| 7 | Semi-enclosed experimental system for coal spontaneous combustion for determining regional distribution of high-temperature zone of coal fire显示文摘Temperature variation and gas generation at diferent depths and positions in the coal combustion process were studied to determine the propagation and evolution of high temperature regions in the process of coal spontaneous combustion.This study selected coal samples from Mengcun,Shaanxi Province,People’s Republic of China,and developed a semi-enclosed experimental system(furnace)for simulating coal combustion.The thermal mass loss of coal samples under various heating rates(5,10,and 15℃/min)was analyzed through thermogravimetric analysis,and the dynamic characteristics of the coal samples were analyzed;the reliability of the semi-enclosed experimental system was verifed through the equal proportional method of fuzzy response.The results reveal that the high-temperature zone is distributed nonlinearly from the middle to the front end of the furnace,and the temperatures of points in this zone decreased gradually as the layer depth increased.The apparent activation energy of the coal samples during combustion frst increased and then decreased as the conversion degree increased.Furthermore,the proportion of mass loss and the mass loss rate in the coal samples observed in the thermogravimetric experiment is consistent with that observed in the frst and second stages of the experiment conducted using the semi-enclosed system.The research fndings can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hightemperature zones in coal combustion. | Jingyu Zhao Hanqi Ming Tao Guo Yuxuan Zhang Jun Deng Jiajia Song Qiang Zeng Chi‑Min Shu | 2022 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5: | 3 |
| 8 | Design of bionic goat quadruped robot mechanism and walking gait planning显示文摘In order to improve the walking stability and obstacle jumping ability of the robot on the slope,the goat was taken as the bionic prototype,a kind of bionic goat quadruped robot has been designed.By the bionic principle,the mechanical structure of the quadruped robot was designed,and the Denavit-Hartenberg(D-H)method was used to build the kinematic model,through which the forward and inverse kinematics of the robot was calculated,thus the equations of velocity and acceleration of the joint angle change were obtained during the quadruped robot motion,providing control theory foundation for robots.During walk gait planning,a low contact compact foot trajectory planning method using a high order polynomial curve was used to carry out the foot trajectory planning of the robot for the swing phase and stance phase.Through MATLAB software simulation,the simulation results of MATLAB software showed that the trajectory of the foot of the quadruped robot was semi-elliptic in a gait cycle,which were basically consistent with the foot trajectory obtained from the previous goat slope walking test.Therefore,the simulation results by MATLAB software showed that the foot trajectory was reasonable.Based on this,a gait plan was carried out,and the sequence of the lift leg steps of the robot was obtained.The test platform for the whole machine was built.The results showed that the height of the leg of the quadruped robot was 7.37 cm,and the length of the gait was 28.40 cm.Compared with the planned average gait length S=30 cm and average step height H=7 cm,the error of the leg height and the gait length was 5.28%and 5.33%,respectively.The designed gait planning achieved the expected results.The knee joint angle varied from 126.3°to 156.1°,and the hip joint angle varied from 103.9°to 138.4°.The changes in the joint angle of the quadruped robot could prove the correctness of the foot motion trajectory planning,which will provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and gait planning of the quadruped robot. | Fu Zhang Shuai Teng Yafei Wang Zhijun Guo Jiajia Wang Ruiliang Xu | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,5: | 2 |

| 11 | Comparative population genomics dissects the genetic basis of seven domestication traits in jujube显示文摘Jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)is an important perennial fruit tree with a range of interesting horticultural traits.It was domesticated from wild jujube(Ziziphus acidojujuba),but the genomic variation dynamics and genetic changes underlying its horticultural traits during domestication are poorly understood.Here,we report a comprehensive genome variation map based on the resequencing of 350 accessions,including wild,semi-wild and cultivated jujube plants,at a>15×depth.Using the combination of a genome-wide association study(GWAS)and selective sweep analysis,we identified several candidate genes potentially involved in regulating seven domestication traits in jujube.For fruit shape and kernel shape,we integrated the GWAS approach with transcriptome profiling data,expression analysis and the transgenic validation of a candidate gene to identify a causal gene,ZjFS3,which encodes an ethyleneresponsive transcription factor.Similarly,we identified a candidate gene for bearing-shoot length and the number of leaves per bearing shoot and two candidate genes for the seed-setting rate using GWAS.In the selective sweep analysis,we also discovered several putative genes for the presence of prickles on bearing shoots and the postharvest shelf life of fleshy fruits.This study outlines the genetic basis of jujube domestication and evolution and provides a rich genomic resource for mining other horticulturally important genes in jujube. | Mingxin Guo Zhongren Zhang Yanwei Cheng Sunan Li Peiyin Shao Qiang Yu Junjie Wang Gan Xu Xiaotian Zhang Jiajia Liu Linlin Hou Hanxiao Liu Xusheng Zhao | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 2 |

| 14 | Novel functional fiber loaded with carbon dots for the deep removal of Cr(Ⅵ) by adsorption and photocatalytic reduction显示文摘A novel functional fiber(PAN-CDs) loaded with carbon dots(CDs) with excellent photoreduction and adsorption properties for Cr(VI) was prepared via an amidization reaction between the CDs’ carboxyl groups and amine groups on polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based ion exchange fibers, which could completely preserve the fluorescence properties of the CDs. The photoluminescence(PL), photocatalysis and adsorption properties of PAN-CDs were characterized and analyzed. The PAN-CDs possess high adsorption capacity(297.6 mg/g) and excellent kinetic behavior(attaining adsorption equilibrium in 30 min)for Cr(VI) adsorption. Furthermore, the residual Cr(VI)(approximately 3 mg/L) after adsorption could be removed completely by subsequent photoreduction by the PAN-CDs.The Cr-saturated PAN-CDs could be easily separated by filtering and regenerated, with no observable decay of removal efficiency after five regeneration cycles.
