| 1 | 南海西北部末次盛冰期以来的古海岸线重建显示文摘末次盛冰期以来,南海西北部的相对海平面从-100多米变化到现今海平面高度,越南东北沿海、北部湾及华南沿海等水深较浅的海域经历了从陆地到海洋的演变过程.基于古海岸线重建模型,利用现今的数字高程模型、相对海平面变化曲线和沉积厚度数据,对南海西北部末次盛冰期以来的古海岸线进行了重建.根据古海岸线演变序列获得以下认识:20~15cal.ka BP南海西北部的海岸线缓慢后退,陆地面积只减少了1×10^4km^2,海陆格局基本维持不变;15~10cal.ka BP海岸线快速后退,减少的陆地面积达24×10^4 km^2,使越南东北沿海、北部湾及华南沿海迅速从陆地变为海洋,现今海陆格局基本形成;10~6cal.ka BP海岸线继续以后退为主,使陆地面积减少了9×10^4km^2,期间琼州海峡自西向东完全打开;6-0cal.ka BP海平面波动幅度较小,海岸线变化受构造和沉积作用明显,趋势以海退为主,陆地面积增加了约1×10^4km^2. | 姚衍桃 Jan Harff Michael Meyer 詹文欢 | 2009 | 中国科学(D辑)2009,39,6: | 31 |
| 2 | Reconstruction of paleocoastlines for the northwestern South China Sea since the Last Glacial Maximum显示文摘The range of relative sea level rise in the northwestern South China Sea since the Last Glacial Maximum was over 100 m. As a result, lowland regions including the Northeast Vietnam coast, Beibu Gulf, and South China coast experienced an evolution from land to sea. Based on the principle of reconstructing paleogeography and using recent digital elevation model, relative sea level curves, and sediment accumulation data, this paper presents a series of paleogeographic scenarios back to 20 cal. ka BP for the northwestern South China Sea. The scenarios demonstrate the entire process of coastline changes for the area of interest. During the late glacial period from 20 to 15 cal. ka BP, coastline slowly retreated, causing a land loss of only 1×104 km2, and thus the land-sea distribution remained nearly unchanged. Later in 15-10 cal. ka BP coastline rapidly retreated and area of land loss was up to 24×104 km2, causing lowlands around Northeast Vietnam and South China soon to be underwater. Coastline retreat continued quite rapidly during the early Holocene. From 10 to 6 cal. ka BP land area had decreased by 9×104 km2, and during that process the Qiongzhou Strait completely opened up. Since the mid Holocene, main controls on coastline change are from vertical crustal movements and sedimentation. | 3 | Correlation analysis of dual-energy CT iodine maps with quantitative pulmonary perfusion MRI显示文摘AIM:To correlate dual-energy computed tomography(DECT) pulmonary angiography derived iodine maps with parameter maps of quantitative pulmonary perfusion magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).METHODS:Eighteen patients with pulmonary perfusion defects detected on DECT derived iodine maps were included in this prospective study and additionally underwent time-resolved contrast-enhanced pulmonary MRI [dynamic contrast enhanced(DCE)-MRI].DCE-MRI data were quantitatively analyzed using a pixel-by-pixel deconvolution analysis calculating regional pulmonary blood flow(PBF),pulmonary blood volume(PBV) and mean transit time(MTT) in visually normal lung parenchyma and perfusion defects.Perfusion parameterswere correlated to mean attenuation values of normal lung and perfusion defects on DECT iodine maps.Two readers rated the concordance of perfusion defects in a visual analysis using a 5-point Likert-scale(1 = no correlation,5 = excellent correlation).RESULTS:In visually normal pulmonary tissue mean DECT and MRI values were:22.6 ± 8.3 Hounsfield units(HU);PBF:58.8 ± 36.0 mL/100 mL per minute;PBV:16.6 ± 8.5 mL;MTT:17.1 ± 10.3 s.In areas with restricted perfusion mean DECT and MRI values were:4.0 ± 3.9 HU;PBF:10.3 ± 5.5 mL/100 mL per minute,PBV:5 ± 4 mL,MTT:21.6 ± 14.0 s.The differences between visually normal parenchyma and areas of restricted perfusion were statistically significant for PBF,PBV and DECT(P < 0.0001).No linear correlation was found between MRI perfusion parameters and attenuation values of DECT iodine maps(PBF:r = 0.35,P = 0.15;PBV:r = 0.34,P = 0.16;MTT:r = 0.41,P = 0.08).Visual analysis revealed a moderate correlation between perfusion defects on DECT iodine maps and the parameter maps of DCE-MRI(mean score 3.6,k 0.45).CONCLUSION:There is a moderate visual but not statistically significant correlation between DECT iodine maps and perfusion parameter maps of DCE-MRI. | Jan Hansmann Paul Apfaltrer Frank G Zoellner Thomas Henzler Mathias Meyer Gerald Weisser Stefan O Schoenberg Ulrike I Attenberger | 2013 | World Journal of Radiology2013,5,5: | 6 |

| 20 | Extreme biomimetic approach for developing novel chitin-GeO2 nanocomposites with photoluminescent properties显示文摘This work presents an extreme biomimetics route for the creation of nano- structured biocomposites utilizing a chitinous template of poriferan origin. The specific thermal stability of the nanostructured chitinous template allowed for the formation under hydrothermal conditions of a novel germanium oxide- chitin composite with a defined nanoscale structure. Using a variety of analytical techniques (FTIR, Raman, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS), and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, EDS-mapping, selected area for the electron diffraction pattern (SAEDP), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM)), we showed that this bioorganic scaffold induces the growth of GeO2 nanocrystals with a narrow (150-300 nm) size distri- bution and predominantly hexagonal phase, demonstrating the chitin template's control over the crystal morphology. The formed GeO2-chitin composite showed several specific physical properties, such as a striking enhancement in photo- luminescence exceeding values previously reported in GeOR-based biomaterials.
