| 1 | Key techniques for 5G wireless communications:network architecture, physical layer,and MAC layer perspectives显示文摘The fourth generation(4G) mobile communication systems are offering service worldwide steadily.Although 4G systems could be loaded with much more services and data than previous systems, there is still a dramatic gap between the people's practical requirements and what can be offered by the 4G technologies.Consequently, the research and development for the fifth generation(5G) systems have already been started. This article presents an overview of potential network architecture and highlights several promising techniques which could be employed in the future 5G systems. These techniques include non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA),massive multiple input and multiple output(MIMO), cooperative communications and network coding, full duplex(FD), device-to-device(D2D) communications, millimeter wave communications, automated network organization, cognitive radio(CR), and green communications. | 2 | Research into Configuration and Flow of Wall Oil Film in Bearing Chamber Based on Droplet Size Distribution显示文摘The lubrication design and heat transfer determination of bearing chambers in aeroengine require a sufficient understanding of the oil droplet-film interaction and physical characteristic in an oil/air two-phase flow state.The analyses of oil droplet movement,mass and momentum transfer during the impingement of droplet/wall,as well as wall oil film thickness and flow velocity are very important for the bearing chamber lubrication and heat transfer calculation.An integrated model in combination with droplet movement,droplet/wall impact and film flow analysis is put forward initially based on the consideration of droplet size distribution.The model makes a contribution to provide more practical and feasible technical approach,which is not only for the study of droplet-film interaction and physical behavior in bearing chambers with oil/air two-phase flow phenomena,but also useful for an insight into the essence of physical course through droplet movement and deposition,film formation and flow.The influences of chamber geometries and operating conditions on droplet deposition mass and momentum transfer,and wall film thickness and velocity distribution are discussed.The feasibility of the method by theoretical analysis is also verified by the existing experimental data.The current work is conducive to expose the physical behavior of wall oil film configuration and flow in bearing chamber,and also significant for bearing chamber lubrication and heat transfer study under oil/air two-phase flow conditions. | CHEN Guoding SUN Hengchao WANG Jun | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,3: | 7 |
| 3 | The suction force effect analysis of large civil aircraft ditching显示文摘The research on ditching is indispensable for civil airplanes made in China to obtain the airworthiness certificates.The suction force effect in the ditching process is a hot and difficult research topic.In this paper,the explicit method is employed to solve the discrete Lagrangian finite element equations.The Eulerian finite volume method(FVM) is used to solve the Eulerian control equations;the fluid-solid coupling is realized through the general coupling method.The model of large civil airplane ditching is simulated by Dytran and the model test in tank is carried out in the same condition.Based on the analysis on the impacts and generation of the suction force and a numerical example,we obtain the accurate ditching pressure and pitch angle,as well as the results from the simulation and test.The estimated pressure and pitch angles are consistent with the results in the test.In the simulation,where the suction force is considered,the attitude-time history curve is very similar to the one of the tests,whereas the attitudes in the calculation without suction force is far different from the test.It can be concluded from the results that the suction force is the key impact in ditching calculation and can be simulated by general coupling method.In addition,different weight characteristics and different initial pitch angles both result in different pressures of ditching. | ZHANG Tao LI Shu DAI HengChao | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,10: | 5 |

| 5 | Rotational Friction Damper’s Performance for Controlling Seismic Response of High Speed Railway Bridge-Track System显示文摘CRTS-II slab ballastless track on bridge is a unique system in China high speed railway.The application of longitudinal continuous track system has obviously changed dynamic characteristics of bridge structure.The bridge system and CRTS-II track system form a complex nonlinear system.To investigate the seismic response of high speed railway(HSR)simply supported bridge-track system,nonlinear models of three-span simply supported bridge with piers of different height and CRTS-II slab ballastless track system are established.By seismic analysis,it is found that shear alveolar in CRTS-II track system is more prone to be damaged than bridge components,such as piers,girders and bearings.The result shows that the inconsistent displacement of bridge girders is the main cause of the CRTS-II track system’s damage.Then the rotational friction damper(RFD)is adopted,which utilizes the device’s rotation and friction to dissipate seismic energy.The hysteretic behavior of RFD is studied by numerical and experimental methods.Results prove that RFD can provide good hysteretic energy dissipation ability with stable performance.Furthermore,the analysis of RFD’s influence on seismic response of HSR bridge-track system shows that RFD with larger sliding force is more effective in controlling excessive inconsistent displacement where RFD is installed,though response of other bridge spans could slightly deteriorated. | Wei Guo Chen Zeng Hongye Gou Yao Hu Hengchao Xu Longlong Guo | 2019 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,9: | 3 |
| 6 | Biomediated Precipitation of Calcium Carbonate in a Slightly Acidic Hot Spring,Yunnan Province显示文摘A slightly acidic hot spring named 'Female Tower'(t=73.5°C, pH=6.64) is located in the Jifei Geothermal Field, Yunnan Province, southwestern China. The precipitates in the hot spring are composed of large amounts of calcite, aragonite and sulfur. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analyses reveal that the microbial mats were formed from various coccoid or rod-shaped filamentous microbes. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) shows that the intracellular sulfur granules are commonly associated with these microbes. A culture-independent molecular phylogenetic analysis demonstrates that the majority of the bacteria in the spring are sulfur-oxidizing bacteria. In the spring water, H_2S concentration is up to 60 ppm, while SO_4^(2-) concentration is only about 10 ppm. We speculate that H_2S might derive from sulfur-oxidizing bacteria in this hot spring water, leading to the intracellular formation of sulfur granules. Meanwhile, this reaction increased the p H in the micronscale microdomains, which fosters the precipitation of calcium carbonate in the microbial mats. | 16 | Growth and fatty acid composition of discus fish Symphysodon haraldi given varying feed ratios of beef heart,duck heart,and shrimp meat显示文摘A 56 days experiment was carried out to examine the effects of nine different diets on the growth and biochemical composition of discus fish Symphysodon haraldi tissues.Nine different types of diets were created using three main ingredients(beef heart,duck heart,and shrimp meat)in varying proportions,i.e.,10:0:0(F1),9:0:1(F2),8:0:2(F3),6:2:2(F4),4:4:2(F5),2:6:2(F6),0:8:2(F7),0:9:1(F8)and 0:10:0(F9).As the proportion of beef heart within the diet decreased,the specific growth rates(SGR),length growth rates(LGR),and height growth rates(HGR)of S.haraldi first decreased(F1-F3),then increased(F4-F6),and thereafter decreased(F7-F9),while the feed coefficient rates(FCR)showed the opposite trend.No significant differences in SGR,LGR,HGR,and FCR between the F1 and F6 groups were observed.The survival rates decreased with lower beef heart levels.Dietary inclusion of beef heart and/or shrimp meat often resulted in a decrease of crude protein and ash content.Dietary fatty acids(FA)associated with the F3,F8,and F9 groups showed significantly lower concentrations of 18:3n-3 and 20:5n-3 relative to the other groups.Similarly,the F7 and F9 diets and the S.haraldi these diets were fed to demonstrated low and high 20:4n-6 levels,respectively.While the F1 and F9 diets were both poor in 22:6n-3,the F1 group showed significantly higher 22:6n-3 content than the F9 group,indicating the more efficient retention and/or bioconversion of this FA by S.haraldi in the F1 group.The results of this study suggest that shrimp meat might not necessarily be added into moist feed for S.haraldi culture.Diets with up to 60%duck heart could be achieved without affecting growth,but showed some negative influence on survival rates. | Bin Wen Zaizhong Chen Hengchao Qu Jianzhong Gao | 2018 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2018,3,2: | 0 |
| 17 | Boron-rich layer removal and surface passivation of boron-doped p–n silicon solar cells显示文摘In boron-doped p+-n crystalline silicon(Si) solar cells, p-type boron doping control and surface passivation play a vital role in the realization of high-efficiency and low cost pursuit. In this study, boron-doped p+-emitters are formed by boron diffusion in an open-tube furnace using borontribromide(BBr3) as precursor. The formed emitters are characterized in detail in terms of shape of the doping profile, surface doping concentration, junction depth, sheet resistance and removal of the boron-rich layer(BRL). In the aspect of BRL removal, three different methods were adopted to investigate their influence on device performance. The results demonstrate that our proposed chemical etch treatment(CET) with the proper etching time could be an effective way to remove the BRL.After removal of the BRL, Al_2 O_3/SiN_x stacks are deposited by atomic layer deposition(ALD) and plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD) to passivate the cell surface. | 19 | Ecological network analysis reveals complex responses of tree species life stage interactions to stand variables显示文摘Tree interactions are essential for the structure,dynamics,and function of forest ecosystems,but variations in the architecture of life-stage interaction networks(LSINs)across forests is unclear.Here,we constructed 16 LSINs in the mountainous forests of northwest Hebei,China based on crown overlap from four mixed forests with two dominant tree species.Our results show that LSINs decrease the complexity of stand densities and basal areas due to the interaction cluster differentiation.In addition,we found that mature trees and saplings play different roles,the first acting as“hub”life stages with high connectivity and the second,as“bridges”controlling information flow with high centrality.Across the forests,life stages with higher importance showed better parameter stability within LSINs.These results reveal that the structure of tree interactions among life stages is highly related to stand variables.Our efforts contribute to the understanding of LSIN complexity and provide a basis for further research on tree interactions in complex forest communities. | Hengchao Zou Huayong Zhang Tousheng Huang | 2024 | Journal of Forestry Research2024,35,1: | 0 |
