| 1 | Status and development of high-power laser facilities at the NLHPLP显示文摘In this paper, we review the status of the multifunctional experimental platform at the National Laboratory of High Power Laser and Physics(NLHPLP). The platform, including the SG-II laser facility, SG-II 9th beam, SG-II upgrade(SG-II UP) facility, and SG-II 5 PW facility, is operational and available for interested scientists studying inertial confinement fusion(ICF) and a broad range of high-energy-density physics. These facilities can provide important experimental capabilities by combining different pulse widths of nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond scales. In addition, the SG-II UP facility, consisting of a single petawatt system and an eight-beam nanosecond system, is introduced including several laser technologies that have been developed to ensure the performance of the facility. | 2 | Study on the flotation technology and adsorption mechanism of galena–jamesonite separation显示文摘In order to further separate the concentrate containing galena and jamesonite before undergoing hydrometallurgical process, flotation experiment was performed on the basis of mineralogical analysis.And the adsorption mechanisms of collector H on galena and jamesonite were also studied by FT-IR spectra analysis and molecular dynamics(MD) simulation. The flotation result shows that the efficient separation can be achieved with H as selective collector. Galena concentrated with Pb grade of 72.09%and Pb recovery of 50.96% was obtained, and jamesonite concentrated with Sb grade and recovery of10.89% and 76.67% respectively was obtained as well. Infrared spectrum analysis indicates that collector H can adsorb on the surface of galena and react with Pb2+to generate hydrophobic salt, while no evident adsorption phenomenon was observed on the surface of jamesonite. | 4 | Highly Efficient Synthesis of Environmentally Friendly Ag-modified TiO2 Nanoflowers to Enhance Photocatalytic Performance显示文摘Ag-modified TiO2 nanoflowers were prepared using a two-step process. The experimental process is green and free from contamination and can be synthesized directly at room temperature. Compared with pure TiO2, Ag-modified TiO2 enhances the absorption of visible light and effectively promotes the detachment of photoelectron pairs, Ag-TiO2 has a significantly enhanced visible light response activity to photodecomposition of methyl orange(MO). It is shown that the strong interaction between Ag nanoparticles and TiO2 enhances the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanoflowers. The self-made open-air reactor was used to test the photocatalytic performance of different samples. The results showed that Ag-modified TiO2 nanoflowers had excellent photodegradation ability. | 5 | Beam positioning stability analysis on large laser facilities显示文摘Beam positioning stability in a laser-driven inertial confinement fusion(ICF) facility is a vital problem that needs to be fixed. Each laser beam in the facility is transmitted in lots of optics for hundreds of meters, and then targeted in a micro-sized pellet to realize controllable fusion. Any turbulence in the environment in such long-distance propagation would affect the displacement of optics and further result in beam focusing and positioning errors. This study concluded that the errors on each of the optics contributed to the target, and it presents an efficient method of enhancing the beam stability by eliminating errors on error-sensitive optics. | 6 | Metal-coordinated porous polydopamine nanospheres derived Fe_(3)N-FeCo encapsulated N-doped carbon as a highly efficient electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘The exploration of high-efficiency,long-durability,and cost-effectiveness transition metal doped carbon materials to replace the commercial Pt/C in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is greatly desirable for promoting the advancement of sustainable energy devices.Herein,the Fe_(3)N and FeCo alloy decorated N-doped carbon hybrid material(denoted Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC)is prepared and applied as the ORR catalyst,which is derived from the two-step pyrolysis of an intriguing complex consisted of metal-coordinated porous polydopamine(PDA)nanospheres(i.e.,Fe-PDA@Co)and melamine.The resulting Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC delivers outstanding ORR activity with an onset potential(E_(on))of 1.05 V,a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.89 V,as well as excellent long-term stability and methanol resistance over Pt/C.Interestingly,the home-made Zn-air battery with Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC as the air-cathode demonstrates much higher open-circuit voltage(1.50 vs.1.48 V),power density(141 vs.113 mW·cm^(−2))and specific capacity(806.6 vs.660.6 mAh·g^(−1)_(Zn))than those of Pt/C counterpart.Such a remarkable ORR activity of Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC may stem from the synergistic effect of Fe_(3)N and FeCo active species,the large surface area,the hierarchical porous structure and the exceptional sphere/sheet hybridized architecture. | Fanjuan Guo Mingyue Zhang Shicheng Yi Xuxin Li Rong Xin Mei Yang Bei Liu Hongbiao Chen Huaming Li Yijiang Liu | 2022 | Nano Research Energy2022,1,3: | 1 |

| 10 | A heuristic mixed real-time task allocation of virtual utilization in multi-core processor显示文摘Multi-core processor is widely used as the running platform for safety-critical real-time systems such as spacecraft,and various types of real-time tasks are dynamically added at runtime.In order to improve the utilization of multi-core processors and ensure the real-time performance of the system,it is necessary to adopt a reasonable real-time task allocation method,but the existing methods are only for single-core processors or the performance is too low to be applicable.Aiming at the task allocation problem when mixed real-time tasks are dynamically added,we propose a heuristic mixed real-time task allocation algorithm of virtual utilization VU-WF(Virtual Utilization Worst Fit)in multi-core processor.First,a 4-tuple task model is established to describe the fixedpoint task and the sporadic task in a unified manner.Then,a VDS(Virtual Deferral Server)for serving execution requests of fixed-point task is constructed and a schedulability test of the mixed task set is derived.Finally,combined with the analysis of VDS's capacity,VU-WF is proposed,which selects cores in ascending order of virtual utilization for the schedulability test.Experiments show that the overall performance of VU-WF is better than available algorithms,not only has a good schedulable ratio and load balancing but also has the lowest runtime overhead.In a 4-core processor,compared with available algorithms of the same schedulability ratio,the load balancing is improved by 73.9%,and the runtime overhead is reduced by 38.3%.In addition,we also develop a visual multi-core mixed task scheduling simulator RT-MCSS(open source)to facilitate the design and verification of multi-core scheduling for users.As the high performance,VU-WF can be widely used in resource-constrained and safety-critical real-time systems,such as spacecraft,self-driving cars,industrial robots,etc. | Hongbiao Liu Mengfei Yang Tingyu Wang Chenghao Song Shenghui Zhu Xi Chen | 2023 | Journal of Information and Intelligence2023,1,2: | 0 |
| 11 | Generation mechanism and motion behavior of sliver defect in single crystal Ni-based superalloy显示文摘Sliver is a common but easily neglected defect in single crystal Ni-based superalloy castings.To date,there is still no unified viewpoint on its formation mechanism and generation causes.In this work,the orientation discontinuity and motion behavior of sliver defects were studied through experiments and numerical simulations.The ultrathin wedge-shaped specimen containing the grain boundary of the sliver and the matrix was prepared at the initial position of the sliver defect for the observation of equal thick-ness fringes.The discontinuity of equal thickness fringes on both sides of the grain boundary was ob-served through a transmission electron microscope,which directly confirms the abrupt change in the orientation between the sliver and matrix from the nanoscale.The crystal lattices at the smooth area and the bulging area of the grain boundary were found to have unusually different arrangements.The irregular lattice arrangement at the bulging area shows that the grain boundary has experienced high-stress deformation.Statistical results of sliver orientation deviation with a further composition analysis show the micro protuberance of the mold shell has a noticeable inductive effect on the sliver generation.Furthermore,a self-developed three-dimensional phase-field simulation model coupled with the spatial topology algorithm is established to simulate the orientation deflection behavior and orientation devia-tion threshold of fractured dendrites.The simulation results indicated that there is an upper limit of the cross-section solid fraction at the fracture position for the motion of the fractured dendrites.When the cross-section solid fraction at the fracture position is higher than this upper limit,it will be difficult to produce large deviation slivers due to the structural limitation of surrounding dendrites.This upper limit does not change with the solidification temperature gradient. | Huxiang Xia Yanhong Yang Qiushui Feng Qingyan Xu Hongbiao Dong Baicheng Liu | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,6: | 0 |
