2Hydrophobic organic coating based water–solid TENG for water-flow energy collection and self-powered cathodic protection显示文摘Water-solid triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs),as new energy collection devices,have attracted increasing attention in ocean energy harvesting and selfpowered sensing.Polyacrylic acid(PAA)coating,usually used on the surface of marine equipment,has the property of anti-aging and anti-wear but limits triboelectrical output when used with TENGs.In this paper,polyacrylic acid coating was modified with fluorinated polyacrylate resin(F-PAA)to increase its triboelectrical output,by 6 times,and also to increase its anti-corrosion property.In addition,the corrosion resistance property can be further enhanced by cathodic protection using the electrical output generated by the water-flow triboelectrical energy transfer process.Given their easy fabrication,water-flow energy harvesting,and corrosion resistance,PAA/F-PAA coating-based TENGs have promising applications in river and ocean energy collection and corrosion protection.Yupeng LIU Guoyun SUN Ying LIU Weixiang SUN Daoai WANG 2021Frontiers of Materials Science2021,15,4:0
3Chitin deacetylase:from molecular structure to practical applications显示文摘Chitosan and chitooligosaccharides(COS),as derivatives of chitin through deacetylation reaction,have broad applications due to their good biodegradability,biocompatibility,and solubility.In addition,chitosan and COS are involved in cell wall morphogenesis and host–pathogen interactions in vivo.Chitin deacetylases(CDAs)are enzymes that can catalyze the deN-acetylation of chitin.They are widely distributed in protozoa,algae,bacteria,fungi,and insects with important physiological functions.Compared with the traditional chemical method,enzymatic catalysis by CDAs provides an enzymatic catalysis method to produce chitosan and COS with controllable deacetylation site and environmental friendliness.These characteristics attract researchers to produce CDAs by fungicides or pesticides.However,researches on heterologous expression and directed evolution of CDAs are still lacking.In this review,we summarize the latest knowledge of CDAs,especially for heterologous expression systems and directed evolution strategies,which may contribute to the industrial production and future application of CDAs.Ziyang Huang Xueqin Lv Guoyun Sun Xinzhu Mao Wei Lu Yanfeng Liu Jianghua Li Guocheng Du Long Liu 2022Systems Microbiology and Biomanufacturing2022,2,2:0
