1Comparative pharmacokinetics of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate in rat plasma and extracellular fluid of brain after intranasal,intragastric and intravenous administration显示文摘The purpose of this study was to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate(TMPP)in plasma and extracellular fluid of the cerebral cortex of rats via three delivery routes:intranasal(i.n.),intragastric(i.g.)and intravenous(i.v.)administration.After i.n.,i.g.and i.v.administration of a single-dose at 10 mg/kg,cerebral cortex dialysates and plasma samples drawn from the carotid artery were collected at timed intervals.The concentration of TMPP in the samples was analyzed by HPLC.The area under the concentration-time curve(AUC)and the ratio of the AUCbrain to the AUCplasma(drug targeting efficiency,DTE)was calculated to evaluate the brain targeting efficiency of the drug via these different routes of administration.After i.n.administration,TMPP was rapidly absorbed to reach its peak plasma concentration within 5 min and showed a delayed uptake into cerebral cortex(t_(max)=15 min).The ratio of the AUCbrain dialysates value between i.n.route and i.v.injection was 0.68,which was greater than that obtained after i.g.administration(0.43).The systemic bioavailability obtained with i.n.administration was greater than that obtained by the i.g.route(86.33%vs.50.39%),whereas the DTE of the nasal route was 78.89%,close to that of oral administration(85.69%).These results indicate that TMPP is rapidly absorbed from the nasal mucosa into the systemic circulation,and then crosses the blood-brain barrier(BBB)to reach the cerebral cortex.Intranasal administration of TMPP could be a promising alternative to intravenous and oral approaches.Dongmei Meng Haoyang Lu Shanshan Huang Minyan Wei Pingtian Ding Xianglin Xiao Yuehong Xu Chuanbin Wu 2014Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2014,4,1:5
2Preventive and therapeutic effectiveness of Sanfu acupoint herbal patching for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stages:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Sanfu acupoint herbal patching(SAHP)in adjuvant treatment in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS:We had searched eight electronic databases and six major trial registries from their inception to July 2017 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs).We utilized RevMan 5.3 to evaluate the methodological quality and to perform data analyses.RESULTS:A total of 28 RCTs involving 1615 records were included in the descriptive analysis,and 25 RCTs were performed for Meta-analysis.Lung function such as forced vital capacity rate of one second FEV1/predicted%,forced vital capacity(FVC)%found no significant difference.The results of Meta-analysis showed that SAHP plus conventional therapy(CT)in the treatment of stable COPD were better than CT,in second sessions'data of FEV1,in third sessions'data of FEV1/FVC,in three sessions'data of SGRQ,in third session's data of Modified Medical Research Council and 6MWT.The symptoms of SAHP's adverse reactions seem to be mild and the incidence of that seems to be low.Descriptive analysis shows that SAHP with CT seems to improve clinical effective rate and had a certain preventive effect on acute exacerbation of COPD,which the curative effect may be better with the increase of treatment course.CONCLUSION:SAHP with CT appears to be more effective than CT or CT plus placebo only on improving the quality of life,but the effect on lung function is not obvious.Improve clinical effective rate and preventive effect is uncertainty.SAHP with CT may be used in any Grade to safely treat patients with stable COPD.The more exactly clinical effect still needs to be proved by more high-quality,large sampling,multilingual RCTs.Pang Lijian Zhang Haoyang Lu Xiaodong Liu Jianping Liu Chuang Lu Ling 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:3
3Thermoelectric properties of In-Hg co-doping in SnTe:Energy band engineering显示文摘Synergistic effect of band convergence and resonant level could be manipulated in SnTe by co-doping In and Hg,leading to a potential thermoelectric performance enhancement in a much wider temperature range.In this work we carefully investigated thermoelectric properties of the In-Hg co-doped SnTe,synthesized by a hot pressing method.With this co-doping the Seebeck coefficients of the co-doped samples were greatly improved(over 50 mVK^(-1))at the room temperature.Although power factors of the In-Hg co-doped SnTe were also able to be optimized,the peak ZT(0.9 at 850 K in Sn_(0.98)Bi_(0.02)Te-1%HgInTe_(2)),however,is not high enough when comparing to other co-doped SnTe systems.This may be caused by the relatively high lattice thermal conductivity.An apparent competition between band convergence doping and resonant level doping was observed in our experiment.The results suggest that band engineering via co-doping should be further understood in order to optimize the thermoelectric properties inside the material system.Xiaofang Tan Guoqiang Liu Jingtao Xu Xiaojian Tan Hezhu Shao Haoyang Hu Haochuan Jiang Yalin Lu Jun Jiang 2018Journal of Materiomics2018,4,1:3

6Rotordynamic characteristics prediction for scallop damper seals using computational fluid dynamics显示文摘Enhancing damping characteristic is one of the effective methods to solve the instability problem of the rotor system.The three-dimensional numerical analysis model of scallop damper seal was established,and the effects of inlet pressures,preswirl ratios,rotational speeds,interlaced angles and seal cavity depths on the rotordynamic characteristics of scallop damper seal were studied based on dynamic mesh method and multi-frequencies elliptic whirling model.Results show that the direct stiffness of the scallop damper seal increases with decreasing inlet pressure and increasing rotational speed and cavity depth.When the seal cavity is interlaced by a certain angle,which shows positive direct stiffness.The effective damping of the scallop damper seal increases with the increasing inlet pressure,the decreasing preswirl ratio and the rotational speed and cavity depth.There exists an optimal interlaced angle to maximize the effective damping and the system stability.The leakage of the scallop damper seal is significantly reduced with decreasing inlet pressure.The preswirl will reduce the leakage flowrate,and the rotational speed has a slight effect on the leakage performance.The leakage of the scallop damper seal decreases with increasing seal cavity depth.Wanfu ZHANG Lu YIN Li YANG Haoyang TIAN Chun LI 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,8:0

8Performances of a prototype point-contact germanium detector immersed in liquid nitrogen for light dark matter search显示文摘The CDEX-10 experiment searches for light weakly interacting massive particles, a form of dark matter, at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory, where approximately 10 kg of germanium detectors are arranged in an array and immersed in liquid nitrogen. Herein, we report on the experimental apparatus, detector characterization, and spectrum analysis of one prototype detector. Owing to the higher rise-time resolution of the CDEX-10 prototype detector as compared with CDEX-1 B, we identified the origin of an observed category of extremely fast events. For data analysis of the CDEX-10 prototype detector, we introduced and applied an improved bulk/surface event discrimination method. The results of the new method were compared to those of the CDEX-1 B spectrum. 9Comprehensive Approach to Assessment of Liver Viability During Normothermic Machine Perfusion显示文摘Liver transplantation is the most effective treatment of advanced liver disease,and the use of extended criteria donor organs has broadened the source of available livers.Although normothermic machine perfusion(NMP)has become a useful tool in liver transplantation,there are no consistent criteria that can be used to evaluate the viability of livers during NMP.This review summarizes the criteria,indicators,and methods used to evaluate liver viability during NMP.The shape,appearance,and hemodynamics of the liver can be analyzed at a macroscopic level,while markers of liver injury,indicators of liver and bile duct function,and other relevant indicators can be evaluated by biochemical analysis.The liver can also be assessed by tissue biopsy at the microscopic level.Novel methods for assessment of liver viability are introduced.The limitations of evaluating liver viability during NMP are discussed and suggestions for future clinical practice are provided.Jiahao Li Haoyang Lu Jian Zhang Yixuan Li Qiang Zhao 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,2:0
