| 4 | A novel TIR-NBS-LRR gene regulates immune response to Phytophthora root rot in soybean显示文摘Phytophthora root rot(PRR),caused by Phytophthora sojae,is a devastating disease of soybean.The NBSLRR gene family is a class of plant genes involved in disease resistance.miRNA mediates plant response to biotic stresses by regulating the expression of target genes at the transcriptional or post-translational level.Glyma.16G135500,encoding an NBS-LRR-type protein,is a target of gma-miR1510 that responds to pathogen infections.We cloned and overexpressed Glyma.16G135500(naming it GmTNL16)and knocked down mi R1510 using short tandem target mimic technology to identify the roles of the GmTNL16/gma-mi R1510 pair in the interaction of soybean and the oomycete.By overexpressing GmTNL16 in transgenic hairy roots of soybean,we showed that biomass of P.sojae was lower in overexpressing hairy roots than in control roots.Thus,miR1510 expression was reduced upon P.sojae infection,reflecting the induced expression of GmTNL16 conferring resistance to P.sojae in soybean.Differentially expressed genes were enriched in plant-pathogen interaction,plant hormone signal transduction,and secondary metabolism by RNA sequencing analyze.In particular,jasmonate and salicylic acid pathway-associated genes,including JAZ,COI1,TGA,and PR,responded to P.sojae infection.All of these results indicate that the GmTNL16/gma-miR1510 pair participates in soybean defense response via the JA and SA pathways. | Li Zhou Sushuang Deng Huidong Xuan Xingxing Fan Ruidong Sun Jinming Zhao Haitang Wang Na Guo Han Xing | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,6: | 1 |

| 6 | Quantifying the response of surface urban heat island to urbanization using the annual temperature cycle model显示文摘Urban heat island(UHI),driving by urbanization,plays an important role in urban sustainability under climate change.However,the quantification of UHI’s response to urbanization is still challenging due to the lack of robust and continuous temperature and urbanization datasets and reliable quantification methods.This study proposed a framework to quantify the response of surface UHI(SUHI)to urban expansion using the annual temperate cycle model.We built a continuous annual SUHI series at the buffer level from 2003 to 2018 in the Jing-Jin-Ji region of China using MODIS land surface temperature and imperviousness derived from Landsat.We then investigated the spatiotemporal dynamic of SUHI under urban expansion and examined the underlying mechanism.Spatially,the largest SUHI interannual variations occurred in suburban areas compared to the urban center and rural areas.Temporally,the increase in SUHI under urban expansion was more significant in daytime compare to nighttime.We found that the seasonal variation of SUHI was largely affected by the seasonal variations of vegetation in rural areas and the interannual variation was mainly attributed to urban expansion in urban areas.Additionally,urban greening led to the decrease in summer daytime SHUI in central urban areas.These findings deepen the understanding of the long-term spatiotemporal dynamic of UHI and the quantitative relationship between UHI and urban expansion,providing a scientific basis for prediction and mitigation of UHI. | Huidong Li Yuyu Zhou Gensuo Jia Kaiguang Zhao Jinwei Dong | 2022 | Geoscience Frontiers2022,13,1: | 1 |

| 14 | A high-accuracy DCO with hybrid architecture显示文摘In this paper, a novel hybrid digital-controlled oscillator(DCO) is proposed, which is used to improve the accuracy of the all-digital clock generator without reference source. The DCO with hybrid architecture consists of two parts: DCO_high and DCO_low. The DCO_high decides the coarse output frequency of DCO, and adopts the cascade structure to decrease the area. The DCO_low adopts the chain structure with three-state buffer, and decides the fine output frequency of DCO. Compared with traditional cascade DCO, the proposed hybrid DCO features higher precision with less inherent delay. Therefore the clock generator can tolerate process, voltage and temperature(PVT) variation and meet the needs of different conditions. The DCO is designed in SMIC 180 nm CMOS process with 0.021 mm^2 chip area. The output frequency is adjusted from 15–120 MHz. | 15 | Study on Wave Added Resistance of a Deep-V Hybrid Monohull Based on Panel Method显示文摘In this paper, a panel method based on three dimensional potential flow theory is used to study the problem of wave added resistance. The time-domain motion response of Wigely III ship in head waves is calculated by AQWA, and then the wave added resistance of ship is obtained by near-field pressure integration method. By comparing the calculated results with the experimental data in literature, it is shown that the variation trend and peak value are in good agreement, and the accuracy and efficiency meet the research requirements. Based on the above mentioned method, the wave added resistance of a deep-V hybrid monohull in head waves is studied. The motions and wave added resistances of the deep-V hybrid monohull and the deep-V original ship advancing in head waves with various forward speed and wave frequencies are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the longitudinal motion response of the deep-V hybrid monohull is effectively suppressed and the wave added resistance is obviously reduced, the new type of ship has good engineering application prospects. | 18 | Seeking new,ultra-narrow-band blue emitting phosphors with high color purity for wide color gamut displays显示文摘Ultra-narrow-band phosphors have gained widespread applications in lighting and displays to enhance brightness and improve color saturation.Typical phosphor designs employ UCr_(4)C_(4)-type compounds and designing new narrow-band phosphors with high color purity is a major challenge.Here,we explored a Eu^(2+)-doped Ba_(5)GeO_(4)Br_(6)phosphor,showing a narrow-band blue emission(λ_(em)=436 nm) excitation at the near-ultraviolet light with a full width at half maximum of 30.7 nm and high color purity of 96.6%.In addition,attractive cathodoluminescence characteristics were systematically analyzed by varying filament current(30-70 mA) and accelerating voltage(3-7 eV).Robust anti-degradation behavior and color point stability under continuous electron beam bombardment were confirmed.Given its excellent performance in photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence,application in wide color gamut displays appears promising.Using commercial phosphors β-SiAlON:Eu^(2+)and K_(2)SiF6:Mn^(4+)as green and red light co nverte rs respectively,and the title phosphor as the blue light converters,the fabricated w-LED exhibits a wide color gamut of 82% NTSC. | Zuobin Tang Feng Du Zhihua Leng Huidong Xie Yanyan Li Lei Zhao | 2023 | Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,12: | 0 |
