| 1 | Nanoparticle-immersed paper imprinting mass spectrometry imaging reveals uptake and translocation mechanism of pesticides in plants显示文摘Design and discovery of carrier-mediated modified pesticides are vital for reducing pesticide dosage and increasing utilization,yet it remains a great challenge due to limited insights into plant translocation mechanisms.Nanostructure/nanoparticle assisted laser desorption/ionization strategy has established itself as a preferential analytical tool for biological tissue analysis,whereas potential applications in plant sciences are hindered with regard to the inability to slice plant leaves and petals.Herein,we report gold nanoparticle(AuNP)-immersed paper imprinting mass spectrometry imaging(MSI)for the spatiotemporal visualization of pesticide translocation in plant leaves.This approach plays a dual role in preserving spatial information and improving ionization efficiency for pesticides regardless of imaging artifacts due to homogenous AuNP deposition.Using this MSI platform,we proposed the elaborate plant translocation mechanism of agrochemicals for the first time,which is currently poorly understood.The dynamic processes of carrier-mediated pesticides can be clearly visualized,including crossing of plasma membranes by transporters,translocation downward in stems through the phloem,diffusion to the xylem and,conversely,accumulation at margins of the treated leaves.Moreover,this AuNP-assisted paper imprinting method could be highly compatible with laser-based MSI instruments,expediting researches across a broad range of fields,especially in nanomaterial development and life sciences. | Xinzhou Wu Run Qin Hanxiang Wu Guangkai Yao Yue Zhang Ping Li Yizhu Xu Zhixiang Zhang Zhibin Yin Hanhong Xu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,3: | 8 |

| 3 | Self-Powered Intelligent Human-Machine Interaction for Handwriting Recognition显示文摘Handwritten signatures widely exist in our daily lives.The main challenge of signal recognition on handwriting is in the development of approaches to obtain information effectively.External mechanical signals can be easily detected by triboelectric nanogenerators which can provide immediate opportunities for building new types of active sensors capable of recording handwritten signals.In this work,we report an intelligent human-machine interaction interface based on a triboelectric nanogenerator.Using the horizontal-vertical symmetrical electrode array,the handwritten triboelectric signal can be recorded without external energy supply.Combined with supervised machine learning methods,it can successfully recognize handwritten English letters,Chinese characters,and Arabic numerals.The principal component analysis algorithm preprocesses the triboelectric signal data to reduce the complexity of the neural network in the machine learning process.Further,it can realize the anticounterfeiting recognition of writing habits by controlling the samples input to the neural network.The results show that the intelligent human-computer interaction interface has broad application prospects in signature security and humancomputer interaction. | Hang Guo Ji Wan Haobin Wang Hanxiang Wu Chen Xu Liming Miao Mengdi Han Haixia Zhang | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 4 |
| 4 | Scalable and facile synthesis of V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles via ball milling for improved aerobic oxidative desulfurization显示文摘In recent years, transition-metal oxides(TMOs) have been long employed for aerobic oxidative desulfurization. However, the inherent bottlenecks, such as the low explosion of active sites, limit the application of bulk TMOs catalyst. In this study, V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles with oxygen vacancies were prepared in large-scale via facile ball milling strategy with adding oxalic acid as a reducing agent. The as-prepared catalysts exhibit remarkable sulfur removal for oils with different initial S-concentrations and different substrates. Sulfur removal could reach up to 99.7%(< 2 ppm) under the optimized reaction conditions. | 5 | Shallow Genetic Structure of Pholis fangi in Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea Inferred from mt DNA Control Region显示文摘Pholis fangi is an ecologically important fish species inhabiting Chinese coastal waters of Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. To investigate the genetic diversity and population genetic structure of P. fangi, a fragment of 487 bp in the first hypervariable region (HVR-1) of the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) control region was sequenced for 181 individuals collected from Bohai Sea and Yel- low Sea. A total of 18 polymorphic sites were detected, which defined 25 haplotypes. A moderate level of haplotype diversity (h = 0.7052) and a low level of nucleotide diversity (π= 0.0028) were detected. Both the phylogenetic tree and the haplotype network showed no significant genealogical structure difference among sampling locations. Pairwise FST comparison and hierarchical mo- lecular variance analysis (AMOVA) revealed that no significant genetic structure difference existed throughout the investigated re- gions, suggesting a high gene exchange among different populations. The results of neutrality test and mismatch distribution analysis indicated that a late Pleistocene population expansion (38000 127000 years ago) happened. | 7 | Construction of a few-layer g-C_3N_4/α-MoO_3 nanoneedles all-solid-state Z-scheme photocatalytic system for photocatalytic degradation显示文摘The suppression of the recombination of electrons and holes(e–h) and the enhancement of the light absorption of semiconductors are two key points toward efficient photocatalytic degradation.Here,we report a few-layer g-C_3N_4/α-MoO_3 nanoneedles(flg-C_3N_4/α-MoO_3 NNs) all-solid-state Z-scheme mechanism photocatalyst synthesized via a typical hydrothermal method in a controlled manner.The recombination of the photo-induced e–h pairs could be effectively restrained by the Z-scheme passageway between the flg-C_3N_4 and α-MoO_3 NNs in the composite,which could also promise a high redox ability to degrade pollutants.And it became possible for the prepared photocatalyst to absorb light in a wide range of wavelengths.The detailed mechanism was studied by electron spin-resonance spectroscopy(ESR).The low-dimensional nanostructure of the two constituents(α-MoO_3 NNs with one-dimensional structure and flg-C_3N_4 with two-dimensional structure) endowed the composite with varieties of excellent physicochemical properties,which facilitated the transfer and diffusion of the photoelectrons and increased the specific surface area and the active sites.The 10 wt% flg-C_3N_4/α-MoO_3 NNs showed the best photocatalytic performance toward RhB degradation,the rate of which was 71.86%,~2.6 times higher than that ofα-MoO_3 NNs. | Xiaoni Zhang Jianjian Yi Hanxiang Chen Mao Mao Liang Liu Xiaojie She Haiyan Ji Xiangyang Wu Shouqi Yuan Hui Xu Huaming Li | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,2: | 2 |
