| 1 | A critical epitope in CD147 facilitates memory CD4^(+) T-cell hyper-activation in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘The abnormal activation of CD4^(+)CD45RO+memory T(Tm)cells plays an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Previous studies have shown that CD147 participates in T-cell activation.However,it remains unclear whether CD147 is involved in abnormal Tm-cell activation in RA patients.In this study,we demonstrated that CD147 was predominantly upregulated in Tm cells derived from RA patients.The anti-CD147 mAb 5A12 specifically inhibited Tm-cell activation and proliferation and further restrained osteoclastogenesis.Using a structural–functional approach,we depicted the interface between 5A12 and CD147.This allowed us to identify two critical residues,Lys63 and Asp65,as potential targets for RA treatment,as the double mutation K63A/D65A inhibited Tm-cell activation,mimicking the neutralization by 5A12.This study provides not only a theoretical basis for a“CD147-Tm/Osteoclast-RA chain”for the potential prevention and treatment of RA or other T-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases but also a new target for related drug design and development. | Na Guo Sheng Ye Kui Zhang Xiaoling Yu Hongyong Cui Xiangmin Yang Peng lin Minghua Lv Jinlin Miao Yang Zhang Qing Han Rongguang Zhang Zhinan Chen Ping Zhu | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019，16，6： | 6 |
| 2 | Variation of fluxes of water vapor, sensible heat and carbon dioxide above winter wheat and maize canopies显示文摘Surface energy fluxes were measured using Bowen-Ratio Energy Balance technique (BREB) and eddy correlation system at Luancheng of Hebei Province, on the North China Plain from 1999 to 2001. Average diumal variation of surface energy fluxes and CO2 flux for maize showed the inverse 'U 'type. The average peak fluxes did not appear at noon, but after noon. The average peak CO2 flux was about 1.65 mgm-2 s-1. Crop water use efficiency (WUE) increased quickly in the morning, stabilized after 10:00 and decreased quickly after 15:00 with no evident peak value. The ratio of latent heat flux (λE) to net solar radiation (Rn) was always higher than 70% during winter wheat and maize seasons. The seasonal average ratio of sensible heat flux (H) divided by Rn stayed at about 15% above the field surface; the seasonal average ratio of conductive heat flux (G) divided by Rn varied between 5% and 13%, and the average G/Rn from the wheat canopy was evidently higher than that from the maize canopy. The evaporative fraction (EF) is correlated to the Bowen ratio in a reverse function. EF for winter wheat increased quickly during that revival stage, after the stage, it gradually stabilized to 1.0, and fluctuated around 1.0. | 11 | Highly adaptive and broadband triboelectric energy harvester with stretching silicone rubber strip for variable harmonic frequency vibration显示文摘An enormous number of wireless sensing nodes(WSNs)are of great significance for the Internet of Things(IoT).It is tremendously prospective to realize the in-situ power supply of WSNs by harvesting unutilized mechanical vibration energy.A harmonic silicone rubber triboelectric nanogenerator(HSR-TENG)is developed focusing on ubiquitous constant working frequency machinery.The unique design of the strip serving as a flexible resonator realizes both soft contact and high and broadband output.The significant factors influencing the 1^(st)-order vibration mode of the strip are developed for realizing the harmonic frequency adaptation to external vibration.The surface treatment of the strip improves the output performance of HSR-TENG by 49.1%as well as eliminates the adhesion effect.The HSR-TENG is able to achieve a voltage output bandwidth of 19 Hz under a vibration strength of 3.0,showing its broadband capability.The peak power density of 153.9 W/m^(3)is achieved and 12×0.5 W light-emitting diodes(LEDs)are successfully illuminated by the HSR-TENG.It can continuously power a temperature sensor by harvesting the actual compressor vibration energy.In brief,the HSR-TENG provides a promising way for constant frequency vibration energy harvesting,so as to achieve in-situ power supply for the WSNs in the vicinity. | Taili Du Dianlong Shen Ziyue Xi Hongyong Yu Fangyang Dong Cong Zhao Meixian Zhu Yongjiu Zou Peiting Sun Minyi Xu | 2024 | Nano Research2024，17，5： | 0 |
