Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve, the number of diabetes patients in China, along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease, has been increasing.Among these complications, diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy, culture, religion and level of medical care available across different regions, preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly. In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot, the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology. In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society, the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology, burn injury, vascular surgery, orthopedics, foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries, this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot, queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China. This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot, then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail, and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers. This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine, surgical, nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot. | Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 34
The size of cell-free mitochondrial DNA in blood is inversely correlated with tumor burden in cancer patients显示文摘Circulating cell-free DNAs(cfDNAs)are fragmented DNA molecules released into the blood by cells.Previous studies have suggested that mitochondria-originated cfDNA fragments(mt-cfDNAs)in cancer patients are more fragmented than those from healthy controls. However,it is still unknown where these short mtcfDNAs originate, and whether the length of mt-cfDNAs can be correlated with tumor burden and cancer progression. In this study,we first performed whole-genome sequencing analysis(WGS)of cfDNAs from a human tumor cell line-xenotransplantation mouse model and found that mt-cfDNAs released from transplanted tumor cells were shorter than the mouse counterpart. We next analyzed blood cfDNA samples from hepatocellular carcinoma and prostate cancer patients and found that mt-cfDNA lengths were inversely related to tumor size as well as the concentration of circulating tumor DNA.Our study suggested that monitoring the size of mt-cfDNAs in cancer patients would be a useful way to estimate tumor burden and cancer progression. | Qin An Youjin Hu Qingjiao Li Xufeng Chen Jiaoti Huang Matteo Pellegrini Xianghong Jasmine Zhou Matthew Rettig Guoping Fan | 2019 | Precision Clinical Medicine2019,2,3: | 4
Subtyping of type A influenza by sequencing the variable regions of HA gene specifically amplified with RT-PCR显示文摘The outbreak of a novel influenza A(H1N1) virus across the globe poses a threat to human health. It is of paramount importance to develop a rapid, reliable and inexpensive diagnostic procedure.Based on the bioinformatic information from public database, primers specific for influenza A virus surface protein haemagglutinin(HA) of several subtypes(including H1,H2,H3,H5,H7 and H9) were designed.Primer-specific PCR products were subjected to sequencing for accurately distinguishing H1 and H3 subtypes from others. This sequencing-based detection method will not only be applied to rapid detection and simultaneous subtype identification of new influenza A virus H1N1,but also provide the strategies to monitor other new types ofinfluenza virus with explosive potential. | YAN An DING GuoHui ZHOU ZhenFeng DONG Hui ZHANG YaKun ZHU Lei HE YunGang ZHANG GuoQing LI YiXue SUN Bing HUANG Zhong LAN Ke JIN Li WANG HongYan WANG XiaoNing YANG Zhong ZHONG Yang DAI JianXin GUO YaJun WANG Hao CHE XiaoYan WU Fan YUAN ZhenGan ZHANG Xi CAO ZhiWei ZHOU XiaoNong ZHOU JiaHai MA ZhiYong TONG GuangZhi ZHAO GuoPing JIN WeiRong XIONG Hui | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,13: | 3

Assessment of the cytotoxic and mutagenic potential of the Jialu River and adjacent groundwater using human-hamster hybrid cells显示文摘The Jialu River in China has been seriously polluted by the direct discharge of industrial and domestic wastewater. The predominant contaminants of the Jialu River and its adjacent groundwater were recently investigated. However, the potential genotoxic impact of polluted water on human health remains to be clarified. Here, we used human–hamster hybrid(A_L) cells, which are sensitive for detecting environmental mutagens. We found that the cytotoxicity and mutagenicity of the groundwater in the Jialu River basin were influenced by the infiltration of the Jialu River. Hydrological periods significantly affected the cytotoxicity, but not the mutagenic potential, of surface and groundwater. Further, the mutagenic potential of groundwater samples located < 1 km from the Jialu River(S_(M-2) water samples) was detected earlier than that of groundwater samples located approximately 20 km from the Jialu River(S_N water samples). Because of high cytotoxicity, the mutagenic potential of water samples from the Jialu River(S_(M-1) water samples) was not significantly enhanced compared with that of untreated controls. To further assess the mutagenic dispersion potential, an artificial neural network model was adopted. The results showed that the highest mutagenic potential of groundwater was observed approximately 10 km from the Jialu River. Although further investigation of mutagenic spatial dispersion is required, our data are significant for advancing our understanding of the origin, dispersion, and biological effects of water samples from polluted areas. | Xiaofei Wang Guoping Zhao Hongqiang Wang Junting Liang Shengmin Xu Shaopeng Chen An Xu Lijun Wu | 2018 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,8: | 1

A review:crystalline silicon membranes over sealed cavities for pressure sensors by using silicon migration technology显示文摘A silicon pressure sensor is one of the very first MEMS components appearing in the microsystem area. The market for the MEMS pressure sensor is rapidly growing due to consumer electronic applications in recent years. Requirements of the pressure sensors with low cost, low power consumption and high accuracy drive one to develop a novel technology. This paper first overviews the historical development of the absolute pressure sensor briefly. It then reviews the state of the art technology for fabricating crystalline silicon membranes over sealed cavities by using the silicon migration technology in detail. By using only one lithographic step, the membranes defined in lateral and vertical dimensions can be realized by the technology. Finally, applications of MEMS through using the silicon migration technology are summarized. | Jiale Su Xinwei Zhang Guoping Zhou Changfeng Xia Wuqing Zhou Qing'an Huang | 2018 | Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,7: | 0
Aging-independent and size-dependent genotoxic response induced by titanium dioxide nanoparticles in mammalian cells显示文摘Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) are subjected to various transformation processes (chemical, physical and biological processes) in the environment, potentially affecting their bioavailability and toxic properties. However, the size variation of TiO2 NPs during aging process and subsequent effects in mammalian cells are largely unknown. The aim of this study was to illustrate the adverse effects of TiO2 NPs in different sizes (5,15 and <100 nm) during aging process on human-hamster hybrid (AL) cells. There was an aging-time dependent enhancement of average hydrodynamic size in TiO2 NPs stock suspensions. The cytotoxicity of fresh TiO2 NPs increased in a size-dependent manner;in contrast, their genotoxicity decreased with the increasing sizes of NPs.No significant toxicity difference was observed in cells exposed to either fresh or 60 day-aged TiO2 NPs.Both Fresh and aged TiO2 NPs efficiently induced mitochondrial dysfunction and activated Caspase-3/7 in a size-dependent manner.Using mitochondrial-DNA deficient (ρ°) AL cells,we further discovered that mitochondrial dysfunction made significant contribution to the size-dependent toxicity induced by TiO2 NPs during the aging process.Taken together, our data indicated that TiO2 NPs could significantly induced the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity in an aging time-independent and size-dependent manner, which were triggered by mitochondrial dysfunction. Our study suggested the necessity to include size as an additional parameter for the cautious monitoring of TiO2 NPs disposal before entering the environment. | Juan Wang Jingjing Wang Yun Liu Yaguang Nie Bo Si Tong Wang Ahmed Waqas Guoping Zhao Meimei Wang An Xu | 2019 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,11: | 0
Vibration-based bearing fault diagnosis of high-speed trains:A literature review显示文摘Due to the advantages of comfort and safety,high-speed trains are gradually becoming the mainstream public transport in China.Since the operating speed and mileage of high-speed trains have achieved rapid growth,it is more and more urgent to ensure their reliability and safety. As an important component in the bogies of highspeed trains, the health state of the bearing directly affects the operational safety of the trains. It is therefore necessary to diagnoze the faults of bearings in the bogies of high-speed trains as early as possible. In this paper, the bearing fault diagnostic methods for high-speed trains have been systematically summarized with their challenges and perspectives.First,it briefly introduces the structure of bearings in the bogies as well as the fault characteristic frequencies. Then,a brief review of the research on vibration-based signal processing methods and machine learning methods has been provided. Finally, the challenges and future developments of vibrationbased bearing fault diagnostic methods for high-speed trains have been analyzed. | Wanchun Hu Ge Xin Jiayi Wu Guoping An Yilei Li Ke Feng Jerome Antoni | 2023 | High-Speed Railway2023,1,4: | 0
Modification of the SUNFLUX Solar Radiation Scheme with a New Aerosol Parameterization and Its Validation Using Observation Network Data显示文摘SUNFLUX is a fast parameterization scheme for determination of the solar radiation at the Earth's surface. In this paper,SUNFLUX is further modified in the treatment of aerosols.A new aerosol parameterization scheme is developed for five aerosol species.Observational data from Baseline Surface Radiation Network(BSRN),Surface Radiation Budget Network(SURFRAD) and Aerosol Robotic Network(AERONET) stations are used to evaluate the accuracy of the original and modified SUNFLUX schemes.General meteorological data are available at SURFRAD stations, but not at BSRN stations. Therefore, the total precipitable water content and aerosol data are obtained from AERONET stations.Fourteen stations are selected from both BSRN and AERONET.Cloud fraction data from MODIS are further used to screen the cloud.Ten-year average aerosol mixing ratios simulated by the CAM-chem system are used to calculate the fractions of aerosol optical depth for each aerosol species, and these fractions are further used to convert the observed total aerosol optical depth into the components of individual species for use in the evaluations. The proper treatment of multiple aerosol types in the model is discussed. The evaluation results using SUNFLUX with the new aerosol scheme,in terms of the BSRN dataset, are better than those using the original aerosol scheme under clear-sky conditions. However, the results using the SURFRAD dataset are slightly worse, attributable to the differences in the input water vapor and aerosol optical depth.Sensitivity tests are conducted to investigate the error response of the SUNFLUX scheme to the errors in the input variables. | Yongjian HE Zhi'an SUN Guoping SHI Jingmiao LIU Jiandong LI | 2017 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2017,34,11: | 0
Effect of One/Two-dimensional Bonding Phases on Strength and Toughness of Carbon-containing Refractories显示文摘Gaseous phases of carbon-containing and metastable oxides will be resulted from the carbonization of phenolic resin binders and the reduced reactions between C and oxides at high temperatures in carbon-containing refractories. With the in-situ catalysis technique, these gaseous phases can be transformed to one-or two-dimensional bonding phases by deposition, which is favorable for the improvement on strength and toughness of carboncontaining refractories, especially low carbon refractories. The research results reveal that:( 1) the amorphous carbon resulted from phenolic resin can be transformed to carbon nanotubes, thus, the oxidation peak temperature is raised from 506 to 664. 6 ℃;( 2) onedimensional whiskers of MgO or Mg Al2 O4 can be in-situ formed in MgO-C refractories, and their CMOR,CCS,rupture displacement and residual CCS( two water quenching cycles,1 100 ℃) are increased by 66%,47%,13% and 26%,respectively;( 3) two-dimensional array structure of flake β-SiAlON can be in-situ formed in Al2 O3-C refractories, which improves the material strength by 60% and decreases the residual strength after thermal shock by only 4. 5 MPa. It is believed that the in-situ formation of one-or two-dimensional bonding phases at high temperatures can improvethe comprehensive thermal physical properties of carboncontaining refractories, and will be the developing trend of the strengthening and toughening of low carbon-containing refractories. | ZHU Boquan LI Xiangcheng CHEN Ping'an WEI Guoping WANG Xuan | 2018 | China's Refractories2018,27,3: | 0
