3Petrogenesis and tectonic setting of the Queershan composite granitic pluton, eastern Tibetan Plateau: Constraints from geochronology, geochemistry and Hf isotope data显示文摘The Queershan composite granitic pluton is located in the north of the late Paleozoic Yidun arc collision-orogenic belt, eastern Tibetan Plateau. The main rock types are coarse-grained porphyritic alkalic-monzonite granite with minor fine-grained porphyritic monzogranite and granodiorite distributed in the eastern and southwestern regions. Here we report their zircon U-Pb ages and geo- chemical data. The intrusive contact relations indicate that granodiorite was formed earlier than the alkalic-monzonite granite(105.9±1.3 Ma) and monzogranite(102.6±1.1 Ma). These suggest that the Queershan composite granitic pluton was formed through three-stage magmatic events. The alkalic-monzonite granite(105.9±1.3 Ma) and monzogranite(102.6±1.1 Ma) are characterized by high SiO2(73.5%–77.7%), K2O+Na2O(6.9%–8.5%), Ga/Al ratios(2.6–3.4) and low Al2O3(11.8%–14.5%), CaO(0.25%–1.5%), MgO(0.18%–0.69%), negative Ba, Sr and Eu anomalies, showing A-type granite affinities. The granodiorite exhibits lower SiO2, P2O5 and K2O+Na2O contents, but higher Al2O3, CaO and MgO contents than alkalic-monzonite granite and monzogranite, showing I-type granite affinity. 176Hf/177 Hf ratios of the alkalic-monzonite granite and the monzogranite are 0.282692–0.282749 and 0.282685–0.282765, respectively, and with similar ?Hf(t) values(?0.56 to 1.43 and ?0.87 to 1.90 respectively). They also present similar TDM2 model ages(1.04–1.22 and 1.07–1.2 Ga respectively), indicating they may be sourced from a similar rock source, mostly like Kangding Complex. The homogeneity of the Hf isotopic compositions and the absence of the MMEs demonstrate that little depleted mantle materials have contributed to the source. We propose that the Mesoproterozoic crust materials of the Yangtze Craton exist beneath the Yidun arc terrane and support it was a dismembered part of the Yangtze Craton. 4First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 5First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 6Preparation and crystalline phase of a TiO_2 porous film by anodic oxidation显示文摘Anatase titanium dioxide is an active photocatalyst, but it is difficult to immobilize on the substrate. A crystalline TiO2 porous film was prepared directly on the surface of pure titanium by anodic oxidation in this work. Constant voltage and constant current anodic oxidation were adopted with sulphuric acid used as the electrolyte, pure titanium as the anode and copper as the cathode. The morphology and structure of the porous film on the substrate were analyzed with the aid of Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The effects of the parameters of anodic oxidation (such as voltage, the concentration of sulphuric acid, anodization time and current density) on the aperture and the crystalline phase of the TiO2 porous film were systematically investigated. The results indicate that the increase of current density facilitates the augment of the aperture and the generation of anatase and rutile. 7A facile and general method for synthesis of antibiotic-free protein-based hydrogel:Wound dressing for the eradication of drug-resistant bacteria and biofilms显示文摘Antibacterial protein hydrogels are receiving increasing attention in the aspect of bacteria-infected-wound healing. However, bacterial drug resistance and biofilm infections lead to hard healing of wounds, thus the construction of biological agents that can overcome these issues is essential. Here, a simple and universal method to construct antibiotic-free protein hydrogel with excellent biocompatibility and superior antibacterial activity against drug-resistant bacteria and biofilms was developed. The green industrial microbicide tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium sulfate (THPS) as cross-linking agent can be quickly cross-linked with model protein bovine serum albumin (BSA) to form antibacterial hydrogel through simple mixing without any other initiators, subsequently promoting drug-resistance bacteria-infected wound healing. This simple gelatinization strategy allows at least ten different proteins to form hydrogels (e.g. BSA, human serum albumin (HSA), egg albumin, chymotrypsin, trypsin, lysozyme, transferrin, myohemoglobin, hemoglobin, and phycocyanin) under the same conditions, showing prominent universality. Furthermore, drug-resistance bacteria and biofilm could be efficiently destroyed by the representative BSA hydrogel (B-Hydrogel) with antibacterial activity, overcoming biofilm-induced bacterial resistance. The in vivo study demonstrated that the B-Hydrogel as wound dressing can promote reepithelization to accelerate the healing of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)-infected skin wounds without inducing significant side-effect. 8The interaction between grain boundary and tool geometry in nanocutting of a bi-crystal copper显示文摘Anisotropy is one central influencing factor on achievable ultimate machined surface integrity of metallic materials.Specifically,grain boundary has a strong impact on the deformation behaviour of polycrystalline materials and correlated material removal at the microscale.In the present work,we perform molecular dynamics simulations and experiments to elucidate the underlying grain boundaryassociated mechanisms and their correlations with machining results of a bi-crystal Cu under nanocutting using a Berkovich tool.Specifically,crystallographic orientations of simulated bi-crystal Cu with a misorientation angle of 44.1°are derived from electron backscatter diffraction characterization of utilized polycrystalline copper specimen.Simulation results reveal that blocking of dislocation motion at grain boundaries,absorption of dislocations by grain boundaries and dislocation nucleation from grain boundaries are operating deformation modes in nanocutting of the bi-crystal Cu.Furthermore,heterogeneous grain boundary-associated mechanisms in neighbouring grains lead to strong anisotropic machining behaviour in the vicinity of the grain boundary.Simulated machined surface morphology and machining force evolution in the vicinity of grain boundary qualitatively agree well with experimental results.It is also found that the geometry of Berkovich tool has a strong impact on grain boundary-associated mechanisms and resultant ploughing-induced surface pile-up phenomenon.Zhanfeng Wang Tao Sun Haijun Zhang Guo Li Zengqiang Li Junjie Zhang Yongda Yan Alexander Hartmaier 2019International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2019,1,4:2
9Enhanced photocatalytic properties of ultra-long nanofiber synthesized from pure titanium powders显示文摘Using Ti powder as reagent,ultra-long TiO2 nanofibers were prepared via hydrothermal method in NaOH solution.The samples were char-acterized respectively by means of field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with selected area electron diffraction (SAED),and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The diameter and the length of the ultra-long TiO2 nanofiber were ~100 nm and >200μm,respectively.The ultra-long TiO2 nanofibers were anatase after heat treatment at 450 ?C for 1 h.Moreover,the optical properties of the products were investigated by UV-visible light absorption spectrum.Furthermore,methyl orange was used as a target molecule to estimate the photocatalytic activity of the specimens.Under the same testing conditions,the photocatalytic activity of the ultra-long TiO2 nanofibers was higher than that of P25.Direct electrical pathway and improved light-harvesting efficiency were crucial for the superior photocatalytic activity of the ultra-long TiO2 nanofibers.Tao, Jie Dong, Xiang Zhu, Hong Tao, Haijun He, Pingting 2012Rare Metals2012,31,1:2
10Investigation of adsorption of surfactant at the air-water interface with quantum chemistry method显示文摘Density functional theory (DFT) of quantum chemistry was used to optimize the configuration of the anionic surfactant complexes CH3(CH2)7OSO?3 (H2O)n (n=0―6) and calculate their molecular frequencies at the B3LYP/6-311+G* level. The interaction of CH3(CH2)7OSO?3 with 1 to 6 water molecules was inves-tigated at the air-water interface with DFT. The results revealed that the hydration shell was formed in the form of H-bond between the hydrophilic group of CH3(CH2)7OSO?3 and 6 waters. The strength of H-bonds belongs to medium. Binding free energy revealed that the hydration shell was stable. 11Effect of γ' formation and strengthening elements on microstructures and stress rupture property of single crystal super-alloys显示文摘An investigation was carried out to study the effects of γ' formation and strengthening elements (Al, Ti and Ta) on the microstructure and stress rupture properties of nickel base single crystal super-alloys.The results show that with the increase of γ' formation and strengthening elements, the percentage of γ-γ' eutectic and the misfit degree of γ/γ' increases.Detailed microstructural analysis revealed that with the increase of γ' forming element content, the morphology of γ' changed from spherical to cubic, then irregular shape; and the size of γ' increases gradually.Excessive γ' formation and strengthening elements will lead to the precipitation of μ phase during stress rupture tests.The alloy with 5wt.%Al, 1wt.%Ti and 6wt.%Ta has the best stress rupture property.Liu Lirong Chen Haijun Jin Tao Sun Xiaofeng Guan Hengrong Hu Zhuangqi 2010China Foundry2010,7,3:2

13Efficacy of Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)in treating cerebral hemorrhage in rats with traumatic brain injury显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the protective efficacy of Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)on cerebral hemorrhage in a rat model of traumatic brain injury(TBI)by investigating plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA),nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB,p-p65),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),cluster differentiation(CD61CD62),and coagulation.METHODS:The free-fall method was used to create a rat model of TBI.Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into six groups:the blank group,sham group,model group,low-dose Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)group,middle-dose Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)group,and high-dose Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)group.At 24 h after the model was created,we investigated brain MRI,brain tissue morphology using HE staining,flow cytometry,and immunohistochemical changes.RESULTS:Cerebral hemorrhage was aggravated in TBI rats(observed in brain specimens,brain MRI,and brain tissue HE).Cerebral immunohistochemistry results demonstrated that the expression of t-PA,PAI-1 and p-p65 increased significantly in TBI rats,while t-PA/PAI-1 had a significant decrease.In addition,CD61CD62,D2D,and ET were significantly increased in TBI rats,and PT and APTT were significantly prolonged;in contrast,NO was significantly decreased.Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)decreased cerebral hemorrhage in TBI rats(observed in brain MRI and brain tissue HE),and increased t-PA/PAI-1,CD61CD62 significantly.It also significantly decreased the expression of t-PA,PAI-1,and p-p65 in brain immunohistochemistry and significantly decreased PT,APTT,D2D,and ET.However,there were no differences in NO between the model group and the Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)group.CONCLUSION:Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)can decrease the expression of p-p65,increase t-PA/PAI-1,and stem traumatic intracranial hemorrhage in a TBI rat model.JIANG Tao ZHOU Xiaqing JIANG Huifang YING Rongbiao ZHANG Zhirong CAI Danli WU Yu FANG Haijun WANG Lingcong 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,2:2
14Effect of microstructure evolution and crystal structure on thermal properties for plasma-sprayed RE_(2)SiO_(5)(RE=Gd,Y,Er)environmental barrier coatings显示文摘In this work,the microstructure evolution,thermal expansion,thermal conductivity,and thermal shock resistance properties of the plasma-sprayed Xl-Gd_(2)SiO_(5),X2-Y_(2)SiO_(5),and X2-Er_(2)SiO_(5)coatings were evaluated and compared by experimental measurement and theoretical exploration.Results showed that significant microstructure evolution such as crystallization of amorphous phase,grain growth,and defects reduction was observed in the RE_(2)SiO_(5)coatings after thermal aging at 1400℃.The Xl-Gd_(2)SiO_(5)coating exhibited higher CTE values than the X2-Y_(2)SiO_(5)and X2-Er_(2)SiO_(5)coatings,which was related to their crystal structure.The thermal conductivity of thermal-aged RE_(2)SiO_(5)coating was much higher than that of the as-sprayed RE_(2)SiO_(5)coating,and thermal conductivity was determined not only by crystal structure but also mainly by the microstructure of the coatings.The X2-Y_(2)SiO_(5)and X2-Er_(2)SiO_(5)coatings with lower thermal mismatch stre s ses presented much better thermal shock resistance than the X1-Gd_(2)SiO_(5)coating.Xin Zhong Tao Zhu Yaran Niu Haijun Zhou Le Zhang Xiangyu Zhang Qilian Li Xuebin Zheng 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,26:1

16Dynamic covalent chemistry-regulated stimuli-activatable drug delivery systems for improved cancer therapy显示文摘Drug delivery systems(DDSs)are of paramount importance to deliver drugs at the intended targets,e.g.,tumor cells or tissue by prolonging blood circulation and optimizing the pharmaceutical profiles.However,the therapeutic efficacy of DDSs is severely impaired by insufficient or non-specific drug release.Dynamic chemical bonds having stimuli-liable prope rties are the refore introduced into DDSs for regulating the drug release kinetics.This review summarizes the recent advances of dynamic covalent chemistry in the DDSs for improving cancer therapy.The review discusses the constitutions of the major classes of dynamic covalent bonds,and the respective applications in the tumor-targe ted DDSs which are based on the different responsive mechanisms,including acid-activatable and reduction-activatable.Furthermore,the review also discusses combination strategies of dual dynamic covale nt bonds which can response to the complex tumor microenvironment much more accurately,and then summarizes and analyzes the prospects for the application of dynamic covalent chemistry in DDSs.Qiwen Zhu Madiha Saeed Rundi Song Tao Sun Chen Jiang Haijun Yu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,5:1

19Variational Bayesian Approximation for Affine Point Set Matching显示文摘In this paper, we propose a variational approach for the affine point set matching problems under the Bayesian probabilistic framework. A directed acyclic graph is provided for the representation of the joint probability over affine transformation, random variables and the point sets. Based on the directed graph, a variational iterative algorithm is derived to approximate the posteriors of the random variables and the anisotropic Gaussian mixtures are used for the estimation of the spurious outliers instead of the frequently-used uniform distribution. 20Surgical treatment of congenital basilar invagination with different pathological characteristics: Report of 139 cases显示文摘Objective: To describe the different pathological characteristics of congenital basilar invaginations and discuss the surgical treatment of such cases. Methods: A total of 139 patients diagnosed with basilar invaginations underwent surgical treatment from 2008 to 2015. Based on Atul Goel's classification and simultaneous consideration of atlantoaxial dislocation or syringomyelia,the cases were subdivided into four groups. Individualized posterior surgical decompression and/or atlantoaxial reset procedures were performed to correct atlantoaxial dislocation,decompress the brain stem,or resolve syringomyelia. The indications and critical points of each procedure were documented. Results: All 139 patients were surgically treated; 27 patients(19.4%) had underwent at least one decompression surgery previously. On an average,there was gratifying clinical improvement based on the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score analysis.One patient exhibited severe post-operative infection,and the fusion instrument was removed. One patient experienced fracture of internal fixation. Two patients exhibited persistent respiratory symptoms at early stages after the surgery. Four patients felt worse at the latest follow-up. There was no surgical mortality. The poor outcome/morbidity in this series was 5.8%(8/139). Conclusion: The different pathological image characteristics of congenital basilar invaginations based on the presence or absence of syringomyelia and/or atlantoaxial dislocation,reflected the pathological features of complicated basilar invaginations more accurately. Based on these features,different posterior decompression and/or reset procedures,combined with occipitocervical fusion and C1-2 fusion,could be tailored to different patients.
