived from spent coffee grounds as anode for sodium-ion batteries显示文摘This paper reported the facile preparation of pyrolytic carbon derived from spent coffee grounds and the evaluation of its electrochemical performance when used as anode in sodium-ion battery.X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscope,Brunauer–Emmett–Teller were employed to characterize the structure of pyrolytic carbon.Electrochemical performances were tested by constant current charge–discharge,cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Results showed that the pyrolytic carbon possess a porous structure(1–2 lm)and a specific surface area of 94.35 m2 g1.When used as anodes in sodium-ion batteries,a reversible capacity of 154.2 mA h g1 at a current density of 200 mA g1 after 50 cycles was obtained.Several electrolytes were evaluated and their electrochemical performances were compared.The result indicated that this material has excellent storage capacity and good cycling stability.Our method provided a preparation of pyrolytic carbon from environmentally friendly resources.Guoliang Gao Ling-Zhi Cheong Deyu Wang Cai Shen 2018Carbon Resources Conversion2018,1,1:3
20Fluid migration paths in the marine strata of typical structures in the western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area,China显示文摘The western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area is an important prospective zone for oil and gas exploration in the central Yangtze area. Three representative structures, the Xinchang structure, Longjuba gas-bearing structure and the Jiannan gas field, were selected to analyze biomarker parameters in marine strata and to examine various types of natural gas and hydrocarbon sources. Fluid inclusions; carbon, oxygen, and strontium isotopic characteristics; organic geochemical analysis and simulation of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion history of source rocks were used for tracing fluid migration paths in marine strata of the study area. The Carboniferous-Triassic reservoirs in three typical structures all experienced at least two stages of fluid accumulation. All marine strata above the early Permian were shown to have fluids originating in the Permian rocks, which differed from the late stage fluids. The fluids accumulated in the late Permian reservoirs of the Xinchang structure were Cambrian fluids, while those in the late Carboniferous reservoirs were sourced from a combination of Silurian and Cambrian fluids. A long-distance and large-scale cross-formational flow of fluids destroyed the preservation conditions of earlier accumulated hydrocarbons. A short-distance cross-formational accumulation of Silurian fluids was shown in the late Permian reservoirs of the Longjuba structure with favorable hydrocarbon preservation conditions. The fluid accumulation in the Carboniferous reservoirs of the Jiannan structure mainly originated from neighboring Silurian strata with a small amount from the Cambrian strata. As a result, the Jiannan structure was determined to have the best preservation conditions of the three. Comparative analysis of fluid migration paths in the three structures revealed that the zone with a weaker late tectonism and no superimposition and modification of the Upper and Lower Paleozoic fluids or the Upper Paleozoic zone with the fluid charging from the Lower Paleozoic in the western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area are important target areas for future exploration.Xu Guosheng Liang Jiaju Gong Deyu Wang Guozhi Yuan Haifeng Cao Junxing Zhang Chengfu 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,1:3
