2Study on improvement of conductivity of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys显示文摘The influence of alloying, heat treatment, and plastic working on the performance of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys was investigated. The precipitated phases were characterized as Cr, Cu51Zr14 and Cu5Zr. Cu-Cr-Zr alloys demonstrate combination properties of high strength and high conductivity after solution treatment, aging treatment, and plastic deformation. 3Genesis of the high gamma sandstone of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin,China显示文摘Recently, more attention has been paid on the high gamma sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin, China. These high gamma sandstones have logging characteristics different from conventional sandstones, which influences the identification of sandstone reservoirs. Zhang et al (2010) proposed that the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation might be the result of re-deposition of homochronous sedimentary tuffs or previous tuffs as a part of the sandstone. However, we present a different viewpoint: 1) few tuffs or tuff debris have been found in the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation; 2) high gamma (or high Th content) sandstones of Yanchang Formation are not related to either clay minerals or feldspar; 3) the heavy minerals in the sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation are dominated by zircon, which is characterized by abnormally high Th and U contents, up to 2,163 ppm and 1,362 ppm, respectively. This is sufficient to explain the high gamma anomaly. 4Tectonic Evolution of the Tianhuan Depression and the Western Margin of the Late Triassic Ordos显示文摘The Ordos Basin is one of the most important oil and gas basins in China. Based on surface outcrop, key exploratory wells and seismic reflection data and by using the technology of 'prototype basin recovery', seismic profile 'layer flattening' and 'restoration of balanced section',and other methods, the sedimentary boundary, structure and the evolution history of the Tianhuan depression on the western margin of the Ordos Basin are reestablished. The following results have been obtained. (1) The west boundary of the Late Triassic Ordos Basin was far beyond the scope of the current basin. The basin is connected with the Late Triassic Hexi Corridor Basin, and its western margin did not have tectonic characteristics of a foreland basin. (2) The Tianhuan depression was first formed in the Late Jurassic. At the late stage it was impacted by the late Yanshanian and Himalayan tectonic movement and the depression axis gradually moved eastwards to the present location with a cumulative migration distance of ~30 km. 5Experimental investigation on thermal conductivity and viscosity of aluminum nitride nanofluid显示文摘Aluminum nitride nanoparticles (AlNs) have been found to be a good additive for enhancing the thermal conductivity of traditional heat exchange fluids.At a volume fraction of 0.1,the thermal conductivity enhancement ratios are 38.71% and 40.2%,respectively,for ethylene glycol and propylene glycol as the base fluids.Temperature does not have much influence on the enhanced thermal conductivity ratios of the nanofluids,though a volume fraction of 5.0% appears to signify a critical concentration for rheology:for<5.0 vol% for Newtonian behavior,and for >5.0 vol% for obvious shear-shinning behavior,for both ethylene glycol and propylene glycol.Wei Yu Huaqing Xie Yang Li Lifei Chen 2011Particuology2011,9,2:9

7Effectiveness of Catch-Up Vaccinations after COVID-19 Containment--China,2020显示文摘Introduction:In the early stages of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic in China,the highest level of public health emergency response(Level 1 Response)was launched in all province-level administrative divisions(PLADs)across the country.Provision of vaccination services was selectively suspended due to the physical distancing and gathering restrictions required of Level 1 Response.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on vaccination services and the effectiveness of selective vaccination service suspension and catch-up vaccinations in China.Methods:Vaccine doses administered,routine vaccination coverage levels,catch-up vaccine doses administered,and coverage levels after the catch-up campaign were determined from individual vaccination records in sampled clinics,standard routine immunization administrative coverage reports,and catch-up vaccination activity reports submitted by PLADs between October 2019 and October 2020.Results:National Immunization Program(NIP)and non-NIP vaccine doses administered in sampled clinics decreased by 80% and 90%,respectively,compared with doses administered before the COVID-19 pandemic.Coverage with the birth dose of hepatitis B vaccine(HepB1)and the Bacillus Calmette-Guérin vaccine(BCG)—two vaccinations recommended to continue throughout the epidemic due to their timecritical nature—were maintained at over 85%,while coverage of other NIP vaccines decreased to below 60%by February 2020.Catch-up vaccination coverage of the 29 PLADs,excluding Xinjiang and Xizang(Tibet),began in April 2020 and exceeded 90%;Hubei catch-up coverage was 95% by October 2020.Conclusions and Implications for Public Health Practice:The COVID-19 pandemic had a great impact on China’s vaccination services.During the epidemic and time of local transmission of the coronavirus,HepB1,BCG,rabies vaccine for postexposure prophylaxis,and tetanus antitoxin(TAT)for wound prophylaxis were maintained at high levels.Of the 69 million vaccine doses postponed during the time of local transmission of the coronavirus,94% were administered in the catch-up campaign.China’s pandemic immunization practices may provide evidence for other countries’immunization programs.Jing Wu Wenzhou Yu Lei Cao Lingsheng Cao Lance Rodewald Jiakai Ye Yifan Song Li Li Xiaoxue Liu Ning Wen Fuzhen Wang Lixin Hao Yixing Li Hui Zheng Keli Li Chao Ma Dan Wu Yanmin Liu Guomin Zhang Zhijie An Huaqing Wang Zundong Yin 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,50:6
8Study on the performance of TEG with heat transfer enhancement using graphene-water nanofluid for a TEG cooling system显示文摘Improvement of the heat transfer effect of cold side of a thermoelectric generator(TEG) is one of the approaches to enhance the performance of the TEG systems.As a new type of heat transfer media,nanofluids can enhance the heat transfer performance of working liquid significantly.In this study,the performance of a commercial TEG with graphene-water(GW) nanofluid as coolants in a minichannel heat exchanger is investigated experimentally at low temperatures.The results show that the output power of TEG increases with the flow rate under 950 mL/min.However,the fluid flow rate has no influence on the output power of TEG with higher flow rate(larger than 950 mL/min) when the heat transfer dynamic balance state of the system is reached.The optimal concentration and flow rate of nanofluid are 0.1 wt%and 950 mL/min,respectively.At the optimal conditions,the improved voltage,output power and conversion efficiency with GW nanofluid applied in the cooling system are increased by11.29%,21.55%and 3.5%in comparison with those with only water applied,respectively.LI YiHuai WU ZiHua XIE HuaQing XING JiaoJiao MAO JianHui WANG Yuan Yuan LI Zhen 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,8:5
9Generation of obese rat model by transcription activator-like effector nucleases targeting the leptin receptor gene显示文摘The laboratory rat is a valuable mammalian model organism for basic research and drug discovery. Here we demonstrate an efficient methodology by applying transcription activator-like effector nucleases(TALENs) technology to generate Leptin receptor(Lepr) knockout rats on the Sprague Dawley(SD) genetic background. Through direct injection of in vitro transcribed m RNA of TALEN pairs into SD rat zygotes, somatic mutations were induced in two of three resulting pups. One of the founders carrying bi-allelic mutation exhibited early onset of obesity and infertility. The other founder carried a chimeric mutation which was efficiently transmitted to the progenies. Through phenotyping of the resulting three lines of rats bearing distinct mutations in the Lepr locus, we found that the strains with a frame-shifted or premature stop codon mutation led to obesity and metabolic disorders. However, no obvious defect was observed in a strain with an in-frame 57 bp deletion in the extracellular domain of Lepr. This suggests the deleted amino acids do not significantly affect Lepr structure and function. This is the first report of generating the Lepr mutant obese rat model in SD strain through a reverse genetic approach. 10Learning-Based Joint Resource Slicing and Scheduling in Space-Terrestrial Integrated Vehicular Networks显示文摘In this paper,we investigate the resource slicing and scheduling problem in the space-terrestrial integrated vehicular networks to support both delay-sensitive services(DSSs)and delay-tolerant services(DTSs).Resource slicing and scheduling are to allocate spectrum resources to different slices and determine user association and bandwidth allocation for individual vehicles.To accommodate the dynamic network conditions,we first formulate a joint resource slicing and scheduling(JRSS)problem to minimize the long-term system cost,including the DSS requirement violation cost,DTS delay cost,and slice reconfiguration cost.Since resource slicing and scheduling decisions are interdependent with different timescales,we decompose the JRSS problem into a large-timescale resource slicing subproblem and a small-timescale resource scheduling subproblem.We propose a two-layered reinforcement learning(RL)-based JRSS scheme to find the solutions to the subproblems.In the resource slicing layer,spectrum resources are pre-allocated to different slices via a proximal policy optimization-based RL algorithm.In the resource scheduling layer,spectrum resources in each slice are scheduled to individual vehicles based on dynamic network conditions and service requirements via matching-based algorithms.We conduct extensive trace-driven experiments to demonstrate that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the system cost while satisfying service quality requirements.Huaqing Wu Jiayin Chen Conghao Zhou Junling Li Xuemin(Sherman)Shen 2021Journal of Communications and Information Networks2021,6,3:3

13The gap report of global climate change mitigation, finance, and governance after the United States declared its withdrawal from the Paris Agreement显示文摘On 1 June 2017, the US President Donald Trump officially announced the withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, thus the study on the reasons of withdrawal, the potential impacts, and coping strategies has become a focus among policy circles and of the international community. Based on the self-developed US Policy Assessment Model, this paper systematically evaluates the three potential 'major deficits' in terms of mitigation, climate finance, and global climate governance, as a result of the US withdrawal from the Paris Agreement and puts forward policy suggestions for coping with such transformations accordingly. The study shows that the United States 'withdrawal from the Paris Agreement will affect the existence and implementation of successive climate policies and result in an additional 8.8-13.4% increase in the global emissions reduction deficit.The United States' withdrawal will also deteriorate the existing climate finance mechanism. The Green Climate Fund(GCF)'s funding gap will increase by US$2 billion, while the gap of long-term climate finance will increase by about US$5 billion a year. 15A novel sparse feature extraction method based on sparse signal via dual-channel self-adaptive TQWT显示文摘Sparse signal is a kind of sparse matrices which can carry fault information and simplify the signal at the same time.This can effectively reduce the cost of signal storage,improve the efficiency of data transmission,and ultimately save the cost of equipment fault diagnosis in the aviation field.At present,the existing sparse decomposition methods generally extract sparse fault characteristics signals based on orthogonal basis atoms,which limits the adaptability of sparse decomposition.In this paper,a self-adaptive atom is extracted by the improved dual-channel tunable Q-factor wavelet transform(TQWT)method to construct a self-adaptive complete dictionary.Finally,the sparse signal is obtained by the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm.The atoms obtained by this method are more flexible,and are no longer constrained to an orthogonal basis to reflect the oscillation characteristics of signals.Therefore,the sparse signal can better extract the fault characteristics.The simulation and experimental results show that the selfadaptive dictionary with the atom extracted from the dual-channel TQWT has a stronger decomposition freedom and signal matching ability than orthogonal basis dictionaries,such as discrete cosine transform(DCT),discrete Hartley transform(DHT)and discrete wavelet transform(DWT).In addition,the sparse signal extracted by the self-adaptive complete dictionary can reflect the time-domain characteristics of the vibration signals,and can more accurately extract the bearing fault feature frequency.Junlin LI Huaqing WANG Liuyang SONG 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,7:2
16Texture of deformed Cu-Cr-Zr alloys显示文摘The influences of plastic deformation, aging treatment, and alloying elements on the texture of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys were explored. The texture component and intensity of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys under various working conditions after aging treatment were characterized using the orientation distributing function (ODF). The influence of Zr content on the texture of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys was also analyzed. The reduction pass and deformation level were primary factors influencing the texture. Rolling texture appeared in a rolled plate and the fibrous textures of {111} and {001} were detected after 80% deformation. Fibrous texture with a main constituent of {111} improved the tensile strength of the alloy wire. The texture contents of {110}<331> and {110}<112> were predominated, whereas, those of {113}<332> and {112}<111> were in the minority in the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy with a higher Zr content (>0.5wt%). 17Targeting EZH1/2 induces cell cycle arrest and inhibits cell proliferation through reactivation of p57CDKN1C and TP53INP1 in mantle cell lymphoma显示文摘Objective: To explore the effect of dysregulation of epigenetic regulator EZH1 and EZH2 on the proliferation in MCL and the underlying mechanisms.Methods: In this study, we elucidated the role of EZH1 and EZH2 overexpression by immunohistochemistry and correlated them to clinical outcome in 41 MCL patients.Quantitative real-time PCR and Western blot were applied to confirm the level of EZH1 and EZH2 in well-characterized MCL cell lines which were compared to those of na?ve B cells.Then we manipulated the expression of EZH1 and EZH2 in MCL cells using CRISPR/Cas9 system to directly investigate their functional roles in MCL.We also evaluated the effect of two small molecule selective inhibitors, EPZ005687 and UNC1999, on MCL cell proliferation, cell cycle distribution and apoptosis in vitro.Finally, we performed RNA-sequencing(RNA-Seq) and Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP) assay to further gain insight into the underlying molecular mechanisms.Results: We found that EZH2 protein is overexpressed in approximately half of this cohort of MCL cases.More importantly, the overexpression of EZH2 is associated with poor OS in the patients.Nevertheless, simple EZH2 depletion in vitro has little impact on the viability of MCL cells, predominantly because of the consequent up-regulation of EZH1.Consistently, UNC1999, a dual EZH1/2 inhibitor, unlike the EZH2 selective inhibitor EPZ005687, exerts a potent inhibitory effect on MCL cells.Furthermore, we discover CDKN1C and TP53 INP1 as the two important cell cycle regulators, the expression of which are repressed by EZH1/2 mediated epigenetic regulation and are restored by EZH1/2 dual inhibition.Conclusions: Our study suggests that EZH2 participates in the pathogenesis of MCL which may serve as a potential biomarker for prognosis prediction.The dual inhibition of EZH1/2 is a promising therapeutic strategy for MCL.Wei Li Chengfeng Bi Yating Han Tian Tian Xianhuo Wang Huijing Bao Xiaoying Xu Xuhan Zhang Lu Liu Weiwei Zhang Hai Gao Huaqing Wang Huilai Zhang Bin Meng Xi Wang Kai Fu 2019Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,3:2
18A multi-center,open-label,randomized,parallel-controlled phase II study comparing pharmacokinetic,pharmacodynamics and safety of ripertamab(SCT400)to rituximab(Mab Thera?)in patients with CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma显示文摘Objective:This multi-center,open-label,randomized,parallel-controlled phaseⅡstudy aimed to compare the pharmacokinetics(PK),pharmacodynamics(PD)and safety profile of ripertamab(SCT400),a recombinant antiCD20 monoclonal antibody,to rituximab(MabThera^(■))in patients with CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods:Patients with CD20-positive B-cell NHL who achieved complete remission or unconfirmed complete remission after standard treatment were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio to receive a single dose of ripertamab(375mg/m^(2))or rituximab(MabThera^(■),375 mg/m^(2)).PK was evaluated using area under the concentration-time curve(AUC)from time 0 to d 85(AUC_(0-85d)),AUC from time 0 to week 1(AUC0-1 w),AUC from time 0 to week 2(AUC_(0-2 w)),AUC from time 0 to week 3(AUC_(0-3 w)),AUC from time 0 to week 8(AUC_(0-8 w)),maximum serum concentration(C_(max)),terminal half-life(T_(1/2)),time to maximum serum concentration(T_(max))and clearance(CL).Bioequivalence was confirmed if the 90%confidence interval(90%CI)of the geometric mean ratio of ripertamab/rituximab was within the pre-defined bioequivalence range of 80.0%-125.0%.PD,immunogenicity,and safety were also evaluated.Results:From December 30,2014 to November 24,2015,a total of 84 patients were randomized(ripertamab,n=42;rituximab,n=42)and the PK analysis was performed on 76 patients(ripertamab,n=38;rituximab,n=38).The geometric mean ratios of ripertamab/rituximab for AUC_(0-85d),ATC_(0-inf),and Cmaxwere 96.1%(90%CI:87.6%-105.5%),95.9%(90%CI:86.5%-106.4%)and 97.4%(90%CI:91.6%-103.6%),respectively.All PK parameters met the pre-defined bioequivalence range of 80.0%-125.0%.For PD and safety evaluation,there was no statistical difference in peripheral CD 19-positive B-cell counts and CD20-positive B-cell counts at each visit,and no difference in the incidence of anti-drug antibodies was observed between the two groups.The incidences of treatment-emergent adverse events and treatment-related adverse events were also comparable between the two groups.Conclusions:In this study,the PK,PD,immunogenicity,and safety profile of ripertamab(SCT400)were similar to rituximab(MabThera^(■))in Chinese patients with CD20-positive B-cell NHL.Xiaohong Han Mingzhi Zhang Huaqing Wang Qingyuan Zhang Wei Li Miaowang Hao Yuhuan Gao Jie Jin Hanyun Ren Yun Tang Xiaonan Hong Xiaoyan Ke Hang Su Lin Gui Jianmin Luo Liangzhi Xie Wenlin Gai Yuankai Shi 2022Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,6:1
