However, varying dynamics and aerodynamic interference caused by tiltable rotors are great technical challenges and key issues for TRUAV's high-powered flight controls, which have attracted the attention of many researchers. This paper outlines the concept of TRUAV and some typical TRUAV platforms while focusing on control techniques. | 2 | Microstructures and mechanical properties of the third generation automobile steels fabricated by ART-annealing显示文摘The mechanical properties dependence on the microstructure was reviewed and analyzed,and the ultrafine grained duplex microstructure of BCC matrix and large fractioned austenite was given as one of the optimum structures to develop the third generation steel with high strength and high ductility.The medium-Mn steels with different carbon contents processed by austenite reverted transformation(ART-annealing) were studied thoroughly to fabricate the ultrafine duplex steels with large fractioned austenite.The lamellar typed ultrafine structure,the granular typed ultrafine duplex structure and the corresponding mechanical properties of the medium-Mn steels processed by ART-annealing were demonstrated in this paper.It was revealed that the duplex structure with large fraction of austenite and ultrafine grain structure is capable of producing steels with excellent combination of strength and ductility,i.e.,Rm A about 30-50 GPa%,which is about two times of that of the conventional automobile steels and close to that of the TWIP steels.It was concluded that the ART-annealing of the medium-Mn steels would be at least one of the promising ways to fabricate the third generation automobile steels in the near future. | CAO WenQuan WANG Chang WANG CunYu SHI Jie WANG MaoQiu DONG Han WENG YuQing | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 13 |
| 3 | Simple PID Parameter Tuning Method Based on Outputs of the Closed Loop System显示文摘Most of the existing PID parameters tuning methods are only effective with pre-known accurate system models, which often require some strict identification experiments and thus infeasible for many complicated systems. Actually, in most practical engineering applications, it is desirable for the PID tuning scheme to be directly based on the input-output response of the closed-loop system. Thus, a new parameter tuning scheme for PID controllers without explicit mathematical model is developed in this paper. The paper begins with a new frequency domain properties analysis of the PID controller. After that, the definition of characteristic frequency for the PID controller is given in order to study the mathematical relationship between the PID parameters and the open-loop frequency properties of the controlled system. Then, the concepts of M-field and θ-field are introduced, which are then used to explain how the PID control parameters influence the closed-loop frequency-magnitude property and its time responses. Subsequently, the new PID parameter tuning scheme, i.e., a group of tuning rules, is proposed based on the preceding analysis. Finally, both simulations and experiments are conducted, and the results verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed methods. | 5 | A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. | 6 | A Collision Arbitration Protocol Based on Specific Selection Function显示文摘Fast and effective identifications of a large number of items are required in many Radio-frequency identification(RFID) applications. Simultaneous responses from multiple tags are corrupted by collisions and thus result in low identification efficiency. To address the problem of low identification efficiency, many existing tag anticollision algorithms try to schedule the identification process to avoid collisions. A novel anti-collision scheme based on specific selection function is presented, in which tags pick a slot according to a selection function instead of being randomly assigned to slots within a frame. If collision occurs, the reader sends the custom command SETBM according to the collision information. When probed by the SETBM, the tags apply the selection function to its partial ID and send the mapped result to the reader. According to the mapped result, the reader assigns the time slot to the tags. All tags collided in the same slot will be identified by the tree traversal scheme. | 7 | A new modeling scheme for powered parafoil unmanned aerial vehicle platforms: Theory and experiments显示文摘A novel framework is established for accurate modeling of Powered Parafoil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(PPUAV). The model is developed in the following three steps: obtaining a linear dynamic model, simplifying the model structure, and estimating the model mismatch due to model variance and external disturbance factors. First, a six degree-of-freedom linear model, or the structured model, is obtained through dynamic establishment and linearization. Second, the data correlation analysis is adopted to determine the criterion for proper model complexity and to simplify the structured model. Next, an active model is established, combining the simplified model with the model mismatch estimator. An adapted Kalman filter is utilized for the real-time estimation of states and model mismatch. We finally derive a linear system model while taking into account of model variance and external disturbance. | 12 | High-cycle Fatigue Fracture Behavior of Ultrahigh Strength Steels显示文摘<正>The fatigue fracture behavior of four ultrahigh strength steels with different melting processes and therefore different inclusion sizes were studied by using a rotating bar two-point bending fatigue machine in the high-cycle regime up to 10~7 cycles of loading.The fracture surfaces were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).It was found that the size of inclusion has significant effect on the fatigue behavior. For AISI 4340 steel in which the inclusion size is smaller than 5.5μm,all the fatigue cracks except one did not initiated from inclusion but from specimen surface and conventional S-N curve exists.For 65Si2MnWE and Aermet 100 steels in which the average inclusion sizes are 12.2 and 14.9μm,respectively,fatigue cracks initiated from inclusions at lower stress amplitudes and stepwise S-N curves were observed.The S-N curve displays a continuous decline and fatigue failures originated from large oxide inclusion for 60Si2CrVA steel in which the average inclusion size is 44.4μm.In the case of internal inclusion-induced fractures at cycles beyond about 1×10~6 for 65Si2MnWE and 60Si2CrVA steels,inclusion was always found inside the fish-eye and a granular bright facet(GBF)was observed in the vicinity around the inclusion.The GBF sizes increase with increasing the number of cycles to failure N_f in the long-life regime.The values of stress intensity factor range at crack initiation site for the GBF are almost constant with N_f,and are almost equal to that for the surface inclusion and the internal inclusion at cycles lower than about 1×10~6.Neither fish-eye nor GBF was observed for Aermet 100 steel in the present study. | Weijun HUI Yihong NIE Han DONG Yuqing WENG Chunxu WANG | 2008 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2008,24,5: | 2 |

| 14 | Seismic Attribute Analysis with Saliency Detection in Fractional Fourier Transform Domain显示文摘Most image saliency detection models are dependent on prior knowledge and demand high computational cost. However, spectral residual(SR) and phase spectrum of the Fourier transform(PFT) models are simple and fast saliency detection approaches based on two-dimensional Fourier transform without the prior knowledge. For seismic data, the geological structure of the underground rock formation changes more obviously in the time direction. Therefore, one-dimensional Fourier transform is more suitable for seismic saliency detection. Fractional Fourier transform(FrFT) is an improved algorithm for Fourier transform, therefore we propose the seismic SR and PFT models in one-dimensional FrF T domain to obtain more detailed saliency maps. These two models use the amplitude and phase information in FrFT domain to construct the corresponding saliency maps in spatial domain. By means of these two models, several saliency maps at different fractional orders can be obtained for seismic attribute analysis. These saliency maps can characterize the detailed features and highlight the object areas, which is more conducive to determine the location of reservoirs. The performance of the proposed method is assessed on both simulated and real seismic data. | 16 | Equivalent efficacy assessment of QL1101 and bevacizumab in nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer patients:A two-year follow-up data update显示文摘Objective: Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) monoclonal antibodies are an effective means of treating non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Here, we aim to update the equivalent efficacy assessment between QL1101 and bevacizumab based on two-year follow-up data.Methods: In total, 535 eligible NSCLC patients were enrolled in this randomized controlled trial. Patients were randomly assigned 1:1 to the QL1101 group and the bevacizumab group. The full end time of this study was defined as 24 months after the last enrolled patient was randomized. The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR);equivalence was confirmed if the two-sided 90% confidence interval(90% CI) of the relative risk was within the range of 0.75-1.33. The secondary endpoints were progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS).Results: The two-year updated data showed similar ORR(QL1101 vs. bevacizumab: 53.1% vs. 54.3%;relative risk=0.977;90% CI: 0.838-1.144), PFS(235 d vs. 254 d, log-rank P=0.311), and OS(577 d vs. 641 d, log-rank P=0.099) results between the QL1101 group and the bevacizumab group. The mean shrinkage ratio of targeted lesions was also similar between the QL1101 group and the bevacizumab group(22.5% vs. 23.5%). | 17 | Ausforming effects on anisotropy of mechanical properties in HSLA martensitic steel显示文摘In order to clarify effects of prior pancaked austenitic structure on microstructure and mechanical properties of transformed martensite in ausformed steel,a super-thin pancaked austenite was processed by multi-pass rolling in a 0.03-2.6Mn0.06Nb-0.01Ti(wt%) low alloy steel.The evolution of prior pancaked austenite grain during multi-pass rolling was studied using Ni-30Fe model alloy.Related with the structure and texture in the prior super-thin pancaked austenite in Ni-30Fe alloy,the texture and anisotropy of mechanical properties of transformed martensite in the studied ausformed steel were focused on.There were mainly three kinds of rolling texture components in the super-thin pancaked austenite:Goss {110} 001,copper {112} 111 and brass {110} 112.They were further transformed into the weak {001} 110 and strong {112} 110,{111} 112 texture components in the martensitic structure.The orientation relationship(OR) of lath martensite transformation from pancaked austenite in the ausformed steel deviated larger from the exact Kurdjumov-Sachs(K-S) OR than in the case of equiaxed austenite without deformation.The tensile and yield strengths of the ausformed martensitic steel first decreased and then increased as the angle between tension direction and rolling direction increased.The main reason for the anisotropy of strength was considered as the texture component {112} 110 in martensite.However,the anisotropy of impact toughness was more complex and the main reasons for it are unknown. | LI ZhaoDong SUN XinJun CAO WenQuan YONG QiLong YANG ZhiGang DONG Han WENG YuQing | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 1 |
| 18 | Active model-based nonlinear system identification of quad tilt-rotor UAV with flight experiments显示文摘To propose an accurate and less complex model of a special unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),namely tilt-rotor UAV(TRUAV), this study identifies the active model-based nonlinear system of a quadTRUAV. First, a nominal nonlinear model of the vehicle is formulated. Some unstructured nonlinearities are ignored to reduce the complexity of the model. Then, due to the unstable dynamics of the open-loop system,the format of this nominal model is considered to design an innovative smooth-switch attitude control via interconnection and damping assignment passivity-based control(IDA-PBC). Active model-based nonlinear system identification is studied for the vehicle with the designed control method and flight experiments.The model error vector is defined and estimated by the unscented Kalman filter(UKF) to improve the accuracy of the model. The main contribution of this paper is to identify the nominal nonlinear model and to develop an active model method of the quad-TRUAV. The attitude control method with an innovative smooth-switch structure is another contribution to flight experiments. | 19 | Immunosenescence:molecular mechanisms and diseases显示文摘Infection susceptibility,poor vaccination efficacy,age-related disease onset,and neoplasms are linked to innate and adaptive immune dysfunction that accompanies aging(known as immunosenescence).During aging,organisms tend to develop a characteristic inflammatory state that expresses high levels of pro-inflammatory markers,termed inflammaging.This chronic inflammation is a typical phenomenon linked to immunosenescence and it is considered the major risk factor for age-related diseases.Thymic involution,naïve/memory cell ratio imbalance,dysregulated metabolism,and epigenetic alterations are striking features of immunosenescence.Disturbed T-cell pools and chronic antigen stimulation mediate premature senescence of immune cells,and senescent immune cells develop a proinflammatory senescence-associated secretory phenotype that exacerbates inflammaging.Although the underlying molecular mechanisms remain to be addressed,it is well documented that senescent T cells and inflammaging might be major driving forces in immunosenescence.Potential counteractive measures will be discussed,including intervention of cellular senescence and metabolic-epigenetic axes to mitigate immunosenescence.In recent years,immunosenescence has attracted increasing attention for its role in tumor development.As a result of the limited participation of elderly patients,the impact of immunosenescence on cancer immunotherapy is unclear.Despite some surprising results from clinical trials and drugs,it is necessary to investigate the role of immunosenescence in cancer and other age-related diseases. | Zaoqu Liu Qimeng Liang Yuqing Ren Chunguang Guo Xiaoyong Ge Libo Wang Quan Cheng Peng Luo Yi Zhang Xinwei Han | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,6: | 1 |
| 20 | Stretchable and Superhydrophilic Polyaniline/Halloysite Decorated Nanofiber Composite Evaporator for High Efficiency Seawater Desalination显示文摘Here,authors report on composition of a stretchable,mechanically durable and superhydrophilic polyaniline(PANI)/hal-loysite nanotubes(HNTs)decorated PU nanofiber(PANI/HNTs@PU).The polymer nanofibers are placed as the core and PANI/HNTs makes the shell section.The PANI/HNTs creates a membrane with outstanding light absorption and photo-thermal conversion performance.The strong solar absorption capability and superhydrophilicity of the PANI/HNTs@PU remain almost unchanged during stretching,abrasion,and ultrasonic washing tests,exhibiting superior surface stability and durability.When the PANI/HNTs@PU is used for the interfacial evaporation,the evaporation rate and efficiency reach as high as 1.61 kg m^(-2) h^(-1) and 94.7%,respectively.No salt precipitation is observed on the solar absorber surface even under a high salinity or during the long term or cyclic evaporation test.Furthermore,the excellent interfacial evaporation function is maintained when the nanofiber composite is mechanically stretched.The PANI/HNTs@PU based evaporation device shows promising applications in high performance solar desalination. | Jiang Han Wenqian Xing Jun Yan Jing Wen Yuntao Liu Yuqing Wang Zefeng Wu Longcheng Tang Jiefeng Gao | 2022 | Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,5: | 1 |
