Reidentification of the ore-hosted strata age of Sawaya'erdun gold deposit in Xinjiang, southwestern Tianshan显示文摘Identification of the coral and Schwagerina in the ore-hosted strata of Sawaya’erdun gold deposit shows that the fossil age ranges from the late Carboniferous to the early Permian. By combining this with the Rb-Sr isochron age, it is concluded that the ore-hosted strata age is possibly the late Carboniferous rather than the Silurian and Devonian, even impossibly the Pre-cambrian.Jiajun Liu Minghua Zheng Xunrong Long Tuan Gu 1999Chinese Science Bulletin1999,44,19:3
Selenium Enrichment in Cambrian Stratabound Gold Deposits in the Western Qinling Mountains显示文摘Stratabound gold deposits in the western Qinling Mountains occur in Cambrian chert formation composed of carbonaceous chert and carbonaceous slate. The distinctive chert formation provides important grounds for the mineralization and controls on the formation of gold deposits. Study shows that Se is exceptionally higher in both host rocks and gold orebodies. It may be recovered as a valuable component in ores for total utilization, and in some localities even independent Se orebodies (which are mined exclusively for Se) may be delineated. In gold ore Se mainly occurs as independent minerals or in the isomorphous form in sulphides and there is a positive correlation between Se and Au.Liu Jiajun,Open Laboratory of Ore Deposit Geochemistry, Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guiyang, Guizhou 550002Zheng Minghua, Chengdu Institute of Technology, Chengdu, Sichuan 610059Liu Jianming, Research Centre of Mineral Resources Exploration, Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100101Zhou Yufeng, Gu Xuexiang, Zhang Bin, Lin Li, Chengdu Institute of Technology, Chengdu, Sichuan 610059and Lu Wenquan Institute of Comprehensive Utilization of Mineral Resources, Chengdu, Sichuan 610041 1997Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)1997,71,4:3
Connections between Evaporite Deposition and Glacial Periods since the Middle Pleistocene in Salt Lakes in the Western Qaidam Basin, China显示文摘The Quaternary was the main evaporite deposition period in the Qaidam Basin(QB), but the correlation between the evaporite deposition period and the glacial period is still unclear. In this study, the research objects are primarily evaporite-bearing strata in a 461.58 m-long drill core in the QB. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were applied to study the evaporite minerals, U-Th dating being applied to construct the ~(230)Th geochronological framework. Evaporite deposition from Marine Isotope Stage(MIS) 15 to MIS 4 in the borehole was reconstructed via mineralogical and geochronological data. The evaporite minerals are mainly halite(NaCl), mirabilite(Na_(2)SO_(4)·10H_(2)O), thenardite(Na_(2)SO_(4)) and gypsum(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O). A total of 9 effective ~(230)Th data points, ranging from 492.5 ± 43.0 ka to 62.0 ± 11.9 ka, were obtained. The depositional age of the earliest halite layer in the borehole is 592.5–563.0 ka. There were mirabilite deposits in the QB during the cold glacial environment of MIS 6. During MIS 4, the study area desiccated, with mirabilite and halite being deposited. This study suggests that mirabilite is an indicator mineral for the glacial environment in the QB, while halite deposition does not correspond well to glaciation.GU Jiani CHEN Andong LIU Jiajun HAN Guang WANG Xuefeng 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,5:2
Biocompatible, small-sized and well-dispersed gold nanoparticles regulated by silk fibroin fiber from Bombyx mori cocoons显示文摘Biocompatible, small-sized but well-dispersed gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) remain a major challenge for their synthesis. Here a convenient solution impregnation technique is developed to prepare such Au NPs under the regulation of degummed silk fibroin fibers (SFFs) extracted from Bombyx mori cocoons. SFFs play multiple roles in the formation of Au NPs such as reactive substrate to capture AuCl4^- ions by the chelation of -C = 0, reducing agent for Au(0) by the reduction of -OH , and modifiers to render biocompatible Au NPs by some functional groups and biomolecules. The as-prepared Au NPs with a size of 7-10 nm are embedded in the solid SFF substrate, and can disperse well in the liquid system by the disintegration of SFFs into silk fibroin (SF) in a certain CaCl2 solution. The biocompatible Au NPs exhibit uniform small size and distribute stably in both solid and solution states, which have distinctive properties and functional advantages, and bring great convenience to their storage and transportation.Chengzhi YANG Shikun CHEN Huilan SU Haoyue ZHANG Jianfei TANG Cuiping GUO Fang SONG Wang ZHANG Jiajun GU Qinglei LIU 2019Frontiers of Materials Science2019,13,2:2
The characteristics of chert from micro-disseminated gold deposits and their origin significance in southwestern Guizhou, China显示文摘THE southwestern Guizhou Province has been acknowledged as one of the most important and potentialgold producing areas in the People’ s Republic of China and has attracted world-wide attention since thediscovery of a series of sediment-hosted micro-disseminated gold deposits in the last twenty years. Chertwidely occurs in the gold deposits. Study on geology and geochemistry of the chert may be important for abetter understanding of the forming condition and process of gold. 1 Characteristics of chert THE cherts are characterized by bedded, massived, pseudobrecciated and nodular structures, occurring insynsedimentary fault. The thickness of a chert bed generally varies from several meters to less than 20meters, with the maximum up to about 70 meters. Host elements are simple and concentrated in thecherts. The SiO2 concentration of the cherts varies from 86.4 % to 95.64 %, 91.95% on averageLIU Jiajun~1, LIU Congqiang~1, LIU Jianming~2 and GU Tuan~1 1. 10Adaptive robust Max-SLNR precoder for MU-MIMO-OFDM systems with imperfect CSI显示文摘The accuracy of channel state information(CSI) available at a base station(BS) has a direct impact on the performance of precoding in wideband multi-user multiple input, multiple output-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(MIMO-OFDM) systems and depends on many factors, including: the delay between estimation and beamforming at the BS(also called the CSI delay), Doppler spread, the channel estimation method used, the average transmit power of pilot symbols, and the average number of pilot symbols that must be estimated per channel parameter. In this paper, the coefficient of CSI error needed to adapt to fading channels is modeled as a function of Doppler spread, CSI delay, and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR). In terms of the Gaussian-Markov CSI error model, an adaptive robust maximum signal-to-leakage-and-noise ratio(MaxSLNR) precoder is designed to track the statistical parameters of CSI error. The Doppler spread and SNR can be obtained through real-time estimation based on orthogonal pilot patterns. Simulation results show that, compared to non-adaptive robust and non-robust precoders of Max-SLNR, the proposed adaptive robust MaxSLNR precoder performs much better in terms of bit error rate(BER). Moreover, as either the average number of training symbols per channel parameter or the average transmit power increases, the BER performance of the proposed precoder approaches that of a precoder with ideal CSI.Feng SHU Juanjuan TONG Xiaohu YOU Chen GU Jiajun WU 2016Science China(Information Sciences)2016,59,6:1

Operational effects of the UNOT gate on classical and quantum correlations显示文摘The NOT gate that flips a classical bit is ubiquitous in classical information processing. However its quantum analogue, the universal NOT(UNOT) gate that flips a quantum spin in any alignment into its antipodal counterpart is strictly forbidden. Here we explore the connection between this discrepancy and how UNOT gates affect classical and quantum correlations. We show that while a UNOT gate always preserves classical correlations between two spins,it can non-locally increase or decrease their shared discord in ways that allow violation of the data processing inequality. We experimentally illustrate this using a multi-level trapped ^(171)Yb^+ ion that allows simulation of anti-unitary operations.Kuan Zhang Jiajun Ma Xiang Zhang Jayne Thompson Vlatko Vedral Kihwan Kim Mile Gu 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,12:1
Electron-ion collider in China显示文摘Lepton scattering is an established ideal tool for studying inner structure of small particles such as nucleons as well as nuclei. As a future high energy nuclear physics project,an Electron-ion collider in China(EicC)has been proposed. It will be constructed based on an upgraded heavy-ion accelerator,High Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)which is currently under construction, together with a new electron ring. The proposed collider will provide highly polarized electrons(with a po-larization of 80%)and protons(with a polarization of 70%)with variable center of mass energies from 15 to 20 GeV and the luminosity of(2–3)×1033 cm^(−2)·s^(−1).Polarized deuterons and Helium-3,as well as unpolarized ion beams from Carbon to Uranium, will be also available at the EicC.The main foci of the EicC will be precision measurements of the structure of the nucleon in the sea quark region, including 3D tomography of nucleon;the partonic structure of nuclei and the parton interaction with the nuclear environment;the exotic states, especially those with heavy flavor quark contents. In addition, issues fundamental to understanding the origin of mass could be addressed by measurements of heavy quarkonia near-threshold production at the EicC.In order to achieve the above-mentioned physics goals,a hermetical detector system will be constructed with cutting-edge technologies. This document is the result of collective contributions and valuable inputs from experts across the globe. The EicC physics program complements the ongoing scientific programs at the Jefferson Laboratory and the future EIC project in the United States. The success of this project will also advance both nuclear and particle physics as well as accelerator and detector technology in China.Daniele PAnderle Valerio Bertone Xu Cao Lei Chang Ningbo Chang Gu Chen Xurong Chen Zhuojun Chen Zhufang Cui Lingyun Dai Weitian Deng Minghui Ding Xu Feng Chang Gong Longcheng Gui Feng-Kun Guo Chengdong Han Jun He Tie-Jiun Hou Hongxia Huang Yin Huang KrešImir KumeričKi LPKaptari Demin Li Hengne Li Minxiang Li Xueqian Li Yutie Liang Zuotang Liang Chen Liu Chuan Liu Guoming Liu Jie Liu Liuming Liu Xiang Liu Tianbo Liu Xiaofeng Luo Zhun Lyu Boqiang Ma Fu Ma Jianping Ma Yugang Ma Lijun Mao Cédric Mezrag HervéMoutarde Jialun Ping Sixue Qin Hang Ren Craig DRoberts Juan Rojo Guodong Shen Chao Shi Qintao Song Hao Sun PawełSznajder Enke Wang Fan Wang Qian Wang Rong Wang Ruiru Wang Taofeng Wang Wei Wang Xiaoyu Wang Xiaoyun Wang Jiajun Wu Xinggang Wu Lei Xia Bowen Xiao Guoqing Xiao Ju-Jun Xie Yaping Xie Hongxi Xing Hushan Xu Nu Xu Shusheng Xu Mengshi Yan Wenbiao Yan Wencheng Yan Xinhu Yan Jiancheng Yang Yi-Bo Yang Zhi Yang Deliang Yao Zhihong Ye Peilin Yin C-PYuan Wenlong Zhan Jianhui Zhang Jinlong Zhang Pengming Zhang Yifei Zhang Chao-Hsi Chang Zhenyu Zhang Hongwei Zhao Kuang-Ta Chao Qiang Zhao Yuxiang Zhao Zhengguo Zhao Liang Zheng Jian Zhou Xiang Zhou Xiaorong Zhou Bingsong Zou Liping Zou 2021Frontiers of physics2021,16,6:1
