| 2 | Genome Analysis of Dasineura jujubifolia Toursvirus 2,A Novel Ascovirus显示文摘So far,ascoviruses have only been identified from Lepidoptera host insects and their transmission vectors-endoparasitic wasps.Here,we reported the first finding of a complete novel ascovirus genome from a Diptera insect,Dasineura jujubifolia.Initially,sequence fragments with homology to ascoviruses were incidentally identified during metagenomic sequencing of the mitochondria of D.jujubifolia(Cecidomyiidae,Diptera)which is a major pest on Ziziphus jujuba.Then a full circular viral genome was assembled from the metagenomic data,which has an A+T percentage of 74%and contains 142,600 bp with 141 open reading frames(ORFs).Among the 141 ORFs,37 were conserved in all sequenced ascoviruses(core genes)including proteins predicted to participate in DNA replication,gene transcription,protein modification,virus assembly,lipid metabolism and apoptosis.Multi-gene families including those encode for baculovirus repeated open reading frames(BROs),myristylated membrane proteins,RING/U-box E3 ubiquitin ligases,and ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters were found in the virus genome.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the newly identified virus belongs to genus Toursvirus of Ascoviridae,and is therefore named as Dasineura jujubifolia toursvirus 2(DjTV-2a).The virus becomes the second reported species of the genus after Diadromus pulchellus toursvirus 1(DpTV-1a).The genome arrangement of DjTV-2a is quite different from that of DpTV-1a,suggesting these two viruses separated in an early time of evolution.The results suggest that the ascoviruses may infect a much broader range of hosts than our previous knowledge,and shed lights on the evolution of ascoviruses and particularly on that of the toursviruses. | Jun Wang Minglu Yang Haibing Xiao Guo-Hua Huang Fei Deng Zhihong Hu | 2020 | Virologica Sinica2020,35,2: | 4 |
| 3 | Influence of External Electric Field and Pre-ionization on Characteristics of Discharge Plasma in High-power Xenon Flashlamp显示文摘This work is devoted to experimentally study the characteristics of discharge plasma in high power xenon flashlamps.In the experiments,plasma channel profiles are captured by using a high speed CCD camera,and the radiation energy of the flashlamp is obtained by a pyroelectric energy meter.Voltage and current curves are recorded to shed light on the plasma characteristics.With these diagnostic methods,typical factors influencing the evolution process of plasma channel are studied,including the external electric field and the pre-ionization.The electric potential distribution in the flashlamp influence the plasma channel characteristics the most significantly.The plasma channel pattern for the cases with grounded wires is different from that with ungrounded metal wires.When the wire is ungrounded,it is the coupling voltage between the metal wire and the flashlamp that influences the development of plasma channel.In terms of radiation efficiency,it is proven that there is an optimal interval within 200~300μs between the pre-ionization pulse and the main pulse. | LIU Jianjun LI Haibing HU Lili LI Xingwen YANG Zefeng JIA Shenli e | 2013 | 高电压技术2013,39,9: | 2 |
| 4 | Tracking the multiple-step formation of an iron(Ⅲ) complex and its application in photodynamic therapy for breast cancer显示文摘A tandem reaction of pyridin-2-ylmethanamine(L1′) with 8-hydroxyquinoline-2-carbaldehyde(HL1) assisted by FeCl_3 was observed to give the new nitrogen heterocycle HL3(HL3=2-(imidazo[1,5-a]pyridin-3-yl)quinolin-8-ol) as its Fe(Ⅲ) complex,[Fe(L3)Cl_2](Fe1). Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) reveals its formation involves three steps:(1) coordination of both HL1 and L1′ to Fe,(2) aldehyde-amine coupling, and(3) ring closure. The results of electronic absorption spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and density functional theory(DFT) calculations show the proximity of the optical transition energy to that of the excitation of ~3O_2 to ~1O_2, which prompted us to explore its application as a photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy(PDT). Photo-toxicity studies show that Fe1 exhibits the highest anti-proliferation efficiency in human breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells under light irradiation. | 8 | Assessment of International GNSS Service Global Ionosphere Map products over China region based on measurements from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China显示文摘The global ionosphere maps(GIM)provided by the International GNSS Service(IGS)are extensively utilized for ionospheric morphology monitoring,scientific research,and practical application.Assessing the credibility of GIM products in data-sparse regions is of paramount importance.In this study,measurements from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China(CMONOC)are leveraged to evaluate the suitability of IGS-GIM products over China region in 2013-2014.The indices of mean error(ME),root mean square error(RMSE),and normalized RMSE(NRMSE)are then utilized to quantify the accuracy of IGS-GIM products.Results revealed distinct local time and latitudinal dependencies in IGS-GIM errors,with substantially high errors at nighttime(NRMSE:39%)and above 40°latitude(NRMSE:49%).Seasonal differences also emerged,with larger equinoctial deviations(NRMSE:33.5%)compared with summer(20%).A preliminary analysis implied that the irregular assimilation of sparse IGS observations,compounded by China’s distinct geomagnetic topology,may manifest as error variations.These results suggest that modeling based solely on IGS-GIM observations engenders inadequate representations across China and that a thorough examination would proffer the necessary foundation for advancing regional total electron content(TEC)constructions. | Jin Hu HaiBing Ruan FuQing Huang ShengYang Gu XianKang Dou | 2024 | Earth and Planetary Physics2024,8,2: | 1 |
