| 1 | Gas desorption characteristics of the high-rank intact coal and fractured coal显示文摘The objective of this work is to study the gas desorption characteristics of the high-rank intact coal and fractured coal.The gas adsorption,mercury porosimetry and gas desorption experiments were carried out in this study.Then,the theories of thermodynamics,diffusion mechanism and desorption kinetics were used to estimate the gas desorption characteristics.The results of gas adsorption experiments show that the initial isosteric adsorption heat of the intact coal is greater than that of the fractured coal,indicating that the gas molecules desorb more easily from fractured coal than intact coal.Using the mercury porosimetry,we find that the diffusion channels of fractured coal are more developed than those of intact coal.The difficult diffusion form dominates in the intact coal during the gas diffusing,while the easy diffusion form dominates in the fractured coal.The results of gas desorption experiments show that the initial gas desorption volume and velocity of the fractured coal are both greater than those of the intact coal.Using the Fick diffusion law,the study calculates the gas diffusion coefficients of the intact coal and fractured coal.The diffusion coefficients of the fractured coal are 2 times and 10 times greater than those of the intact coal at the time of 0-120 and 0-10 min,respectively. | Lu Shouqing Cheng Yuanping Qin Liming Li Wei Zhou Hongxing Guo Haijun | 2015 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,5: | 15 |
| 2 | Urban Plant Diversity in Relation to Land Use Types in Built-up Areas of Beijing显示文摘Urban plants provide various ecosystem services and biodiversity for human well-being. It is necessary to examine the plant species and functional traits composition and the influencing factors. In this study, a field survey was conducted using the tessellation-randomized plot method to assess the plant species and functional traits variability in greenspaces across eight land use types(LUTs) in the built-up areas of Beijing, China. Results showed that the woody plants in the built-up areas of Beijing comprised 85 non-native species(57%), 21 pollen-allergenic species(14%), and 99 resistant species(67%). Residential areas, community parks and institutional areas had higher woody plant species richness than other LUTs. Native and extralimital native species were more widespread than exotic species. Proportions of species with resistances were low except for cold-and drought-resistance; consequently, a high intensity of management and maintenance is essential for survival of plants in this urban area. Caution should be exerted in selecting plant species with resistance to harsh conditions in different LUTs. Housing prices, distances from the urban center, years since the establishment of LUTs and greening rate were strongly correlated with the plant functional traits and species diversity. | 3 | The precise multimode GNSS positioning for UAV and its application in large scale photogrammetry显示文摘In this paper,we use multimode GNSS instead of single GPS constellation to resolve the three exterior line elements of each image.The principles of differential GNSS positioning and GNSSsupported aerial triangulation(AT)are presented and an implementation case is demonstrated.With multi-constellation system,the number of visible satellites is significantly increased and the geometry distribution of the satellites is well improved.The positioning accuracy and robustness are therefore getting better compared to GPS positioning.Experimental results show that differential GNSS has remarkable increment on the integer rate of ambiguity solution when GPS has few number and low elevation angle of satellites.The combined AT adjustment of GNSS resolution and 10 ground control points(GCPs)achieve the horizontal accuracy of±18 cm and vertical accuracy of±23 cm for the check points,which are comparable with traditional bundle adjustment with dense GCPs and better than GPS-supported AT.The achieved accuracy also satisfies the requirement for 1:500 topographic maps with the bonus of 84%GCPs eliminated.In conclusion,GNSS-supported AT is of feasibility and superiority for large scale Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-based photogrammetry. | Hongxing Sun Leilei Li Xuewen Ding Bingxuan Guo | 2016 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2016,19,3: | 3 |
| 4 | Novel protein detection method based on proximity- dependent polymerase reaction and aptamers显示文摘In recent years, specific detection of proteins is one of the hot issues about aptamers in proteomics. Here we reported a simple, sensitive and specific proximity-dependent protein assay with dual DNA aptamers. Thrombin was used as the model protein, and two aptamer probes with complementary se- quence at 3′-end were designed for the two distinct epitopes of the protein. Association of the two ap- tamers with thrombin resulted in stable hybrids due to the proximity of 3′-end, then polymerase reac- tion was induced. The amount of obtained dsDNA was indicated using the fluorescence dye Sybr Green I. The results showed that the initial velocity of polymerase reaction had a positive correlation with concentration of thrombin. The advantages of this dual-aptamer-based approach included simple and flexible design of aptamer probes, high selectivity and high sensitivity. | 5 | Thermodynamic Analysis of Desulfurization and Its Connection With Deoxidation and Temperature for SPHC in JISC During LF Refining Process显示文摘The thermodynamic characteristics of desulfurization reaction (CaO)+[S]=(CaS)+[O] is analyzed based on the detailed composition of liquid steel and slag of Steel Plate Hot Commercial (SPHC) in Jiuquan Iron & Steel Corporation(JISC), where the activities of CaO, CaS and Al2O3 in molten slag are calculated by thermodynamic software FactSage for a more accurate result. The critical values of [O%]/[S%] for desulfurization at different temperature is are obtained, typically 0.09 at 1873K, which shows directly that it should deoxidize adequately for obtaining a favorable desulfurization condition. In addition, the thermodynamic analysis indicates that the actual dissolved O is much higher than that of equilibrium calculation which shows Al-O reaction in LF is far away from equilibrium, but it is perfect agreement with the computing results when taking the activity of Al2O3 as 1 that due to the inclusion component in LF is mainly Al2O3. Besides, with the temperature rise, the sulfur partition ratio increases softly meanwhile the reaction between Al and O is limited to a great degree resulting in the increase a dissolved oxygen in liquid steel that decreases the sulfur partition ratio seriously. | 7 | PARALLEL IMPLEMENTATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE SEBVHOS ALGORITHM显示文摘In this paper, a parallel Surface Extraction from Binary Volumes with Higher-Order Smoothness (SEBVHOS) algorithm is proposed to accelerate the SEBVHOS execution. The original SEBVHOS algorithm is parallelized first, and then several performance optimization techniques which are loop optimization, cache optimization, false sharing optimization, synchronization overhead op-timization, and thread affinity optimization, are used to improve the implementation's performance on multi-core systems. The performance of the parallel SEBVHOS algorithm is analyzed on a dual-core system. The experimental results show that the parallel SEBVHOS algorithm achieves an average of 1.86x speedup. | 18 | An optimal design of the broadcast ephemeris for LEO navigation augmentation systems显示文摘As the deployment of large Low Earth Orbiters(LEO)communication constellations,navigation from the LEO satellites becomes an emerging opportunity to enhance the existing satellite navigation systems.The LEO navigation augmentation(LEO-NA)systems require a centimeter to decimeter accuracy broadcast ephemeris to support high accuracy positioning applications.Thus,how to design the broadcast ephemeris becomes the key issue for the LEO-NA systems.In this paper,the temporal variation characteristics of the LEO orbit elements were analyzed via a spectrum analysis.A non-singular element set for orbit fitting was introduced to overcome the potential singularity problem of the LEO orbits.Based on the orbit characteristics,a few new parameters were introduced into the classical 16 parameter ephemeris set to improve the LEO orbit fitting accuracy.In order to identify the optimal parameter set,different parameter sets were tested and compared and the 21 parameters data set was recommended to make an optimal balance between the orbit accuracy and the bandwidth requirements.Considering the real-time broadcast ephemeris generation procedure,the performance of the LEO ephemeris based on the predicted orbit is also investigated.The performance of the proposed ephemeris set was evaluated with four in-orbit LEO satellites and the results indicate the proposed 21 parameter schemes improve the fitting accuracy by 87.4%subject to the 16 parameters scheme.The accuracy for the predicted LEO ephemeris is strongly dependent on the orbit altitude.For these LEO satellites operating higher than 500 km,10 cm signal-in-space ranging error(SISRE)is achievable for over 20 min prediction. | Xueli Guo Lei Wang Wenju Fu Yingbo Suo Ruizhi Chen Hongxing Sun | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,1: | 1 |
