| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 2 | A Chromosome-Scale Genome Assembly of Paper Mulberry(Bmussonetia papyrifera)Provides New Insights into Its Forage and Papermaking Usage显示文摘Paper mulberry(Broussonetia papyrifera)is a well-known woody tree historically used for Cai Lun papermaking,one of the four great inventions of ancient China.More recently,Paper mulberry has also been used as forage to address the shortage of feedstuff because of its digestible crude fiber and high protein contents.In this study,we obtained a chromosome-scale genome assembly for Paper mulberry using integrated approaches,including Illumina and PacBio sequencing platform as well as Hi-C,optical,and genetic maps.The assembled Paper mulberry genome consists of 386.83 Mb,which is close to the estimated size,and 99.25%(383.93 Mb)of the assembly was assigned to 13 pseudochromosomes.Comparative genomic analysis revealed the expansion and contraction in the flavonoid and lignin biosynthetic gene families,respectively,accounting for the enhanced flavonoid and decreased lignin biosynthesis in Paper mulberry.Moreover,the increased ratio of syringyl-lignin to guaiacyl-lignin in Paper mulberry underscores its suitability for use in medicine,forage,papermaking,and barkcloth making.We also identified the rootassociated microbiota of Paper mulberry and found that Pseudomonas and Rhizobia were enriched in its roots and may provide the source of nitrogen for its stems and leaves via symbiotic nitrogen fixation.Collectively,these results suggest that Paper mulberry might have undergone adaptive evolution and recruited nitrogen-fixing microbes to promote growth by enhancing flavonoid production and altering lignin monomer composition.Our study provides significant insights into genetic basis of the usefulness of Paper mulberry in papermaking and barkcloth making,and as forage.These insights will facilitate further domestication and selection as well as industrial utilization of Paper mulberry worldwide. | Xianjun Peng Hui Liu Peilin Chen Feng Tang Yanmin Hu Fenfen Wang Zhi Pi Meiling Zhao Naizhi Chen Hui Chen Xiaokang Zhang Xueqing Yan Min Liu Xiaojun Fu Guofeng Zhao Pu Yao Lili Wang He Dai Xuming Li Wei Xiong Wencai Xu Hongkun Zheng Haiyan Yu Shihua Shen | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,5: | 18 |

| 4 | Effects of environmental contaminants on fertility and reproductive health显示文摘Recent research indicates that the human infertility rate is increasing. Although various reasons have been hypothesized for the growing infertility rate, environmental contaminants are potentially important causal agents associated with this change.Chemical contaminants are widespread throughout our environment and human exposure is virtually unavoidable. The overall contribution of environmental exposure to infertility is unknown, but studies involving occupational exposure, together with results from animal experiments, suggest that environmental contaminants may adversely affect fertility. We reviewed the adverse effects of environmental exposure on fertility and related reproductive outcomes. Environmental contaminants covered in this review include heavy metals, organic solvents, pesticides and endocrine disrupting chemicals. | 5 | EGFR/cell membrane chromatography-online-high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry method for screening EGFR antagonists from Radix Angelicae Pubescentis显示文摘The intracellular kinase domains of the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in some tumor cells are significant targets for drug discovery.We have developed a new EGFR cell membrane chromatography(EGFR/CMC)-online-high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS) method for screening anti-EGFR antagonists from medicinal herbs such as Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.In this study,the HEK293 EGFR cells with high expression of EGFR were used to prepare cell membrane stationary phase(CMSP) in the EGFR/CMC model.The retention fractions on the EGFR/CMC model were directly analyzed by combining a 10 port columns switcher with a HPLC/MS system online.As a result,osthole from Radix Angelicae Pubescentis was found to be the active component acting on EGFR like dasatinib as the control drug.There was a good relationship between their inhibiting effects on EGFR secretion and HEK293 EGFR cell growth in vitro.This new EGFR/CMC-online-HPLC/MS method can be applied for screening anti-EGFR antagonists from TCMs,for instance,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.It will be a useful method for drug discovery with natural medicinal herbs as a leading compound resource. | SiCen Wang Meng Sun YanMin Zhang Jie Zhang LangChong He | 2010 | Science China Chemistry2010,53,11: | 5 |

| 7 | Application of regional citrate anticoagulation in patients at high risk of bleeding during intermittent hemodialysis:a prospective multicenter randomized controlled trial显示文摘Objective:Safe and effective anticoagulation is essential for hemodialysis patients who are at high risk of bleeding.The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of two-stage regional citrate anticoagulation(RCA)combined with sequential anticoagulation and standard calcium-containing dialysate in intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)treatment.Methods:Patients at high risk of bleeding who underwent IHD from September 2019 to May 2021 were prospectively enrolled in 13 blood purification centers of nephrology departments,and were randomly divided into RCA group and saline flushing group.In the RCA group,0.04 g/mL sodium citrate was infused from the start of the dialysis line during blood draining and at the venous expansion chamber.The sodium citrate was stopped after 3 h of dialysis,which was changed to sequential dialysis without anticoagulant.The hazard ratios for coagulation were according to baseline.Results:A total of 159 patients and 208 sessions were enrolled,including RCA group(80 patients,110 sessions)and saline flushing group(79 patients,98 sessions).The incidence of severe coagulation events of extracorporeal circulation in the RCA group was significantly lower than that in the saline flushing group(3.64%vs.20.41%,P<0.001).The survival time of the filter pipeline in the RCA group was significantly longer than that in the saline flushing group((238.34±9.33)min vs.(221.73±34.10)min,P<0.001).The urea clearance index(Kt/V)in the RCA group was similar to that in the saline flushing group with no statistically significant difference(1.12±0.34 vs.1.08±0.34,P=0.41).Conclusions:Compared with saline flushing,the two-stage RCA combined with a sequential anticoagulation strategy significantly reduced extracorporeal circulation clotting events and prolonged the dialysis time without serious adverse events. | Xiaoyan TANG Dezheng CHEN Ling ZHANG Ping FU Yanxia CHEN Zhou XIAO Xiangcheng XIAO Weisheng PENG Li CHENG Yanmin ZHANG Hongbo LI Kehui LI Bizhen GOU Xin WU Qian YU Lijun JIAN Zaizhi ZHU Yu WEN Cheng LIU Hen XUE Hongyu ZHANG Xin HE Bin YAN Liping ZHONG Bin HUANG Mingying MAO | 2022 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,11: | 4 |

| 9 | Seismic Attribute Analysis with Saliency Detection in Fractional Fourier Transform Domain显示文摘Most image saliency detection models are dependent on prior knowledge and demand high computational cost. However, spectral residual(SR) and phase spectrum of the Fourier transform(PFT) models are simple and fast saliency detection approaches based on two-dimensional Fourier transform without the prior knowledge. For seismic data, the geological structure of the underground rock formation changes more obviously in the time direction. Therefore, one-dimensional Fourier transform is more suitable for seismic saliency detection. Fractional Fourier transform(FrFT) is an improved algorithm for Fourier transform, therefore we propose the seismic SR and PFT models in one-dimensional FrF T domain to obtain more detailed saliency maps. These two models use the amplitude and phase information in FrFT domain to construct the corresponding saliency maps in spatial domain. By means of these two models, several saliency maps at different fractional orders can be obtained for seismic attribute analysis. These saliency maps can characterize the detailed features and highlight the object areas, which is more conducive to determine the location of reservoirs. The performance of the proposed method is assessed on both simulated and real seismic data. | 10 | A wet adhesion inspired biomimetic pad with direction dependence and adaptability显示文摘A novel adhesive pad for a climbing robot, inspired by a stick insect's smooth pad, is proposed. The micro structure pattern and inclined fiber of a stick insect's pad are mimicked, and an adhesion force is produced based on its wet adhesion mechanism. Firstly, the wet adhesion model is discussed and the pad is designed; secondly, the adhesion characteristics, adhesion direction dependence and adaptability are analyzed; finally, the proposed pad is fabricated using a thermoplastic elastomer, which is a hydrophilic and viscoelastic material. Experimental results show that the adhesion performance of the pad is good, and normal adhesion and friction can reach to 0.65 N and 3 N.
