1Accuracy improvement of GPS/MEMS-INS integrated navigation system during GPS signal outage for land vehicle navigation显示文摘To improve the reliability and accuracy of the global positioning system (GPS)/micro electromechanical system (MEMS)inertial navigation system (INS) integrated navigation system,this paper proposes two different methods.Based on wavelet threshold denoising and functional coefficient autoregressive (FAR) modeling,a combined data processing method is presented for MEMS inertial sensor,and GPS attitude information is also introduced to improve the estimation accuracy of MEMS inertial sensor errors.Then the positioning accuracy during GPS signal short outage is enhanced.To improve the positioning accuracy when a GPS signal is blocked for long time and solve the problem of the traditional adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) method with poor dynamic adaptation and large calculation amount,a self-constructive ANFIS (SCANFIS) combined with the extended Kalman filter (EKF) is proposed for MEMS-INS errors modeling and predicting.Experimental road test results validate the efficiency of the proposed methods.Honglei Qin Li Cong Xingli Sun 2012Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2012,23,2:13
2Probing the sulfur content in gasoline quantitatively with terahertz time-domain spectroscopy显示文摘Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)was used for the quantitative detection of sulfur content in gasoline.Models of chemo metrics methods and partial least squares(PLS)were built to measure THz-TDS and the sulfur content.All of the samples were divided into two parts.One part was used for calibration and the other one for validation.In order to evaluate the quality of the models,the correlation coefficient(R)and root-mean-square errors(RMSE)of calibration and validation models were calculated.The value of R and RMSE were close to 1 and 0 within acceptable levels,respectively,indicating that the combination of THz-TDS and PLS is a potential method for further quantitative detection.QIN FangLi LI Qian ZHAN HongLei JIN WuJun LIU HongLan ZHAO Kun 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,7:8
3Intelligent fault-tolerant algorithm with two-stage and feedback for integrated navigation federated filtering显示文摘In order to take full advantage of federated filter in fault-tolerant design of integrated navigation system, the limitation of fault detection algorithm for gradual changing fault detection and the poor fault tolerance of global optimal fusion algorithm are the key problems to deal with. Based on theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of federated filtering fault tolerance, global fault-tolerant fusion algorithm and information sharing algorithm are proposed based on fuzzy assessment. It achieves intelligent fault-tolerant structure with two-stage and feedback, including real-time fault detection in sub-filters, and fault-tolerant fusion and information sharing in main filter. 4ILF3 is a substrate of SPOP for regulating serine biosynthesis in colorectal cancer显示文摘The Serine-Glycien-One-Carbon(SGOC)pathway is pivotal in multiple anabolic processes.Expression levels of SGOC genes are deregulated under tumoeigenic condltions,suggesting panicipation of oncogenes in deregulating the SGOC biosynthetic pathway.However,the underlying mechanism remains elusive.Here,we identifed that Interleukin enfiarccer-binding factor 3(ILF3)is overexpressed in primary CRC patient specimens and correlates with poor progroosis.ILF3 is critical in regulating the SGOC pathway by directly regulating the mRNA stability of SGOC genes,thereby increasing SGOC genes expression and facilitating tumor growth.Mehhanktic studies showed that the EGF-MIEK-ERK pathway nnediates ILF3 phosphorylation,which hin ders E3 ligase speckle-type POZ protein(SPOP)-mediated poly-ubiquitination and degradation of ILF3.Sign iftca ntly,combination of SGOC inhibitor and the anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody cetuximab can hinder the growth of patient-derived xenografts that sustain high ERK-ILF3 levels.Taken together,deregutation of ILF3 via the EGF-ERK signaling plays an important role in systemic serine metabolic reprogramming and confers a predilection toward CRC development.Our findings indicate that clinical evaluation of SCOC inhibitor is warranted for CRC patients with ILF3 overexpression.Kai Li Jian-lin Wu Baifu Qin Zongmin Fan Qin Tang Weisi Lu Haipeng Zhang Fan Xing Manqi Meng Shaomin Zou Wenxia Wei Honglei Chen Jian Cai Huaiming Wang Hui Zhang Jiayue Cai Ling Fang Xiqing Bian Chuangqi Chen Ping Lan Bart Ghesquiere Lekun Fang Mong-Hong Lee 2020Cell Research2020,30,2:6

11Precise quantification of the antibacterial activity of chitosan by NB medium neutralizer显示文摘In the present research,nutrient broth(NB)medium was identified to be able to neutralize the antibacterial activity of chitosan and its derivatives.Therefore,an improved test method independent of NB medium was proposed to precisely quantify the antibacterial effectiveness and efficiency of chitosan.The minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of chitosan was 60μg m L^(-1) against S.aureus and E.coli,and 0.01%(w/v)chitosan could kill 100%of bacteria within 3 min.From another point of view,the neutralizing efficiency of NB could be tripled by adding 25 g L^(-1) of sodium chloride.Then the neutralizing mechanism of NB medium was ascribed to flocculation between chitosan and protein.Adding extra sodium chloride could significantly reduce the size of floccules,and smaller floccules would lose the ability of binding with bacteria directly,showing higher neutralizing rate on the macro scale.Mengyang Wang Shichao Bi Jianhui Pang Zhongzheng Zhou Di Qin Honglei Wang Xiaojie Cheng Xiguang Chen 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,11:1

14Effects of curcumin on hippocampal Bax and Bcl-2 expression and cognitive function of a rat model of Alzheimer's disease显示文摘We tested the effects of curcumin treatment on a rat model of Alzheimer's disease induced by beta-amlyoid (Aβ1-40) expression. We investigated alterations in the expression of the apoptosis-related genes Bax and Bcl-2 in the hippocampus, as well as changes in the spatial memory and cognitive function of the rats. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry results showed that Bax expression was remarkably decreased and Bcl-2 expression was increased in the rat Alzheimer's disease model after curcumin treatment. Morris water maze results showed that the average time of escape latency was shortened in the curcumin treated model rats. 19Leakage detection of oil tank using terahertz spectroscopy显示文摘The necessity for safety in oil-gas storage and transportation has led to increasing technical requirements for on-line monitoring of damaged pores and oil leakage from tanks. In this study, the severity of damage of the oil tank at the micron level was detected by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS), which is of great significance for the early detection and prevention of oil leakage. The THz amplitude(EP) was related to the severity of damaged according to the THz-TDS measurement of oil tanks with various degrees of damage, including intact, partially damaged, completely damaged, and seriously damaged points.Absorption and scattering effects co-occurred when the THz wave penetrated the tanks, with the collective tendencies being used to expressly monitor oil leakage from tanks. When the oil tank was damaged to form micron-level pores and the crude oil had not overflowed, the pore size was close to THz wavelength and the Mie scattering effect was obvious. After further destruction of the pores, the crude oil gradually spilled over and the scattering effect was gradually transformed from Mie scattering to Rayleigh scattering. In addition, the polar molecules in crude oil have strong resonance under the irradiation of THz wave, and the THz wave has strong attenuation. Eventually, surface tension of the oil flattens the surface of the tank, the scattering effect is gradually suppressed and replaced by the absorption effect. Absorption and scattering caused by THz waves passing through tanks coexist and have competing relationships. The change rule of EPcan successfully prove the phenomenon and can be considered as an important alternative for application to predict the degree of tank damage.
