| 1 | INTERFACIAL STRUCTURE AND PHASE REACTION IN SiC/NiCr ALLOY JOINT显示文摘Bonding of SiC to SiC using Ni and Ni - 25at%Cr foils was performed at high temperature.Interface structures and reaction phases were investigated by EPMA analyses and XRD diffraction method, re- spectively. At a bonding temperature of 1273K Ni reacts with SiC and forms various Ni silicides con- taining graphite baside SiC. Ni3Si without graphite was formed at Ni side.The interface structure of SiC/Ni joint was SiC/Ni2Si + C/Ni31 Si12 + G/Ni3 Si/Ni. At the interface between SiC and Ni- 25at%Cr alloy the Ni silicide was only Ni2Si at the same bonding temperature,and further(Cr, Ni)7 (Si, C)3 carbide was formed between Ni silicide + graphite zone and Ni - 25at%Cr alloy.The interface structure of SiC/Ni - 25at%Cr alloy was SiC/Ni2Si + C/(Cr, Ni)7 (Si, C)3+Ni(ss. | 2 | DIFFUSION BONDING OF TiAl TO Ti AND TC4 ALLOY显示文摘TiAl was diffusion bonded to Ti and TC4 alloy in vacuum furnace. Results showed,at the TiAl-Ti interface,the reaction layer of stratification Ti3Al was formed closest to TiAl base,and the a phase and the α + βphase arised closest to Ti base at 1173K and 1573K respectively. The phase structure of TiAl/ and the phase structure of TiAlwere observed be- tween AiAl and TC4 under respetive bonding temperature.The fiacture at tensile testing occurred in the bond - line, producing very flat fracture surfaces with some pull-out of the TiAl materials.The ultimate tensile strengths of the joint were approximate to γ-TiAl base marterial. | P. | 16 | Relationships between the surface quality of a single crystal copper ingot and the process parameters of a heated mould continuous casting method显示文摘The relationships between the surface quality of a single crystal copper ingot and the process parameters of heated mould continuous casting method were studied experimentally using our own design of horizontal heated mould continuous casting apparatus, and the mechanism by which process parameters affect the surface quality of a single crystal copper ingot is analyzed in the present paper. The results show that the process parameters affect the surface quality of a pure copper ingot by affecting the position of the liquid-solid interface in the mould. The position of the liquid-solid interface in the mould must be controlled carefully within an appropriate range, which is determined through a series of experiments, in order to gain a single crystal copper ingot with good surface quality. | G.
