1Air-sea heat flux exchange over the South China Sea under different weather conditions before and after southwest monsoon onset in 2000显示文摘With the data observed from the Second SCS Air-Sea Flux Experiment on the Xisha air-sea flux research tower, the radiation budget, latent, sensible heat fluxes and net oceanic heat budgetswere caculated before and after summer monsoon onset. It is discovered that, after summer monsoononset, there are considerable changes in air-sea fluxes, especially in latent heat fluxes and net oceanicheat budget. Furthermre, the analyzed results of five synoptic stages are compared. And the character-istics of the flux transfer during different stages around onset of South China Sea monsoon are discussed.The flux change shows that there is an oceanic heat accumulating process during the pre-onset and thebreak period, as same as oceanic heat losing process during the onset period. Moreover, latent fluxes,the water vapor moving to the continent, even the rainfall appearance in Chinese Mainland also can beinfluenced by southwester. Comparing Xisha fluxes with those obtained from the Indian Ocean and thewestern Pacific Ocean, their differences may be obeerved. 2Fault Diagnosis Method Based on System-phenomenon-fault Tree显示文摘The historical records of mechanical fault contain great amount of important information which is useful to identify the similar fault.The current fault diagnosis methods using historical records are inefficient to deal with intuitive application and multicomponent multiphase fault diagnosis.Towards the problem,the rapid and intelligent fault diagnosis method based on system-phenomenon-fault (SPF) tree is proposed.The method begins with the physical system of the fault system,conceives the fault causes as leaves,the fault causes as leaves and the frequentness of fault as the interrelationship,and finally forms the fault tree with structural relationship of administrative subordination and flexible multi-granularity components.Firstly,the forming method of SPF tree is discussed;Secondly some basic definitions as synonymous branch,the tough degree of the branch,the dominant leaf,and the virtual branch are defined;and then,the performances including the merger of the dominant branches keeping dominant,the merger of the synonymous branches keeping dominant were proved.Furthermore,the merging,optimizing and calculating of virtual branch of SPF tree are proposed,the self-learning mechanism including the procedure and the related parameter calculation is presented,and the fault searching method and main fault statistics calculation are also presented based on SPF tree.Finally,the method is applied in the fault diagnosis of the certain type of embedded terminal to demonstrate fault information searching in the condition of the synonymous branch,the virtual branch merging and visual presentation of search results.The application shows that the proposed method is effective to narrow down the scope of searching fault and reduce the difficulty of computing.The proposed method is a new way to resolve the intelligent fault diagnosis problem of complex systems by organizing the disordering fault records and providing intuitive expression and intelligent computing capabilities.CHEN Guorong YAN Ping YI Runzhong LIU Fei 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,3:6
3The Influence of Wave State and Sea Spray on Drag Coefficient from Low to High Wind Speeds显示文摘Ocean waves alter the roughness of sea surface,and sea spray droplets redistribute the momentum flux at the air-sea interface.Hence,both wave state and sea spray influence sea surface drag coefficient.Based on the new sea spray generation function which depends on sea surface wave,a wave-dependent sea spray stress is obtained.According to the relationship between sea spray stress and the total wind stress on the sea surface,a new formula of drag coefficient at high wind speed is acquired.With the analysis of the new drag coefficient,it is shown that the drag coefficient reduces at high wind speed,indicating that the sea spray droplets can limit the increase of drag coefficient.However,the value of high wind speed corresponding to the initial reduced drag coefficient is not fixed,and it depends on the wave state,which means the influence of wave cannot be ignored.Comparisons between the theoretical and measured sea surface drag coefficients in field and laboratory show that under different wave ages,the theoretical result of drag coefficient could include the measured data,and it means that the new drag coefficient can be used properly from low to high wind speeds under any wave state condition.SHI Jian ZHONG Zhong LI Xunqiang JIANG Guorong ZENG Wenhua LI Yan 2016Journal of Ocean University of China2016,15,1:2

5An imputed whole-genome sequence-based GWAS approach pinpoints causal mutations for complex traits in a specific swine population显示文摘Sequencing-based genome-wide association studies(GWAS) have facilitated the identification of causal associations between genetic variants and traits in diverse species. However, it is cost-prohibitive for the majority of research groups to sequence a large number of samples. Here, we carried out genotype imputation to increase the density of single nucleotide polymorphisms in a large-scale Swine F;population using a reference panel including 117 individuals, followed by a series of GWAS analyses. The imputation accuracies reached 0.89 and 0.86 for allelic concordance and correlation, respectively. A quantitative trait nucleotide(QTN) affecting the chest vertebrate was detected directly, while the investigation of another QTN affecting the residual glucose failed due to the presence of similar haplotypes carrying wild-type and mutant allelesin the reference panel used in this study. A high imputation accuracy was confirmed by Sanger sequencing technology for the most significant loci. Two candidate genes,CPNE5 and MYH3, affecting meat-related traits were proposed. 6Weighted Particle Swarm Clustering Algorithm for Self-Organizing Maps显示文摘The traditional K-means clustering algorithm is difficult to determine the cluster number,which is sensitive to the initialization of the clustering center and easy to fall into local optimum.This paper proposes a clustering algorithm based on self-organizing mapping network and weight particle swarm optimization SOM&WPSO(Self-Organization Map and Weight Particle Swarm Optimization).Firstly,the algorithm takes the competitive learning mechanism of a self-organizing mapping network to divide the data samples into coarse clusters and obtain the clustering center.Then,the obtained clustering center is used as the initialization parameter of the weight particle swarm optimization algorithm.The particle position of the WPSO algorithm is determined by the traditional clustering center is improved to the sample weight,and the cluster center is the“food”of the particle group.Each particle moves toward the nearest cluster center.Each iteration optimizes the particle position and velocity and uses K-means and K-medoids recalculates cluster centers and cluster partitions until the end of the algorithm convergence iteration.After a lot of experimental analysis on the commonly used UCI data set,this paper not only solves the shortcomings of K-means clustering algorithm,the problem of dependence of the initial clustering center,and improves the accuracy of clustering,but also avoids falling into the local optimum.The algorithm has good global convergence.Guorong Cui Hao Li Yachuan Zhang Rongjing Bu Yan Kang Jinyuan Li Yang Hu 2020Journal of Quantum Computing2020,2,2:1

8GACNet: A Generative Adversarial Capsule Network for Regional Epitaxial Traffic Flow Prediction显示文摘With continuous urbanization,cities are undergoing a sharp expansion within the regional space.Due to the high cost,the prediction of regional traffic flow is more difficult to extend to entire urban areas.To address this challenging problem,we present a new deep learning architecture for regional epitaxial traffic flow prediction called GACNet,which predicts traffic flow of surrounding areas based on inflow and outflow information in central area.The method is data-driven,and the spatial relationship of traffic flow is characterized by dynamically transforming traffic information into images through a two-dimensional matrix.We introduce adversarial training to improve performance of prediction and enhance the robustness.The generator mainly consists of two parts:abstract traffic feature extraction in the central region and traffic prediction in the extended region.In particular,the feature extraction part captures nonlinear spatial dependence using gated convolution,and replaces the maximum pooling operation with dynamic routing,finally aggregates multidimensional information in capsule form.The effectiveness of the method is evaluated using traffic flow datasets for two real traffic networks:Beijing and New York.Experiments on highly challenging datasets show that our method performs well for this task.Jinyuan Li Hao Li Guorong Cui Yan Kang Yang Hu Yingnan Zhou 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,8:1

10Thiophene-based covalent organic frameworks for highly efficient iodine capture显示文摘Development of adsorbent materials for highly efficient iodine capture is high demand from the perspective of ecological environment and human health. Herein, the two kinds of thiophene-based covalent organic frameworks(COFs) with different morphologies were synthesized by solvothermal reaction using thieno[3,2-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarbaldehyde(TT) as the aldehyde monomer and tri(4-aminophenyl)benzene(PB) or tris(4-aminophenyl)amine(PA) as the amino monomer(denoted as PB-TT COF and PA-TT COF) and the as-prepared two heteroatoms-rich COFs possessed many excellent properties,including high thermal stability and abundant binding sites. Among them, PB-TT COF exhibited ultra-high iodine uptake up to 5.97 g/g in vapor, surpassing most of adsorbents previously reported, which was ascribed to its high specific surface(1305.3 m2/g). Interestingly, PA-TT COF with low specific surface(48.6m2/g) showed good adsorption ability for iodine in cyclohexane solution with uptake value of 750 mg/g,which was 2.38 times higher than that obtained with PB-TT COF due to its unique sheet-like morphology.Besides, the two COFs possessed good reusability, high selectivity and iodine retention ability. Based on experimental results, the adsorption mechanisms of both COFs were studied, revealing that iodine was captured by the physical-chemical adsorption. 11Water environment protection and sustainable development in townlet of China: A case study in Taicang显示文摘The Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC) model was applied to investigate the relationship between economic growth and water environment quality based on panel data of Taicang during 2010–2017. The typical inversed-U shaped relationship has been obtained between GDP(gross domestic product) and indicators of ammonia, total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP), respectively. The EKC turning point appeared when the GDP per capita was around US$2270, which was much lower than those in some developed countries(US$11,200). However, the decoupling between chemical oxygen demand(COD) and GDP per capita occurred even before this period, which should be attributed to the strict COD emission regulation being implemented since 2010. Further, analysis based on the Tapio decoupling coefficient elasticity model analyzed the ammonia nitrogen and economic development of each industry. We found that the agriculture no-point was strong decoupling in 2011–2014, then came to Recessive decoupling. The domestic wastewater had been in a strong decoupling state;Both urban non-point and industry experienced expansive negative decoupling, due to strict policy that prioritizes the environment over development and the investment in improvement of environment and techniques, both of them gradually came to strong decoupling. 14New UWB imaging algorithm for multiple targets detection显示文摘Because the conventional ultra wideband(UWB) radar imaging algorithm cannot meet the demand in the capability of multiple targets detection,a novel UWB radar imaging algorithm based on the near field radiation theory of dipole is presented.On the foundation of researching the principle of a time domain imaging algorithm,the back projection(BP) algorithm is derived and analyzed.Firstly,the far field sampling data are transferred to the near field sampling data by using the near field radiation theory of dipole.Then the BP algorithm is applied to target detection.The capability of the new algorithm to detect the multi-target is verified by using the finite-difference time-domain method,and the threedimensional images of targets are obtained.The coupling effect between targets for imaging is analyzed.The simulation results show that the new UWB radar imaging algorithm based on the near field radiation theory of dipole could weaken the coupling effect for imaging,and as a result the quality of imaging is improved.Weijun Zhong Chuangming Tong Guorong Huang Yan Geng 2011Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2011,22,6:0

16Properties of Ag^+ Ions Alloyed Chalcohalide Glasses in GeS_2-Ga_2S_3-AgI-Ag System显示文摘The thermal, physical and optical properties as well as chemical stability of Ag+ alloyed chalcohalide glasses in the Ge S2-Ga2S3-Ag I-Ag system were investigated via the Archimedes method, differential scanning calorimetry, infrared and visible transmission spectroscopy, respectively. The glass composition can be adjusted in a large range without any devitrification. These chalcohalide glasses are optically transparent in both visible and infrared regions. 17CGG repeat expansion in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 typically presents as oculopharyngodistal myopathy显示文摘CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 have recently been identified as a cause of oculopharyngeal myopathy with leukoencephalopathy.However,since only three patients from a single family were reported,it remains unknown whether their clinicopathological features are typical for CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1.Here,using repeat-primed-polymerase chain reaction and long-read sequencing,we identify 12 individuals from 3 unrelated families with CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1,typically presenting with oculopharyngodistal myopathy.The CGG repeat expansions range from 161 to 669 repeat units.Most of the patients present with ptosis,restricted eye movements,dysphagia,dysarthria,and diffuse limb muscle weakness.Only one patient shows T2-weighted hyperintensity in the cerebellar white matter surrounding the deep cerebellar nuclei on brain magnetic resonance imaging.Muscle biopsies from three patients show a myopathic pattern and rimmed vacuoles.Analyses of muscle biopsies suggest that CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 may deleteriously affect aggrephagic capacity,suggesting that RNA toxicity and mitochondrial dysfunction may contribute to pathogenesis.Our study thus expands the phenotypic spectrum for the CGG repeat expansion of LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 and indicates that this genetic variant typically manifests as oculopharyngodistal myopathy with chronic myopathic changes with rimmed vacuoles and filamentous intranuclear inclusions in muscle fibers.Yan Shi Chunyan Cao Yiheng Zeng Yuanliang Ding Long Chen Fuze Zheng Xuejiao Chen Fanggui Zhou Xiefeng Yang Jinjing Li Liuqing Xu Guorong Xu Minting Lin Hiroyuki Ishiura Shoji Tsuji Ning Wang Zhiqiang Wang Wan-Jin Chen Kang Yang 2024Journal of Genetics and Genomics2024,51,2:0
18Targeting TRPV1-mediated autophagy attenuates nitrogen mustard-induced dermal toxicity显示文摘Nitrogen mustard(NM)causes severe vesicating skin injury,which lacks effective targeted therapies.The major limitation is that the specific mechanism of NM-induced skin injury is not well understood.Recently,autophagy has been found to play important roles in physical and chemical exposure-caused cutaneous injuries.However,whether autophagy contributes to NM-induced dermal toxicity is unclear.Herein,we initially confrmed that NM dose-dependently caused cell death and induced autophagy in keratinocytes.Suppression of autophagy by 3-methyladenine,chloroquine,and baflomycin A1 or ATG5 siRNA attenuated NM-induced keratinocyte cell death.Furthermore,NM increased transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)expression,intracellular Ca2+content,and the activities of Car+/calmodulin-dependent kinase kinaseβ(CaMKKB),AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),unc-51-like kinase 1(ULK1),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).NM-induced autophagy in keratinocytes was abolished by treatment with inhibitors of TRPV1(capsazepine),CaMKKβ(STO-609),AMPK(compound C),and ULK1(SBI-0206965)as well as TRPV1,CaMKKB,and AMPK siRNA transfection.In addition,an mTOR inhibitor(rapamycin)had no signifcant effect on NM-stimulated autophagy or cell death of keratinocytes.Finally,the results of the in vivo experiment in NM-treated skin tissues were consistent with the findings of the in vitro experiment.In conclusion,NM-caused dermal toxicity by overactivating autophagy partially through the activation of TRPV1-Ca2+-CaMKKB-AMPK-ULK1 signaling pathway.These results suggest that blocking TRPV1-dependent autophagy could be a potential treatment strategy for NM-caused cutaneous injury.Mingliang Chen Xunhu Dong Haoyue Deng Feng Ye Yuanpeng Zhao Jin Cheng Guorong Dan Jiqing Zhao Yan Sai Xiuwu Bian Zhongmin Zou 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,2:0

20Corrosion behavior of Ni_(62)Nb_(33)Zr_(5)bulk metallic glasses after annealing and cryogenic treatments显示文摘The microstructural evolution and corrosion behavior of Ni_(62)Nb_(33)Zr_(5)bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)after annealing treatment(AT)at different crystallization temperatures and cryogenic treatment(CT)at−100℃are experimen-tally investigated.Appropriate AT and CT can both improve the thermal stability and comprehensive corrosion resistance of as-cast BMG in 3.5 wt.%NaCl solution.The annealed and cryo-treated BMGs exhibit one more finite diffusion layer loop in the electrical equivalent circuit than the as-cast BMG,indicating the complexity of the corrosion behavior.Superior corrosion resistance is obtained in the cryo-treated BMG because the high degree of amorphization caused by CT reduces the structural inhomogeneity.Lower C_(d)and higher R_(d)values are obtained for the cryo-treated BMG,revealing the formation of a more stable passive film.Among the annealed BMGs,the fully crystallized sample exhibits a higher anti-corrosion performance owing to the existence of Nb-rich oxides in the crystallization products.The passive film is found to be composed mainly of Nb_(2)O_(5)and ZrO_(2),demonstrating that Nb and Zr are conducive to reacting with oxygen to form a passive film.Based on the goal of maintaining a fully amorphous phase,appropriate CT causing structural homogeneity of the BMG is a simple and effective means to improve the comprehensive corrosion resistance.Kaimin Zhao Nairan Wang Shengyuan Li Guorong Zhou Xinying Teng Juan Xu Yan Wang Jianquan Li 2023ChemPhysMater2023,2,1:0
