1Effect of Jiawei Shenfu decoction on tumor necrosis factor-alpha and nuclear factor-kappa B in patients who have chronic heart failure with syndromes of deficiency of heart Yang显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To examine the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Shenfu decoction on tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-cα) and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-KB) levels in patients who have chronic heart failure with syndromes of deficiency of heart Yang.METHODS:A total of 63 patients with syndromes of deficiency of heart Yang (chronic heart failure)were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into the control group and Jiawei Shenfu group.All patients received standard medications for treatment of chronic heart failure.Patients in the Jiawei Shenfu group were additionally provided Jiawei Shenfu decoction one dose daily.Treatments continued for 4 consecutive weeks.The primary endpoint was the change in plasma B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP),NF-KB,and TNF-cα levels during 4 weeks of treatment.RESULTS:At the 4-week follow-up,a significant reduction in BNP levels compared with baseline was observed in both groups,but the Jiawei Shenfu decoction group showed a significantly greater reduction than did the control group.The Jiawei Shenfu group also showed superior performance regarding the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire score,the Chinese medicine syndrome score,heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,and 6-min walking distance compared with the control group.The degree of changes in NF-KB and TNF-α levels in the Jiawei Shenfu group was more significant than that in the control group.CONCLUSION:Routine medicine combined with Jiawei Shenfu decoction for patients with heart Yang deficiency syndrome in chronic heart failure can improve the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac function,and reduce BNP levels.The mechanism may be related to inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines and the NF-KB-induced kinase pathway,leading to amelioration of the inflammatory response.Yu Mei Guo Hangyuan Ye Lingling Bian Jiaping Ma Lijuan Zheng Chunli 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3:6

3Research on Photovoltaic Performance Reduction due to Dust Deposition: Modelling and Experimental Approach显示文摘Photovoltaic(PV) power generation technology is the main renewable energy utilization technology. However, dust deposition severely affects the PV power generation efficiency and decreases the production capacity of PV power plants. In this study, the factors affecting PV technology were divided into the following three types: occlusion, corrosion, and temperature rise. A dust-collecting PV model considering dust deposition and rainfall scouring was established;a PV performance index was proposed. By conducting experiments with different dust mass densities, it was found that the short-circuit current(SCC), open-circuit voltage(OCV), and PV output power of PV decreased with the increase in dust mass density. In the initial stage of dust deposition, dust exhibited the greatest effect on the performance of PV. In the later stage of dust deposition, the effect of dust deposition became stable. The initial 10 g/m^2 dust decreased the PV output power by 34%. In addition, the conversion efficiency and fill factor(FF) decreased with the increase in dust mass density;both of them were exponential functions. When the dust mass density was low(less than 30 g/m^2), the dust mass density increased by 10 g/m^2, and the conversion efficiency decreased by an average of 3.4%. 15Electricity Price of Hybrid Power System and Decision Making of Renewable Energy Investment Capacity显示文摘In the existing electricity market,the traditional power suppliers and renewable energy generators coexist in the power supply side. In the power supply side,renewable energy generators generate power by wind and other natural conditions,leading renewable energy output a certain randomness. However,the low marginal generating cost and the reduction of carbon emissions,and thus brings a certain advantage for renewable energy compared to alternative energy. Electricity,as a special commodity,stable and adequate power supply is a necessary guarantee for economic and social development. Power shortage situation is not allowed in the power system,and the extra power needs to be handled for the purpose of safety. In this paper,the hybrid power generated by renewable energy generators and traditional energy generators is used as power supply,and then the electricity market sells hybrid power to electricity consumers,the hybrid power system determines the optimal daytimeprice,nighttime price,and the optimal installed capacity of the renewable energy suppliers. We find that the installed capacity of renewable energy increases first and then decreases with the increase of the price sensitivity coefficient of traditional energy supply. Electricity demand is negatively related to electricity price in the current period,and is positively related to price in the other period. The average price of day and night is only related to the total potential demand of day and night and the total generation probability of renewable energy. 20Degradation of limestone calcined clay cement(LC^(3))mortars under sulfate attack显示文摘石灰石-煅烧粘土水泥是一种新型的低碳水泥体系,其力学性能与传统硅酸盐水泥相比,可以有效降低水泥生产过程的中的能耗与碳排放。本文采用宏观测试与微观表征相结合的方法,研究了石灰石-煅烧粘土水泥砂浆在硫酸盐侵蚀作用下的劣化规律,结果表明相较于纯硅酸盐水泥体系,掺入石灰石与煅烧粘土可以显著减少硫酸盐侵蚀作用下砂浆试件的膨胀率和动弹性模量损失,延缓砂浆试件的劣化过程。这主要是由于煅烧粘土与石灰石的加入会细化砂浆的孔隙结构,有效抑制硫酸盐向试件内部的传输与扩散,从而显著降低钙矾石、石膏等导致膨胀的侵蚀产物的生成,提升砂浆试件的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。Cheng Yu Zhen Li Jiaping Liu 2023Low-carbon Materials and Green Construction2023,1,1:0
