| 1 | Petrogenesis and Geotectonic Significance of Early-Neoproterzoic Olivine-Gabbro within the Yangtze Craton: Constrains from the Mineral Composition, U-Pb Age and Hf Isotopes of Zircons显示文摘The olivine-gabbroic rocks located at the Huangling anticline within the Yangtze Craton are dated at circa 857–854 Ma by LA-ICP-MS method. The rocks belong to the sub-alkaline series and consist of pyroxene(35%–40%), plagioclase(40%–45%), olivine(8%–10%) and spinel(3%–5%). Olivine has Fo values of 73–83 that is classified as chrysolite. Pyroxene has relative low contents of Fe O(6.60 wt.%–8.23 wt.%) but high Ca O(20.23 wt.%–21.25 wt.%) contents, however, plagioclase has high Al_2O_3(31.78 wt.%–32.37 wt.%), Ca O(16.08 wt.%–16.25 wt.%) and An(79–80) values, but low Na2 O contents(1.95 wt.%–2.11 wt.%). Spinel are magnesioferrite with characteristics of high contents of Mg O(13.65 wt.%– 13.68 wt.%), Fe O(23.27 wt.%–23.40 wt.%) and Al_2O_3(62.43 wt.%–62.74 wt.%). Chemical compositions of these minerals are similar to those of gabbro rocks that were formed in the post-orogeny environment. The olivine-gabbro samples have negative zircon εHf values(-16.57±0.47) that resemble the mafic rocks in the same region, indicating that they are derived from the extremely enriched mantle source. | 2 | Comparison of basic features and origins of oolitic shoal reservoirs between carbonate platform interior and platform margin locations in the Lower Triassic Feixianguan Formation of the Sichuan Basin,southwest China显示文摘The oolitic shoal reservoirs of the Lower Triassic Feixianguan Formation carbonates in the Sichuan Basin of southwest China are an important target for gas exploration in the basin.Their occurrence,like other cases worldwide,can be divided into two locations in general,i.e.,platform interior and platform margin locations.Their differences of reservoir features and origins,however,have not been investigated comprehensively due to different exploration degrees.This issue is addressed in this paper,to provide basic data and information for the basin's hydrocarbon exploration and for the study of carbonate platform sedimentology and reservoir geology worldwide.We compared the features of these two types of reservoirs in detail,including the depositional and diagenetic features,pore types and petrophysical features.Based on the comparison,the origin of the reservoirs was further discussed.It is shown that the reservoirs in platform interior and platform margin locations differ significantly.The interior carbonates were deposited in moderate to high energy settings and the dominant lithologic type was limestone,which was weakly compacted and intensely cemented and has undergone meteoric dissolution.Pore types include intragranular dissolution and moldic pores,with low porosities(<6%) and low permeabilities(<0.1 mD).By contrast,the platform margin carbonates were deposited in relatively high energy settings and mainly consisted of dolostones with some limestones.The rocks were strongly compacted but incompletely cemented.As a result,some primary intergranular pores were preserved.Both meteoric solution and burial solution have taken place.There are various types of pore spaces including intergranular and intercrystalline solution pores and residual intergranular pores.This type of reservoir generally has better petrophysical properties(>9% porosity and >0.1 mD permeability) and pore-throat structures than the interior reservoirs.These differences were influenced by both primary depositional features and secondary diagenesis.For the interior carbonate reservoirs,early meteoric dissolution,weak compaction and strong cementation are important controlling factors.By contrast,the factors controlling the formation of the margin carbonate reservoirs mainly include dolomitization,preservation of primary pores and burial dissolution. | Tan Xiucheng Zhao Luzi Luo Bing Jiang Xingfu Cao Jian Liu Hong Li Ling Wu Xingbo Nie Yong | 2012 | Petroleum Science2012,9,4: | 9 |

| 5 | The clock gene,period,influences migratory flight and reproduction of the oriental armyworm,Mythimna separata(Walker)显示文摘The oriental armyworm,Mythimna separata,is a major long-distance migratory insect pest of grain crops in China and other Asian countries.Migratory flights and reproductive behavior usually occur at night,regulated by a circadian rhythm.However,knowledge about the linkages between adult flight,reproduction,and clock genes is still incomplete.To fill this important gap in our knowledge,a clock gene(designated Msper)was identified and phylogenetic analysis indicated that the encoded protein(MsPER)was highly similar to PER proteins from other insect species.Quantitative RT-PCR assays demonstrated that significantly different spatiotemporal and circadian rhythmic accumulations of mRNA encoding MsPER occurred during development under steady 14 h:10 h light:dark conditions.The highest mRNA accumulation occurred in adult antennae and the lowest in larvae.Msper was expressed rhythmically in adult antennae,relatively less in photophase and more entering scotophase.Injecting small interference RNA(siRNA)into adult heads effectively knocked down Msper mRNA levels within 72 h.Most siRNA-injected adults reduced their evening flight activity significantly and did not exhibit a normal evening peak of flight activity.They also failed to mate and lay eggs within 72 h.Adult mating behavior was restored to control levels by 72 h post injection.We infer that Msper is a prominent clock gene that acts in regulating adult migratory flight and mating behaviors of M.separata.Because of its influence on migration and mating,Msper may be a valuable gene to target for effective management of this migratory insect. | Jiayue Ji Yueqiu Liu Lei Zhang Yunxia Cheng David Stanley Xingfu Jiang | 2023 | Insect Science2023,30,3: | 1 |

| 11 | High brightness NIR-Ⅱ nanofluorophores based on fused-ring acceptor molecules显示文摘It is challenging to develop molecular fluorophores in the second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ)window with long wavelength emission and high brightness,which can improve the performance of biological imaging.Herein,we report a molecular engineering approach to afford NIR-Ⅱ fluorophores with these merits based on fused-ring acceptor(FRA)molecules.Dioctyl 3,4-propylenedioxy thiophene(PDOT-C8)is utilized as the bridging donor to replace 3-ethylhexyloxy thiophene(3-EHOT),leading to more than 20 times enhancement of brightness.The nanofluorophores(NFs)based on the optimized CPTIC-4F molecule exhibit an emission peak of 1,110 nm with a fluorescence quantum yield(QY)of 0.39%(QY of IR-26 is 0.050%in dichloroethane as reference)and peak absorption coefficient of 14.5 x 10^4 M^-1·cm^-1 in aqueous solutions,which are significantly higher than those of 3-EHOT based COTIC-4F NFs.It is found that PDOT-C8 can weaken intermolecular aggregation,enhance protection of molecular backbone from water,and decrease backbone distortion,beneficial for the high brightness.Compared with indocyanine green with same injection dose,CPTIC-4F NFs show 10 times higher signal-to-background ratio for whole body vessels imaging at 1,300 nm long pass filters. | Xingfu Zhu Chunchen Liu Zhubin Hu Haile Liu Jiang Wang Yang Wang Xinyuan Wang Rui Ma Xiaodong Zhang Haitao Sun Yongye Liang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,9: | 1 |
