1Research on single event transient pulse quenching effect in 90 nm CMOS technology显示文摘Since single event transient pulse quenching can reduce the SET(single event transient) pulsewidths effectively,the charge collected by passive device should be maximized in order to minimize the propagated SET.From the perspective of the layout and circuit design,the SET pulsewidths can be greatly inhibited by minimizing the layout spacing and signal propagation delay,which sheds new light on the radiation-hardened ICs(integrated circuits) design.Studies show that the SET pulsewidths of propagation are not in direct proportion to the LET(linear energy transfer) of incident particles,thus the defining of the LET threshold should be noted when SET/SEU(single event upset) occurs for the radiation-hardened design.The capability of anti-radiation meets the demand when LET is high but some soft errors may occur when LET is low.Therefore,radiation experiments should be focused on evaluating the LET that demonstrates the worst response to the circuit.QIN JunRui CHEN ShuMing LIU BiWei CHEN JianJun LIANG Bin LIU Zheng 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,11:14
2Coupling analysis of unsteady seepage and stress fields in discrete fractures network of rock mass in dam foundation显示文摘The drag force of water flow through single fracture and the coupling characteristics of seepage and stress in single fracture surface are analyzed,and a three dimensional model of coupled unsteady seepage and stress fields is proposed.This model is used to the analysis of foundation rock mass of a high dam.If the coupling effects are considered,the changes of boundary heads have less influence on the inner head of rock mass,and the strong permeability of main fractures appears.If the coupling effects are not considered,the fractures distribution affects the inner head more greatly.When the upstream water head declines,the inner head of dam foundation slightly declines and the hydraulic gradient distribution becomes smoother.A bigger upstream water level declining velocity has a stronger lag effect,meanwhile the values of stress components change more greatly.Therefore the upstream water level declining velocity directly affects the stability of rock mass in dam foundation and we should take into account the above factors to make sure the safety of the dam during reservoir level fluctuation period.CHAI JunRui 1,2 & XU WeiSheng 2 1 College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering,China Three Gorges University,Yichang 443002,China 2 College of Hydropower Engineering,Xi’an University of Technology,Xi’an 710048,China 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,S1:11

4Multi-dimension apportionment of clean air “parade blue”phenomenon in Beijing显示文摘The mass concentration and major chemical components of fine particulate matter were measured before,during and after Beijing's massive parade commemorating 70th anniversary of the Chinese Victory in World War II on September 3,2015.Regional emission inventory,positive matrix factorization(PMF),observations from space and backward air mass trajectories were jointly applied to identify the major pollution sources and their temporal and spatial variations.The contributions of emissions variations and the meteorological conditions related to the'parade blue'phenomenon in Beijing and its surrounding areas were investigated in detail.The main cause of the decreased PM_(2.5)mass concentration was attributed to the absolute reduction in emissions of primary air pollutants.The chemical composition of PM_(2.5)varied significantly before,during and after the parade.Fugitive dust particles were well controlled,the secondary formation of PM_(2.5)was reduced along with the controlled gaseous precursors'emissions from vehicles and industrial sources during the temporary intensified control period.During the parade period,the SO_2and NO_2column concentrations in Beijing and the surrounding areas decreased sharply,indicating that the coordinated reduction in primary emissions from the surrounding areas of Beijing played an important role in lowering the ambient concentration of SO_2and NO_2and accordingly lowered PM_(2.5)and improved the regional air quality.A comparison of the temperature,humidity,and wind speed and direction during the same periods in 2014 and 2015 showed that the meteorological conditions positively influenced the achievement of'parade blue'.Yifeng Xue Yong Wang Xuefeng Li Hezhong Tian Lei Nie Xiaoqing Wu Junrui Zhou Zhen Zhou 2018Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,3:5
5Multi-perspective digital image correlation method using a single color camera显示文摘A novel 3 D digital image correlation(DIC) system based on a single three charge-couple device(3 CCD) color camera is proposed in this paper. Images from three different perspectives are captured by a 3 CCD camera using a reflective-based pseudo-vision system. These images are then separated by the different CCD channels, and the correlation algorithm for the multi-camera DIC system is adopted to evaluate the images. Compared to the conventional multi-camera DIC system, the proposed system is much more compact. In addition, the proposed system has no loss of spatial resolution, compares to the traditional single camera DIC system. The complex surface measurement ability and the measurement accuracy is significantly improved through the use of the multi-camera DIC algorithm. The principle of the proposed system is described in detail as well as the experimental setup. 6A novel layout for single event upset mitigation in advanced CMOS SRAM cells显示文摘A novel layout has been proposed to reduce the single event upset(SEU) vulnerability of SRAM cells.Extensive 3-D technology computer-aided design(TCAD) simulation analyses show that the proposed layout can recover the upset-state much easier than conventional layout for larger space of PMOS transistors.For the angle incidence,the proposed layout is immune from ion hit in two plans,and is more robust against SEU in other two plans than the conventional one.The ability of anti-SEU is enhanced by at least 33% while the area cost reduced by 47%.Consequently,the layout strategy proposed can gain both reliability and area cost benefit simultaneously.QIN JunRui LI DaWei CHEN ShuMing 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,1:4
7Skeletal loading regulates breast cancer-associated osteolysis in a loading intensity-dependent fashion显示文摘Osteocytes are mechanosensitive bone cells, but little is known about their effects on tumor cells in response to mechanical stimulation. We treated breast cancer cells with osteocyte-derived conditioned medium(CM) and fluid flow-treated conditioned medium(FFCM) with 0.25 Pa and 1 Pa shear stress. Notably, CM and FFCM at 0.25 Pa induced the mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition(MET), but FFCM at 1 Pa induced the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT). This suggested that the effects of fluid flow on conditioned media depend on flow intensity. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)-based evaluation of Src activity and vinculin molecular force showed that osteopontin was involved in EMT and MET switching. A mouse model of tumorinduced osteolysis was tested using dynamic tibia loadings of 1, 2, and 5 N. The low 1 N loading suppressed tumor-induced osteolysis, but this beneficial effect was lost and reversed with loads at 2 and 5 N, respectively. 83-D TCAD simulation study of the single event effect on 25 nm raised source-drain FinFET显示文摘Using Technology Computer-Aided Design(TCAD) 3-D simulation,the single event effect(SEE) of 25 nm raised source-drain FinFET is studied.Based on the calibrated 3-D models by process simulation,it is found that the amount of charge collected increases linearly as the linear energy transfer(LET) increases for both n-type and p-type FinFET hits,but the single event transient(SET) pulse width is not linear with the incidence LET and the increasing rate will gradually reduce as the LET increases.The impacts of wafer thickness on the charge collection are also analyzed,and it is shown that a larger thickness can bring about stronger charge collection.Thus reducing the wafer thickness could mitigate the SET effect for FinFET technology.QIN JunRui CHEN ShuMing CHEN JianJun 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:3
9Discrimination of Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shen from different regions based on fatty acid profiles of roots and leaves显示文摘Objectives:The purpose of this paper was to construct a reliable methodology to discriminate the geographical origins of Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shan planted in different regions in Sichuan,China.Materials and methods:Fatty acid profiles of roots and leaves of C.violaceum planted in various regions of Sichuan Province in China,namely Guangyuan(GY),Langzhong(LZ),Jintang(JT),Bazhong(BZ),and Shuangling(SL),were determined using GC-MS followed by multivariate statistical analyses,including orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis.Results:Leaves of C.violaceum showed the highest contents of hexadecatrienoic acid(3.21 g/kg),linoleic acid(6.62 g/kg),andα-linolenic acid(7.24 g/kg),which were all higher than those contained in roots.Chuanminshen violaceum samples collected from LZ,JT,and GY could be clearly distinguished based on fatty acid profiles of leaves and those collected from LZ,GY,and BZ could be clearly distinguished based on fatty acid profiles of roots.Conclusions:Chemometric method is used as a potential approach for analyses of fatty acid profiles of roots and leaves to control the quality of C.violaceum and their powered products.Qing Zhang Junrui Tian Chong Wan Hongmin Dong Dingtao Wu Shuxiang Liu Wen Qin 2020Food Quality and Safety2020,4,2:2
10AlN MEMS filters with extremely high bandwidth widening capability显示文摘This paper presents radio frequency(RF)microelectromechanical system(MEMS)filters with extremely high bandwidth widening capability.The proposed filtering topologies include hybrid configurations consisting of piezoelectric MEMS resonators and surface-mounted lumped elements.The MEMS resonators set the center frequency and provide electromechanical coupling to construct the filters,while the lumped-element-based matching networks help widen the bandwidth(BW)and enhance the out-of-band rejection.Aluminum nitride(AlN)S0 Lamb wave resonators are then applied to the proposed filtering topologies.AlN S0 first-and second-order wideband filters are studied and have shown prominent performance.Finally,the AlN S0 first-order wideband filter is experimentally implemented and characterized.The demonstrated first-order filter shows a large fractional bandwidth(FBW)of 5.6%(achieved with a resonator coupling of 0.94%)and a low insertion loss(IL)of 1.84 dB.The extracted bandwidth widening factor(BWF)is 6,which is approximately 12 times higher than those of the current ladder or lattice filtering topologies.This impressive bandwidth widening capability holds great potential for satisfying the stringent BW requirements of bands n77,n78,and n79 of 5G new radio(NR)and will overcome an outstanding technology hurdle in placing 5G NR into the marketplace.Anming Gao Kangfu Liu Junrui Liang Tao Wu 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:2
11Establishment of an optimized CTC detection model consisting of EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its correlation with clinical characteristics显示文摘Objective:Emerging studies have demonstrated the promising clinical value of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)for diagnosis,disease assessment,treatment monitoring and prognosis in epithelial ovarian cancer.However,the clinical application of CTC remains restricted due to diverse detection techniques with variable sensitivity and specificity and a lack of common standards.Methods:We enrolled 160 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer as the experimental group,and 90 patients including 50 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 40 healthy females as the control group.We enriched CTCs with immunomagnetic beads targeting two epithelial cell surface antigens(EpCAM and MUC1),and used multiple reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)detecting three markers(EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1)for quantification.And then we used a binary logistic regression analysis and focused on EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1 to establish an optimized CTC detection model.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of the optimized model is 79.4%and 92.2%,respectively.The specificity of the CTC detection model is significantly higher than CA125(92.2%vs.82.2%,P=0.044),and the detection rate of CTCs was higher than the positive rate of CA125(74.5%vs.58.2%,P=0.069)in early-stage patients(stage I and II).The detection rate of CTCs was significantly higher in patients with ascitic volume≥500 mL,suboptimal cytoreductive surgery and elevated serum CA125 level after 2 courses of chemotherapy(P<0.05).The detection rate of CTC;and CTC;was significantly higher in chemo-resistant patients(26.3%vs.11.9%;26.4%vs.13.4%,P<0.05).The median progression-free survival time for CTC;patients trended to be longer than CTC;patients,and overall survival was shorter in CTC;patients(P=0.043).Conclusions:Our study presents an optimized detection model for CTCs,which consists of the expression levels of three markers(EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1).In comparison with CA125,our model has high specificity and demonstrates better diagnostic values,especially for early-stage ovarian cancer.Detection of CTC;and CTC;had predictive value for chemotherapy resistance,and the detection of CTC;suggested poor prognosis.Tongxia Wang Yan Gao Xi Wang Junrui Tian Yuan Li Bo Yu Cuiyu Huang Hui Li Huamao Liang David M.Irwin Huanran Tan Hongyan Guo 2022Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,2:2
12Nonfunctional alleles of long-day suppressor genes independently regulate flowering time显示文摘Due to the remarkable adaptability to various environments, rice varieties with diverse flowering times have abeen domesticated or improved from Oryza rufipogon.Detailed knowledge of the genetic factors controlling flowering time will facilitate understanding the adaptation mechanism in cultivated rice and enable breeders to design appropriate genotypes for distinct preferences. In this study,four genes(Hd1, DTH8, Ghd7 and OsPRR37) in a rice long-day suppression pathway were collected and sequenced in 154, 74,69 and 62 varieties of cultivated rice(Oryza sativa)respectively. Under long-day conditions, varieties with nonfunctional alleles flowered significantly earlier than those with functional alleles. However, the four genes have different genetic effects in the regulation of flowering time: Hd1 and Os PRR37 are major genes that generally regulate rice flowering time for all varieties, while DTH8 and Ghd7 only regulate regional rice varieties. Geographic analysis and network studies suggested that the nonfunctional alleles of these suppression loci with regional adaptability were derived recently and independently. Alleles with regional adaptability should be taken into consideration for genetic improvement. 13Stability of superconducting Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2) thin films显示文摘The discovery of superconducting states in the nickelate thin film with infinite-layer structure has paved a new way for studying unconventional superconductivity.So far,research in this field is still very limited due to difficulties in sample preparation.Here we report the successful preparation of the superconducting state of Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2)thin film(T_(c)=8.0-11.1 K)and study the stability of such films in the ambient environment,water,and under electrochemical conditions.Our work demonstrates that the superconducting state of Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2)is remarkably stable,which can last for at least 47-day continuous exposure to air at 20°C and 35%relative humidity.We also show that the superconductivity disappears after being immersed in de-ionized water at room temperature for 5 h.Surprisingly,it can also survive under ionic liquid gating conditions with an applied voltage of about 4 V,which is even more stable than conventional perovskite complex oxides.Xiang Ding Shengchun Shen Huaqian Leng Minghui Xu Yan Zhao Junrui Zhao Xuelei Sui Xiaoqiang Wu Haiyan Xiao Xiaotao Zu Bing Huang Huiqian Luo Pu Yu Liang Qiao 2022Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,6:2

16Preparation,structural characterization and bioactivities of polysaccharides from mulberry(Mori Fructus)显示文摘Mulberry(Mori Fructus),a highly promising functional food,has long exhibited multiple therapeutic effects as a tonic in traditional Chinese food and pharmacology.Polysaccharides have been regarded as the pivotal pharmacological ingredient in mulberry.In this study,structural characterization and bioactivities of polysaccharides from mulberry(PFM-3)were determined.The results showed that PFM-3 was a pyranose containing carboxyl group,which was mainly composed of glucose(Glc)and a small amount of mannose(Man)and fucose(Fuc).The molecular weight of PFM-3 was 96.17 kDa,and the surface of PFM-3 was compact and uniform crack.PFM-3 markedly decreased lipid accumulation,triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C)on hyperlipidemia human hepatocellular carcinoma(HepG2)cells.PFM-3 recovered nuclear morphometry and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),enhanced the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GPx)and decreased cell arrest in G2 phase on oxidative stress HepG2 cells.In addition,PFM-3 promoted the decline of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and the augment of interleukin-10(IL-10)secretion on inflammatory mouse leukemia cells of monocyte macrophage(RAW 264.7).This work provides a certificate that PFM-3 could markedly improve cellular lipid accumulation,endogenous antioxidant defense capacity and inflammation levels to further use for treatment and amelioration of related diseases.Yumeng Liu Yiming Liu Delun Mu Hui Yang Ying Feng Ruiqin Ji Rina Wu Junrui Wu 2022Food Bioscience2022,46,2:1

18Round-trip oscillation triboelectric nanogenerator with high output response and low wear to harvest random wind energy显示文摘Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)has made significant progress in wind energy harvesting.As the most advantageous rotary TENG among wind energy harvesters,the severe material wear and the output that fluctuates with wind speed seriously hinder the application of TENG wind energy harvesters.In this study,we propose a round-trip oscillation triboelectric nanogenerator(RTO-TENG)consisting of a crank transmission mechanism and a power generation unit.The RTO-TENG utilizes a simple crank transmission mechanism combined with a zigzag-laminated triboelectric nanogenerator(Z-TENG)to achieve high-performance constant output and low material wear.The crank transmission mechanism can realize the transformation from circular motion to arc reciprocating motion,converting the random wind energy into bi-directional kinetic energy,driving the vertical contact and separation of the Z-TENG.Due to the low transmission ratio(1:1)of the crank transmission mechanism and the consistent frequency of the Z-TENG contact–separation with that of the pendulum,the RTO-TENG’s power generation unit(10 Z-TENGs)is insensitive to changes in wind speed,resulting in a constant and stable output response at various speeds.After 480,000 cycles,the output of RTO-TENG decreased by only 0.9%compared to the initial value of 6μC,and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)images of the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)film showed no significant wear on the surface of the friction layer,demonstrating excellent output stability and abrasion resistance of the RTO-TENG wind energy collector’s material.The equipped energy management module,based on a gas discharge tube switch,can further enhance the output performance of the RTO-TENG.After optimizing its inductor parameter L to match the load capacitor,it can charge a 220μF load capacitor to 13.4 V in 40 s,resulting in a 298%improvement in charging speed compared to the voltage of 4.48 V without the management module.Therefore,the RTO-TENG can efficiently provide power to low-power small electronic devices for Internet of Things(IoTs),such as road traffic warning signs and thermo-hygrometers.Xinyu Hu Junrui Feng Chuangjian Liang Heng Ning Chunjin Chen Jiayu Li Honggui Wen Huilu Yao Lingyu Wan Guanlin Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:1
