| 2 | Trends of incidence rate and age at diagnosis for cervical cancer in China,from 2000 to 2014显示文摘Objective: To analyze the trends of incidence rate and age at diagnosis for cervical cancer incidence in China using population-based cancer registration data from 2000 to 2014.Methods: Data were from National Central Cancer Registry of China.Crude incidence rates(CIRs),age-specific incidence rate,age-standardized incidence rates(ASIRs),age percentage distribution,standardized age percentage distribution,mean age at diagnosis and standardized mean age at diagnosis for cervical cancer in all areas of China,urban China and rural China were calculated separately.The world Segi's population was applied to remove the age structure influence.Joinpoint regression was performed to obtain average annual percent change(AAPC) and ageperiod-cohort analysis was used to examine the incidence trends.Results: CIRs and ASIRs for cervical cancer increased in China from 2000 to 2014.The AAPC of ASIRs in China was at 9.2% [95% confidence interval(95% CI): 7.0%–11.5%,P<0.05],and the AAPC in rural areas was relatively high.The age-specific incidence rate in groups aged 0–69 years have significantly increased over time.Groups aged 40–69 years showed the highest incidence risk,and the annual percent changes(APCs) of incidence rate in groups aged 40–59 years in urban China and groups aged 0–49 years in rural China were more than 10%.For each age group,the urban-to-rural incidence rate ratios(IRRs) got close to 1 over time.There were clear birth cohort effects in successive generations born from 1940 to 1970 in China.In rural China,the standardized mean age at diagnosis had significantly declined by 5.18 years.In China,the main peak and secondary peak of standardized age percentages appeared in the groups aged 45–49 and 40–44 years,respectively.In rural China,the main peak of standardized age percentage moved from the group aged 55–59 years to the group aged 45–49 years,and the standardized age percentages of groups aged 25–34 years also increased.In China,the standardized age percentages has significantly increased in groups aged 35–64 and 30–64 years over time,and accounted for about80% and 85% in 2014,respectively.Conclusions: The cervical cancer incidence increased in China and the gap of incidence between urban and rural China was narrowed.The trends of increasing cervical cancer incidence among younger women existed in China,especially in rural China.A more appropriate screening,vaccination and health education strategies should be established. | Xueting Li Rongshou Zheng Xuemei Li Haibin Shah Qi Wu Yan Wang Wanqing Chen | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6: | 64 |

At each decision making step, each side seeks the best scheme with the purpose of maximizing its own objective function. In this paper, a game theoretic approach based on predatorprey particle swarm optimization(PP-PSO) is presented, and the dynamic task assignment problem for multiple unmanned combat aerial vehicles(UCAVs) in military operation is decomposed and modeled as a two-player game at each decision stage. The optimal assignment scheme of each stage is regarded as a mixed Nash equilibrium, which can be solved by using the PP-PSO. | 14 | KD-S SiC_f/SiC composites with BN interface fabricated by polymer infiltration and pyrolysis process显示文摘Continuous silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide matrix(SiC_f/SiC) composites are attractive candidate materials for aerospace engine system and nuclear reactor system. In this paper, SiC_f/SiC composites were fabricated by polymer infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP) process using KD-S fiber as the reinforcement and the LPVCS as the precursor, while the BN interface layer was introduced by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) process using borazine as the single precursor. The effect of the BN interface layer on the structure and properties of the SiC_f/SiC composites was comprehensively investigated. The results showed that the BN interface layer significantly improved the mechanical properties of the KD-S SiC_f/SiC composites. The flexure strength and fracture toughness of the KD-S SiC_f/SiC composites were evidently improved from 314±44.8 to 818±39.6 MPa and 8.6± 0.5 to 23.0±2.2 MPa·m^(1/2), respectively. The observation of TEM analysis displayed a turbostratic structure of the CVD-BN interface layer that facilitated the improvement of the fracture toughness of the SiC_f/SiC composites. | 15 | Effects of Dietary Stachyose on Growth Performance, Digestive Enzyme Activities and Intestinal Morphology of Juvenile Turbot(Scophthalmus maximus L)显示文摘A 12-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary stachyose on the growth performance, digestive enzymes activities and intestinal structures of juvenile turbot(Scophthalmus maximus L). Five isonitrogenous(49.58% crude protein) and isolipidic(10.50% crude lipid) diets were formulated to contain 0(Control), 0.625%(S-0.625), 1.25%(S-1.25), 2.5%(S-2.5) and 5%(S-5) stachyose, respectively. With the increase of stachyose level, the growth performance and feed utilization of turbot, such as the specific growth rate, final mean body weight, weight gain rate and feed efficiency, increased significantly(P < 0.05) and then stabilized. The feed intake of fish fed S-5 was significantly higher(P < 0.05) than that of fish in other groups. The activities of trypsin, intestinal caseinolytic, stomach and intestinal amylase were significantly influenced by stachyose(P < 0.05). The highest values of trypsin and intestinal caseinolytic activities were observed in group S-1.25, while the highest activity of stomach amylase and the lowest activity of intestine amylase were observed in group S-5. No lesion or damage was found on the distal intestine structures of fish from all treatments, while the height of simple folds in the distal intestine was significantly increased(P< 0.05) when 1.25% or 2.5% stachyose was added in the diets. | 17 | Target-enclosing affine formation control of two-layer networked spacecraft with collision avoidance显示文摘This paper addresses a target-enclosing problem for multiple spacecraft systems by proposing a two-layer affine formation control strategy. Compared with the existing methods,the adopted two-layer network structure in this paper is generally directed, which is suitable for practical space missions. Firstly, distributed finite-time sliding-mode estimators and formation controllers in both layers are designed separately to improve the flexibility of the formation control system. By introducing the properties of affine transformation into formation control protocol design,the controllers can be used to track different time-varying target formation patterns. Besides, multilayer time-varying encirclements can be achieved with particular shapes to surround the moving target. In the sequel, by integrating adaptive neural networks and specialized artificial potential functions into backstepping controllers, the problems of uncertain Euler-Lagrange models, collision avoidance as well as formation reconfiguration are solved simultaneously. The stability of the proposed controllers is verified by the Lyapunov direct method. | 18 | Composite control method for stabilizing spacecraft attitude in terms of Rodrigues parameters显示文摘In this paper, the attitude stabilization problem of a rigid spacecraft described by Rodrigues parameters is investigated via a composite control strategy, which combines a feedback control law designed by a finite time control technique with a feedforward compensator based on a linear disturbance observer (DOB) method. By choosing a suitable coordinate transformation, the spacecraft dynamics can be divided into three second-order subsystems. Each subsystem includes a certain part and an uncertain part. By using the finite time control technique, a continuous finite time controller is designed for the certain part. The uncertain part is considered to be a lumped disturbance, which is estimated by a DOB, and a corresponding feedforward design is then implemented to compensate the disturbance. | 20 | Improving thermal insulation of TC4 using YSZ-based coating and SiO_2 aerogel显示文摘In this paper, air plasmas spray(APS) was used to prepare YSZ and Sc2O3–YSZ(Sc YSZ) coating in order to improve the thermal insulation ability of TC4 alloy. Si O2 aerogel was also synthesized and affixed on TC4 titanium alloy to inhabit thermal flow. The microstructures, phase compositions and thermal insulation performance of three coatings were analyzed in detail. The results of thermal diffusivity test by a laser flash method showed that the thermal diffusivities of YSZ, Sc2O3–YSZ and Si O2 aerogel are 0.553, 0.539 and 0.2097 10 6m2/s, respectively. Then,the thermal insulation performances of three kinds of coating were investigated from 20 1C to 400 1C using high infrared radiation heat flux technology. The experimental results indicated that the corresponding temperature difference between the top TC4 alloy(400 1C) and the bottom surface of YSZ is 41.5 1C for 0.6 mm thickness coating. For 1 mm thickness coating, the corresponding temperature difference between the top TC4 alloys(400 1C) and the bottom surface of YSZ, Sc YSZ, Si O2 aerogel three specimens is 54, 54.6 and 208 1C, respectively. The coating thickness and species were found to influence the heat insulation ability. In these materials, YSZ and Sc YSZ exhibited a little difference for heat insulation behavior. However, Si O2 aerogel was the best one among them and it can be taken as protection material on TC4 alloys.
