| 1 | Characteristics of the lunar samples returned by the Chang'E-5 mission显示文摘Forty-five years after the Apollo and Luna missions returned lunar samples,China's Chang’E-5(CE-5)mission collected new samples from the mid-latitude region in the northeastern Oceanus Procellarum of the Moon.Our study shows that 95%of CE-5 lunar soil sizes are found to be within the range of 1.40-9.35μm,while 95%of the soils by mass are within the size range of 4.84-432.27μm.The bulk density,true density and specific surface area of CE-5 soils are 1.2387 g/cm^(3),3.1952 g/cm^(3) and 0.56 m^(2)/g,respectively.Fragments from the CE-5 regolith are classified into igneous clasts(mostly basalt),agglutinate and glass.A few breccias were also found.The minerals and compositions of CE-5 soils are consistent with mare basalts and can be classified as low-Ti/low-Al/low-K type with lower rare-earth-element contents than materials rich in potassium,rare earth element and phosphorus.CE-5 soils have high FeO and low Mg index,which could represent a new class of basalt. | Chunlai Li Hao Hu Meng-Fei Yang Zhao-Yu Pei Qin Zhou Xin Ren Bin Liu Dawei Liu Xingguo Zeng Guangliang Zhang Hongbo Zhang Jianjun Liu Qiong Wang Xiangjin Deng Caijin Xiao Yonggang Yao Dingshuai Xue Wei Zuo Yan Su Weibin Wen Ziyuan Ouyang | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,2: | 12 |

| 5 | Overexpression CPT1A reduces lipid accumulation via PPARα/CD36 axis to suppress the cell proliferation in ccRCC显示文摘Clear cell renal carcinoma(ccRCC)is histologically defined by its cytoplasmic lipid deposits.Lipid metabolism disorder largely increases the risk of ccRCC.In this study,we aimed to investigate the biological functions and molecular mechanisms of carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1A(CPT1A)in ccRCC.Our results showed that CPT1A is decreased in ccRCC clinical samples and cell lines compared with that in normal samples.Lentivirus overexpressing CPT1A was used to investigate the neoplastic phenotypes of ccRCC,and the results showed that lipid accumulation and tumor growth are attenuated both in vitro and in vivo.In addition,CPT1A prevents cholesterol uptake and lipid accumulation by increasing the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorα(PPARα)level through regulation of Class B scavenger receptor type 1(SRB1)and cluster of differentiation 36(CD36).Furthermore,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway promotes tumor cell proliferation in ccRCC,which is related to the enhanced expression of CD36.Functionally,weakened CPT1A expression is critical for lipid accumulation to promote ccRCC development.Collectively,our research unveiled a novel function of CPT1A in lipid metabolism via PPARα/CD36 axis,which provides a new theoretical explanation for the pathogenesis of ccRCC.Targeting CPT1A may be a potential therapeutic strategy to treat ccRCC. | Hui Yang Hongbo Zhao Zhongkun Ren Xiaojia Yi Qiao Zhang Zhe Yang Yingmin Kuang Yuechun Zhu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,2: | 4 |

Semi-solid 60Si2Mn can be described as compressible rigid visco-plastic porous material saturated with liquid. In terms of thermo-mechanical coupling condition, the distributions of stress, velocity and temperature were studied using software MARC. | 7 | Effects of urban street trees on human thermal comfort and physiological indices: a case study in Changchun city, China显示文摘Planting trees along urban streets is one of the most important strategies to improve the urban thermal environment.However,the net impacts of urban street trees on human thermal comfort and physiological parameters are still less clear.On three similar east-west orientated streets with different degrees of tree cover-low(13%),medium(35%),and high(75%),urban microclimatic parameters and human physiological indices for six male students were simultaneously measured on three cloudless days in summer 2018.The results show that the differences in tree cover were predominant in influencing urban thermal environment and comfort.The street with the highest tree cover had significantly lower physiological equivalent temperature(PET) and more comfortable than the other two streets.The frequency of strong heat stress(PET> 35℃) was 64%,11 %,and 0%,respectively,for streets with low,medium,and high tree cover.For the six male university students,human physiological indices varied greatly across the three streets with different tree cover.Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and pulse rate increased with decreasing tree cover.The results also suggest that urban thermal environment and comfort had considerable impact on human physiological parameters.Our study provides reasons for urban planners to plant trees along streets to improve the thermal environment and promote urban sustainability. | Zhibin Ren Hongbo Zhao Yao Fu Lu Xiao Yulin Dong | 2022 | Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,3: | 4 |

| 16 | Nucleation and growth mechanisms of γ〞 phase with single-unit-cell height in Mg-RE-Zn(Ag) series alloys: a first-principles study显示文摘The highly thermal stability precipitates strengthen creep resistance for alloys,which require precipitates to resist coarsen at elevated temperature.In the Mg-RE-Zn(Ag)series alloys,the key strengthening phase-γ'phase,remains its single-unit-cell height throughout aging process.The origin of such extremely thermal stability ofγ'phase is still unclear.By using the first-principles calculations,it is found that the formation ofγ'phase introduces compressive strain to its surroundingα-Mg lattice and simultaneously alter charge distribution ofα-Mg lattice near theα-Mg/γ'hetero-interface.These two variations overα-Mg lattice lead to lower vacancy formation energies and migration energy barriers for solute atoms near theα-Mg/γ'hetero-interface in comparison with that of bulk condition.Consequently,the variations facilitate rapid diffusion of solute atoms near theγ'phase and promote nucleation rate of otherγ'plates around it.On the basis of ledge-thickening model,the origin of nucleation/growth ofγ'phase with single-unit-cell height was explained.Thermodynamically and kinetically,the solute atoms are not apt to migrate into the nearest basal plane adjacent to theγ'phase.Moreover,the lower aging temperature(~200℃)and almost completely coherentα-Mg/γ'hetero-interface lead to the ledges are extremely hard to nucleate on the hetero-interface.Therefore,γ'plates maintain single-unit-cell height throughout aging process. | Junyuan Bai Hongbo Xie Xueyong Pang Guo Yuan Lei Wang Yuping Ren Gaowu Qin | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,20: | 1 |

| 19 | Anomalous crystal structure of γ' phase in the Mg-RE-Zn(Ag) series alloys:Causality clarified by ab initio study显示文摘The crystal structure of the single-unit-cell thickness γ ' phase,as a key strengthening phase in Mg-REZn(Ag) series alloys,has been extensively studied,and several structural models have been proposed in the past two decades.However,these reported models,and even the lattice constants at the same proposed structure,are scattered severely,which has led to considerable confusion and not available for further mechanical property simulation and prediction of Mg alloys containing this phase.In this study,by using first-principles calculations,the crystal structure of y' phase is clarified,resolving the discrepancies among different experiments,and its intrinsic mechanical properties have also been studied for the first time.It is verified that the γ ' phase contains quasi-five atomic layers,instead of the previously reported tri-layer,and surprisingly,its crystal structure has many variants,which would change with the alloy composition.Besides,with the help of the simulated selected area electron diffraction(SAED) patterns,it is found that the atoms in the central layer remain partially ordered distribution,and this ordered extent primarily depends on the atomic ratio of RE:Zn(Ag) and the solute content in an alloy.That is,the ordered extent increases with decreasing the atomic ratio of RE:Zn(Ag) and/or increasing solute content of alloy,and vice versa.Ag and Zn dissolved in the γ' phase would produce almost opposed mechanical anisotropy for the γ ' phase under the identical crystal structure,and the addition of Ag shows more efficient on increasing the shear modulus of γ' phase. | Junyuan Bai Xueyong Pang Xiangying Meng Hongbo Xie Hucheng Pan Yuping Ren Min Jiang Gaowu Qin | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,36,1: | 1 |
