2Preliminary assessment of the navigation and positioning performance of BeiDou regional navigation satellite system显示文摘BeiDou regional navigation satellite system(BDS)also called BeiDou-2 has been in full operation since December 27,2012.It consists of 14 satellites,including 5 satellites in Geostationary Orbit(GEO),5 satellites in Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit(IGSO),and 4 satellites in Medium Earth Orbit(MEO).In this paper,its basic navigation and positioning performance are evaluated preliminarily by the real data collected in Beijing,including satellite visibility,Position Dilution of Precision(PDOP)value,the precision of code and carrier phase measurements,the accuracy of single point positioning and differential positioning and ambiguity resolution(AR)performance,which are also compared with those of GPS.It is shown that the precision of BDS code and carrier phase measurements are about 33 cm and 2 mm,respectively,which are comparable to those of GPS,and the accuracy of BDS single point positioning has satisfied the design requirement.The real-time kinematic positioning is also feasible by BDS alone in the opening condition,since its fixed rate and reliability of single-epoch dual-frequency AR is comparable to those of GPS.The accuracy of BDS carrier phase differential positioning is better than 1 cm for a very short baseline of 4.2 m and 3 cm for a short baseline of 8.2 km,which is on the same level with that of GPS.For the combined BDS and GPS,the fixed rate and reliability of single-epoch AR and the positioning accuracy are improved significantly.The accuracy of BDS/GPS carrier phase differential positioning is about 35 and 20%better than that of GPS for two short baseline tests in this study.The accuracy of BDS code differential positioning is better than 2.5 m.However it is worse than that of GPS,which may result from large code multipath errors of BDS GEO satellite measurements.YANG YuanXi LI JinLong WANG AiBing XU JunYi HE HaiBo GUO HaiRong SHEN JunFei DAI Xian 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,1:125
3Integrity analysis of COMPASS and other GNSS combined navigation显示文摘The integrity requirement should be satisfied when GNSS is used in aviation.There are now two ways for integrity monitoring,that is,receiver autonomous integrity monitoring(RAIM) and GNSS integrity channel(GIC) based on augmentation system.The rapid development of the Beidou satellite navigation system(COMPASS) will significantly improve the satellite geometry.Besides,the effects of first order ionosphere delay will be mitigated by the combination of GNSS multi-frequency signals.The availability of RAIM will be enhanced,which makes it possible to provide a worldwide seamless integrity service for aviation by using RAIM.The contribution of COMPASS to the availability of RAIM is analyzed by simulation;and the integrity requirement of which aviation approaching phrase can be satisfied when using COMPASS single system and its combination with other satellite navigation system is analyzed.Moreover,the influence of user range accuracy(URA) of COMPASS on integrity performance is discussed.XU JunYi YANG YuanXi LI JinLong HE HaiBo GUO HaiRong 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,9:8
4Metamaterial-enabled arbitrary on-chip spatial mode manipulation显示文摘On-chip spatial mode operation,represented as mode-division multiplexing(MDM),can support high-capacity data communications and promise superior performance in various systems and numerous applications from optical sensing to nonlinear and quantum optics.However,the scalability of state-of-the-art mode manipulation techniques is significantly hindered not only by the particular mode-order-oriented design strategy but also by the inherent limitations of possibly achievable mode orders.Recently,metamaterials capable of providing subwavelength-scale control of optical wavefronts have emerged as an attractive alternative to manipulate guided modes with compact footprints and broadband functionalities.Herein,we propose a universal yet efficient design framework based on the topological metamaterial building block(BB),enabling the excitation of arbitrary high-order spatial modes in silicon waveguides.By simply programming the layout of multiple fully etched dielectric metamaterial perturbations with predefined mathematical formulas,arbitrary high-order mode conversion and mode exchange can be simultaneously realized with uniform and competitive performance.The extraordinary scalability of the metamaterial BB frame is experimentally benchmarked by a record high-order mode operator up to the twentieth.As a proof of conceptual application,an 8-mode MDM data transmission of 28-GBaud 16-QAM optical signals is also verified with an aggregate data rate of 813 Gb/s(7%FEC).This user-friendly metamaterial BB concept marks a quintessential breakthrough for comprehensive manipulation of spatial light on-chip by breaking the long-standing shackles on the scalability,which may open up fascinating opportunities for complex photonic functionalities previously inaccessible.Jinlong Xiang Zhiyuan Tao Xingfeng Li Yaotian Zhao Yu He Xuhan Guo Yikai Su 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,7:2

6Lower abundance of Bacteroides and metabolic dysfunction are highly associated with the post-weaning diarrhea in piglets显示文摘Growing evidences show a direct link between diarrhea and disorders of gut microbiota in pigs.However,whether there are microbial markers associated with post-weaning diarrhea remains unknown.In the current study,we compared the microbial community,functions and metabolites between healthy weaned piglets(group H,n=7)and piglets with post-weaning diarrhea(group D,n=7),in order to find out diarrhea associated microbial markers.Each of 7 fecal samples was collected from H and D piglets(weaned at 21 d and sampled at 26 d).The metagenomic and untargeted metabolomic analysis revealed that the microbial composition,function and metabolic profile in D pigs was considerably reshaped,including the reduced abundance and number of Bacteroides,which significantly correlated with the diarrhea status of host.The carbohydrate metabolism,biosynthesis and metabolism,lipid metabolism,amino acid metabolism,and the activity of glycan and carbohydrates digestion related enzymes showed extensively down-regulated in D pigs compared with H pigs.Diarrhea significantly changed the metabolic profiles of fecal microbiota,and most of the altered metabolites were negatively or positively correlated with the change in the abundance of Bacteroides.In conclusion,the lower abundance of Bacteroides and its associated metabolic dysfunction may be regarded as microbial markers of physiological post-weaning diarrhea in piglets.Wen Ren Bing Yu Jie Yu Ping Zheng Zhiqing Huang Junqiu Luo Xiangbing Mao Jun He Hui Yan Jinlong Wu Daiwen Chen Yuheng Luo 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,10:2
7Commutative regulation between endothelial NO synthase and insulin receptor substrate 2 by microRNAs显示文摘Endothelial NO synthase (eNOS) expression is regulated by a number of transcriptional and post-transcriptional mechanisms, but the effects of competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) on eNOS mRNA and the underlying mechanisms are still unknown. Our bioinformatic analysis revealed three highly expressed eNOS-targeting miRNAs (miR-15b, miR-16, and miR-30b) in human endothelial cells (ECs). Among the 1103 mRNA targets of these three miRNAs, 15 mRNAs share a common disease association with eNOS. Gene expression and correlation analysis in patients with cardiovascular diseases identified insulin receptor substrate 2 (IRS2) as the most correlated eNOS-ceRNA. The expression levels of eNOS and IRS2 were coincidentally increased by application of laminar shear but reduced with eNOS or IRS2 siRNA transfection in human ECs, which was impeded by Dicer siRNA treatment. Moreover, luciferase reporter assay showed that these three miRNAs directly target the 3′UTR of eNOS and IRS2. Overexpression of these three miRNAs decreased, whereas inhibition of them increased, both mRNA and protein levels of eNOS and IRS2. Functionally, silencing eNOS suppressed the Akt signal pathway, while IRS2 knockdown reduced NO production in ECs. 9Discriminating against injectable fat emulsions with similar formulation based on water quenching fluorescent probe显示文摘The discrimination against nutritional fat emulsion injections was considered by imaging tools,which aims to elucidate the in vivo behaviors of nanoemulsions.In this study,20%nutritional fat emulsion injections were selected from different company including original and generic products.Meanwhile,a water quenching fluorescent probe(P2)was used to label them by an incubation method.The fluorescent intensity analysis of blood-borne fluorescence reveals rapid clearance of nanoemulsion in all groups,which shows'L'-type blood kinetic profiles.However,these kinetic parameters do not have significant difference.Following intravenous administration,the nanoemulsions in all groups concomitantly accumulated in organs of reticulo-endothelial system(RES),such as liver and spleen,and were cleared from body circulation mostly after 12 h.AUC(0-t)of organs from different groups showed dissimilar results in some organs.These intuitional results are of significance in understa nding the in vivo behaviors of nanoemulsions,which can provide a new way to discriminate against nutritional fat emulsions.Jinlong Yang Zirong Dong Wenjuan Liu Haisheng He Wufa Fan Yi Lu Wei Wu Li Gan Jianping Qi 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3:1

13Modeling of Surface Tension and Viscosity for Non-electrolyte Systems by Means of the Equation of State for Square-well Chain Fluids with Variable Interaction Range显示文摘The equation of state(EOS)for square-well chain fluid with variable range(SWCF-VR) developed in our previous work based on statistical mechanical theory for chemical association is employed for the correlations of surface tension and viscosity of common fluids and ionic liquids(ILs).A model of surface tension for multi-component mixtures is presented by combining the SWCF-VR EOS and the scaled particle theory and used to produce the surface tension of binary and ternary mixtures.The predicted surface tensions are in excellent agreement with the experimental data with an overall average absolute relative deviation(AAD)of 0.36%.A method for the calculation of dynamic viscosity of common fluids and ILs at high pressure is presented by combining Eyring’s rate theory of viscosity and the SWCF-VR EOS.The calculated viscosities are in good agreement with the experimental data with the overall AAD of 1.44% for 14 fluids in 84 cases.The salient feature is that the molecular parameters used in these models are self-consistent and can be applied to calculate different thermodynamic properties such as pVT,vapor-liquid equilibrium,caloric properties,surface tension,and viscosity.LI Jinlong HE Changchun MA Jun PENG Changjun LIU Honglai HU Ying 2011Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2011,19,4:1
