| 2 | Effects of citrus tree-shape and spraying height of small unmanned aerial vehicle on droplet distribution显示文摘In order to explore the droplet penetration of spraying with unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on citrus trees with different shapes,the tests were carried out at different working heights.The material was five years old Cocktail grapefruit(Citrus paradisi cv.Cocktail)grafted on Trafoliata(Poncirus trifoliata L.Raf.)and the type of UAV sprayer used was the 3W-LWS-Q60S.A solution of 300 times Ponceau 2R diluents liquid instead of pesticide was used for citrus fields spraying and the droplets were collected by paper cards.Droplets deposition parameters were extracted and analyzed using digital image processing after scanning the cards.The results showed that:1)For the trees with round head shape canopy,the droplet depositions of the upper,middle and lower layers had a significant difference at 0.05 level.The droplet deposition had the best effect when the working height was 1.0 m,where the average droplet deposition densities were 39.97 droplets/cm2 and the average droplet size was 0.30 mm,but the droplet coverage(3.19%)was lower than that at the working height of 1.5 m(4.27%).2)Under three different working heights of UAV,the tree with open center shape can obtain higher droplet deposition density at all three layers than that with the round head shape canopy.It was especially prominent when the working height was 1.0 m,as the middle layer increased by 49.92%.However,the higher range of droplet deposition density meant larger fluctuation and dispersion.3)The open center shape canopy and the 1.0 m working height obviously improved the droplet coverage rate and droplet density in the citrus plant.For these parameters of open center shape citrus tree,there was no obvious difference in the front and rear direction,but in the left and middle part of the tree crown,the difference reached a 0.05 significant level.Considering droplet deposition characteristics and the spray uniformity,the UAV performed better when working on open center shape plants at a 1.0 m working height. | Zhang Pan Deng Lie Lyu Qiang He Shaolan Yi Shilai Liu Yande Yu Yongxu Pan Haiyang | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4: | 37 |

| 5 | Health benefits of traditional Chinese sports and physical activity for older adults: A systematic review of evidence显示文摘Background: Traditional Chinese sports and physical activities(PAs) have a long history and are practiced by millions of Chinese. However,relatively few systematic reviews of the scientific evidence for their health benefits, especially for older Chinese adults, have been undertaken.Evidence acquisition: Between January and March 2016, a systematic search was conducted using the CNKI and Pub Med databases to identify studies published between 2000 and 2015. Studies were selected for review if they were designed specifically to evaluate the health benefits of traditional Chinese sports and PAs in adults aged 50 years and older in the Mainland of China. The studies included observational, uncontrolled,and randomized and controlled designs. Papers published without an English title or abstract were excluded.Evidence synthesis: The initial search identified a total of 229 studies. After removing duplicates and studies that did not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria, 95 studies were selected for review. Special attention was given to studies of the most commonly practiced activities: Tai Ji Quan,Qigong, and Yangko exercises. A positive association between these types of exercise and health benefits was noted for healthy older adults and those with chronic diseases. Evidence on other types of activities was less clear due to the limited number of studies conducted.Conclusion: There is promising evidence that traditional Chinese sports and PAs provide many health benefits for older Chinese adults. | 6 | Patterns,magnitude,and controlling factors of hydraulic redistribution of soil water by Tamarix ramosissima roots显示文摘Tamarix spp.(Saltcedar)is a facultative phreatophyte that can tolerate drought when groundwater is not accessed.In addition to deep water uptake,hydraulic redistribution(HR)is another factor contributing to the drought tolerance of Tamarix spp.In this study,data on soil volumetric moisture content(θ),lateral root sap flow,and relevant climate variables were used to investigate the patterns,magnitude,and controlling factors of HR of soil water by roots of Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb.in an extremely arid land in Northwest China.Results showed evident diurnal fluctuations in θ at the depths of 30 and 50 cm,indicating 'hydraulic lift'(HL).θ increased remarkably at 10 and 140 cm but decreased at 30 and 50 cm and slightly changed at 80 cm after rainfall,suggesting a possible 'hydraulic descent'(HD).However,no direct evidence was observed in the negative flow of lateral roots,supporting HR(including HL and HD)of T.ramosissima.The HR pathway unlikely occurred via lateral roots;instead,HR possibly occurred through adventitious roots with a diameter of 2-5 mm and a length of 60-100 cm.HR at depths of 20-60 cm ranged from 0.01-1.77 mm/d with an average of 0.43 mm/d,which accounted for an average of 22% of the estimated seasonal total water depletion at 0-160 cm during the growing season.The climate factors,particularly vapor pressure deficit and soil water potential gradient,accounted for at least 33% and 45% of HR variations with depths and years,respectively.In summary,T.ramosissima can be added to the wide list of existing species involved in HR.High levels of HR may represent a considerable fraction of daily soil water depletion and substantially improve plant water status.HR could vary tremendously in terms of years and depths,and this variation could be attributed to climate factors and soil water potential gradient. | TengFei YU Qi FENG JianHua SI HaiYang XI Wei LI | 2013 | Journal of Arid Land2013,5,3: | 12 |
| 7 | Phytophthora sojae Effector PsAvh240 Inhibits Host Aspartic Protease Secretion to Promote Infection显示文摘Plants secrete defense molecules into the extracellular space (the apoplast) to combat attacking microbes. However, the mechanisms by which successful pathogens subvert plant apoplastic immunity remain poorly understood. In this study, we show that PsAvh240, a membrane-localized effector of the soybean pathogen Phytophthora sojae, promotes P. sojae infection in soybean hairy roots. We found that PsAvh240 interacts with the soybean-resistant aspartic protease GmAP1 in planta and suppresses the secretion of GmAP1 into the apoplast. By solving its crystal structure we revealed that PsAvh240 contain six a helices and two WY motifs. The first two a helices of PsAvh240 are responsible for its plasma membrane-localization and are required for PsAvh240's interaction with GmAP1. The second WY motifs of two PsAvh240 molecules form a handshake arrangement resulting in a handshake-like dimer. This dimerization is required for the effector's repression of GmAP1 secretion. | 9 | Effects of Straw Incorporation Methods on Nitrous Oxide and Methane Emissions from a Wheat-Rice Rotation System显示文摘The incorporation of straw with a microbial inoculant(a mixture of bacteria and fungi, designed to accelerate straw decomposition)is being increasingly adopted within the agricultural sector in China. However, its effects on N and C trace gas emissions remain unclear.We conducted a field experiment to investigate the effects of different straw incorporation methods(with and without microbial inoculant) in the wheat season on nitrous oxide(N_2O) and methane(CH_4) emissions from a wheat-rice rotation system in China.The treatments comprised N, P, and K fertilizers only(NPK), NPK plus rice straw(NPKS), NPKS plus Ruilaite microbial inoculant(NPKSR), and NPKS plus Jinkuizi microbial inoculant(NPKSJ). Rice straw incorporation before wheat sowing significantly decreased N_2O emissions during the wheat season and stimulated N_2O and CH_4 emissions during the subsequent rice season. Compared with the NPKS treatment, the NPKSR and NPKSJ treatments decreased N_2O emissions during the wheat season, but had no effect on N_2O or CH_4 emissions during the subsequent rice season. Annually, the two treatments were comparable regarding N_2O emissions.Although the global warming potentials of the NPKSR and NPKSJ treatments were lower than that of the NPKS treatment during the wheat season, no significant differences were observed during the subsequent rice season, or over the entire rotation cycle. The annual greenhouse gas intensity was slightly lower in the NPKSR and NPKSJ treatments than in the NPKS treatment. In order to avoid equipping an extra localization marker on the robot which is needed for direct observation between robots, and to make full use of the interactive information between robots in the same scene, a method for obtaining multi-robot observations based on MbICP algorithm is proposed, which makes multirobot cooperative localization using EKF feasible and reliable in cluttered environment. | 12 | Variations of Stable Carbon Isotopes of CH4 Emission from Three Typical Rice Fields in China显示文摘Little is known about the stable carbon isotopes of methane(CH4) emitted(δ^(13)CH_(4emitted)) from permanently flooded rice fields and double rice-cropping fields.The CH4 emission and corresponding δ^(13)CH_(4emitted) under various field managements(mulching,water regime,tillage,and nitrogen(N) fertilization) were simultaneously measured in three typical Chinese rice fields,a permanently flooded rice field in Ziyang City,Sichuan Province,Southwest China,a double-rice cropping field in Yingtan City,Jiangxi Province,Southeast China,and a rice-wheat rotation field in Jurong City,Jiangsu Province,East China,from 2010 to 2012.Results showed different seasonal variations of δ^(13)CH_(4emitted) among the three fields during the rice-growing season.The values of δ^(13)CH_(4emitted) were negatively correlated with corresponding CH4 emissions in seasonal variation and mean,indicating the importance of CH_4 production,oxidation,and transport associated with isotopic fractionation effects to the δ^(13)CH_(4emitted).Seasonal variations of δ^(13)CH_(4emitted) were slightly impacted by mulching cultivation,tillage,and N application,but highly controlled by drainage.Meanwhile,tillage,N application,and especially mulching cultivation had important effects on seasonal mean CH4 emissions and corresponding δ^(13)CH_(4emitted) with low emissions accompanied by high values of δ^(13)CH_(4emitted).Seasonal mean values of δ^(13)CH_(4emitted) from the three fields were similar,mostly ranging from —60‰ to — 50‰,which are well in agreement with previously published data.These demonstrated that seasonal variations of δ^(13)CH_(4emitted) mainly depended on the changes in CH4 emission from rice fields and further indicated the important effects of methanogenic pathways,CH4 oxidation,and CH4 transport associated with isotope fractionation effects influenced by field managements on δ^(13)CH_(4emitted). | ZHANG Guangbin MA Jing YANG Yuting YU Haiyang SHI Yaping XU Hua | 2017 | Pedosphere2017,27,1: | 6 |

| 14 | Stereotactic body radiation therapy versus radiofrequency ablation in patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma:a systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background:This study aimed to compare the clinical outcomes and toxicity between small hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients treated with stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)and those treated with radiofrequency ablation(RFA).Methods:We searched databases for relevant clinical studies.The primary outcomes of interest were overall survival(OS)at 1 and 2 years,freedom from local progression(FFLP)rate at 2 years,and complications.Results:Five cohorts from 5 retrospective studies and 4,814 patients with HCC were included.Pooled OS at 2 years was significantly lower for SBRT than for RFA[odds ratio(OR):0.63;95%confidence interval(CI):0.51-0.79;P<0.0001],but the pooled FFLP rate at 2 years was higher for SBRT than for RFA(OR:1.66;95%CI:1.05-2.61;P=0.03).In addition,there was no significant difference in the local and liver toxicities of the two treatments.The contradictory conclusion between the OS and FFLP outcome may be attributed to the difference in radiological dose and location,but there were no uniform criteria to illustrate the radiological dose and location in the included studies.Conclusions:SBRT had a higher local control ratio but poorer prognosis than RFA in patients with small HCC.The local toxicity was comparable in both treatments.Further trials should be designed with uniform standards for SBRT and RFA treatments. | Jiawei Hong Linping Cao Haiyang Xie Yuanxing Liu Jun Yu Shusen Zheng | 2021 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021,10,5: | 5 |

The catalyst DCQ-X%TiO2@SBA-15 was characterized by BET measurements, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectra, and then it was applied for photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization of gasoline. The effects of different catalytic systems, TiO2 concentration, catalyst dosage, and different model sulfur compounds on catalytic desulfurization performance were investigated. The evaluation depends on both combustion heat and ignition temperature. Conventional non-metallic materials have low ignition temperature but small combustion heat,whereas metals have large combustion heat but high ignition temperatures. We show that many metallic glasses, combining the merits of both metals and non-metals, have large combustion heat, approximately twice that of the non-metals, and low ignition temperature that is several hundreds of Kelvin lower than that of the metals. The ease in igniting metallic glass results from the low thermal conductivity of the materials and the storage of energy in their liquid-like atomic structure. Metallic glass ribbons outweigh metallic nanoparticles due to their high production efficiency, low cost and nontoxicity. | 20 | A Blockchain-Based Flexible Data Auditing Scheme for the Cloud Service显示文摘Nowdays, cloud storage technology has become a hot topic, and an increasing number of users are concerned with the security of their data in the cloud.Many auditing schemes on the cloud are proposed and the introduction of a third-party auditor to assist users in verifying the integrity of cloud data. As a centralized node, the third-party auditor has to communicate with all cloud users and cloud service providers, which becomes the bottleneck of the whole scheme. To solve this problem,we design a blockchain-based flexible cloud data auditing scheme. In our scheme, a decentralized auditing framework is proposed to eliminate the dependency on the thirdparty auditor, which increases the stability, security and performance of the whole scheme. Since the cloud service provider can automatically generates auditing proofs, our scheme can relieve the communication burdens of the cloud service provider.
