Polyoxometalates-engineered hydrogen generation rate and durability of Pt/CNT catalysts from ammonia borane显示文摘Heterogeneously catalyzed hydrolytic dehydrogenation of ammonia borane is a remarkable structure sensitive reaction. In this work, a strategy by using polyoxometalates(POMs) as the ligands is proposed to engineer the surface and electronic properties of Pt/CNT catalysts toward the enhanced hydrogen generation rate and durability. Three kinds of POMs, i.e., silicotungstic acid(STA), phosphotungstic acid(PTA)and molybdophosphoric acid(PMA), are comparatively studied, among which the STA shows positive effects on the catalytic activity and durability. A catalyst structure-performance relationship is established by a combination of kinetic and isotopic analyses with multiple characterization techniques, such as HAADF-STEM, EDS, Raman spectroscopy and XPS. It is shown that the STA compared to the other two POMs can increase the Pt binding energy and thus promote the reaction. The insights demonstrated here could open a new avenue for boosting the reaction by employing the POMs as the ligands to engineer the catalyst electronic properties.Wenzhao Fu Chen Han Dali Li Wenyao Chen Jian Ji Gang Qian Weikang Yuan Xuezhi Duan Xinggui Zhou 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,2:5
Two Ultraviolet Radiation Datasets that Cover China显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. One contains hourly observations of UV radiation measured at 40 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network stations from 2005 to 2015. CUV3 broadband radiometers were used to observe the UV radiation, with an accuracy of 5%, which meets the World Meteorology Organization's measurement standards. The extremum method was used to control the quality of the measured datasets. The other dataset contains daily cumulative UV radiation estimates that were calculated using an all-sky estimation model combined with a hybrid model. The reconstructed daily UV radiation data span from 1961 to 2014. The mean absolute bias error and root-mean-square error are smaller than 30% at most stations, and most of the mean bias error values are negative, which indicates underestimation of the UV radiation intensity. These datasets can improve our basic knowledge of the spatial and temporal variations in UV radiation. Additionally, these datasets can be used in studies of potential ozone formation and atmospheric oxidation, as well as simulations of ecological processes.Hui LIU Bo HU Yuesi WANG Guangren LIU Liqin TANG Dongsheng JI Yongfei BAI Weikai BAO Xin CHEN Yunming CHEN Weixin DING Xiaozeng HAN Fei HE Hui HUANG Zhenying HUANG Xinrong LI Yan LI Wenzhao LIU Luxiang LIN Zhu OUYANG Boqiang QIN Weijun SHEN Yanjun SHEN Hongxin SU Changchun SONG Bo SUN Song SUN Anzhi WANG Genxu WANG Huimin WANG Silong WANG Youshao WANG Wenxue WEI Ping XIE Zongqiang XIE Xiaoyuan YAN Fanjiang ZENG Fawei ZHANG Yangjian ZHANG Yiping ZHANG Chengyi ZHAO Wenzhi ZHAO Xueyong ZHAO Guoyi ZHOU Bo ZHU 2017Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2017,34,7:2
Estimating the quality of stripe in structured light 3D measurement显示文摘Affected by noise, light blocking, color and shape of object, the quality of captured stripes in structured light three dimensional(3 D) measurement system is degenerated. As the quality of captured stripes is one of the key factors for measurement accuracy, some large error data is introduced into the measurement results which can only be recognized artificially with prior knowledge of the object to be measured. In this paper, a method is proposed to estimate the quality of stripe image. In the method, two parameters, skewness coefficient of stripe gray distribution and the noise level, are used to estimate the quality of stripe. The simulation results show that the bigger the skewness coefficient is, the bigger the error of stripe locating results is. Meanwhile, the smaller the noise level is, the smaller the error of stripe locating results is. The method has been used to estimate the experimental image, and the same conclusion can be obtained. The method can be used for recognizing large error data automatically by the two parameters.XUE Qi JI Wenzhao MENG Hao SUN Xiaohong YE Huiying YANG Xiaonan 2022Optoelectronics Letters2022,18,2:2

Phenomic Imaging显示文摘Human phenomics is defned as the comprehensive collection of observable phenotypes and characteristics infuenced by a complex interplay among factors at multiple scales. These factors include genes, epigenetics at the microscopic level, organs, microbiome at the mesoscopic level, and diet and environmental exposures at the macroscopic level.“Phenomic imaging”utilizes various imaging techniques to visualize and measure anatomical structures, biological functions, metabolic processes, and biochemical activities across diferent scales, both in vivo and ex vivo.Unlike conventional medical imaging focused on disease diagnosis, phenomic imaging captures both normal and abnormal traits, facilitating detailed correlations between macro-and micro-phenotypes.This approach plays a crucial role in deciphering phenomes. This review provides an overview of diferent phenomic imaging modalities and their applications in human phenomics.Additionally,it explores the associations between phenomic imaging and other omics disciplines, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, immunomics, and metabolomics.By integrating phenomic imaging with other omics data, such as genomics and metabolomics,a comprehensive understanding of biological systems can be achieved. This integration paves the way for the development of new therapeutic approaches and diagnostic tools.Lizhen Lan Kai Feng Yudan Wu Wenbo Zhang Ling Wei Huiting Che Le Xue Yidan Gao Ji Tao Shufang Qian Wenzhao Cao Jun Zhang Chengyan Wang Mei Tian 2023Phenomics2023,3,6:0
Protocol for Brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Extraction of Imaging‑Derived Phenotypes from the China Phenobank Project显示文摘Imaging-derived phenotypes(IDPs)have been increasingly used in population-based cohort studies in recent years. As widely reported, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is an important imaging modality for assessing the anatomical structure and function of the brain with high resolution and excellent soft-tissue contrast. The purpose of this article was to describe the imaging protocol of the brain MRI in the China Phenobank Project(CHPP).Each participant underwent a 30-min brain MRI scan as part of a 2-h whole-body imaging protocol in CHPP.The brain imaging sequences included T1-magnetization that prepared rapid gradient echo,T2 fuid-attenuated inversion-recovery,magnetic resonance angiography, difusion MRI,and resting-state functional MRI.The detailed descriptions of image acquisition, interpretation, and post-processing were provided in this article. The measured IDPs included volumes of brain subregions, cerebral vessel geometrical parameters, microstructural tracts, and function connectivity metrics.Chengyan Wang Zhang Shi Yan Li Xueqin Xia Xutong Kuang Shufang Qian Le Xue Lizhen Lan Yudan Wu Na Zhang Ji Tao Xumei Hu Wenzhao Cao Naying He Yike Guo Weibo Chen Jun Zhang Jingchun Luo He Wang Mei Tian 2023Phenomics2023,3,6:0
Bioimaging of Dissolvable Microneedle Arrays: Challenges and Opportunities显示文摘The emergence of microneedle arrays(MNAs)as a novel, simple, and minimally invasive administration approach largely addresses the challenges of traditional drug delivery. In particular, the dissolvable MNAs act as a promising, multifarious, and well-controlled platform for micro-nanotransport in medical research and cosmetic formulation applications. The effective delivery mostly depends on the behavior of the MNAs penetrated into the body, and accurate assessment is urgently needed.Advanced imaging technologies offer high sensitivity and resolution visualization of cross-scale,multidimensional,and multiparameter information, which can be used as an important aid for the evaluation and development of new MNAs.The combination of MNA technology and imaging can generate considerable new knowledge in a cost-effective manner with regards to the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of active substances for the treatment of various diseases. In addition, noninvasive imaging techniques allow rapid, receptive assessment of transdermal penetration and drug deposition in various tissues, which could greatly facilitate the translation of experimental MNAs into clinical application.Relying on the recent promising development of bioimaging, this review is aimed at summarizing the current status, challenges, and future perspective on in vivo assessment of MNA drug delivery by various imaging technologies.Yanni Wang Gehua Ma Guangzhi Gao Ji Tao Wenzhao Cao Haohao Sun Fengsen Ma Yilong Zhang Yen Wei Mei Tian 2022Research2022,,4:0
