| 1 | Quantitative trait loci for Fusarium head blight resistance in wheat cultivars Yangmai 158 and Zhengmai 9023显示文摘Fusarium head blight(FHB)is one of the prevalent fungal diseases of wheat worldwide.Exploring new FHB resistance quantitative trait loci(QTL)in adapted wheat cultivars is a critical step for breeding new FHB-resistant cultivars.In this study,we developed a population of 236 F5:7 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)using two popular Chinese wheat cultivars,Yangmai 158 and Zhengmai 9023,with moderate FHB resistance to identify the QTL for FHB type II resistance.This population was evaluated for percentage of symptomatic spikelets per spike(PSS)using single floret injection in repeated greenhouse experiments.Mean PSSs were 33.2%for Yangmai 158 and 30.3%for Zhengmai 9023.A genetic linkage map of 1002 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)generated by genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS)was constructed for the RIL population.Six QTL were identified for FHB resistance,and three of them were repeatable in the both experiments.Zhengmai 9023 contributed the resistance allele at one repeatable QTL,designated as Qfhb.7D,whereas Yangmai 158 contributed the resistance alleles at the other two repeatable QTL,Qfhb.3AL and Qfhb.2DS.The additional QTL,Qfhb.4AS was significant in the mean PSS,and Qfhb.2DL and Qfhb.7AS were significant in only one experiment.Replacement of each allele individually at the three repeatable QTL significantly changed PSSs.Qfhb.3AL,Qfhb.2DS,and Qfhb.7D explained 8.35%to 9.89%,5.13%to 7.43%,and 6.15%to 9.32%of the phenotypic variations,respectively.The three repeatable QTL contributed by the two parents were additive and stacking the resistance alleles from all the three repeatable QTL showed the highest level of resistance in the current RIL population.Ten SNPs in the QTL regions of Qfhb.3AL,Qfhb.2DS,and Qfhb.7D were converted into KBioscience competitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)assays.One KASP marker for Qfhb.3AL was validated in a panel of wheat cultivars from China.Some of these KASP markers could be useful for marker-assisted selection to stack these QTL. | Pingping Zhang Chenjin Guo Zhao Liu Amy Bernardo Hongxiang Maa Hongxiang Ma Peng Jiang Guicheng Song Guihua Bai | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,1: | 8 |
| 2 | In Situ Analyses of Trace Elements, U–Pb and Lu–Hf Isotopes in Zircons from the Tongshankou Granodiorite Porphyry in Southeast Hubei Province, Middle-Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt, China显示文摘The Tongshankou Cu-Mo deposit, located in southeast Hubei province, is a typical skarn–porphyry type ore deposit closely related to the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry, characterized by a high Sr/Y ratio.Detailed in situ analyses of the trace elements and U–Pb and Lu–Hf isotopes in zircons from the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry were performed.Scarcely any inherited zircons were observed, and the analyzed zircons yielded highly concordant results with a weighted mean 206Pb/238 U age of 143.5 ± 0.45 Ma(n=20, mean square weighted deviation was 0.75), which was interpreted to represent the crystallization age of the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry.The chondrite-normalized rare-earth element pattern was characterized by a slope that steeply rises from the light-group rare-earth elements(LREE) to the heavy-group rare-earth elements(HREE) with a positive Ce-anomaly and inconspicuous Eu-anomaly, which was coincident with the pattern of the zircons from the Chuquicamata West porphyry, Chile.The analyzed zircons also had relatively low 176Hf/177 Hf ratios of 0.282526–0.282604.Assuming t=143 Ma, the corresponding calculated initial Hf isotope compositions(εHf(t)) ranged from-5.6 to-2.9.The results of the in situ analysis of trace elements and U–Pb and Lu–Hf isotopes in zircons from the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry suggest that a deep-seated process involving a thickened-crust/enriched-mantle interaction may play an important role in the generation of high Sr/Y-ratio magma and potentially in the generation of porphyry Cu-Mo systems. | XIA Jinlong HUANG Guicheng DING Lixue CHENG Shunbo | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5: | 5 |

| 4 | 96-Week Treatment of Tenofovir Amibufenamide and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir amibufenamide(TMF)is a novel phosphoramidated prodrug of tenofovir with nonin-ferior efficacy and better bone and renal safety to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)in 48 weeks of treatment.Here,we update 96-week comparison results.Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis B were assigned(2:1)to receive either 25 mg TMF or 300 mg TDF with matching placebo for 96 weeks.The virological suppression was defined as HBV DNA levels<20 IU/mL at week 96.Safety was evaluated thoroughly with focusing on bone,renal,and metabolic pa-rameters.Results:Virological suppression rates at week 96 were similar between TMF and TDF group in both HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative populations.Noninferior efficacy was maintained in the pooled population,while it was first achieved in patients with HBV DNA≥7 or 8 log10 IU/mL at baseline.Non-indexed estimated glomerular filtration rate for renal safety assessment was adopted,while a smaller decline of which was seen in the TMF group than in the TDF group(p=0.01).For bone mineral density,patients receiv-ing TMF displayed significantly lower reduction levels in the densities of spine,hip,and femur neck at week 96 than those receiving TDF.In addition,the lipid parameters were stable after week 48 in all groups while weight change still showed the opposite trend.Conclusions:TMF maintained similar efficacy at week 96 compared with TDF with continued superior bone and renal safety profiles(NCT03903796). | Zhihong Liu Qinglong Jin Yuexin Zhang Guozhong Gong Guicheng Wu Lvfeng Yao Xiaofeng Wen Zhiliang Gao Yan Huang Daokun Yang Enqiang Chen Qing Mao Shide Lin Jia Shang Huanyu Gong Lihua Zhong Huafa Yin Fengmei Wang Peng Hu Qiong Wu Chao Pan Wen Jia Chuan Li Chang’an Sun Junqi Niu Jinlin Hou TMF Study Group | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,3: | 3 |
| 5 | A Multiplex PCR Assay for the Detection of Pathogenic Genes of EPEC,ETEC and EIEC显示文摘A multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was developed to detect three pathogenic genes of en-teropathogenic, enterotocigenic and enteroinvasive Escherichia coli.. In this study three different sets of oligonu-cleotide primer were simultaneously used, and in this way, specific fragments of 880, 600, 150 bp for EPEC eaeA, EIEC ipaH and ETEC ST genes were amplified, respectively. The best condition of the multiplex PCR was: after an initial heat denaturation step at 95℃ for 5 min, followed by 30 cycles of denaturation at 94℃ for 40 s, primer annealing at 51.3 ℃ for 40 s and extension at 72 ℃ for 1 min, final extension at 72 ℃ for 10 min. The detection limit of the eaeA, ipaH and ST primers was 38.7423, 3.60519, 29.9448 ng·mL-1 (4.3×104, 1.5×103, 2.6×104 CFU·mL-1), respectively. | 6 | Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0386 with antioxidant capacity ameliorates the lipopolysaccharide-induced acute liver injury in mice by NF-κB and Nrf2 pathway显示文摘The Lactobacillus is of great interest as a natural antioxidant to ameliorate liver injury for its antioxidant capacity.In a previous experiment,Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS 1.0386 was excellent in adhesion and anti-inflammation.This research assessed the antioxidant capacity of L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 and how it ameliorates the LPS-induced acute liver injury.In vitro results showed that L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 had potential antioxidant capacity with 27 genes,and it had better capacities in hydroxyl radicals scavenging and lipid antioxidant than the reference strain L.plantarum WCFS1 (P < 0.05).In vivo results,L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 significantly reduced hepatic tissue injury,pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α,IL-6),myeloperoxidase (MPO) activities and biochemical indicators of hepatotoxicity (ALT,AST,ALP) (P < 0.05),compared with the LPS-treated mice.Moreover,L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 increased the relative abundance of the genera,including Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group,Muribaculaceae and Alistipes,which significantly increased the level of acetic acid and butyric acid (P < 0.05).The results also showed L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 significantly adjusted the expression of HO-1,NQO1,CAT,NF-κB,TLR4 and IκB-α in the liver (P < 0.05).Overall,these results indicated that L.plantarum KLDS 1.0386 had great functionality in reducing LPS-induced acute liver injury. | Jiahuan Dong Lijun Ping Qinggang Xie Deyu Liu Li Zhao Smith Etareri Evivie Zhongjiang Wang Bailiang Li Guicheng Huo | 2022 | Food Bioscience2022,47,3: | 2 |

| 10 | Smart ZnS@C filler for super-anticorrosive self-healing zinc-rich epoxy coating显示文摘The zinc-rich epoxy cathodic protection coating is the most widely used anticorrosion material for marine steel.However,traditional conductive fillers lack the intelligent self-healing effect,which limits the long-term anticorrosion performance.Herein,with uniform carbon-coated ZnS(ZnS@C)nanoballs as the smart active release filler,we propose an anticorrosive and self-healing zinc-rich maleic anhydride epoxy coating.Due to the high pore filling efficiency of the nanoballs,the water vapor transmission rate of the coating with an initial corrosion efficiency of 99.92%and a low-frequency impedance of|Z|f=10mHz=3.88×10^(10) Ω·cm^(2),was reduced by 52%.The carbon-shell of the nanoball increases electron transmission paths in the coating and improves conductivity by nearly two orders of magnitude,which effectively activates more Zn-sites and extends the cathodic protection time.Moreover,once the steel-substrate undergoes regional corrosion,the SO_(4)^(2-)hydrolyzes from the ZnS-core of the nanoball and reacts with iron ions on the corroded area accurately and intelligently to fill the gap and self-heals into a new dense barrier layer(Fe_(2)(SO_(4))_(3),etc.),which significantly improves the shielding protection ability during the long-term usage of the coating.The effective anticorrosion time of the proposed coating could be up to 3,400 h. | Kai Yang Yixue Duan Guicheng Liu Guoyan Ma Hao Fu Xuyong Chen Manxiang Wang Gangqiang Zhu Woochul Yang Yiding Shen | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,5: | 1 |

No signif icance was observed on ACE inhibitory activity of products prepared by spay drying and freeze drying(P>0.05) . Spay drying was the best drying process for practical industry production. The inlet temperature ranged from 140℃ to 160℃ and the exit temperature ranged from 70℃ to 90℃ during the spay drying process. Under the optimal conditions,scale-up of angiotensin converted enzyme inhibitory peptide from 1 L to 10 L and the experiment was successively conducted. The coupled reaction was successful by confirmation of the ultraviolet scanning spectrometer, and the conjugation ratio of SM2 with HSA and OVA was 9:1 and 15:1, respectively. Using cell-fusion and limiting dilution method to reclone 5 times to get 3 hybridoma strains, which could stably secret monoclonal antibody (Mab), named CB7, BC4 and BB12. The subtype of BC4 Mab was IgG1 and chain, the molecular weight was 162 ku, the numbers of chromosomal were about 90, the affinity constant was 6.1×1012 M-1. No cross reactivity was seen between the Mab and the other 4 sulfonamides, as well as the 2 carries proteins.
