2Overexpression CPT1A reduces lipid accumulation via PPARα/CD36 axis to suppress the cell proliferation in ccRCC显示文摘Clear cell renal carcinoma(ccRCC)is histologically defined by its cytoplasmic lipid deposits.Lipid metabolism disorder largely increases the risk of ccRCC.In this study,we aimed to investigate the biological functions and molecular mechanisms of carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1A(CPT1A)in ccRCC.Our results showed that CPT1A is decreased in ccRCC clinical samples and cell lines compared with that in normal samples.Lentivirus overexpressing CPT1A was used to investigate the neoplastic phenotypes of ccRCC,and the results showed that lipid accumulation and tumor growth are attenuated both in vitro and in vivo.In addition,CPT1A prevents cholesterol uptake and lipid accumulation by increasing the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα(PPARα)level through regulation of Class B scavenger receptor type 1(SRB1)and cluster of differentiation 36(CD36).Furthermore,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway promotes tumor cell proliferation in ccRCC,which is related to the enhanced expression of CD36.Functionally,weakened CPT1A expression is critical for lipid accumulation to promote ccRCC development.Collectively,our research unveiled a novel function of CPT1A in lipid metabolism via PPARα/CD36 axis,which provides a new theoretical explanation for the pathogenesis of ccRCC.Targeting CPT1A may be a potential therapeutic strategy to treat ccRCC.Hui Yang Hongbo Zhao Zhongkun Ren Xiaojia Yi Qiao Zhang Zhe Yang Yingmin Kuang Yuechun Zhu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,2:4
3Zircon U-Pb Ages and Hf Isotopes of Neoproterozoic Meta-Igneous Rocks in the Liansandao Area,Northern Sulu Orogen,Eastern China,and the Tectonic Implications显示文摘The Sulu Orogen preserves the Neoproterozoic tectonic-magmatic events,corresponding to the breaking up of the Rodinia supercontinent.The ages and petrogenesis of meta-igneous rocks in the Liansandao area in the northern Sulu Orogen are not well-constrained.This study reports zircon U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes of these rocks from the Liansandao area.Three meta-igneous rock samples give similar weighted mean 206 Pb/238 U ages of 744±11,767±12,and 762±15 Ma,respectively,indicating the Neoproterozoic crystallization ages.These rocks formed coevally with the Wulian and Yangkou intrusions that located along the Yantai-Qingdao-Wulian fault zone.The Neoproterozoic ages indicate that the meta-igneous rocks from the Liansandao area have affinity to the Yangtze Block.The three samples haveεHf(t)values of-7.2–-10.5,-6.0–-17.5,and-6.8–-12.0,respectively.These negativeεHf(t)values indicate a primarily crustal source.However,the widely variousεHf(t)values that are higher than the continental crust,suggesting magma mixing between mantle-derived materials and the continental crust or source heterogeneity.Combined with the Hf model ages and geochemical characteristics,the monzodiorite(sample LSD-2)is most likely to be mantle-derived magma then interacted with ancient continental crust,and the granitic protolith(samples LSD-1 and LSD-3)in the Liansandao area might derive from the re-melting of a Paleoproterozoic continental crust at^750 Ma,resulting from the upwelling and underplating of mantle-derived magma formed in an extensional setting due to the break-up of the Rodinia supercontinent.Zhaojun Song Huimin Liu Fanxue Meng Xingyu Yuan Qiao Feng Dingwu Zhou Juan Ramon Vidal Romani Hongbo Yan 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,6:4

6Potassium ferrate pretreatment promotes short chain fatty acids yield and antibiotics reduction in acidogenic fermentation of sewage sludge显示文摘During the acidogenic fermentation converting waste activated sludge (WAS) into shortchain fatty acids (SCFA), hydrolysis of complex organic polymers is a limiting step and the transformation of harmful substances (such as antibiotics) during acidogenic fermentation is unknown. In this study, potassium ferrate (KFeO) oxidation was used as a pretreatment strategy for WAS acidogenic fermentation to increase the hydrolysis of sludge and destruct the harmful antibiotics. Pretreatment with KFeOcan effectively increase the SCFA production during acidogenic fermentation and change the distribution of SCFA components.With the dosage of 0.2 g/g TS, the maximum SCFA yield was 4823 mg COD/L, which is 28.3times that of the control group;acetic acid accounts for more than 90% of the total SCFA. The higher dosage (0.5 g/g TS) can further increase the proportion of acetic acid, but inhibit the overall performance of SCFA production. Apart from the promotion of hydrolysis and acidogenesis, KFeOpretreatment can also simultaneously oxidizes and degrades part of the antibiotics in the sludge. When the dosage is 0.5 g/g TS, the degradation efficacy of antibiotics is the most significant, and the contents of ofloxacin, azithromycin, and tetracycline in the sludge are reduced by 69%, 42%, and 50%, respectively. 9Interplanetary transfer optimization using cost function with variable coecients显示文摘In this paper,the optimal interplanetary transfer including planetary escape and capture phases is investigated in the heliocentric frame.Based on primer vector theory,a modi ed cost function with variable coecients is developed to re ect the gravitational e ect more precisely.The necessary conditions as well as the transversality conditions of the new cost function are derived to search the optimal solution in xed-time.By introducing the initial and nal coasts,the optimal interplanetary transfer is extended to the time-free situation.Finally,the proposed method is applied to the Earth-Mars and Earth-Asteroid transfer.Comparisons with existing methods show that the proposed method can provide better transfer performances with high eciency.The proposed method extends the application of primer vector theory and provides a fast and accurate reference for preliminary mission design in spacecraft planetary exploration.Xiangyu Li Dong Qiao Hongbo Chen 2019Astrodynamics2019,3,2:1

11Preparation of Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)@FePO_(4) composite with excellent microwave absorption performance by reduction-diffusion(R/D)and phosphating processes显示文摘Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)composites have always been focused on electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbing field because of their high resonance frequency and magnetic loss.However,the issues of preparation cost and impedance mismatching still limit the industrial conversion and practical application of Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)composites.In this work,the composites of Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)with a phosphate insulation layer(Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)@FePO_(4))were prepared by a newly-developed reduction-diffusion(R/D)and phosphating processes using CeO_(2) as raw mate rials,and their microwave absorption properties were investigated.The composite filled with 30 vol%of the Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)@FePO_(4) has a minimum reflection loss(RL)of-63 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth(EBW,RL<-10 dB)of 3.83 GHz at a thickness of 1.25 mm in the X-band,and the EBW reaches 5 GHz under 0.98 mm in the Ku-band.This study demonstrates that the Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3-δ)@FePO_(4) composite s with low cost and excellent microwave absorption properties have a significant potential for industrial production and practical applications.Zuying Zheng Yunguo Ma Hao Wang Peng Wu Hongbo Hao Liang Qiao Tao Wang Zheng Yang Fashen Li 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,11:1

13Probing the Interfacial Forces and Surface Interaction Mechanisms in Petroleum Production Processes显示文摘Despite the advances that have been made in renewable energy over the past decade,crude oil or petroleum remains one of the most important energy resources to the world.Petroleum production presents many challenging issues,such as the destabilization of complex oil-water emulsions,fouling phenomena on pipelines and other facilities,and water treatment.These problems are influenced by the molecular forces at the oil/water/solid/gas interfaces involved in relevant processes.Herein,we present an overview of recent advances on probing the interfacial forces in several petroleum production processes(e.g.,bitumen extraction,emulsion stabilization and destabilization,fouling and antifouling phenomena,and water treatment)by applying nanomechanical measurement technologies such as a surface forces apparatus(SFA)and an atomic force microscope(AFM).The interaction forces between bitumen and mineral solids or air bubbles in the surrounding fluid media determine the bitumen liberation and flotation efficiency in oil sands production.The stability of complex oil/water emulsions is governed by the forces between emulsion drops and particularly between interface-active species(e.g.,asphaltenes).Various oil components(e.g.,asphaltenes)and emulsion drops interact with different substrate surfaces(e.g.,pipelines or membranes),influencing fouling phenomena,oil-water separation,and wastewater treatment.Quantifying these intermolecular and interfacial forces has advanced the mechanistic understanding of these interfacial interactions,facilitating the development of advanced materials and technologies to solve relevant challenging issues and improve petroleum production processes.Remaining challenges and suggestions on future research directions in the field are also presented.Diling Yang Xuwen Peng Qiongyao Peng Tao Wang Chenyu Qiao Ziqian Zhao Lu Gong Yueliang Liu Hao Zhang Hongbo Zeng 2022Engineering2022,,11:1

16Sodium dodecyl sulfate sensitized electrochemical method for subnanomole level determination of ortho-phenylphenol at a novel disposable electrode显示文摘The electrochemical behavior of ortho-phenylphenol(OPP) at a disposable electrode(an improved wax-impregnated graphite electrode) in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) was studied for the first time.The results demonstrated that the electrocatalytic oxidation process of OPP was accompanied with two-charge-two-proton transference.The electronic transmission coefficient(α) and diffusion coefficient(DR) for OPP were calculated to be 0.8126 and 3.61 × 10-2 cm2/s,respectively.The electrochemical signal was apparently improved by SDS at the disposable electrode and the oxidative peaks current was proportional to the concentration of OPP over the range from 1.0 × 10-9 to 4.0 × 10-6 mol/L with the detection limit of 8.7 × 10-10 mol/L.This novel and highly sensitive method can be successfully applied to detect OPP in the orange rind sample.LI HongBo LI Jing MENG DongMei PENG JinYun QIAO QiuJu YANG ZhanJun XU Qin HU XiaoYa 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,7:0
17Detection and classification of pesticide residues in dandelion(Taraxacum officinale L.)by electronic nose combined with chemometric approaches显示文摘In this study,for the first time a suitable pesticide residue detection system for dandelion(Taraxacum officinale L.)was established based on electronic nose to determine and study the concentration of pesticide residue in dandelion.Dandelions were sprayed with different concentrations of pesticides(avermectin,trichlorfon,deltamethrin,and acetamiprid),respectively.Data collection was performed by application of an electronic nose equipped with 12 metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)sensors.Data analysis was conducted using different methods including BP neural network and random forest(RF)as well as the support vector machine(SVM).The results showed the superior effectiveness of SVM in discrimination and classification of non-exceeding maximum residue limits(MRLs)and exceeding MRLs standards.Moreover,the model trained by SVM has the best performance for the classification of pesticide categories in dandelion,and the classification accuracy was 91.7%.The results of this study can provide reference for further development and construction of efficient detection technology of pesticide residues based on electronic nose for agricultural products.Jianlei Qiao Xinmei Jiang Xiaohui Weng Hongbo Cui Chang Liu Yuanjun Zou Hailing Yu Yucai Feng Zhiyong Chang 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,5:0

20Multiusers Parallel Competitive Channel Protocol Based on Unsaturated Service显示文摘In order to enhance the area throughput of next generation wireless local area network(WLAN)in high density scenarios,orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA)has been adopted as one of the key technologies in the next generation WLAN communication standards.However,the performance of the existing media access control(MAC)degrades significantly under unsaturated services.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-user parallel contention channel MAC(MU-MAC)based on unsaturated services,which can effectively reduce the channel access conflict and improve the OFDMA access efficiency of cluster member nodes.On this basis,MU-MAC is enhanced for the spatial clustering group(SCG)formation protocol and support for the unsaturated service characteristics.Further,the optimal access radius when the service is in a non-saturated state is analyzed to make the relevant theoretical analysis more generally,and the expressions for the throughput and area throughput of the proposed protocol are modeled and derived.The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the efficiency of the protocol performance.The results show that MU-MAC outperforms IEEE 802.11ax and OMAX protocol in area throughput by 40.72%and 104.15%,respectively.Yong Li Miao Gao Xin Xu Guang Zheng Hongbo Qiao Xinming Ma Ping Dong 2023China Communications2023,20,9:0
